Referring to fig. 2, fig. 2 is another schematic structural diagram of an electronic device in an embodiment of the present application. The electronic device comprises a receiver assembly 50, a display screen assembly 60 and a shell 70, wherein the receiver assembly 50 is installed between the display screen assembly 60 and the shell 70. It should be noted that the display screen assembly 60 is referred to the above display screen 10, and the housing 70 can be referred to the above housing, which is not described in detail herein. For further description of receiver assembly 50, refer specifically to the description below.
Referring to fig. 3, fig. 3 is a schematic structural diagram of a receiver assembly 50 according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The receiver assembly 50 includes a receiver 500 and a receiver holder 510. The receiver 500 is mounted on the receiver chamber holder 510.
The receiver sound cavity holder 510 is a rectangular parallelepiped structure, and certainly, the receiver sound cavity holder 510 may also be in other shapes such as a ring shape and a hexagon, and the specific shape of the receiver sound cavity holder 510 is not specifically limited in this embodiment, but the shape of the receiver front sound cavity 504 in this embodiment is defaulted to the rectangular parallelepiped structure without special description in this embodiment.
The receiver sound cavity support 510 includes a top wall 511, a first side wall 512 and a second side wall 513, the first side wall 512 and the second side wall 513 are disposed on two sides of the top wall 511, the first side wall 512 is connected to the top wall 511, an opening is formed between the second side wall 513 and the top wall 511, the first side wall 512 extends out of the second side wall 513 to form a first protruding portion 5121, the second side wall 513 is provided with a second protruding portion 5131 opposite to the first protruding portion 5121, a gap 515 is formed between the first protruding portion 5121 and the second protruding portion 5131, a channel is formed between the second protruding portion 5131 and the top wall 511, and a sound guide tube 516 is disposed in the channel.
As shown in fig. 4, in some embodiments, the receiver 500 is disposed under the first protrusion 5121 and the second protrusion 5131, a receiver front cover 503 is disposed on a side of the receiver 500 close to the first protrusion 5121 and the second protrusion 5131, the receiver front cover 503 is disposed with sound outlet holes 5033, and the receiver front cover 503, the top wall 511 and the first sidewall 512 of the receiver sound cavity support 510 form a receiver front sound cavity 504. At present, the design of electronic equipment with large screen and small thickness has become the mainstream of current development, on this background, the thickness of the receiver 500 also needs to be reduced to meet the assembly requirement of the electronic equipment, and if the thickness of the existing receiver 500 is reduced on the whole, the sound output effect of the receiver 500 is affected, by adopting the above structure, the thickness of the receiver 500 determines the thickness of the receiver 500 of the whole machine, in order to thin the thickness of the whole machine, the thickness of the single body of the receiver 500 needs to be reduced, so the tone quality of the single body of the receiver 500 is sacrificed, and thus the tone quality of the whole machine conversation is sacrificed. Because the conventional receiver 500 is assembled in a full-screen mobile phone, the structural design of the sound guide tube 516 is required, and the volume of the front sound cavity 504 of the receiver is large, which causes the high-frequency bandwidth to be narrow, so that the conversation sound quality of the receiver 500 is unclear.
In the situation of the above problem, please refer to fig. 5 again, the present application provides a receiver assembly 50, which includes a receiver 500 and a receiver sound cavity holder 510, where the receiver 500 includes a receiver holder 501, a diaphragm 502 and a receiver front cover 503, the receiver holder 501 includes a first side 5011 and a second side 5012 opposite to the first side 5011, the diaphragm 502 is disposed near the inside of the first side 5011 of the receiver holder 501, the receiver front cover 503 is disposed outside the first side 5011 of the receiver holder 501, the receiver front cover 503 includes a protrusion 5031 protruding away from the first side 5011 of the receiver holder 501, the receiver sound cavity holder 510 includes a notch 515, and the protrusion 5031 extends into the notch 515 to form a receiver front sound cavity 504 with the receiver sound cavity holder 510.
It should be noted that the first side 5011 of the receiver support 501 is a top surface, the second side 5012 of the receiver support 501 is a bottom surface, and certainly, the first side 5011 of the receiver support 501 may be a bottom surface, and the second side 5012 of the receiver support 501 may be a bottom surface, and in this embodiment, no specific limitation is imposed on which of the first side 5011 and the second side 5012 of the receiver support 501 is located above or below.
The shape of the notch 515 is matched with the shape of the protrusion 5031, the protrusion 5031 penetrates from the lower end of the notch 515 and extends into the receiver front sound cavity 504, and the receiver front sound cavity 504 is communicated with the sound guide tube 516. The protrusion 5031 extends from the notch 515 to the front sound cavity 504 of the receiver, so as to reduce the volume of the front sound cavity 504 of the receiver, widen the high-frequency bandwidth, and make the conversation sound quality of the receiver 500 clearer. Meanwhile, the arrangement increases the volume of the sound cavity inside the receiver 500 without increasing the overall thickness of the receiver assembly 50, thereby further improving the sound output effect of the receiver 500.
The receiver assembly 50 provided in the embodiment of the present application includes a receiver 500 and a receiver sound cavity holder 510, the receiver 500 includes a receiver holder 501, a diaphragm 502 and a receiver front cover 503, the receiver holder 501 includes a first side 5011 and a second side 5012 opposite to the first side, the diaphragm 502 is disposed near the first side 2011 of the receiver holder 501, the receiver front cover 503 is disposed outside the first side 2011 of the receiver holder 501, the receiver front cover 503 includes a protrusion 5031 protruding from the first side 5011 of the receiver holder 501, the receiver sound cavity holder 510 includes a notch 515, the protrusion 5031 extends into the notch 515 and the receiver sound cavity holder 510 forms a receiver front sound cavity 504. By changing the structure of the receiver 500, the front cover 503 of the receiver has the protrusion 5031, and the protrusion 5031 is placed in the notch 515 to communicate with the sound guide tube 516 of the receiver 500, so as to reduce the volume of the front cavity of the receiver 500, improve the high-frequency bandwidth of the receiver 500, and improve the conversation sound quality of the mobile phone.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a schematic structural diagram of a receiver 500 in an embodiment of the present application, where the receiver 500 includes a receiver support 501, a diaphragm 502, and a receiver front cover 503. The diaphragm 502 is mounted inside the receiver support 501, and the receiver front cover 503 is mounted outside the receiver support 501.
In some embodiments, the diaphragm 502 is disposed proximate to the interior of the first side 5011 of the receiver support 501, the front receiver housing 503 is disposed outside the first side 5011 of the receiver support 501, and the front receiver housing 503 includes a protrusion 5031 protruding away from the first side 5011 of the receiver support 501. The receiver front cover 503 comprises a protrusion 5031, so that the volume in the cavity of the receiver 500 can be increased, and the sound output effect of the receiver 500 can be improved.
The receiver front cover 503 comprises a mounting plate 5032, the protrusion 5031 is located at the center of the mounting plate 5032, and the mounting plate 5032 is used for being fixedly connected with the receiver bracket 501. It should be noted that the protruding portion 5031 may also be integrally formed with the mounting plate 5032, although the protruding portion 5031 may also be fixedly connected with the mounting plate 5032, specifically, the protruding portion 5031 may be fixedly connected with the mounting plate 5032 by welding, of course, the protruding portion 5031 may also be fixedly connected with the mounting plate 5032 by other methods, and the specific connection manner between the protruding portion 5031 and the mounting plate 5032 in this embodiment is not particularly limited. It is to be noted that when the convex portion 5031 is connected to the mounting plate 5032, the sealing property between the convex portion 5031 and the mounting plate 5032 needs to be ensured, for example, a gasket is provided between the convex portion 5031 and the mounting plate 5032.
The shape of the protruding portion 5031 is a quadrilateral, the outer periphery of the protruding portion 5031 includes a first face 50311, a second face 50312, a third face 50313 and a fourth face 50314, a first corner 501315 is formed at the connection between the first face 50311 and the second face 50312, a second corner 50316 is formed at the connection between the second face 50312 and the third face 50313, a third corner 50317 is formed at the connection between the third face 50313 and the fourth face 50314, a fourth corner 50318 is formed at the connection between the fourth face 50314 and the first face 50311, and the first corner 50316, the second corner 50316, the third corner 50317 and the fourth corner 50318 are arc faces. Because the first corner segment 50316, the second corner segment 50316, the third corner segment 50317 and the fourth corner segment 50318 are cambered surfaces, the installation of the protrusion 5031 into the notch 515 can be facilitated. It should be noted that the protrusion 5031 may be rectangular or square, and the protrusion 5031 may also be circular or other shapes, and in the embodiment of the present application, the shape of the protrusion 5031 is not particularly limited.
An arc chamfer 505 is arranged at the connection part of the outer periphery of the bulge 5031 and the outer surface of the bulge 5031. Of course, the connection between the outer periphery of the protrusion 5031 and the outer surface of the protrusion 5031 may also be provided with an arc chamfer 505 instead of the arc chamfer 505, so that when the protrusion 5031 extends into the notch 515, the protrusion 5031 can extend conveniently, and the front cover 503 of the receiver can be mounted conveniently.
The telephone receiver 500 further includes fixing screws, the mounting plate 5032 includes four mounting holes 50321, the mounting holes 50321 are respectively disposed on four corners of the mounting plate 5032, and the fixing screws penetrate through the mounting holes 50321 to fixedly connect the telephone receiver front cover 503 and the telephone receiver bracket 501. The four corners of the mounting plate 5032 are provided with mounting holes 50321, and the receiver front cover 503 and the receiver support 501 are fixedly connected by screws passing through the mounting holes 50321, so that the fixing mode is relatively firm, and naturally, the mounting holes 50321 may be provided on the opposite corners of the mounting plate 5032, so as to reduce the mounting process while ensuring the firm connection between the receiver front cover 503 and the receiver support 501. Of course, the receiver front cover 503 and the receiver support 501 may also be fixedly connected through other methods, for example, the receiver front cover 503 and the receiver support 501 are fixedly connected through a fastening connection manner, and in this embodiment, the fixing connection manner of the receiver front cover 503 and the receiver support 501 is not specifically limited.
A plurality of sound emitting holes 5033 are formed in the front cover 503 of the receiver, the sound emitting holes 5033 penetrate the protruding portion 5031, and the sound emitting holes 5033 are uniformly formed in the protruding portion 5031. It should be noted that the shape of the sound emitting hole 5033 may be a circle, a square, a rectangle, and other shapes, and the specific shape of the sound emitting hole 5033 is not limited in this embodiment. The sound emitting holes 5033 are uniformly formed in the protruding portion 5031, so that the sound emitting effect is improved.
Referring to fig. 7, fig. 7 is a schematic view of another structure of the receiver 500 in the embodiment of the present application. Wherein, the diaphragm 502 is fixed inside the receiver support 501.
