The deep water sea pipe repair clamp of claim 1, wherein the manipulation assembly (32) comprises a manipulation panel (321) disposed on the first clamping portion (10) and/or the second clamping portion (20), a first hydraulic interface (322) disposed on the manipulation panel (321) and connectable with a hydraulic plug of the underwater robot to access hydraulic oil, and a first connection line (323) connecting the first hydraulic interface (322) and the hydraulic cylinder (31) to access hydraulic oil to the hydraulic cylinder (31).

Deep water sea pipe repair clamp according to claim 6, wherein the hydraulic drive (30) further comprises a hydraulic test assembly (33); the hydraulic test assembly (33) comprises a second hydraulic interface (331) arranged on the control panel (321) and used for accessing hydraulic oil, a pressure detection unit arranged on the control panel (321), a control valve (332) arranged between the second hydraulic interface (331) and the pressure detection unit, and a second connecting pipeline (334) connecting the pressure detection unit and the second hydraulic interface (331); the control valve (332) is arranged on the second connecting line (334).
