In an embodiment, the longitudinal limiting device 4 includes a first locking mechanism 40 disposed on the front swing link 30 and a second locking mechanism 41 disposed on the rear swing link 31 and adapted to the first locking mechanism 40.
The first locking mechanism 40 is a clamping block arranged on the front swing rod 30 and is used for bearing downward force along the longitudinal direction. The second locking mechanism 41 on the rear swing link 31 mainly receives the vibration impact in the upward direction. The longitudinal stop 4 is effective to prevent vibrations and shocks during transport from being transferred to the actuator 32 when the scanning bed 1 is in the lowest position. Specifically, when the upper frame 1 of the scanning bed descends to the lowest position, the lower end surfaces of the first clamping block 401 and the second clamping block 402 on the front swing rod 30 are in contact with the vertical beam surfaces on two sides of the rear swing rod 31 in advance to realize limit; the actuator 32 cannot continue to move downward and is in an unstressed state. When the scanning bed upper frame 1 is vibrated and impacted in the downward direction, the first clamping block 401, the second clamping block 402 and the vertical beam surface of the rear swing rod 31 bear impact force at first, and the actuator 32 is not stressed any more. The pushrod 411 described in this application is a miniature linear pushrod; in the use process, the telescopic shaft 412 is driven by the miniature linear push rod to realize axial telescopic movement, and the telescopic shaft 412 is matched and locked with the semicircular groove 404 of the clamping block after extending out. When the actuator 32 is vibrated and impacted in the upward direction, the cylindrical surface of the telescopic shaft 412 contacts with the semicircular groove 404 of the clamping block to bear the impact force, so that the actuator 32 is ensured not to be stressed any more, and further the protection of the actuator 32 is realized.
The beam 311 is provided with a limit switch 415. The tail end of the telescopic shaft 412 is provided with a limiting member 416. The limiting member 416 moves between a first position and a second position of the limiting switch 415 along with the telescopic shaft 412 to limit the stroke of the push rod 411.
