The corrugated paper board is made into a corrugated paper box through die cutting, indentation, box nailing or box gluing. The corrugated case is a packaging product with the widest application, and the use amount is always the first of various packaging products. Comprises a calcium plastic corrugated case. For more than half a century, corrugated cartons gradually replace transport packaging containers such as wooden boxes and the like with excellent service performance and good processing performance, and become the leading force of transport packaging. At present, the main process steps of the ink-water corrugated case basically realize mechanized production, but all processes and equipment are lack of coordination, so that the common double-image blank problem can occur in the printing process of the corrugated case, and double images occur around printed patterns or characters, which are caused by overlarge pressure of an anilox roller and a printing plate; the double image of the front edge of the printing is caused by the overlarge pressure between the printing cylinder and the impression roller; the large-area printing is transparent and white leakage is caused by insufficient pressure of the printing roller and the impression roller, and the conventional method and method for adjusting the printing roller are complicated and inconvenient to operate.

1. according to the invention, the printing roller is arranged at the top of the linkage rod through the bearing seat, the hydraulic cylinder drives the pressure roller to downwards extrude the printing roller, and the distance between the printing roller and the support roller is adjusted, so that the gap is matched with the thickness of corrugated paper, the printing effect is ensured, and double images and white marks are prevented;
2. when the ink tank is used for printing ink, the ink in the ink tank flows into the ink storage tank through the ink return pipe, the ink return pump pumps the ink in the ink storage tank into the ink storage barrel, and the ink flows back into the ink tank through the ink adding pipe, so that the ink tank is favorable for the circular flow of the ink and the ink, and the uniformity of the ink and the ink is kept.

Referring to fig. 1, 2 and 3, an ink-jet printing corrugated case comprises a frame 1, wherein openings 2 are formed in both sides of the frame 1, a cylinder body 3 is installed inside the openings 2, a spring 4 is arranged inside the cylinder body 3, a limiting plate 5 is installed at the upper end of the spring 4, a linkage rod 6 is welded on the top of the limiting plate 5, a bearing seat 7 is fixedly connected to the top of the linkage rod 6, a printing roller 8 is rotatably installed inside the bearing seat 7, a supporting roller 9 and a pressure roller 10 are respectively arranged on the upper side and the lower side of the printing roller 8, the supporting roller 9, the pressure roller 10, the printing roller 8 and an ink homogenizing roller 14 are driven by a driving device, the driving device comprises a motor, a gear box, a universal shaft and other parts, the supporting roller 9 and the pressure roller 10 are both installed in the frame 1 through the bearing seat 7, a hydraulic cylinder 11 is installed on one side of the frame 1, an output shaft of the hydraulic cylinder 11 is connected with the bearing seats 7 at both ends of the pressure roller 10, the first conveying belt 20 and the second conveying belt 33 are respectively installed on two sides of the rack 1, corrugated paper can conveniently enter the rack 1 and can be conveniently transported, the drying box 21 is arranged outside the second conveying belt 33, hot air is blown onto the corrugated paper through the air inlet pipe 23 and the air spraying head 22 by the hot air blower 24, and ink and wash are dried;
referring to fig. 3, an ink tank 12 is installed inside the frame 1, an inking roller 13 movably connected to the printing roller 8 is rotatably installed inside the ink tank 12, an ink distributing roller 14 is installed on one side of the inking roller 13, a scraper 25 is installed inside the ink tank 12 to keep ink uniform, an ink returning pipe 15 is communicated with the bottom of the ink tank 12, an ink storage tank 16 is communicated with one end of the ink returning pipe 15, an ink returning pump 17 is communicated with the inside of the ink storage tank 16 through a pipeline, an outlet of the ink returning pump 17 is communicated with the ink storage tank 18 through a pipeline, and the bottom of the ink storage tank 18 is communicated with the ink tank 12 through an ink adding pipe 19.
Please refer to fig. 4, the inboard of frame 1 is equipped with channel-section steel 26, the inside of two sets of channel-section steel 26 is all rotated and is installed leading wheel 27, screw hole 28 has been seted up to one side of frame 1, the inside threaded connection of screw hole 28 has screw rod 29, bearing 30 has been cup jointed to the one end of screw rod 29, bearing 30's outer loop passes through the steel sheet and welds in one side of channel-section steel 26, the portion of gripping 31 is installed to the one end of screw rod 29, rubber sleeve 32 has been cup jointed to the outside of the portion of gripping 31, this rubber sleeve 32 is favorable to improving the travelling comfort of hand, it moves to rotate screw rod 29 and drive channel-section steel 26 to be convenient for, one side welding of channel-section steel 26 has gag lever post 34, gag lever post 34 activity is pegged graft in the inside of spacing hole 35, one side of frame 1 is seted up to spacing hole 35, this gag lever post 34 and spacing hole 35's cooperation, be favorable to keeping channel-section steel 26's level.
Example 1
The invention also provides a production method of the ink printing corrugated case, which comprises the following steps:
s1, determining a roller gap, driving a pressure roller 10 to downwards extrude the printing roller 8 through a hydraulic cylinder 11 according to the thickness of the corrugated paper, and adjusting the distance between the printing roller 8 and a supporting roller 9 to enable the gap to be matched with the thickness of the corrugated paper, so that the printing effect of the corrugated paper is ensured, and double images and white marks are prevented;
s2, adjusting the position of the guide wheel 27, and rotating the screw 29 to drive the channel steel 26 to move according to the width of the corrugated paper, so that the position of the corrugated paper is limited, and the printing position is ensured;
s3, conveying the corrugated paper to be printed, placing the corrugated paper on a first conveying belt 20, conveying the corrugated paper between a printing roller 8 and a supporting roller 9 by the first conveying belt 20, coating water and ink on the printing roller 8 by an ink distributing roller 14, flowing the water and ink in a water and ink groove 12 into an ink storage tank 16 through an ink return pipe 15 while printing the water and ink, pumping the water and ink in the ink storage tank 16 into an ink storage barrel 18 by an ink return pump 17, and flowing the water and ink back into the water and ink groove 12 through an ink adding pipe 19, so that the circulation flow of the water and ink is facilitated, and the uniformity of the water and ink is kept;
s4, drying, namely, the corrugated paper printed in the step S3 enters a second conveying belt 33, the corrugated paper is conveyed into a drying box 21 through the second conveying belt 33, hot air is conveyed to the surface of the corrugated paper through a hot air blower 24, and the ink and the water are dried, so that the printing efficiency is improved;
and S5, inspecting and stacking the corrugated paper, inspecting the corrugated paper after printing is finished, and stacking the corrugated paper after the corrugated paper is qualified, so that the corrugated paper is convenient for subsequent processing.
And S6, in step S3, the printed corrugated paper needs to be checked in time, and when double images or white marks occur, the hydraulic cylinder 11 drives the pressure roller 10 to move upwards or downwards to adjust the height of the printing roller 8.
