Abstract

本发明公开了一种塑性材料分割装置,包括刀具,所述刀具包括刀体和头部;所述刀体为竖直设置,侧部设有刀刃,下端与头部相连接;所述头部为流线型,头部上开设有水平管道,所述水平管道的出口开设在头部的侧方,用于向外侧吹送气体或液体以将相邻叠放的塑性板材分开。本发明的刀体与流线型的头部合为一体,在完成分张的同时,刀刃也在行走过程中完成了切割工序,效率大幅提高,并且整个装置只占用一个切割工位,适合于各类塑性、弹性板状或片状材料的分张切割。

一种塑性材料分割装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种切割塑性板材件的装置。
背景技术
弹塑性板件的拆分切割加工过程中,需要将板材一张张逐一分离,然后进行切割加工。由于板间存在静电、油膜吸附以及真空负压的粘合,难以顺利地实现单张分离,影响自动化作业,需要使用分张装置。
现有的分张装置只能完成分张作业,分张后还需要使用单独的切割装置完成切割工序,效率低下,并且需要占据分张和切割两个工位。
另一方面,目前的分张装置一般都是非标产品,固定安装在料垛旁边,并且要求放置时有很高的位置精度,以满足固定分张装置与板材之间的距离精度要求。另外,也仅适用于大小固定的板材,不一样大小的板材难以准确地在工作台面上放置。在部分实际应用场合,可能会遇到板材规格不统一、放置位置不准确的情况,难以完成分张作业,生产线柔性差,成本高。
发明内容
本发明提出了一种塑性材料分割装置,其目的是:(1)提高弹塑性板件的切割效率;(2)缩小占地面积;(3)实现柔性生产,降低生产成本。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种塑性材料分割装置,包括刀具,所述刀具包括刀体和头部;所述刀体为竖直设置,侧部设有刀刃,下端与头部相连接;
所述头部为流线型,头部上开设有水平管道,所述水平管道的出口开设在头部的侧方,用于向外侧吹送气体或液体以将相邻叠放的塑性板材分开。
作为本装置的进一步改进:还包括移动机构,所述刀具安装在移动机构的末端。
作为本装置的进一步改进:所述移动机构为工业机器人。
作为本装置的进一步改进:所述刀具还包括连接法兰,所述刀体上端与连接法兰相连接。
作为本装置的进一步改进:所述水平管道为相互连通的多组,所述刀体芯部还开设有竖直的联通管道,所述联通管道的下端与水平管道相连通;所述连接法兰上开设有与所述联通管道相通的进气管道。
作为本装置的进一步改进:所述头部为椭球形,头部的长轴水平设置且与刀体的宽度方向相平行。
相对于现有技术,本发明具有以下积极效果:(1)本装置中刀体与流线型的头部合为一体,在完成分张的同时,刀刃也在行走过程中完成了切割工序,效率大幅提高,并且整个装置只占用一个切割工位,适合于各类塑性、弹性板状或片状材料的分张切割;(2)通过吹送气体或液体的方式实现分张,效率高,并且不会对材料造成损伤;(3)头部为流线型,一方面巧妙地为内部管道提供了充足的空间,另一方面也能够减少划痕和压伤;(4)供气/液管道设置在刀体和头部中,结构紧凑,无需连接外部管路,避免影响切割工作的正常进行;(5)刀具由工业机器人等标准化的移动机构控制移动,可以根据需要移动到任意精准的位置,切割任意直线或曲线,实现柔性生产,降低了生产成本。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图详细说明本发明的技术方案:
如图1和2,一种塑性材料分割装置,设置在叠放的塑性板材3的旁侧,包括工业机器人2和安装在工业机器人2执行末端的刀具1。
如图3,所述刀具1包括连接法兰101、刀体102和头部103。所述连接法兰101为盘状。所述刀体102为竖直设置,截面形状为菱形,两侧设有刀刃。所述头部103为椭球形,头部103的长轴水平设置且与刀体102的宽度方向相平行。
需要说明的是:头部103的形状只要是无棱角、无锐边、无内凹、只有外凸出曲面的流线型均在保护范围内。
刀体102上端与连接法兰101相连接,下端与头部103相连接,三者之间通过焊接方式连接为一体,然后进行打磨。
如图4和5,头部103上开设有水平管道104,所述水平管道104的出口开设在头部103的侧方,用于向外侧吹送气体或液体以将相邻叠放的塑性板材3分开。本实施例中,所述水平管道104为三组,相互交叉连通。所述刀体102芯部还开设有竖直的联通管道105,所述联通管道105的下端与水平管道104相连通。所述连接法兰101上开设有与所述联通管道105相通的水平进气管道,用于连接输气管。
使用时,如图1和2,工业机器人2的底座固定于地面,执行末端安装有连接法兰101。工业机器人2为刀具1提供六个方向的运动和动力。塑性板材3为有多层。刀具1的头部103凸出面上吹出压缩气体,将最上层的塑性板材3起,同时头部103移动到两张塑性板材3之间,将二者隔开,实现分张。随着刀具1的进一步移动,刀刃切割开最上层的塑性板材3。最终将最上层的塑性板材3分割开为两片或多片,最终将板材吹离。
所述工业机器人2可以由任意可提供移动动力的自动化设备所替换,例如水平关节机器人、直角坐标等各种动力机构。工业机器人2的控制程序可以自定义修改,切割任意直线或曲线。切口可以垂直于塑性板材3的表面,也可以完成变角度切割。

1.一种塑性材料分割装置,其特征在于:包括刀具(1),所述刀具(1)包括刀体(102)和头部(103);所述刀体(102)为竖直设置,侧部设有刀刃,下端与头部(103)相连接;
所述头部(103)为流线型,头部(103)上开设有水平管道(104),所述水平管道(104)的出口开设在头部(103)的侧方,用于向外侧吹送气体或液体以将相邻叠放的塑性板材(3)分开;
所述刀具(1)还包括连接法兰(101),所述刀体(102)上端与连接法兰(101)相连接;
所述水平管道(104)为相互连通的多组,所述刀体(102)芯部还开设有竖直的联通管道(105),所述联通管道(105)的下端与水平管道(104)相连通;所述连接法兰(101)上开设有与所述联通管道(105)相通的进气管道;
所述头部(103)为椭球形,头部(103)的长轴水平设置且与刀体(102)的宽度方向相平行。
2.如权利要求1所述的塑性材料分割装置,其特征在于:还包括移动机构,所述刀具(1)安装在移动机构的末端。
3.如权利要求2所述的塑性材料分割装置,其特征在于:所述移动机构为工业机器人(2)。
