At least one pair of conductive parts 12 is provided, two conductive parts 12 of the pair of conductive parts 12 are respectively in contact with different pads 211 on the PCBA 21, and the conductive parts 12 are electrically connected by a wire 13. The conductive portions 12 are provided in two pairs in the present embodiment, respectively located at four corners of the quadrangular sticker 11. Specifically, as shown in fig. 3, the conductive portion A, B, C, D is a conductive contact on the sticker 11, and may be designed as a conductive screw hole, and each of a-B, C-D is a conductive wire 13 connecting two points. There is a conductive path between a-B and a constant resistance value, as does C-D. A. B, C, D and the circuit between them are integrated in the sticker 11, which integrally constitutes a tamper-evident sticker 11 with tamper-evident function. The anti-tamper sticker 11 may be a flexible sticker or a rigid sticker made of a rigid material.
The anti-disassembly control chip 14 is respectively electrically connected with the welding spot 211 on the PCBA 21, which is contacted with the conductive part 12, through the lead 13, the anti-disassembly control chip 14, the welding spot 211 on the PCBA 21 and the two conductive parts 12 form a conductive loop, and the anti-disassembly control chip 14 is also used for being electrically connected with the main control chip 22 of the hard disk 200; the tamper control chip 14 is configured to detect a current resistance value of the conductive loop, compare the resistance value with an initial resistance value stored after the hard disk 200 is assembled, and send an alarm signal to the main control chip 22 when the current resistance value is inconsistent with the initial resistance value.
As shown in fig. 5, in the present embodiment, the tamper control chip 14 is electrically connected to the two pairs of conductive parts 12 through the wires 13 to form two conductive loops. The two conductive loops can realize safer data protection, and when any one conductive loop is disconnected, an alarm is triggered. The welding points a, b, c and d are conductive contact points and can also be designed into screw holes, and the welding points a, b, c and d are respectively connected with the anti-disassembly control chip through wires with fixed resistance values.
In assembly, the sticker 11 is secured to the PCBA 21 with adhesive and secured to the platter of the hard disk 200 with screws at position A, B, C, D shown in FIG. 3, along with a, b, c, d on the PCBA 21 shown in FIG. 5. After the sticker 11, the PCBA 21 and the hard disk 200 are assembled, A, B, C, D on the sticker 11 is communicated with a, B, C and D on the PCBA 21 to respectively form two conductive loops A-a-B-B and C-C-D-D, and the two conductive loops are connected to the anti-detachment control chip 14.
In some embodiments, the tamper control chip 14 is further configured to detect a connection status with the main control chip 22, and send an alarm signal to the main control chip 22 when detecting that the main control chip 22 is disconnected. If the illegal user disconnects the anti-dismantling control chip 14 from the main control chip 22, the alarm is detected and triggered, so that the illegal user is prevented from generating the alarm when tearing the sticker 11 in a manner of disconnecting the anti-dismantling control chip 14 from the main control chip 22, and the protection effect is further enhanced.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the alarm may include sending an alarm sound in addition to sending an alarm signal (i.e. a signal for prompting that the sticker is removed) to the main control chip, and the alarm sound may be implemented by adding a speaker or a loudspeaker or the like electrically connected to the removal prevention control chip 14 to the apparatus 100.
In some embodiments, the apparatus 100 further includes a main control chip 22 disposed on the PCBA 21, which is electrically connected to the tamper control chip 14 and is configured to take a protection measure for the data of the hard disk 200 after receiving the alarm signal. The protective measures include: forbidding the read-write function of the hard disk, or destroying the data in the hard disk. At this time, the main control chip 22 is a part of the apparatus 100. It is understood that the main control chip 22 can also be a main control chip directly used on the hard disk 200, thereby reducing the cost. The main control chip 22 can implement any method in the prior art to take protection measures on the data of the hard disk 200, which is not limited by the present invention.
