The central management server 73 is connected to the conference scheduling management server 74 and the conference management platform 72, respectively.
The third-party operation interface 71 is configured to receive video networking conference information selected by a user, where the video networking conference information includes: the mode of the video networking conference and the list information of the participant terminals participating in the video networking conference; sending the video networking conference information to a conference management platform;
the conference management platform 72 is configured to receive video networking conference information selected by the user through the third-party operation interface 71, where the video networking conference information includes: the mode of the video networking conference and the list information of the participant terminals participating in the video networking conference; sending the video networking conference information to a central management server through a webservice interface 721, so that the central management server selects a corresponding conference scheduling service instance through a conference scheduling management server to start a video networking conference; receiving a result of starting the video networking conference fed back by the central management server through the webservice interface 721; sending the result of starting the video networking conference to the user through a third-party operation interface;
the central management server 73 is configured to receive video networking conference information sent by the conference management platform 72 through the webservice interface 721, where the video networking conference information includes: the mode of the video networking conference and the list information of the participant terminals participating in the video networking conference; determining corresponding conference scheduling service information according to the video networking conference information; sending the conference scheduling service information to a conference scheduling management server 74, so that the conference scheduling management server 74 performs protocol conversion on the conference scheduling service information and sends the conference scheduling service information to a video networking server 75 to start video networking conference operation; receiving a result of starting the video networking conference operation fed back by the conference scheduling management server 74; sending the result of the video networking conference starting operation to the conference management platform 72;
a conference scheduling management server 74, configured to receive conference scheduling service information sent by the central management server 73, where the conference scheduling service information includes: the IP address of the chairman terminal, the IP address of the conference scheduling management service instance, the video networking conference mode and the number of the participating terminals participating in the video networking conference; carrying out protocol conversion on the conference scheduling service information; establishing connection between the conference scheduling management service instance and the chairman terminal according to the converted IP address of the chairman terminal and the converted IP address of the conference scheduling management service instance; after the connection is established, the converted conference scheduling service information is sent to the video networking server 75, so that the video networking server 75 starts video networking conference operation; receiving a result of starting a video networking conference operation sent by the video networking server 75; the result of the video network conference opening operation is sent to the central management server 73.

Claims (10)

1. A method for opening a video network conference is characterized by comprising the following steps:
receiving video networking conference information selected by a user through a third-party operation interface, wherein the video networking conference information comprises: the conference mode of the video networking and the participant terminal list information of the video networking conference, wherein the conference mode of the video networking comprises: a conference discussion mode and a consultation mode, wherein when the conference mode is the conference discussion mode, a conference terminal list, a chairman terminal, a speaker terminal and a recording and broadcasting server need to be transmitted for starting a conference, a first speaker can be set and a second speaker can be set during scheduling, the chairman terminal selects a certain conference terminal, and the speakers perform training operations in turn; when the conference mode is the conference mode, the conference mode and the participant terminal list need to be transmitted, and a certain participant terminal can be independently set to be displayed on a display screen during scheduling;
sending the video networking conference information to a central management server through a webservice interface so that the central management server can send conference scheduling service information to a conference scheduling management server, the conference scheduling management server performs protocol conversion on the conference scheduling service information and then sends the conference scheduling service information to the video networking server to start video networking conference operation, and the video networking conference is started by selecting a corresponding conference scheduling service instance through the conference scheduling management server;
receiving a result of starting the video networking conference fed back by the central management server through the webservice interface;
and sending the result of starting the video networking conference to the user through a third-party operation interface.
2. A method for opening a video network conference is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the conference management platform receives video networking conference information selected by a user through a third-party operation interface, and sends the video networking conference information to the central management server by utilizing the webservice interface;
receiving video networking conference information sent by a conference management platform through a webservice interface, wherein the video networking conference information comprises: the conference mode of the video networking and the participant terminal list information of the video networking conference, wherein the conference mode of the video networking comprises: a conference discussion mode and a consultation mode, wherein when the conference mode is the conference discussion mode, a conference terminal list, a chairman terminal, a speaker terminal and a recording and broadcasting server need to be transmitted for starting a conference, a first speaker can be set and a second speaker can be set during scheduling, the chairman terminal selects a certain conference terminal, and the speakers perform training operations in turn; when the conference mode is the conference mode, the conference mode and the participant terminal list need to be transmitted, and a certain participant terminal can be independently set to be displayed on a display screen during scheduling;
determining corresponding conference scheduling service information according to the video networking conference information;
sending the conference scheduling service information to a conference scheduling management server so that the conference scheduling management server can perform protocol conversion on the conference scheduling service information and then send the conference scheduling service information to a video networking server to start video networking conference operation;
receiving a result of starting the video networking conference operation fed back by the conference scheduling management server;
and sending the result of the operation of starting the video networking conference to the conference management platform.
3. The method of claim 2, wherein determining corresponding meeting scheduling service information from the video networking meeting information comprises:
acquiring the IP address of a chairman terminal from the participant terminal list information of the video networking conference information;
searching an IP address of a conference scheduling management service instance corresponding to the IP address of the chairman terminal from local configuration;
and the conference scheduling service information is formed by the IP address of the chairman terminal, the IP address of the conference scheduling management service instance, the video networking conference mode and the number of the conference participating terminals participating in the video networking conference.
4. A method for opening a video network conference is characterized by comprising the following steps:
the conference management platform receives video networking conference information selected by a user through a third-party operation interface; the conference management platform sends the video networking conference information to a central management server by using a webservice interface; determining corresponding conference scheduling server information according to the video networking conference information; the central management server sends the conference scheduling service information to a conference scheduling management server;
receiving conference scheduling service information sent by a central management server, wherein the conference scheduling service information comprises: the IP address of chairman terminal, the IP address and the video networking conference mode of meeting scheduling management service instance, the number of the participating terminals participating in the video networking conference, wherein, the video networking conference mode includes: a conference discussion mode and a consultation mode, wherein when the conference mode is the conference discussion mode, a conference terminal list, a chairman terminal, a speaker terminal and a recording and broadcasting server need to be transmitted for starting a conference, a first speaker can be set and a second speaker can be set during scheduling, the chairman terminal selects a certain conference terminal, and the speakers perform training operations in turn; when the conference mode is the conference mode, the conference mode and the participant terminal list need to be transmitted, and a certain participant terminal can be independently set to be displayed on a display screen during scheduling;
carrying out protocol conversion on the conference scheduling service information;
establishing connection between the conference scheduling management service instance and the chairman terminal according to the converted IP address of the chairman terminal and the converted IP address of the conference scheduling management service instance;
after the connection is established, the converted conference scheduling service information is sent to a video networking server, so that the video networking server can start video networking conference operation conveniently;
receiving a result of starting the video networking conference operation sent by the video networking server;
and sending the result of the operation of starting the video networking conference to the central management server.
5. The method of claim 4, further comprising:
and after the video networking conference operation is started, screen switching scheduling is carried out according to the video networking conference mode and the number of the participating terminals.
6. An opening device for video network conference, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving video networking conference information selected by a user through a third party operation interface, and the video networking conference information comprises: the conference mode of the video networking and the participant terminal list information of the video networking conference, wherein the conference mode of the video networking comprises: a conference discussion mode and a consultation mode, wherein when the conference mode is the conference discussion mode, a conference terminal list, a chairman terminal, a speaker terminal and a recording and broadcasting server need to be transmitted for starting a conference, a first speaker can be set and a second speaker can be set during scheduling, the chairman terminal selects a certain conference terminal, and the speakers perform training operations in turn; when the conference mode is the conference mode, the conference mode and the participant terminal list need to be transmitted, and a certain participant terminal can be independently set to be displayed on a display screen during scheduling;
the first sending module is used for sending the video networking conference information to a central management server through a webservice interface so that the central management server can send the conference scheduling service information to a conference scheduling management server, the conference scheduling management server performs protocol conversion on the conference scheduling service information and then sends the conference scheduling service information to the video networking server to start video networking conference operation, and the video networking conference is started by selecting corresponding conference scheduling service through the conference scheduling management server;
the second receiving module is used for receiving a result of starting the video networking conference fed back by the central management server through the webservice interface;
and the second sending module is used for sending the result of starting the video networking conference to the user through a third-party operation interface.
7. An opening device for video network conference, comprising:
the conference management platform sends the video networking conference information to the central management server by using the webservice interface; receiving video networking conference information sent by a conference management platform by using a webservice interface, wherein the video networking conference information comprises: the conference mode of the video networking and the participant terminal list information of the video networking conference, wherein the conference mode of the video networking comprises: a conference discussion mode and a consultation mode, wherein when the conference mode is the conference discussion mode, a conference terminal list, a chairman terminal, a speaker terminal and a recording and broadcasting server need to be transmitted for starting a conference, a first speaker can be set and a second speaker can be set during scheduling, the chairman terminal selects a certain conference terminal, and the speakers perform training operations in turn; when the conference mode is the conference mode, the conference mode and the participant terminal list need to be transmitted, and a certain participant terminal can be independently set to be displayed on a display screen during scheduling;
a determining module, configured to determine, according to the video networking conference information, corresponding conference scheduling service information, where the conference scheduling information includes: the IP address of the chairman terminal, the IP address of the conference scheduling management service instance, the video networking conference mode and the number of the participating terminals participating in the video networking conference;
the first sending module is used for sending the conference scheduling service information to a conference scheduling management server so that the conference scheduling management server can carry out protocol conversion on the conference scheduling service information and then send the conference scheduling service information to a video networking server to start video networking conference operation;
the second receiving module is used for receiving a result of starting the video networking conference operation fed back by the conference scheduling management server;
and the second sending module is used for sending the result of the operation of starting the video networking conference to the conference management platform.
8. The apparatus of claim 7, wherein the determining module comprises:
the acquisition module is used for acquiring the IP address of the chairman terminal from the participant terminal list information of the video networking conference information;
the searching module is used for searching the IP address of the conference scheduling management service instance corresponding to the IP address of the chairman terminal from local configuration;
and the combination module is used for combining the IP address of the chairman terminal, the IP address of the conference scheduling management service instance, the video networking conference mode and the number of the conference participating terminals participating in the video networking conference into the conference scheduling service information.
9. An opening device for video network conference, comprising:
the first receiving module is used for receiving the video networking conference information selected by the user through the third-party operation interface; the conference management platform sends the video networking conference information to a central management server by using a webservice interface; determining corresponding conference scheduling server information according to the video networking conference information; the central management server sends the conference scheduling service information to a conference scheduling management server; receiving conference scheduling service information sent by a central management server, wherein the conference scheduling information comprises: the IP address of chairman terminal, the IP address and the video networking conference mode of meeting scheduling management service instance, the number of the participating terminals participating in the video networking conference, wherein, the video networking conference mode includes: a conference discussion mode and a consultation mode, wherein when the conference mode is the conference discussion mode, a conference terminal list, a chairman terminal, a speaker terminal and a recording and broadcasting server need to be transmitted for starting a conference, a first speaker can be set and a second speaker can be set during scheduling, the chairman terminal selects a certain conference terminal, and the speakers perform training operations in turn; when the conference mode is the conference mode, the conference mode and the participant terminal list need to be transmitted, and a certain participant terminal can be independently set to be displayed on a display screen during scheduling;
the conversion module is used for carrying out protocol conversion on the conference scheduling service information;
the establishing module is used for establishing the connection between the conference scheduling management service instance and the chairman terminal according to the converted IP address of the chairman terminal and the converted IP address of the conference scheduling management service instance;
the first sending module is used for sending the converted conference scheduling service information to a video networking server after connection is established so as to facilitate the video networking server to start video networking conference operation;
the second receiving module is used for receiving a result of starting the video networking conference operation sent by the video networking server;
and the second sending module is used for sending the result of the operation of starting the video networking conference to the central management server.
10. The apparatus of claim 9, further comprising:
and the scheduling module is used for carrying out screen switching scheduling according to the video networking conference mode and the number of the conference participating terminals after the video networking server starts the video networking conference operation.
