Technical Field
The invention belongs to the field of intelligent glasses, and particularly relates to intelligent glasses capable of being worn during sports and a display lens mounting device thereof.
Background
With the continuous development of science and technology, consumer electronics products such as intelligent bracelets, intelligent watches, bluetooth earphones, intelligent glasses of various types and various functions are emerging continuously. With the increasing living standard, consumers have made higher demands on consumer electronics, and many products try to integrate more functions into a whole to gain more consumers' favor.
At present intelligent glasses such as AR intelligent glasses, the main part that shows lens and intelligent glasses is fixed non-detachable, and shows that the lens can not overturn relative to the main part, consequently can't satisfy user's different operation requirements. For example, more and more people are running at present, and the current smart glasses are not suitable for being worn during sports due to the fixed installation of the display lenses.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to provide intelligent glasses and a display lens mounting device thereof, which can realize the rotatable and detachable mounting of a display lens and meet different use requirements of users.
The invention is realized in such a way that the display lens mounting device is used for rotatably and detachably mounting the display lens on the main body of the intelligent glasses; the display lens mounting device comprises a shell and a turnover restraint piece;
the shell is divided into a main chamber and at least one auxiliary chamber adjacent to the main chamber by a partition plate;
the overturning restraint piece comprises an inserting part inserted in the main cavity and a connecting part extending out of the main cavity, and the connecting part is used for being rotatably connected with a connecting shaft connected with the display lens; and an elastic body used for limiting the overturning restraint piece is arranged in the auxiliary cavity.
In a further improvement, the elastic body comprises a limiting bulge, and the partition board is provided with a through hole for the limiting bulge to extend into the main cavity;
and the peripheral wall of the insertion part is provided with a limiting groove matched with the limiting bulge.
The elastic body is a hollow circular, hollow oval, hollow waist-shaped, arc-shaped or U-shaped elastic sheet; the elastic sheet bulges towards the middle part of the peripheral wall of the partition board to form a V-shaped limiting bulge.
Further improve, connecting portion be equipped with be used for with connecting axle normal running fit's shaft hole, just the shaft hole with rotational damping has between the connecting axle.
In a further improvement, the shell is of a convex structure, the shell is divided into a main cavity and three auxiliary cavities by three clapboards, and the main cavity is positioned among the three auxiliary cavities;
both ends of the main cavity are not closed, so that the overturning restraint member is inserted into the main cavity from the outside of the main body.
In a further improvement, the protruding portion of the housing faces the rear end of the main body, or the protruding portion of the housing faces the bottom end of the main body.
In a further improvement, the open end of the shell is provided with a cover plate.
The intelligent glasses comprise a main body and display lenses arranged at the front end of the main body, wherein the display lenses comprise two transparent display screens, and a connecting shaft is connected between the two transparent display screens; the soft rubber hair band and the display lens mounting device are also included;
the main body is adhered to the soft rubber hair band; the shell is arranged in the main body, the main body is provided with an insertion hole communicated with the main cavity, and the insertion part of the overturning restraint member is inserted in the main cavity through the insertion hole; the connecting part of the overturning restraint piece positioned outside the main body is rotatably connected with the connecting shaft.
In a further improvement, the insertion hole is formed in the bottom end of the main body, and the opening end of the shell faces the top end of the main body.
In a further improvement, the insertion hole is arranged at the front end of the main body, and the opening end of the shell faces the rear end of the main body.
Due to the adoption of the technical scheme, the beneficial effects are as follows:

The display lens mounting device is used for realizing the rotatable and detachable mounting of the display lens, and meeting different use requirements of users; make intelligent glasses wear when the motion, widened the application occasion of intelligent glasses.

Detailed Description
In order to make the objects, technical solutions and advantages of the present invention more apparent, the present invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings and embodiments. In the description of the present invention, it should be understood that the directions and positional relationships described in "top", "bottom", "front", "back", and the like are based on the directions and positional relationships when worn, and are merely for the convenience of simplifying the description, and are not to be construed as limiting the present invention.
The first embodiment is as follows:
as shown in fig. 1 to 6, the smart glasses in this embodiment can be worn during sports, and mainly include a soft adhesive hair band 2, a main body 1 adhered to the soft adhesive hair band 2, and a display lens 3 rotatably and detachably mounted at the front end of the main body 1 by using a display lens mounting device 4, where the display lens 3 includes two transparent display screens 31, and the two transparent display screens 31 are connected by a connecting shaft 32; the main body 1 comprises a bottom plate 12 and a cover 11 covering the bottom plate 12, and the rear end of the cover 11 is adhered to the soft rubber hair band 2. Two cameras 14 are provided at the front end of the housing 11 (the front end of the main body 1), and a plurality of keys 13 are provided at the top end of the housing 11 (the top end of the main body 1). The main body 1 is internally provided with a circuit board, a main control module and each functional module are integrated on the circuit board, and the form of the camera 14, the keys 13 and the transparent display screen 3 which are electrically connected with the main control module or/and the corresponding functional module is the same as the prior art, which does not belong to the improvement point of the invention and is not elaborated herein.
Nowadays, more and more people realize the importance of health, more and more people run sports, and many people like to take hair; the main body 1 matched on the basis of the hair band is an AR (augmented reality) glasses main body, the intelligent glasses in the embodiment are changed into sports hair band AR glasses, and the requirements of consumers on the AR glasses as sports decoration can be met.
The embodiment also discloses a specific structure of the display lens mounting device 4, which mainly comprises a shell 41 with a convex structure, a cover plate 42 covering the open end of the shell 41 and a turnover restraining part 43; the interior of the housing 41 is divided into a main chamber 412 and three sub-chambers 413 by three partitions 411, the main chamber 412 is located in the middle of the three sub-chambers 413, namely, the main chamber 412 is adjacent to each sub-chamber 413; the overturning restraint member 43 comprises an insertion part inserted into the main chamber 412 and a connecting part extending out of the main chamber 412; wherein neither end of the main chamber 412 is closed to facilitate insertion of the eversion restraint 43 from the body 1 outwardly into the main chamber 412 within the body 1. Wherein the inserting part of the overturn constraining member 43 is inserted into the main chamber 412, and the connecting part of the overturn constraining member 43 extends out of the main chamber 412; an elastic body for limiting the inversion restricting member 43 is provided in the sub-chamber 413.
In this embodiment, the specific installation manner of the display lens installation device 4 in the smart glasses is as follows: the case 41 is mounted in the main body 1 with the open end of the case 41 (i.e., the cover plate 42) facing the top end of the main body 1 (the top end of the cover 11), and at the same time, the projection of the case 41 facing the rear end of the main body 1; the bottom plate 12 of the main body 1 is provided with an insertion hole 15 communicated with the main chamber 412, and the insertion part of the overturn restraint member 43 is inserted into the main chamber 412 from the outside of the main body 1 through the insertion hole 15; the connection portion of the turn-over restraint 43 located outside the bottom plate 12 of the main body 1 is rotatably connected to the connection shaft 32.
Wherein, the elastic body is a spring sheet 44 with a hollow round shape, a hollow oval shape, a hollow kidney shape, an arc shape or a U shape, and the spring sheet 44 protrudes towards the middle part of the peripheral wall of the partition 411 to form a V-shaped limiting bulge 441 (also can be an arc shape or other shapes); the clapboard 411 is provided with a through hole 4111 for the limiting bulge 441 to extend into the main chamber 412; the insertion portion peripheral wall of the overturn restricting member 43 inserted into the main chamber 412 is provided with a limiting groove 431 adapted to the limiting projection 441. When the elastic sheet 44 is installed in the secondary chamber 413, the limiting protrusion 411 of the elastic sheet 44 is pressed by the partition 411 to be elastically deformed, and when the limiting protrusion 411 moves to the through hole 4111, the limiting protrusion 411 is released under the elastic restoring force and extends into the primary chamber 412 by virtue of the through hole 4111; when the turning restraining member 43 is inserted, the limiting protrusion 441 is elastically deformed by the extrusion of the peripheral wall of the turning restraining member 43, and when the limiting groove 431 corresponds to the limiting protrusion 411, the limiting protrusion 411 is released and clamped into the limiting groove 431 under the elastic restoring force, so that the limiting of the spring sheet 44 on the turning restraining member 43 is completed.
Wherein, the connection part of the overturn restricting member 43 extending out of the main chamber 412 (i.e. located outside the bottom plate 12 of the main body 1) is provided with a shaft hole 432 for rotationally matching with the connecting shaft 32, and a rotational damping is provided between the shaft hole 432 and the connecting shaft 32. That is, the rotational fit between the connecting shaft 32 and the shaft hole 432 is a frictional fit, so that rotational damping is generated, and when no external force is applied, the connecting shaft 32 and the shaft hole 432 can be kept relatively stationary without a separate damping member; when an external force is applied, the connecting shaft 32 can rotate relative to the shaft hole 432.
Example two:
the present embodiment is different from the first embodiment in that the display lens mounting device 4 is mounted in different ways in the smart glasses.
As shown collectively in fig. 7 to 9, in the present embodiment, the housing 41 of the lens mounting device 4 is also shown mounted in the main body 1, but the open end of the housing 41 (i.e., the cover plate 42) is directed toward the rear end of the main body 1 (the rear end of the housing 11), and at the same time, the projection of the housing 41 is directed toward the bottom end of the main body 1; the front end of the housing 11 of the main body 1 is provided with an insertion hole (not shown in the figure) communicated with the main chamber 412, and the insertion part of the overturn restraint piece 43 is inserted into the main chamber 412 from the outside of the main body 1 through the insertion hole; the connection portion of the turn-over restraint 43 located outside the housing 11 of the main body 1 is rotatably connected to the connection shaft 32.
The specific structure of the lens mounting device 4 is shown to be identical to that described in the first embodiment.
In summary, the display lens mounting device 4 is used to realize the rotatable and detachable mounting of the display lens 3, that is, in a specific occasion (movement), the display lens 3 can be freely detached or the display lens 3 can be rotated, so as to meet different use requirements of users; make intelligent glasses wear when the motion, widened the application occasion of intelligent glasses.
