The application provides a method for controlling elevator stopping floors based on artificial intelligence and related equipment, which can be used in the scenes of equipping elevators in districts, apartments, transportation hubs, markets and the like.
In order to solve the technical problem, the present application mainly provides the following technical solutions:
the method comprises the steps of acquiring voice of passengers in an elevator, identifying floor information about floors in the voice, and triggering floor signals to target floors according to the identified floor information. Or acquiring the gesture of the passenger in the elevator, identifying the floor information corresponding to the gesture, and triggering the floor signal of the target floor according to the identified floor information. The passenger can be prompted to input a palm print, a fingerprint, a password or a card swiping mode on a control panel in the elevator, and if the passenger is determined to be an authorized user according to the palm print, the fingerprint, the password or the card swiping mode, a floor signal of a target floor is triggered. Through adopting this scheme, can realize intelligent and automatic berthhing floor, needn't touch the button with the hand, clean health reduces the bacterium contact. Moreover, the elevator floor button is very suitable for the situation that the button cannot be touched due to insufficient height or inconvenient movement, for example, children cannot touch the button smoothly due to insufficient height, disabled persons or old people who take wheelchairs, heavy objects and the like, and the elevator can still be taken conveniently.
Referring to fig. 1, a method for controlling a landing floor of an elevator based on artificial intelligence, which is performed by an elevator control apparatus, according to the present application is exemplified as follows:
101. at least one of voice data and gestures of a passenger within an elevator are obtained.
The voice data are obtained through detection of a microphone installed in the elevator, and the gestures are obtained through shooting of a shooting device or a monitoring device installed in the elevator.
In some embodiments, to avoid the disordered voice data from interfering with the signal of the departure floor, after the voice data is acquired, the voice data may be preprocessed, which may include noise filtering, semantic analysis, and floor matching. For example, upon detecting a passenger's voice in an elevator, the voice includes "19 floors", "you want to go several floors, and" help me presses 8 floors "and" you are good and early today ". After semantic analysis is performed on the speaking voice, it can be determined that "you want to go a few layers" and "you are a good morning today" are both noise data, so that non-digital audio in the speaking voice is filtered, i.e., the "you want to go a few layers" and the "you are a good morning today" are filtered, and only the "19 layers" and the "I press 8 layers" are reserved. After noise data in the speech sound is filtered, semantic recognition and matching are carried out on the audio frequency in the filtered speech sound, and the matched 19-floor and 8-floor are floors to which the elevator runs.
102. Determining an intended floor of a passenger within the elevator based on at least one of the voice data and the gesture.
Wherein the intent floor includes at least one floor.
The process of determining the intended floor based on the voice data and the gesture is described below:
(1) When voice data related to taking an elevator is detected.
In some embodiments, determining the intended floor of the passenger within the elevator based on at least one of the voice data and the gesture includes one of:
converting voice data into a text, performing semantic analysis on the text to obtain a feature text, matching the feature text with predefined keywords in a database, recording the keywords if the keywords are matched, wherein the keywords refer to floor numbers, and taking the floor numbers corresponding to the keywords as the intention floors. For example, after a passenger says "hello, i want to go to 15 floors", and converts into a text "hello, i want to go to 15 floors", semantic analysis is performed on the text "hello, i want to go to 15 floors", the analysis result is "go to 15 floors", the "go to 15 floors" is matched with keywords, and the "go to 15 floors" is matched to "15 floors", and then the 15 floors are used as the intention floors of the passenger.
Or a voice library related to the operation of the elevator is arranged in a database, the voice data are matched with the voice library, the similarity between the voice data and each voice in the voice library is judged by adopting a cosine value or an Euclidean distance, and finally a target voice with the highest similarity is matched. And taking the floor corresponding to the target voice as the intention floor. For example, if the passenger says "hello, i want to go to floor 15", matches "hello, i want to go floor 15" with the keyword, matches "floor 15", then this floor 15 is taken as the passenger's intended floor.
(2) When a gesture related to taking an elevator is detected.
In some embodiments, determining the intended floor of the passenger within the elevator based on at least one of the voice data and the gesture includes one of:
recognizing the gestures of passengers according to an image recognition algorithm, matching the gestures with specific gestures in a database, and if the specific gestures are matched, taking the floors corresponding to the matched specific gestures as the intention floors; wherein the specific gesture refers to a gesture representing a number. For example, if the gesture ratio of the passenger is recognized as "7" by the image recognition algorithm, 7 floors are set as the intended floor of the passenger.
Or objects carried by passengers are identified according to an image identification algorithm, and if the objects are identified to be provided with marks representing intended floors, the corresponding intended floors are identified through a shooting device in the elevator.
Even though there may be persons with inconvenient speaking (e.g., persons with full mouth and unable to open, or deaf-mute) or persons with inconvenient hands and feet (e.g., persons with both hands holding things and no hands or hands being injured) in the elevator, if these persons have marks representing the intended floors, such as brands, papers or pictures (mobile phone displays), etc., the corresponding intended floors can be recognized by the camera device in the elevator.
(3) When the voice data and the gesture related to taking an elevator within the elevator are detected.
In some embodiments, determining the intended floor of the passenger within the elevator based on at least one of the voice data and the gesture includes one of:
recognizing the gestures of passengers according to an image recognition algorithm, matching the gestures with specific gestures in a database, and if the specific gestures are matched, taking the floors corresponding to the matched specific gestures as first intention floors; wherein, the specific gesture refers to a gesture representing a number; or identifying an object carried by a passenger according to an image identification algorithm, and identifying a corresponding first intention floor through a shooting device in the elevator if the object is identified to have a mark representing the intention floor;
converting the voice data into a text, performing semantic analysis on the text to obtain a feature text, matching the feature text with predefined keywords in a database, and recording the keywords if the keywords are matched, wherein the keywords refer to floor numbers; or a voice library related to the operation of the elevator is arranged in a database, the voice data are matched with the voice library, the similarity between the voice data and each voice in the voice library is judged by adopting a cosine value or an Euclidean distance, and finally a target voice with the highest similarity is matched. Taking the floor corresponding to the target voice as a second intention floor;
after the first intention floor and the second intention floor are obtained, comparing the first intention floor obtained according to the voice data with the second intention floor obtained according to the gesture, and taking the intersection or union of the first intention floor and the second intention floor as the final intention floor.
For example, the current intention floors are determined to be 3, 4, 7, 9, 13 and 15 according to the voice data, and the current intention floors are determined to be 3, 4, 7, 9, 10 and 15 according to the gesture. Because characters may be dropped during recording voice data, the "13" may be recognized as "3", and if 2 passengers say "go to the 13 th floor" simultaneously or successively in the elevator, one more "3" floor may be added to the intended floor, resulting in false alarm. Because the passenger is a person, it is difficult for a normal person to express "13" by one gesture, and "13" is generally expressed by 2 consecutive gestures, for example, the gesture "10" is firstly performed, and then the gesture "3" is performed, and when the elevator control device acquires the gesture of the passenger, the passenger is mistakenly judged to indicate two floors "10" and "3". If the intention floors obtained by the voice data and the gestures are compared and comprehensively analyzed, for example, the intersected intention floors are taken as 4, 7, 9 and 15, and the merged intention floors are taken as 2, 4, 7, 9, 10, 13 and 15. Or, it is found through comprehensive analysis that the passenger does not go to the floor "3" and the floor "10" but to the floor "13", and then the final output intended floors are 4, 7, 9, 13 and 15. In this way, unnecessary stops can be avoided, and the accuracy of determining the intended floor from the two dimensions of voice data and gestures is higher.
In conclusion, whether the height or the action of the passenger are convenient or not is not required to be considered, and even if the height is insufficient or the action is inconvenient, the elevator can be controlled to run and stop through voice data or gestures, so that the convenience can be improved, and the intelligent user experience is brought.
103. And generating a stopping instruction according to the intention floor.
Wherein the stop command comprises a floor signal, a start command, and a stop signal of at least one intended floor; the stopping instruction is used for indicating an elevator control device to operate the elevator and stopping the elevator at a floor corresponding to the floor signal; the floor signal comprises at least one signal for stopping a floor, which floor signal is used to indicate a target floor to be stopped.
In some embodiments, after the voice data is acquired and pre-processed, the method further comprises:
if the elevator is provided with a reachable floor, judging whether the intention floor is in the reachable floor or not after the voice data is preprocessed.
And if the intention floor is within the reachable floor, generating a stopping instruction, wherein the intention floor within the reachable floor is called an effective intention floor. For example, if the elevator only opens the right of 5 floors to 15 floors, the passenger is prompted in the elevator that the elevator cannot reach 19 floors.
And if the floors (also called invalid floors) which are not in the reachable floors exist in the intended floors, generating first prompt information, wherein the first prompt information is used for prompting that the elevator cannot stop the invalid intended floors.
In other embodiments, when the voice data includes voice of at least two intended floors (e.g., a passenger reports more than 2 floor numbers, and more than 2 passengers report one floor), after determining whether the intended floors are within the reachable floors, the method further comprises:
and if the intention floor comprises an effective intention floor and an ineffective intention floor, generating the stopping instruction and the prompt message.
It should be noted that, in the present application, if the intended floor includes an effective intended floor and an ineffective intended floor at the same time, the stop instruction and the prompt message may be generated at the same time or sequentially, and the generation timings of the stop instruction and the prompt message are not limited in the present application.
104. Executing the stop command, and stopping at the intention floor indicated by the stop command.
For example, the landing call indicates landing at floors 8, 15, and 18, and when the elevator travels to floors 8, 15, and 18, the elevator is landed at the corresponding floor, respectively.
Compare with current mechanism, in the embodiment of this application, through adopting this scheme, can realize intelligent and automatic berthing floor, needn't touch the button with the hand, clean health reduces the bacterium contact.
Optionally, in some embodiments of the present application, to avoid taking an elevator illegally, before the stop instruction is generated or before the stop instruction is executed, the method further includes:
sending second prompt information, wherein the second prompt information is used for prompting a passenger to input a palm print, a fingerprint, a password or to swipe a card on a control panel in the elevator;
and triggering a floor signal of the target floor if the passenger is determined to be an authorized user according to the palm print, the fingerprint, the password or the card swiping.
For example, passenger a says "go to floor 15" in the elevator, and after recognizing that "floor 15" is the intended floor, passenger a may be prompted to enter a fingerprint on a control panel in the elevator, the fingerprint entered by passenger a may be verified in the background, and if the fingerprint entered by passenger a is verified, and it is determined that passenger a is an authorized user, then a stop command to floor 15 may be generated or executed.
Various technical features mentioned in the embodiment corresponding to fig. 1 and various optional embodiments are also applicable to the embodiments corresponding to fig. 2 and fig. 3 in the present application, and similar parts are not repeated in the following.
