The invention relates to a crimp connector.
[ background of the invention ]
Prior art please refer to chinese patent application publication No. CN105703119A, published on 22/6/2016, which discloses a press-fit connector including an upper flat plate portion and a first spring portion. The upper flat plate portion extends in a flat plate shape in the horizontal direction. The first spring portion is connected to a first end portion located on a peripheral edge of the upper flat plate portion, and is elastic in the vertical direction. The first spring portion is wound around the upper flat plate portion as viewed from above in plan view. The first spring portion is formed by bending relative to the upper flat plate portion. The crimp connector can be formed from a piece of metal plate by a blanking process and a bending process. The crimp connector has limited resiliency.
There is a need for a crimp connector with improved resiliency.

[ detailed description ] A
The following detailed description will further illustrate the invention in conjunction with the above-described figures.
Referring to fig. 1 to 2, a crimp connector 100 is disclosed which can be formed from a piece of metal plate by a blanking process and a bending process. The crimp connector 100 includes a base 10, a crimping portion 30, and an elastic portion 20 connecting the base 10 and the crimping portion 30. The base 10, the pressure-bonding part 30, and the elastic part 20 extend spirally in the vertical direction. The crimp connector 100 electrically connects the crimp portion 30 with an external element by elastic deformation.
Referring to fig. 3 to 7, the base 10 extends in a vertical direction. The base 10 includes a first base 11, a second base 12 and a third base 13 connecting the first base 11 and the second base 12. The first base portion 11 includes a first extending portion 111 connected to the third base portion 13 and a first bending portion 112 bent from the first extending portion 111. The second base 12 includes a second extending portion 121 connected to the third base 13 and a second bending portion 122 bent from the second extending portion 121. The first base 11, the second base 12 and the third base 13 are enclosed to form a frame. The first base portion 11, the second base portion 12, and the third base portion 13 are provided with a first welding portion 113, a second welding portion 123, and a third welding portion 131, respectively. The first welding portion 113 horizontally bends and extends from the lower edge of the first bending portion 112. The second welding portion 123 is horizontally bent and extended from the lower edge of the second bending portion 122. The first base portion 11 and the second base portion 12 are respectively provided with a first abutting portion 114 and a second abutting portion 124 extending downward from the lower edge thereof. The first abutting portion 114 and the second abutting portion 124 are used for abutting against an external circuit board. The first soldering portion 113, the second soldering portion 123 and the third soldering portion 131 are used for being soldered to an external circuit board.
The elastic portion 20 includes a first elastic portion 21 bent horizontally from the top of the base portion 10 and a second elastic portion 22 bent horizontally from the first elastic portion 21 and then bent downward and then bent horizontally. The press-contact part 30 is bent and extended upward from the second elastic part 22. The first elastic portion 21 and the second elastic portion 22 are both located in the frame. The first elastic portion 21 includes two elastic arms 210 arranged in parallel. The crimp 30 is located between the two resilient arms 210. The compression connector 100 further includes a supporting portion 31 bent downward from the compression portion 30, and the supporting portion 31 includes a first supporting portion 311 connected to the compression portion 30 and two second supporting portions 312 bent from two sides of the first supporting portion 311. The first supporting portion 311 and the second supporting portion 312 are used to prevent the pressing portion 30 from being pressed down too much and then failing to return to the original state. The crimping portion 30 is provided with a projection 32 projecting upward from an upper surface thereof, the projection 32 being for contact with an external element. The first elastic portion 21 and the second elastic portion 22 of the compression connector 100 are longer in the horizontal direction, so that the elasticity of the compression connector 100 is better.
In summary, the above is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and should not be limited to the scope of the present invention, and all the simple equivalent changes and modifications made according to the claims and the content of the specification should be covered by the scope of the present invention.
