Detailed Description
The detailed description and technical contents of the present invention will now be described with reference to the accompanying drawings:
as shown in fig. 1 to 4, a touch key with better pressing feel according to a first embodiment of the present invention includes a touch panel 10, at least one fixing member 20, at least one elastic connecting member 30, and a plurality of elastic supporting members 40.
Specifically, the touch panel body 10 has a touch area 11 and at least one pressing area 12 adjacent to the touch area 11, and the touch panel body 10 is integrally formed by a metal material or a plastic material. In the embodiment, the fixing member 20 includes a first plate 21 and a second plate 22 spaced apart from the first plate 21, the touch panel 10 is disposed between the first plate 21 and the second plate 22, a height difference is formed between the touch panel 10 and the first plate 21 and the second plate 22, and the pressing area 12 is located on the touch panel 10 adjacent to the first plate 21. The elastic connecting member 30 is used between the touch panel 10 and the fixing member 20, in this embodiment, a first elastic connecting member 301 is disposed between the touch panel 10 and the first plate 21, a second elastic connecting member 302 is disposed between the touch panel 10 and the second plate 22, each elastic connecting member 30 includes a first connecting portion 31 for connecting the touch panel 10, a second connecting portion 32 for connecting the fixing member 20, and an elastic connecting portion 33 connected between the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32, the elastic connecting portion 33 extends along a longitudinal direction, the first connecting portion 31 and the second connecting portion 32 are respectively located at two ends of the elastic connecting portion 33 and extend in a transverse direction, so that the height difference is formed between the touch panel 10 and the fixing member 20. The elastic supporting member 40 is disposed at the position of the pressing area 12 of the touch panel 10, in this embodiment, two elastic supporting members 40 are disposed on the pressing area 12, each elastic supporting member 40 includes a positioning portion 41 fixed on the touch panel 10 and an elastic portion 42 extending from the positioning portion 41, and each elastic supporting member 42 is located between the height differences formed by the touch panel 10 and the fixing member 20. In this embodiment, each of the elastic supporting members 40 further includes a limiting portion 43 extending from the positioning portion 41, the limiting portion 43 and the elastic portion 42 extend along the same longitudinal direction, and the elastic portion 42 is a hollow cone-shaped ring surrounding the periphery of the limiting portion 43.
It should be noted that, in the present embodiment, the elastic connecting member 30 and the elastic supporting member 40 are made of an elastic material, such as silicon rubber. And the fixing portion 41 of the elastic supporting member 40 is connected to the second connecting portion 32 of the elastic connecting member 30. Of course, the fixing portion 41 of the elastic supporting member 40 and the second connecting portion 32 of the elastic connecting member 30 may be in a disconnected state. A positioning hole 14 for the fixing portion 41 is formed on the pressing area 12 at a position corresponding to the fixing portion 41 of each elastic supporting member 40, so that each elastic supporting member 40 is fixed at the position of the pressing area 12 by disposing each fixing portion 41 in each positioning hole 14.
As shown in fig. 2 to 3 and 5, when the present invention is mounted on a casing 50 of a notebook computer (not shown), the fixing member 20 is mainly used to fix the casing 50, so that a space 51 is formed between the touch panel 10 and the casing 50 by using the height difference, and the elastic portion 42 and the limiting portion 43 of the elastic supporting member 40 are located in the space 51 formed between the touch panel 10 and the casing 50. Accordingly, after the fixing member 20 is fixed on the housing 50, the pressing area 12 of the touch panel 10 is elastically displaced on the housing 50 up and down by the elastic connection portion 33 of the elastic connection member 30 relative to the housing 50. In addition, since two elastic supporting members 40 are respectively disposed on the pressing area 12, each elastic supporting member 40 utilizes the elastic portion 42 to form an elastic supporting force on the pressing area 12, so that the pressing area 12 utilizes the elastic supporting force to form the up-and-down elastic displacement state on the housing 50.
When a pressure is applied on the upper side of the pressing area 12 of the touch panel 10, the pressing area 12 will generate a downward displacement relative to the housing 50, and at this moment, the pressing area 12 will generate a compression state to the elastic portion 42 through the positioning portion 41 of each elastic supporting member 40, and form a stopping effect of the downward displacement to the pressing area 12 by using the limiting portion 43, so that an elastic restoring force is accumulated in the elastic portion 42. When the pressure on the pressing area 12 is released, the elastic restoring force accumulated by the elastic portion 42 is released at the same time, so as to estimate the positioning portion 41 to generate an upward displacement action on the pressing area 12 and generate the elastic supporting force on the pressing area 12. Thus, the pressing area 12 can be elastically displaced up and down on the housing 50 by the elastic supporting force.
Therefore, the elastic connecting member 30 and the elastic supporting member 40 in the present invention are both formed between the touch plate 10 and the fixing member 20 by using elastic silicone material, so that the touch plate 10 can improve the pressing hand feeling when performing the up-down elastic displacement state, thereby solving the problem of hard pressing hand feeling generated by using metal elastic sheet in the prior art, and simultaneously avoiding the metal noise generated during the pressing process of the touch key.
As shown in fig. 6, in the second embodiment of the present invention, each elastic supporting element 40 'is composed of a positioning portion 41' fixed on the touch panel 10 and an elastic portion 42 'extending from the positioning portion 41' toward the housing 50, and each elastic portion 42 'is a column extending from the positioning portion 41'. Furthermore, when a pressure is applied over the pressing area 12 (as shown in fig. 2) of the touch panel body 10, the elastic portion 42' having a cylindrical shape can also accumulate an elastic restoring force. When the pressure on the pressing area 12 is released, the elastic restoring force accumulated by the elastic portion 42 'is also released, so as to push the positioning portion 41' to generate an upward displacement action on the pressing area 12, and generate the elastic supporting force on the pressing area 12. In this way, the pressing area 12 can be elastically displaced up and down on the housing 50 by the elastic supporting force.
In conclusion, the present invention has been made to meet the requirements of the patent application, and the patent application is made in accordance with the law. However, the above description is only a preferred embodiment of the present invention, and the claims of the present invention should not be limited thereto. It is intended that all equivalent modifications or changes which come within the spirit of the invention and those skilled in the art are to be embraced within the scope of the appended claims.
