The sealing valve comprises an outer pipe, an inner pipe and a second compression spring, the inner pipe is slidably connected with the outer pipe and is positioned in the outer pipe, the inner pipe is fixedly connected with the air outlet pipe and is communicated with the air outlet pipe, the inner pipe is provided with a plurality of air outlets which are uniformly distributed on the periphery of the inner pipe, and the compression spring is abutted between the outer pipe and the inner pipe and is positioned in the outer pipe.

The English learning intelligent teaching system integrates the writing function, the stretching function, the projection function and the dictation function, has a better using effect, and solves the technical problems of single function and poor using effect of the traditional English learning intelligent teaching system.
