Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to a liquid treatment system, in particular to a matching structure applied to a liquid treatment system used in the research and production fields.
Background
The liquid treatment system in the related art generally comprises a permanent liquid treatment apparatus and a consumable liquid treatment element, and the cooperation mode for the permanent liquid treatment apparatus and the consumable liquid treatment element (hereinafter referred to as liquid treatment apparatus and liquid treatment element) mainly comprises the following steps:
1. the liquid treatment apparatus and the liquid treatment element are brought into contact with each other by means of a cooperating surface structure so as to be held in place when the liquid treatment element is mounted to the structure on the liquid treatment apparatus to prevent translational movement thereof and to retain the complementary connectors in engagement with each other. When the liquid handling element is removed, it is removed from the structure by releasing the liquid handling element by applying thereto an action which is limited to tilting it relative to the structure and guided by the interengaging connectors. The disadvantage of this approach is that: during installation, two hands are needed for operation, and certain invariance is realized for some special people. The prompt information after the installation is in place is not clear, and the risk of water leakage is possibly caused by the fact that the installation is not in place.
2. Through threaded connection. The liquid treatment device and the liquid treatment element are respectively provided with an internal thread and an external thread, and the two threads are matched together through threaded connection. The defects are that: the installation is tedious and the threads need to be further sealed with a sealing tape when connected. The threaded connection is subject to low pressure and thus is prone to leakage accidents due to excessive hydraulic pressure when the fluid handling system is in operation.
3. And is fixedly matched with the clamping hoop. The liquid treatment element is held in the liquid treatment apparatus by the clip and is engaged with the liquid treatment apparatus by the force of the clip. The defects are that: the clamp is easy to loosen, and has a certain water leakage risk. And the clamp is troublesome to install.
The above structures have some insufficient and in-use risks, and cannot best meet the needs of users.
