After the apple of stripping and slicing fell to vibrations board 316, people open valve 324, and then make the running water in the external water pipe 323 spout from spray pipe 322, thereby can wash the apple in the collecting box 2, can wash the apple more totally along with vibrations of vibrations board 316, also be convenient for wash the residue on the apple, the residue clean-up time of reducible residue, the water of washing simultaneously also can be followed the residue and arrange miscellaneous hole 311 and rush out, more do benefit to the discharge of residue, after washing the apple, people close valve 324 again can, anticollision piece 325 can prevent to pound on spray pipe 322 when the apple falls down, the safety of equipment has been protected.
