As shown in fig. 1 to 5, a washing tub 1 of a washing machine according to the present embodiment includes a washing tub 1 body configured as a main body for containing clothes and washing water, a dewatering port 3 is disposed on a top of a tub wall of the washing tub 1, when the washing machine performs a dewatering operation, the washing water in the washing tub 1 is discharged through the dewatering port 3, a water guide structure 2 for guiding the washing water in the washing tub 1 to a water receiving device 6 at a lower portion of the washing tub 1 is disposed corresponding to the dewatering port 3, the water guide structure 2 is disposed on the tub wall of the washing tub 1 and is communicated with the dewatering port 3, and water is discharged from a water channel at a dewatering stage due to an expansion of the washing machine and enters the water channel, the dewatering port 3 of the washing tub 1 is disposed on the tub wall of the washing tub 1, and the water guide structure 2 is communicated with the dewatering port 3, so that a flow tendency of water flow during dewatering of the washing tub 1 is effectively utilized, and functions are ensured, the energy consumption is reduced.
In this embodiment, the water guide structure 2 forms a water guide chamber structure with the outer wall of the washing tub 1 to guide the washing water to the lower part of the washing tub 1, and when the washing machine performs dewatering operation, the washing water in the washing tub 1 flows through the dewatering port 3, is guided into the water receiving device 6 at the bottom of the washing tub 1 through the water guide structure 2, and is discharged through the drainage device.
Example two
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is a further limitation of the first embodiment, the washing tub 1 of the washing machine of the present embodiment includes a washing tub 1 body configured as a tub structure for containing washing water during a washing process, a portion of a tub wall of the washing tub 1, which is located outside the dewatering opening 3, is in a closed configuration, the closed configuration ensures that the washing tub 1 is in a non-porous state, such that a structure of an outer tub is omitted, and an inner tub is used as a main body for containing laundry and washing water, under a condition that a volume of the whole washing machine is unchanged or slightly changed, a capacity of the washing tub 1 is increased, and a capacity expansion effect of the washing machine is achieved, because the conventional washing machine needs to be provided with an outer tub and dirt can be used by matching the outer tub and the inner tub to complete corresponding washing and dewatering work, therefore, a situation that dirt remains between the outer tub and the inner tub exists, the long-term use is very unfavorable to health, water only exists in the washing barrel 1 in the washing process of the washing barrel 1, the problem that the inner wall 202 of the outer barrel and the outer wall of the washing barrel 1 store dirt and dirty due to water storage between the inner barrel and the outer barrel of the traditional washing machine is solved, the washing effect is better, meanwhile, the outer barrel is omitted, the water is not stored between the inner barrel and the outer barrel in the washing process, the water consumption for washing is reduced, and the water consumption for washing is saved.
EXAMPLE III
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is further limited to any one of the first embodiment or the second embodiment, the present embodiment omits an outer tub originally located outside the washing tub 1, the volume of the washing tub 1 is enlarged under the condition that the size and the volume of the washing machine body are not changed or are not changed greatly, and further more clothes can be accommodated during the washing operation, after the outer tub is not provided, the water drained from the water channel enters a water drainage tank at the bottom, the volume is enlarged, the height of the water drainage tank is limited, and the water level in the water drainage tank has a certain height, when the inner tub rotates at a high speed for dewatering, the shape structure of the water channel directly affects the degree of splashing, therefore, the water guide structure 2 is disposed on the outer wall of the washing tub 1, and at the same time, the water guide structure 2 mainly includes an arc-shaped outer wall 201 disposed at a distance from the far end of the washing tub 1 and an inner wall 202 disposed at a distance from the near end of the washing tub 1, the inner wall 202 is close to one side of the washing barrel 1, the radius of the outer wall 201 is smaller than that of the inner wall 202 of the washing barrel 1, namely, the radius of the outer wall 201 is smaller than that of the washing barrel 1, the outer wall 201 of the water guide structure 2 is designed into a large arc shape, the contact area between the water guide structure 2 and water during dehydration is reduced, the washing water can be discharged from the water guide structure 2 more quickly, and in order to avoid that the washing water overflows from a gap between the dehydration port 3 and the water guide structure 2 in the washing and dehydration operation of the washing barrel 1, a sealing structure is arranged between the barrel wall of the washing barrel 1 and the water guide structure 2, and the sealing structure can effectively prevent the washing water from spilling from the gap between the barrel wall of the washing barrel 1 and the water guide structure 2.
Example four
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is further limited to any one of the first to third embodiments, in which the washing tub 1 of the present embodiment includes a water guiding structure 2 disposed on an outer wall of the washing tub 1, and the water guiding structure 2 is embedded in the outer wall of the washing tub 1, so that the service life of the washing tub 1 is prolonged, and the washing tub 1 is convenient to maintain and replace, preferably, the water guiding structure 2 and the outer wall of the washing tub 1 form a smooth transition curved surface, and when the washing tub 1 rotates at a high speed, the smooth transition curved surface can effectively reduce wind resistance, reduce energy consumption, and improve washing efficiency.
EXAMPLE five
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is further limited to any one of the first to fourth embodiments, in which the washing tub 1 of the present embodiment includes a water guiding structure 2 disposed on an outer wall of the washing tub 1, and in the present embodiment, the water guiding structure 2 further includes a first water guiding part 4 closely attached to an outer side of a tub wall of the washing tub 1, in order to further ensure a drainage effect, an outer wall 201 of the first water guiding part 4 and an outer wall of the washing tub 1, that is, an inner wall 202 of the first water guiding part 4, cooperate to form a water guiding chamber structure for guiding the washing water out of the washing tub 1, so that when the washing machine performs a dewatering operation, if too many components of the washing tub 1 are present, vibration may be generated during the rotation process, and noise may be generated, which may affect the experience and sense of a user to a certain extent, the water guide structure 2 is matched with the outer wall of the washing barrel 1 to form a water guide chamber, so that a secondary processing procedure is omitted, the service life of the washing barrel 1 is prolonged, and the vibration and noise resistance of the washing machine is improved.
EXAMPLE six
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is further limited to any one of the first to fifth embodiments, in which the water guiding structure 2 of the washing tub 1 of the present embodiment further includes a second water guiding part 5 communicated with the water outlet end of the first water guiding part 4, the second water guiding part 5 guides the washing water to the water receiving device 6 at the lower part of the washing tub 1, and since the washing tub 1 is in a high-speed rotating state during the dewatering operation, in order to prevent the washing water from flowing back into the washing tub 1 from the water guiding structure 2 in the state of the washing tub 1 rotating at a high speed, the present invention sets the outer wall 201 of the first water guiding part 4 to have a tendency of gradually changing distance from the axis of the washing tub 1 from the top of the washing tub 1 to the bottom of the washing tub 1, and sets the outer wall 201 of the second water guiding part 5 to have a tendency of gradually changing distance from the top of the washing tub 1 to the bottom of the washing tub 1, the distance from the axis of the washing barrel 1 is gradually changed; more preferably, the distance of the first water guide 4 from the axis of the washing tub 1 exhibits an increasing trend; the distance between the second water guide part 5 and the axis of the washing barrel 1 is changed in a descending trend, the multi-section water guide structure 2 provided by the invention utilizes the flowing trend of water in the high-speed rotating washing barrel 1, avoids water flow backflow in the drainage process, and simultaneously ensures concentrated drainage of water flow in the drainage process.
EXAMPLE seven
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is further limited to any one of the first to sixth embodiments, in which the washing tub 1 of the washing machine of the present embodiment is provided with a dewatering port 3 at the top of the tub wall, and the water guide structure 2 is connected to the dewatering port 3, so as to prevent the washing water from overflowing from the gap between the dewatering port 3 and the water guide structure 2 during the washing and dewatering operations of the washing tub 1, a sealing structure is provided between the tub wall of the washing tub 1 and the water guide structure 2, and the sealing structure can effectively prevent the washing water from spilling from the gap between the tub wall of the washing tub 1 and the water guide structure 2.
Example eight
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, which is a further limitation of any one of the first to seventh embodiments, in the washing machine washing tub 1 of the present embodiment, a dewatering opening 3 is disposed on a top wall of a tub wall, a water guide structure 2 is disposed in connection with the dewatering opening 3, and at a connection position of the dewatering opening 3 and the water guide structure 2, in order to avoid overflow of washing water during a washing process, a sealing structure is disposed around an edge of the dewatering opening 3, and is configured to ensure that a water guide chamber, which is in communication with the dewatering opening 3 of the washing tub 1, is a sealed chamber, so as to prevent the washing water from splashing out from a gap between the dewatering opening 3 of the washing tub 1 and the water guide structure 2; preferably, the sealing structure is a sealing ring or a sealing glue which is annularly arranged on the edge of the dewatering opening 3, and the specific application of the sealing structure can be selected according to the actual situation, and the embodiment is only a preferred embodiment.
Example nine
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, in the present embodiment, which is a further limitation of any one of the first to seventh embodiments, the washing tub 1 of the washing machine of the present embodiment is provided with a dewatering opening 3 on the top wall of the tub wall, a water guiding structure 2 is connected to the dewatering opening 3, and at the connection between the dewatering opening 3 and the water guiding structure 2, in order to avoid overflow of the washing water during the washing process, in the present embodiment, a sealing structure ring is disposed at the structural edge where the water guiding structure 2 is embedded in the tub wall of the washing tub 1, and is configured to prevent the washing water from being splashed out from the gap where the water guiding structure 2 is embedded in the tub wall of the washing tub 1; preferably, the sealing structure is a sealing ring or a sealing glue which is annularly arranged on the edge of the dewatering opening 3, and the specific application of the sealing structure can be selected according to the actual situation, and the embodiment is only a preferred embodiment.
Example ten
As shown in fig. 3, the present embodiment is further limited to any one of the first to ninth embodiments, in the washing tub 1 of the washing machine of the present embodiment, the outer wall of the washing tub 1 is provided with the water guide structure 2, the water guide structure 2 is connected, the top of the tub wall of the washing tub 1 is provided with the dewatering port 3, the connection position between the water guide structure 2 and the washing tub 1 is provided with the connection structure in the present embodiment, specifically, the water guide structure 2 and the washing tub 1 are connected by a screw thread, and in the using process, if the water guide structure 2 is broken, blocked, or the like, a user or a maintenance person can detach the water guide structure 2 for maintenance.
As shown in fig. 3, the connection structures described in this embodiment are uniformly distributed on the through hole structures at both sides of the water guide structure 2, and the bolt can connect the water guide structure 2 with the washing tub 1 through the through hole, the threaded connection described in this embodiment is only a preferred embodiment, and those skilled in the art can understand that the threaded connection is other technical means commonly used in the art, such as clamping, plugging, and the like.
EXAMPLE eleven
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is further limited to any one of the first to tenth embodiments, and the washing machine of the present embodiment, the washing tub 1 mounted with the washing machine, includes a housing configured as a washing machine main body, a washing tub 1 of the washing machine is arranged in the shell, a balance ring is arranged on the top of the washing tub 1, meanwhile, a water receiving device 6 for collecting the washing water guided and discharged by the water guide structure 2 is arranged at the bottom of the washing barrel 1, a drainage channel 7 for draining the washing water is arranged on the water receiving device 6, the washing barrel 1 is also provided with a drainage outlet, for discharging excess water inside the washing tub 1, a water discharge passage 7 is provided at a position close to a water discharge port of the washing tub 1, in order to discharge the washing water in the water receiving device 6, the excessive water in the washing tub 1 is discharged.
As shown in fig. 1, the water receiving device 6 of the present invention is a cavity structure with an opening at the upper part, and the upper opening of the water receiving device 6 is not higher than the dewatering opening 3 of the washing tub 1.
Example twelve
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is further limited to the eleventh embodiment, in which the washing machine includes a washing tub 1 mounted with the washing machine, the washing tub 1 of the washing machine is disposed in a housing, a balance ring is disposed on a top of the washing tub 1, a water receiving device 6 for collecting washing water guided and discharged through a water guide structure 2 is disposed at a bottom of the washing tub 1, a water discharge passage 7 for discharging the washing water is disposed on the water receiving device 6, the washing tub 1 is further provided with a water discharge port for discharging excess water inside the washing tub 1, the water discharge passage 7 is disposed at a position close to the water discharge port of the washing tub 1, and excess water inside the washing tub 1 is also discharged while the washing water inside the water receiving device 6 is discharged.
Meanwhile, the upper opening of the water receiving device 6 is arranged at the dewatering port 3 lower than the washing tub 1, so that when water in the water receiving device 6 is excessive, the water flows back to the washing tub 1 from the dewatering port 3.
EXAMPLE thirteen
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is a further limitation of the twelfth embodiment, and the washing machine of the present embodiment includes a washing tub 1 mounted with the washing machine, the washing tub 1 of the washing machine is disposed in a housing, a balance ring is disposed on a top of the washing tub 1, a water receiving device 6 for collecting washing water guided and discharged through a water guide structure 2 is disposed at a bottom of the washing tub 1, a water discharge passage 7 for discharging the washing water is disposed on the water receiving device 6, the washing tub 1 is further provided with a water discharge port for discharging excess water inside the washing tub 1, the water discharge passage 7 is disposed at a position close to the water discharge port of the washing tub 1, and excess water inside the washing tub 1 is also discharged while the washing water inside the water receiving device 6 is discharged.
Meanwhile, in the embodiment, the water receiving device 6 is located below the washing tub 1, and the axis of the water receiving device 6 and the axis of the washing tub 1 are arranged in a collinear manner.
Example fourteen
As shown in fig. 1 to 5, the present embodiment is further limited to any one of the eleventh to thirteenth embodiments, and the washing machine of the present embodiment, the washing tub 1 mounted with the washing machine, includes a housing configured as a washing machine main body, a washing tub 1 of the washing machine is arranged in the shell, a balance ring is arranged on the top of the washing tub 1, meanwhile, a water receiving device 6 for collecting the washing water guided and discharged by the water guide structure 2 is arranged at the bottom of the washing barrel 1, a drainage channel 7 for draining the washing water is arranged on the water receiving device 6, the washing barrel 1 is also provided with a drainage outlet, for discharging excess water inside the washing tub 1, a water discharge passage 7 is provided at a position close to a water discharge port of the washing tub 1, in order to discharge the washing water in the water receiving device 6, the excessive water in the washing tub 1 is discharged.

the water guide structure (2) is embedded into the outer wall (201) of the washing barrel (1);
the water guide structure (2) is provided with an arc-shaped outer wall (201) at the far end away from the washing barrel (1), the radius of the arc-shaped outer wall (201) is smaller than that of the washing barrel (1), and the water guide structure (2) and the outer wall (201) of the washing barrel (1) form a smooth transition curved surface;
the water guide structure (2) extends into the part of the washing barrel (1), and one section of the water guide structure is designed to be a single-wall structure for keeping the outer part;
the water guide structure (2) further comprises a first water guide part (4) tightly attached to the outer side of the wall of the washing barrel (1), and a second water guide part (5) communicated with the water outlet end of the first water guide part (4);
the first water guide part (4) is matched with the outer wall (201) of the washing barrel (1) to form a water guide cavity structure for guiding washing water out of the washing barrel (1);
the second water guide part (5) guides the washing water to the lower part of the washing barrel (1);
the outer wall (201) of the first water guide part (4) is in a direction from the top to the bottom of the washing barrel (1), and the distance from the axis of the washing barrel (1) presents increasing trend change;
the outer wall (201) of the second water guide part (5) is in a direction from the top to the bottom of the washing barrel (1), and the distance from the outer wall to the axis of the washing barrel (1) is in a descending trend change.
