Detailed Description
The technical scheme of the invention is further described below with reference to the attached drawings and specific embodiments.
Referring to fig. 1 to 6, a child safety seat includes a seat body, a seat belt 3 provided on the seat body, and a locker 4 for locking the seat belt 3 to the seat body. The child safety seat further comprises a seat belt extending mechanism 5 which can drive the seat belt 3 to extend outwards in operation, a power supply 7 which provides working power for the seat belt extending mechanism 5, and a control switch 6 which controls the on-off of the power supply 7, wherein the control switch 6 is arranged in linkage with the locking device 4.
The locker 4 has a locking state and an unlocking state, when the locker 4 is converted from the locking state to the unlocking state, the seat belt 3 can slide along the length direction of the locker 4, and the control switch 6 is linked to be converted from the opening state to the closing state, so that the power supply 7 is connected with the seat belt extending mechanism 5, and the seat belt extending mechanism 5 works to drive the seat belt 3 to automatically extend outwards. Thus, in operation, the user simply operates the lock 4 to unlock it, enabling the seat belt 3 to be extended outwardly automatically without having to manually pull the seat belt 3.
When the lock 4 is changed from the unlocked state to the locked state, the control switch 6 is returned to the disconnected state, so that the power supply 7 is disconnected from the seat belt extending mechanism 5, the belt 3 stops being fed out, and the belt 3 is locked again relative to the seat body under the action of the lock 4.
As shown in fig. 3,5 and 6, the lock 4 includes at least a lock seat 41 and an unlocking member 42 provided on the lock seat 41, and when the unlocking member 42 is pressed, the lock 4 is switched from the locked state to the unlocked state, and the control switch 6 is switched from the open state to the closed state in response to movement of the unlocking member 42.
Specifically, the control switch 6 includes a switch base 61 and a contact switch piece 62 rotatably provided on the switch base 61, the contact switch piece 62 having thereon a contact (not shown in the drawing) capable of causing the control switch 6 to switch to a closed state when in contact with the switch base 61, and when the unlocking member 42 is pressed, the contact switch piece 62 is correspondingly pressed to move relative to the switch base 61 so that the contact moves toward the switch base 61 to contact the switch base 61, causing the control switch 6 to switch to the closed state, thereby causing the webbing-extending mechanism 5 to be turned on with the power source 7.
In the present embodiment, in the lock 4, the unlocking member 42 is specifically a pressing piece, and the pressing piece 42 has a switching end portion 42a and a pressing end portion 42b respectively provided at two different ends in the longitudinal direction thereof, the switching end portion 42a is rotatably connected to the locking seat 41 through the rotation shaft 43, and the pressing end portion 42b is located above the contact switch member 62. The lock 4 further includes an elastic member 44 for driving the unlocking member 42 to rotate and reset, where the elastic member 44 is a torsion spring sleeved on the rotating shaft 43, so that the unlocking member 42 rotates and resets after being released from being pressed, and the control switch 6 correspondingly resets and is converted into an off state.
As shown in fig. 1 to 6, the webbing extending mechanism 5 includes a drive pulley 51 and a driven pulley 52, which are respectively rotatably provided on the seat body about their own axis, and a motor 53 that drives the rotation of the drive pulley 51, and is electrically connected between the power source 7 and the motor 53. The seat belt 3 is sandwiched between the driving pulley 51 and the driven pulley 52, so that the driving pulley 51 rotates when the motor 53 is operated, and then rotates in cooperation with the driven pulley 52 to send out the seat belt 3 by friction.
In this embodiment, the distance between the driven pulley 52 and the driving pulley 51 is elastically adjustable, so that the belt 3 is always clamped between the driving pulley 51 and the driven pulley 52. Here, the seat belt extending mechanism 5 further includes a mounting seat 54 fixedly mounted on the seat body, and the driving wheel 51, the driven wheel 52 and the motor 53 are all mounted on the mounting seat 54, wherein, an axle 521 of the driven wheel 52 is relatively slidably disposed on the mounting seat 54, specifically, a linearly extending guiding hole 541 is formed on the mounting seat 54, the axle 521 of the driven wheel 52 is relatively slidably disposed in the guiding hole 541, and an elastic member 55 for driving the driven wheel 52 to slide toward the driving wheel 51 is further disposed on the mounting seat 54, so that the driven wheel 52 and the driving wheel 51 keep matching to clamp the seat belt 3.
Referring to the drawings, in the present embodiment, the seat body includes a seat body 1 and a head rest 2 provided on top of the seat body 1, and the webbing 3 includes a left shoulder strap 31, a right shoulder strap 32, and a crotch strap 33, and buckle members are provided on the ends of the left shoulder strap 31, the right shoulder strap 32, and the crotch strap 33 to enable a five-point webbing system to be formed on the seat body.
The head rest 2 is provided with a left shoulder strap hole 21 and a right shoulder strap hole 22, a left shoulder strap 31 is arranged in the left shoulder strap hole 21 in a penetrating manner in a relatively sliding manner, and a right shoulder strap 32 is arranged in the right shoulder strap hole 22 in a penetrating manner in a relatively sliding manner; the seat body 1 is provided at the bottom front with a crotch strap through hole 11, a crotch strap 33 is relatively slidably inserted through the crotch strap through hole 11, and a locker 4 is provided on the crotch strap 33 to lock the crotch strap 33 with respect to the seat body. The left shoulder belt 31 and the right shoulder belt 32 are respectively provided with a group of safety belt extending mechanisms 5, and the motors 53 of the two groups of safety belt extending mechanisms 5 are respectively connected with the power supply 7 through power wires. Here, the mounting seats 54 of the two sets of webbing extending mechanisms 5 are integrally provided to be fixedly provided on the rear side portion of the head rest 2, so that the left shoulder strap hole 21 and the right shoulder strap hole 22 are fed forward in operation.
In summary, the child safety seat of the present invention, in which the webbing 3 is automatically driven to extend outward when operated by providing the webbing extending mechanism 5, and the control switch 6 is provided in conjunction with the lock 4, so that the control switch 6 is switched to the closed state when the lock 4 is unlocked by operating the lock 4, thereby making the webbing extending mechanism 5 to operate by being connected to the power source 7. Thus, when adjusting the webbing 3, the user can cause the webbing extension mechanism 5 to automatically discharge the webbing outward by merely operating the lock 4 to unlock the webbing 3 until the webbing 3 is adjusted to a proper length, and then release the lock 4, and the lock 4 is locked again, so that the webbing 3 is locked in the adjusted length. Only one hand is needed to operate in the whole operation process, so that the operation is very convenient.
