本发明涉及手套技术领域,特别涉及一种防静电针织手套及其制备方法。
背景技术
手套是手部保暖或劳动保护用品,也有装饰用的。目前手套已成为寒冷地区保温必备之物,或是医疗防菌、工业防护用品。手套按照制作方法分为缝制、针织、浸胶等。手套用各种皮革、橡胶、针织物或机织物裁剪缝制而成。针织手套用各种纺织纤维纯纺或混纺纱线,在手套机上编织,经缝制加工,如装夹里、罗口、缝指尖和指叉等,再经过拉绒或缩绒、热定形整理而成产品。针织手套的组织有平针、罗纹、集圈、纱罗等,花式有素色和色织提花等。劳动保护用手套要求比较厚实,有的经过表面涂塑处理,以提高耐磨、防滑、防水性能。装饰手套要求美观,大多经过绣花、钉珠等艺术加工。
现有公告号为CN102657395B的发明专利,公开了一种无玻璃纤维的防割针织手套,该手套使用三根纱线针织而成,包括第一复合纱,其由一根或多根高耐磨性聚酰胺纱线包覆在复合芯上制备而成,复合芯通过将不锈钢纱线和一根或多根高耐磨或高韧性聚酰胺纱线直接针织制得;第二聚酰胺弹性纱线,以及第三对位芳族聚酰胺纱线,通过双侧针织添纱方式进行织造,使得第一和第二纱线位于针织物的第一侧上而对位芳族聚酰胺纱线位于针织物的第二侧上。
现有技术方案中的手套虽然通过多种防割纤维进行织造,从而在保持手套佩戴灵活性的同时,起到防割效果,但是使用多种合成纤维纱线织造而成的手套在实际使用过程中,容易产生静电现象,严重时会影响工作,甚至对人体造成伤害,因此需要对针织手套的防静电性能进行改善。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防静电针织手套及其制备方法,制成的手套具有柔软舒适,透气性好,抗静电性能持久、高效的优点。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供了如下技术方案:一种防静电针织手套,包括手套本体,所述手套本体包括针织内胆、设置于针织内胆外层的导电防护层、设置于导电防护层外侧的静电防护外层;
所述针织内胆为棉涤混纺纱线针织而成,所述导电防护层为导电复合纤维层,所述静电防护外层为抗静电整理织物层。
通过采用上述技术方案,棉的吸湿透气性好,涤纶的弹性好、强度高,可以提高针织内胆对手部的贴合度,通过棉涤混纺纱线制成针织内胆,可以提高手套贴肤层的吸湿透气性及柔软舒适度;使用导电复合纤维制成导电防护层,可以利用导电纤维自身的导电性能,起到快速导引手套上的电荷,减少电荷积聚而形成静电放电现象的作用;利用抗静电整理织物层制成的静电防护外层可以减少纤维表面产生、积累电荷的现象,从而提高手套表面的抗静电性能。
本发明进一步设置为,所述棉涤混纺纱线包括长绒棉纤维、PTT弹性涤纶,所述长绒棉纤维与PTT弹性涤纶的质量比为2:(1~1.5)。
通过采用上述技术方案,长绒棉纤维的纤维品质高,纤维吸湿透气性好,且柔软舒适度要高于普通棉纤维,PTT弹性涤纶柔软高弹、纤维悬垂性好,伸长恢复性好,能够提高针织内胆的弹性及适应性。
本发明进一步设置为,所述导电复合纤维包括质量比为1:(10~20)的石墨烯、原液芳纶。
通过采用上述技术方案,石墨烯是一种绿色安全的新型材料,其具有优异的抗静电性能,可以显著提高纤维及织物抗静电性能;另一方面,石墨烯导电性高,与普碳纤维结合,可以提高纤维的导电性,进而增加纤维的持久抗静电性能。
芳纶是一种新型合成纤维,其具有的独特分子结构,在不进行化学处理的情况下就可以有效的阻燃隔热,且阻燃隔热性能持久;芳纶还具有超高强度、高模量、耐酸耐碱、重量轻、绝缘、抗老化等优良性能;原液芳纶纤维光照色牢度可以达到4~5级,也可以显著提高织物的干湿磨擦色牢度。
本发明进一步设置为,所述原液芳纶为间位芳纶。
通过采用上述技术方案,间位芳纶的大分子呈锯齿状,是一种柔性高分子,断裂强度高于普通涤纶、棉等,伸长率较大,柔软性好,可纺性好,同时,间位芳纶的极限氧指数大于28,具有自熄灭性,是一种永久阻燃纤维;另一方面,间位芳纶具有优良的断后延伸率,耐火性、耐氧化性好,在200~300℃高温下连续使用1000h,其强度仍能保持原强度的50%~65%。因此,利用间位芳纶作为导电复合纤维基体材质,可以更好的提高手套的强度、耐磨性,以及阻燃性能。
本发明进一步设置为,所述导电复合纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:

S2、干混:将石墨烯、原液芳纶投入高速混合机,调节转速350~400rpm,搅拌混合8~10min,再调节转速800~900rpm,继续混合3~5min,得到石墨烯与原液芳纶的均匀混合物;
S3、共混造粒:将石墨烯与原液芳纶的均匀混合物投入双螺杆共混机进行共混造粒,熔融共混温度为550~700℃,转速为90~150rpm,熔融共混时间为25~30min,熔融共混物挤出冷却,经切粒得到导电复合纤维母粒;
S4、熔融纺丝:使用熔融纺丝机对导电复合纤维母粒熔融纺丝,纺丝温度为210~220℃,卷绕速度设置为1400~1600m/min,得到导电复合纤维;
S5、牵伸定型:对导电复合纤维进行牵伸,牵伸温度为90~120℃,牵伸倍数为4~6倍,得到导电复合纤维。
通过采用上述技术方案,将石墨烯与原液芳纶进行预混合,从而形成较为均匀的石墨烯、原液芳纶混合物,使石墨烯与原液芳纶更好的分散混合。再经过熔融共混形成导电复合纤维母粒,从而使石墨烯与原液芳纶形成深度融合的均匀混合物,最后通过熔融纺丝形成导电复合纤维,从而将石墨烯的特性深度赋予至原液芳纶纤维,进而形成导电性持久、高效的导电复合纤维。
本发明进一步设置为,所述抗静电整理织物层由质量比为1:1:1的导电复合纤维、铜氨纤维和棉所混纺形成的纱线针织而成。
通过采用上述技术方案,铜氨纤维的纤维截面呈圆形,无皮芯结构,纤维可承受高度拉伸,制得的单丝较细,可以提高面料的手感和柔软度;另一方面,铜氨纤维的吸湿性好,混纺加入面料中,可以进一步提高面料的吸湿透气性,可以调高手套的佩戴舒适度。
本发明进一步设置为,一种防静电针织手套的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、针织内胆制备:将棉涤混纺纱线在针织机上织造形成手套针织内胆;
S2、导电防护层制备:将导电复合纤维纺纱成线,再通过针织机织造形成与针织内胆适配的导电防护层;
S3、静电防护外层制备:将导电复合纤维、铜氨纤维和棉所混纺形成的纱线针织形成与导电防护层适配的静电防护外层;
S4、抗静电整理:配置质量百分浓度为6%~13%的抗静电剂溶液,将S3步骤的静电防护外层浸渍于抗静电剂溶液中,浴比为(1:3)~(1:5),浸渍时间为35~50min,浸渍后在75~85℃下进行烘干,烘干时间为30~40min,制得抗静电整理织物层;
S5、套织缝合:将针织内胆套设于手模上,将导电防护层套在针织内胆外侧,并将导电防护层与针织内胆缝合连接,按照同样的方法再将抗静电整理织物层与导电防护层缝合连接,从而得到完整的手套。
通过采用上述技术方案,针织内胆贴肤柔软、透气性好,导电防护层可以提高手套的导电性能,抗静电整理织物层可以提高手套的抗静电性能,从而达到提高手套整体的防静电性能。
本发明进一步设置为,所述S4步骤中抗静电剂为有机硅季铵盐抗静电剂。
通过采用上述技术方案,有机硅季铵盐是一类综合性能很好的抗静电剂,整理织物时此类抗静电剂不需要高温烘焙,一般烘干后就可产生持久的抗静电效果,整理后的织物不仅具有优良的抗静电性能,而且还具备良好的吸湿吸汗性、柔顺性、回弹性、防静电性,以及抗污性。
综上所述,本发明具有以下有益效果:
1.本发明中的导电复合纤维,通过将石墨烯、原液芳纶纤维在双螺杆共混机上共混造粒,形成导电复合纤维母粒,再将导电复合纤维母粒通过熔融纺丝形成含石墨烯的导电复合纤维,使石墨烯与纤维在分子层面得到深度分散结合,从而获得近乎永久性的防静电特性;
2.本发明中以原液芳纶作为导电复合纤维的基体纤维,一方面提高了手套的强度、耐磨度,从而延长了手套的使用寿命;另一方面,利用芳纶特有的高效持久的阻燃性能,赋予手套以优良的阻燃性;
3.本发明中的手套中添加铜氨纤维,利用铜氨纤维吸湿透气性高、悬垂性好,且具备较好的抗静电性能的特点,达到进一步提高手套穿着舒适性及抗静电性的效果;
4.本发明中的手套通过有机硅季铵盐抗静电剂整理液进行抗静电整理,使得抗静电剂吸附并浸润至抗静电整理织物层的纤维中,从而达到进一步提高手套抗静电性的效果。

具体实施方式
以下结合实施例对本发明作进一步详细说明。
导电复合纤维的制备例1-3
制备例1:称取质量比为1:10的石墨烯、原液芳纶,将石墨烯放置于真空烘箱进行干燥,干燥温度为70℃,干燥时间为6h;将石墨烯、原液芳纶投入高速混合机,调节转速3500rpm,搅拌混合8min,再调节转速800rpm,继续混合3min,得到石墨烯与原液芳纶的均匀混合物;将石墨烯与原液芳纶的均匀混合物投入双螺杆共混机进行共混造粒,熔融共混温度为550℃,转速为90rpm,熔融共混时间为25min,熔融共混物挤出冷却,经切粒得到导电复合纤维母粒;使用熔融纺丝机对导电复合纤维母粒熔融纺丝,纺丝温度为210℃,卷绕速度设置为1400m/min,得到导电复合纤维; 对导电复合纤维进行牵伸,牵伸温度为90℃,牵伸倍数为4倍,得到导电复合纤维。
制备例2:称取质量比为1:15的石墨烯、原液芳纶,将石墨烯放置于真空烘箱进行干燥,干燥温度为80℃,干燥时间为8h;将石墨烯、原液芳纶投入高速混合机,调节转速370rpm,搅拌混合9min,再调节转速850rpm,继续混合4min,得到石墨烯与原液芳纶的均匀混合物;将石墨烯与原液芳纶的均匀混合物投入双螺杆共混机进行共混造粒,熔融共混温度为600℃,转速为120rpm,熔融共混时间为27min,熔融共混物挤出冷却,经切粒得到导电复合纤维母粒;使用熔融纺丝机对导电复合纤维母粒熔融纺丝,纺丝温度为215℃,卷绕速度设置为1500m/min,得到导电复合纤维; 对导电复合纤维进行牵伸,牵伸温度为110℃,牵伸倍数为5倍,得到导电复合纤维。
制备例3:称取质量比为1:20的石墨烯、原液芳纶,将石墨烯放置于真空烘箱进行干燥,干燥温度为95℃,干燥时间为12h;将石墨烯、原液芳纶投入高速混合机,调节转速400rpm,搅拌混合10min,再调节转速900rpm,继续混合5min,得到石墨烯与原液芳纶的均匀混合物;将石墨烯与原液芳纶的均匀混合物投入双螺杆共混机进行共混造粒,熔融共混温度为700℃,转速为150rpm,熔融共混时间为30min,熔融共混物挤出冷却,经切粒得到导电复合纤维母粒;使用熔融纺丝机对导电复合纤维母粒熔融纺丝,纺丝温度为220℃,卷绕速度设置为1600m/min,得到导电复合纤维; 对导电复合纤维进行牵伸,牵伸温度为90~120℃,牵伸倍数为4~6倍,得到导电复合纤维。
实施例
实施例1:
一种防静电针织手套的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、针织内胆11制备:选择质量比为2:1的长绒棉纤维与PTT弹性涤纶制成的棉涤混纺纱线,将棉涤混纺纱线在针织机上织造形成手套针织内胆11;
S2、导电防护层12制备:将导电复合纤维纺纱成线,再通过针织机织造形成与针织内胆11适配的导电防护层12;
S3、静电防护外层13制备:将导电复合纤维、铜氨纤维和棉所混纺形成的纱线针织形成与导电防护层12适配的静电防护外层13;
S4、抗静电整理:配置质量百分浓度为6%的抗静电剂溶液,将S3步骤的静电防护外层13浸渍于抗静电剂溶液中,浴比为1:3,浸渍时间为35min,浸渍后在75℃下进行烘干,烘干时间为30min,制得抗静电整理织物层;
S5、套织缝合:将针织内胆11套设于手模上,将导电防护层12套在针织内胆11外侧,并将导电防护层12与针织内胆11缝合连接,按照同样的方法再将抗静电整理织物层与导电防护层12缝合连接,从而得到完整的手套。
实施例2:
一种防静电针织手套的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、针织内胆11制备:选择质量比为2:1.1的长绒棉纤维与PTT弹性涤纶制成的棉涤混纺纱线,将棉涤混纺纱线在针织机上织造形成手套针织内胆11;
S2、导电防护层12制备:将导电复合纤维纺纱成线,再通过针织机织造形成与针织内胆11适配的导电防护层12;
S3、抗静电防护外层13制备:将导电复合纤维、铜氨纤维和棉所混纺形成的纱线针织形成与导电防护层12适配的抗静电防护外层13;
S4、抗静电整理:配置质量百分浓度为8%的抗静电剂溶液,将S3步骤的抗静电防护外层13浸渍于抗静电剂溶液中,浴比为1:3.5,浸渍时间为37min,浸渍后在77℃下进行烘干,烘干时间为32min,制得抗静电整理织物层;
S5、套织缝合:将针织内胆11套设于手模上,将导电防护层12套在针织内胆11外侧,并将导电防护层12与针织内胆11缝合连接,按照同样的方法再将抗静电整理织物层与导电防护层12缝合连接,从而得到完整的手套。
实施例3:
一种防静电针织手套的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、针织内胆11制备:选择质量比为2:1.2的长绒棉纤维与PTT弹性涤纶制成的棉涤混纺纱线,将棉涤混纺纱线在针织机上织造形成手套针织内胆11;
S2、导电防护层12制备:将导电复合纤维纺纱成线,再通过针织机织造形成与针织内胆11适配的导电防护层12;
S3、抗静电防护外层13制备:将导电复合纤维、铜氨纤维和棉所混纺形成的纱线针织形成与导电防护层12适配的抗静电防护外层13;
S4、抗静电整理:配置质量百分浓度为10%的抗静电剂溶液,将S3步骤的抗静电防护外层13浸渍于抗静电剂溶液中,浴比为1:4,浸渍时间为40min,浸渍后在80℃下进行烘干,烘干时间为34min,制得抗静电整理织物层;
S5、套织缝合:将针织内胆11套设于手模上,将导电防护层12套在针织内胆11外侧,并将导电防护层12与针织内胆11缝合连接,按照同样的方法再将抗静电整理织物层与导电防护层12缝合连接,从而得到完整的手套。
实施例4:
一种防静电针织手套的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、针织内胆11制备:选择质量比为2:1.3的长绒棉纤维与PTT弹性涤纶制成的棉涤混纺纱线,将棉涤混纺纱线在针织机上织造形成手套针织内胆11;
S2、导电防护层12制备:将导电复合纤维纺纱成线,再通过针织机织造形成与针织内胆11适配的导电防护层12;
S3、静电防护外层13制备:将导电复合纤维、铜氨纤维和棉所混纺形成的纱线针织形成与导电防护层12适配的静电防护外层13;
S4、抗静电整理:配置质量百分浓度为12%的抗静电剂溶液,将S3步骤的静电防护外层13浸渍于抗静电剂溶液中,浴比为1:4.5,浸渍时间为45min,浸渍后在83℃下进行烘干,烘干时间为36min,制得抗静电整理织物层;
S5、套织缝合:将针织内胆11套设于手模上,将导电防护层12套在针织内胆11外侧,并将导电防护层12与针织内胆11缝合连接,按照同样的方法再将抗静电整理织物层与导电防护层12缝合连接,从而得到完整的手套。
实施例5:
一种防静电针织手套的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
S1、针织内胆11制备:选择质量比为2:1.5的长绒棉纤维与PTT弹性涤纶制成的棉涤混纺纱线,将棉涤混纺纱线在针织机上织造形成手套针织内胆11;
S2、导电防护层12制备:将导电复合纤维纺纱成线,再通过针织机织造形成与针织内胆11适配的导电防护层12;
S3、静电防护外层13制备:将导电复合纤维、铜氨纤维和棉所混纺形成的纱线针织形成与导电防护层12适配的静电防护外层13;
S4、抗静电整理:配置质量百分浓度为13%的抗静电剂溶液,将S3步骤的静电防护外层13浸渍于抗静电剂溶液中,浴比为1:5,浸渍时间为50min,浸渍后在85℃下进行烘干,烘干时间为40min,制得抗静电整理织物层;
S5、套织缝合:将针织内胆11套设于手模上,将导电防护层12套在针织内胆11外侧,并将导电防护层12与针织内胆11缝合连接,按照同样的方法再将抗静电整理织物层与导电防护层12缝合连接,从而得到完整的手套。

Claims (8)

1.一种防静电针织手套,其特征在于:包括手套本体(1),所述手套本体(1)包括针织内胆(11)、设置于针织内胆(11)外层的导电防护层(12)、设置于导电防护层(12)外侧的静电防护外层(13);
所述针织内胆(11)为棉涤混纺纱线针织而成,所述导电防护层(12)为导电复合纤维层,所述静电防护外层(13)为抗静电整理织物层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电针织手套,其特征在于:所述棉涤混纺纱线包括长绒棉纤维、PTT弹性涤纶,所述长绒棉纤维与PTT弹性涤纶的质量比为2:(1~1.5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电针织手套,其特征在于:所述导电复合纤维包括质量比为1:(10~20)的石墨烯、原液芳纶。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种防静电针织手套,其特征在于:所述原液芳纶为间位芳纶。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种防静电针织手套,其特征在于:所述导电复合纤维的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
S1、预处理:将石墨烯放置于真空烘箱进行干燥,干燥温度为70~95℃,干燥时间为6~12h;
S2、干混:将石墨烯、原液芳纶投入高速混合机,调节转速350~400rpm,搅拌混合8~10min,再调节转速800~900rpm,继续混合3~5min,得到石墨烯与原液芳纶的均匀混合物;
S3、共混造粒:将石墨烯与原液芳纶的均匀混合物投入双螺杆共混机进行共混造粒,熔融共混温度为550~700℃,转速为90~150rpm,熔融共混时间为25~30min,熔融共混物挤出冷却,经切粒得到导电复合纤维母粒;
S4、熔融纺丝:使用熔融纺丝机对导电复合纤维母粒熔融纺丝,纺丝温度为210~220℃,卷绕速度设置为1400~1600m/min,得到导电复合纤维;
S5、牵伸定型:对导电复合纤维进行牵伸,牵伸温度为90~120℃,牵伸倍数为4~6倍,得到导电复合纤维。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种防静电针织手套,其特征在于:所述抗静电整理织物层由质量比为1:1:1的导电复合纤维、铜氨纤维和棉混纺形成的纱线针织而成。
7.根据权利要求1~6任一项所述的防静电针织手套的制备方法,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
S1、针织内胆(11)制备:将棉涤混纺纱线在针织机上织造形成手套针织内胆(11);
S2、导电防护层(12)制备:将导电复合纤维纺纱成线,再通过针织机织造形成与针织内胆(11)适配的导电防护层(12);
S3、静电防护外层(13)制备:将导电复合纤维、铜氨纤维和棉所混纺形成的纱线针织形成与导电防护层(12)适配的静电防护外层(13);
S4、抗静电整理:配置质量百分浓度为6%~13%的抗静电剂溶液,将S3步骤的静电防护外层(13)浸渍于抗静电剂溶液中,浴比为(1:3)~(1:5),浸渍时间为35~50min,浸渍后在75~85℃下进行烘干,烘干时间为30~40min,制得抗静电整理织物层;
S5、套织缝合:将针织内胆(11)套设于手模上,将导电防护层(12)套在针织内胆(11)外侧,并将导电防护层(12)与针织内胆(11)缝合连接,按照同样的方法再将抗静电整理织物层与导电防护层(12)缝合连接,从而得到完整的手套。
8.根据权利要求7所述的一种防静电针织手套的制备方法,其特征在于:所述S4步骤中抗静电剂为有机硅季铵盐抗静电剂。
