When the nail pushing device is used, a tool is used for pulling tissues into the nail pushing seat 2 through the traction hole 2-3 from the outside of the nail pushing seat 2, the rotary adjusting nut 8-1 drives the connecting rod 9 to move away from the nail pushing seat 2, the functional seat 4 moves towards the nail pushing seat 2 to clamp the tissues, the movable handle 3-1 is pressed, the firing push plate 3-3 and the linkage sleeve rod 7-2 are pushed to move away from the nail pushing seat 2 through the handle connecting rod 3-2, the reset spring 1-4 is compressed, the linkage sleeve rod 7-2 pushes the nail pushing sheet 7-1 to move through the driving boss 7-2-1, the cutting knife 5 cuts the tissues, the small nail pushing ring 7-1 and the large nail pushing ring 7-1-2 push nails 6-1 penetrate the tissues and are formed on the nail pit group 2-2, the movable handle 3-1 is loosened, the firing push plate 3-3, the linkage sleeve rod 7-2 and the movable handle 3-1 are reset under the driving of the reset spring 1-4, and the rotary adjusting nut 8-1 drives the connecting rod 9 to move so that the functional seat 4 is reset.
Example 2
Referring to fig. 8, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that: the present embodiment further comprises a protective cover 11 located between the abutment seat 2 and the functional seat 4. The protective cover 11 includes a left semicircular cover 11-1 and a right semicircular cover 11-2. One side of the left semicircular cover 11-1 is connected with one side of the right semicircular cover 11-2 into a whole, the other side of the left semicircular cover 11-1 is provided with a triangular positioning groove 11-3, and the other side of the right semicircular cover 11-2 is provided with a triangular positioning block 11-4 matched with the triangular positioning groove 11-3. The left semicircular cover 11-1 and the right semicircular cover 11-2 are respectively provided with a semicircular groove 11-5, and the two semicircular grooves 11-5 can be spliced into a circular groove. The protective cover 11 is made of plastic.
Example 3
Referring to fig. 9, this embodiment is substantially the same as embodiment 1 except that: in this embodiment, only one movable handle 3-1 of the firing mechanism 3 is provided. One end of the movable handle 3-1 is rotatably connected to the main handle 1. The two ends of the handle connecting rod 3-2 are respectively connected with the movable handle 3-1 and the firing push plate 3-3 in a rotating way, and one end of the handle connecting rod 3-2 connected with the movable handle 3-1 is closer to the front part of the main handle 1 than the end connected with the firing push plate 3-3. The firing push plate 3-3 is connected with the movable handle 3-1 and the transmission assembly 7. When the other end of the movable handle 3-1 approaches the main handle 1, the transmission assembly 7 is pushed by the linkage assembly to axially move towards the rear of the main handle 1. A reset spring 1-4 for driving the linkage assembly and the transmission assembly 7 to reset is arranged in the rear part of the main handle 1.
In this embodiment, only the rear limit boss 1-1-2 is required to be disposed on the inner wall of the fixed handle 1-1 of the main handle 1, and the front limit boss 1-1-1 is not required to be disposed.
The safety device in this embodiment is a safety abutment 12 with one end hinged to the main handle 1. The inner side of the movable handle 3-1 is provided with a supporting groove. When not triggered, the other end of the safety abutting block 12 abuts against the abutting groove of the movable handle 3-1; before firing, the safety abutting block 12 is rotated, so that the other end of the safety abutting block 12 is removed from the abutting groove of the movable handle 3-1, the safety is relieved, and then the movable handle 3-1 is pressed to perform firing operation.
The indicating device in the embodiment comprises a guide block 9-4, an indicating drag hook 9-5 and a drag hook spring 9-6 which are sequentially arranged from front to back. The guide block 9-4 is sleeved on the connecting rod 9, and the guide block 9-4 is provided with a long through hole 9-4-1. The guide screw 9-1 is disposed in the long through hole 9-4-1, and the position of the guide block 9-4 on the connecting rod 9 can be fixed by tightening the guide screw 9-1. One end of the indicating drag hook 9-5 is sleeved on the connecting rod 9, the other end of the indicating drag hook 9-5 extends along the axial direction of the connecting rod 9 and is provided with a turned edge, and the circumferential position of the turned edge at the other end of the indicating drag hook 9-5 is consistent with the circumferential position of the indicating window 1-5. The drag hook spring 9-6 is sleeved on the connecting rod 9, one end of the drag hook spring 9-6 is propped against the indicating drag hook 9-5, and the other end is propped against the adjusting nut 8-1. By adjusting the position of the guide block 9-4 on the connecting rod 9, the position of the indication drag hook 9-5 can be finely adjusted.

Claims (14)
1. An anorectal anastomat is characterized in that: comprising the following steps:
a main handle (1) on which a nail supporting seat (2) and a firing mechanism (3) are arranged;
the functional seat (4) is arranged in front of the nail propping seat (2) and is connected with the main handle (1) through the connecting rod (9), and a cutting knife (5) and a nail bin (6) are arranged in the functional seat (4);
the transmission assembly (7) is driven by the firing mechanism (3) to enable the cutting knife (5) and the anastomotic nail (6-1) in the nail bin (6) to be matched with the nail supporting seat (2) so as to realize the cutting anastomosis function;
the adjusting mechanism (8) is arranged on the main handle (1); the adjusting mechanism (8) adjusts the distance between the functional seat (4) and the nail supporting seat (2) by adjusting the position of the connecting rod (9) in the axial direction of the main handle (1);
the end face of the nail propping seat (2) opposite to the functional seat (4) is provided with a cutter washer (2-1) and a nail pit group (2-2); the knife-washer ring (2-1) and the nail pit group (2-2) correspond to the positions of the cutting knife (5) and the anastomotic nail (6-1) of the nail bin (6) respectively; a plurality of traction holes (2-3) penetrating through the inside and the outside are uniformly distributed on the side wall of the nail supporting seat (2) along the axial direction.
2. An anorectal stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the adjusting mechanism (8) comprises an adjusting nut (8-1); the adjusting nut (8-1) is rotatably connected to the rear part of the main handle (1), and the adjusting nut (8-1) is in threaded connection with the rear end of the connecting rod (9); the connecting rod (9) is axially and slidably connected with the main handle (1) and is circumferentially and relatively fixed.
3. An anorectal stapler according to claim 2, wherein: the inner wall of the main handle (1) is provided with a sliding groove (1-3); the side wall of the connecting rod (9) is provided with a guide screw (9-1) which is in sliding connection with the sliding groove (1-3).
4. An anorectal stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the functional seat (4) comprises a nail bin sleeve (4-1), a cap (4-2) and an inner core (4-3); the cap (4-2) is arranged at the top of the nail bin sleeve (4-1); the inner core (4-3) is fixed in the nail bin sleeve (4-1) and is fixed with the connecting rod (9); the nail bin (6) is arranged on the bottom of the nail bin sleeve (4-1).
5. An anorectal stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the transmission assembly (7) comprises a nail pushing sheet (7-1) and a linkage loop bar (7-2); the nail pushing sheet (7-1) is arranged in the nail bin sleeve (4-1) and is matched with the cutting knife (5) and the nail bin (6); the linkage sleeve rod (7-2) is slidably connected in the main handle (1), one end of the linkage sleeve rod penetrates through the nail supporting seat (2) and stretches into the nail bin sleeve (4-1) to be matched with the nail pushing piece (7-1), and the other end of the linkage sleeve rod is connected with the firing mechanism (3).
6. An anorectal stapler according to claim 5, wherein: the front part of the nail pushing sheet (7-1) of the transmission assembly (7) is matched with the linkage loop bar (7-2); the rear part of the nail pushing piece (7-1) is coaxially provided with a small nail pushing ring (7-1-1) and a large nail pushing ring (7-1-2) which are matched with the nail bin (6); the cutting knife (5) is fixed at the rear part of the nail pushing sheet (7-1) and is positioned in the small nail pushing ring (7-1-1).
7. The anorectal stapler of claim 6, wherein: one end of a linkage loop bar (7-2) of the transmission assembly (7) is provided with a driving boss (7-2-1) matched with the nail pushing sheet (7-1); the linkage sleeve rod (7-2) moves axially towards the rear of the main handle (1) under the drive of the firing mechanism (3).
8. An anorectal stapler according to claim 5, wherein: the linkage loop bar (7-2) of the transmission assembly (7) is hollow; the connecting rod (9) is positioned in the linkage loop bar (7-2); gaps (7-2-2) are symmetrically arranged on the side wall of the front part of the linkage sleeve rod (7-2); the rear part of the nail propping seat (2) is symmetrically provided with a binding sheet (2-4) which extends into the notch (7-2-2) and is bound with the side wall of the connecting rod (9); the bonding sheet (2-4) is provided with a guide groove (2-4-1); the front part of the connecting rod (9) is provided with a guide rib (9-2) matched with the guide groove (2-4-1).

An anorectal stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the firing mechanism (3) comprises a movable handle (3-1) and a linkage assembly; one end of the movable handle (3-1) is rotatably connected to the main handle (1); the linkage component is connected with the movable handle (3-1) and the transmission component (7); when the other end of the movable handle (3-1) is close to the main handle (1), the transmission assembly (7) is pushed to move axially towards the rear of the main handle (1) through the linkage assembly; and a reset spring (1-4) for driving the linkage assembly and the transmission assembly (7) to reset is arranged in the rear part of the main handle (1).
10. An anorectal stapler according to claim 9, wherein: the linkage assembly of the firing mechanism (3) comprises a handle connecting rod (3-2) and a firing push plate (3-3); the two ends of the handle connecting rod (3-2) are respectively connected with the movable handle (3-1) and the firing push plate (3-3) in a rotating way, and one end of the handle connecting rod (3-2) connected with the movable handle (3-1) is closer to the front part of the main handle (1) than one end connected with the firing push plate (3-3).
11. An anorectal stapler according to claim 10, wherein: the movable handle (3-1) of the firing mechanism (3) is provided with two movable handles along the axis mirror image of the main handle (1); the two handle connecting rods (3-2) are arranged, one ends of the two handle connecting rods (3-2) are respectively hinged with the two movable handles (3-1), and the other ends of the two handle connecting rods (3-2) are respectively hinged with two sides of the firing push plate (3-3); the side wall of the main handle (1) is provided with a strip-shaped groove for the displacement of a firing push plate (3-3) of the linkage assembly.
12. An anorectal stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the device also comprises a safety device which is arranged on the main handle (1) and used for limiting the action of the firing mechanism (3).
13. An anorectal stapler according to claim 1, wherein: a transparent indication window (1-5) is arranged on the main handle (1); a safety excitation position mark is marked on the indication window (1-5); the connecting rod (9) is provided with an indicating device which moves along with the connecting rod (9) and can pass through the indicating window (1-5).
14. An anorectal stapler according to claim 1, wherein: the protective cover (11) is positioned between the nail propping seat (2) and the functional seat (4); the protective cover (11) comprises a left semicircular cover (11-1) and a right semicircular cover (11-2); one side of the left semicircular cover (11-1) is connected with one side of the right semicircular cover (11-2) into a whole, a triangular positioning groove (11-3) is formed in the other side of the left semicircular cover (11-1), and a triangular positioning block (11-4) matched with the triangular positioning groove (11-3) is arranged in the other side of the right semicircular cover (11-2); the left semicircular cover (11-1) and the right semicircular cover (11-2) are respectively provided with a semicircular groove (11-5), and the two semicircular grooves (11-5) can be spliced into a circular groove.
