The height of the outer protruding part 1-3 is greater than the height of the inner protruding part 1-4; therefore, the upper cover 3 is pressed down by first contacting only the outer protrusions 1-3, and the outer protrusions 1-3 are turned out, thereby reducing the pressing force required when the upper cover 3 is pressed down.
A rebound cavity 1-5 is formed in the sealing ring body 1, and the rebound cavity 1-5 is positioned above the clamping groove 1-1; the arrangement of the rebound cavity 1-5 is beneficial to the arching of the sealing ring body 1 to two sides when the sealing ring body is pressed down by the compression ring 3-1 of the upper cover 3, so that the sealing ring is easy to deform.

As shown in fig. 2, when the lamp sealing ring of the embodiment is used in a lamp; the sealing ring is positioned between the lamp housing 4 and the upper cover 3, the compression ring 3-1 of the upper cover 3 is compressed in the compression groove 1-2 of the sealing ring, and the bottom of the sealing ring is contacted with the step surface 4-1 in the lamp housing 4; during installation, firstly, the glass panel 2 and the sealing ring are installed, so that the edge of the glass panel 2 is clamped in the clamping groove 1-1 of the sealing ring body 1; then, the compression ring 3-1 of the upper cover 3 is inserted into the compression groove 1-2 of the sealing ring body 1, so that the upper cover 3, the sealing ring and the glass panel 2 are quickly integrated and assembled into an integral module, the modular assembly of the lighting lamp is realized, and the production efficiency is improved; and then the integral module is in butt joint with the lamp housing 4, the upper cover 3 and the lamp housing 4 are fixed by utilizing a bolt assembly, and the sealing ring is further sealed between the upper cover 3 and the lamp housing 4.
Due to the design of the outer protruding part 1-3, when the upper cover 3 and the lamp housing 4 are pressed, the outer protruding part 1-3 can turn and deform outwards and is clamped between the upper cover 3 and the lamp housing 4, so that the compression deformation of the sealing ring body 1 is increased, the contact area between the sealing ring body 1 and the lamp housing 4 and between the sealing ring body and the upper cover 3 is increased, and a first seal is formed; when the upper cover 3 is tightly pressed with the lamp housing 4, the pressing ring 3-1 of the upper cover 3 can downwards press the sealing ring body 1 from the pressing groove 1-2, so that the middle part of the sealing ring body 1 is arched towards two sides, and the middle part of the sealing ring body 1 is firmly abutted against the inner wall of the lamp housing 4, thereby forming a second seal; the bottom of the sealing ring body 1 is tightly abutted against the step surface 4-1 of the lamp housing 4, so that a third seal is formed.
