Abstract

The invention discloses a nonstandard folding box. The bottoms of two end frames are respectively hinged with the end parts of a bottom frame, a top cross beam is arranged at the top of each end frame, a pair of first top corner pieces are symmetrically arranged on the side surfaces of each top cross beam, the distance between the side end surfaces of the first top corner pieces in the width direction of the box is 8 feet, and an end frame fixing device is arranged on the bottom frame and is used for fixing the end frames when the end frames are folded down; when the end frames at the two ends are folded and fixed at the same time, the distance between the first top corner piece and the rear end face of the box in the longitudinal direction of the box is 20 feet; the top surface of each top cross beam is symmetrically provided with a pair of second top corner fittings, the distance between the pair of second top corner fittings in the width direction of the box is 8 feet, and when the end frames are erected, the distance between the pair of second top corner fittings arranged on the top cross beams at two ends in the length direction of the box is 40 feet. Technical Field
The invention relates to a container, in particular to a folding box with a nonstandard size.
Background
With the popularity of container transportation applications and the increasing level of manufacturing specialty containers, non-standard size containers, such as containers having a width of 2500mm, 1.5 standard cell width, or a length of 45 feet, 53 feet, have been used to accommodate the transportation of cargo of different physical dimensions. While this type of container is limited by the standard spreader lifting dimensions, it is provided with corner fittings at standard container lifting locations, such as 40 feet by 8 feet or 20 feet by 8 feet.
In order to save space for stacking and transporting empty containers, a container structure of a non-standard size is designed to be foldable at the end, and is called a non-standard folding container. However, when the end of such a folding box is folded, the corner fitting originally provided at the top of the end in the standard lifting position will not be used properly.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the invention is to overcome the defects in the prior art and provide a non-standard folding box.
The technical scheme adopted by the invention is as follows:
The nonstandard folding box comprises a bottom frame 3, end frames 2, top cross beams 1 and end frame fixing devices 4, wherein the bottoms of the two end frames 2 are respectively hinged with the end parts of the bottom frame 3, the top cross beam 1 is arranged at the top of each end frame 2, a pair of first top corner pieces 5 are symmetrically arranged on the side surfaces of each top cross beam 1, the distance between the side end surfaces of the first pair of top corner pieces 5 in the width direction of the box is 8 feet, the end frame fixing devices 4 are arranged on the bottom frame 3, and when the end frames 2 are folded down, the end frame fixing devices 4 are used for fixing the end frames 2; when the end frames 2 at the two ends are folded and fixed simultaneously, the distance between the rear end faces of the first top corner fittings 5 on the top cross beams 1 at the two ends in the box length direction is 20 feet, and at the moment, the four first top corner fittings 5 on the top cross beams 1 at the two ends can be used as standard 20 feet X8 feet hoisting positions.
The nonstandard folding box has a width dimension of not less than 8 feet and a length dimension of not less than 20 feet.
The width of the nonstandard folding case can be preferably designed to be 1.5 times the width of a standard container, about 3657mm; the length of the folding box is preferably designed to be 40 feet standard length.
The outer edge of the top surface of each top cross beam 1 is symmetrically provided with a pair of second top corner fittings 6, the distance between the side end surfaces of the pair of second top corner fittings 6 in the width direction of the box is 8 feet, when the end frame 2 is erected, the distance between the rear end surfaces of the second top corner fittings 6 arranged on the top cross beams 1 at the two ends in the length direction of the box is 40 feet, and the four second top corner fittings 6 on the top cross beams 1 at the two ends are used as standard 40 feet X8 feet hoisting positions.
When the non-standard folding box is 40 feet long and is greater than 8 feet wide and is provided with a second top corner piece 6, a pair of first avoidance notches 8 are respectively arranged on the short edges of the two ends of the bottom frame 3 and the corresponding positions of the top cross beam 1, the minimum distance between the end faces of the first pair of avoidance notches 8 is 8 feet, and the width of each avoidance notch is not less than 100mm.
The top beam 1 is internally provided with a pair of three top corner fittings 7 along the symmetry, and the distance between the terminal surface of a pair of three top corner fittings 7 in case width direction upside is 8 feet, when end frame 2 is erected, the distance between the terminal surface is 38 feet behind the terminal surface in case length direction of the three top corner fittings 7 that set up on the top beam 1 in both ends, and both ends at this moment four three top corner fittings 7 on the top beam 1 can regard as 38 feet X8 feet to hoist and mount the position to use.
When the non-standard folding box is 40 feet in length and greater than 8 feet in width and is provided with a third top corner fitting 7, a pair of avoidance notches II 9 are respectively arranged at corresponding positions of the short sides at two ends of the bottom frame 3 and the top cross beam 1, the distance from the right end face of the left notch of the avoidance notch II to the rightmost side of the container is 8 feet, and the distance from the left end face of the right notch of the avoidance notch II to the leftmost side of the container is 8 feet.
When the end frame 2 is erected, the end faces of the top holes of the first top corner fitting 5 face the outer sides of the two end parts of the container, and the end faces of the top holes of the second top corner fitting 6 and the third top corner fitting 7 face the outer sides of the top of the container.
The invention has the following beneficial effects:
the invention can save the space for stacking and transporting when empty boxes are formed.
The folding box can save stacking and transporting space when empty and solve the problem of the lifting position of the standard lifting appliance after the end frames of the folding box are folded. For a nonstandard folding box with the width of more than 8 feet and the length of more than 20 feet, after the end frames are folded, the standard 20 feet X8 feet lifting position is arranged on the end frames, the loading space in the box is not required to be additionally occupied for arranging the lifting position, and the nonstandard lifting appliance is not required to be used for lifting the nonstandard container, so that the universality and the use economy of the nonstandard container are improved.

Example 1
As shown in fig. 1a, 1b, a non-standard folding carton of not less than 20 feet in length and/or not less than 8 feet in width, the top cross-beam 1 of which is provided with a first apex angle 5. After the end frame 2 is folded and secured by the end frame securing means 4, the container can be lifted using a 20 foot X8 foot spreader.

As shown in fig. 2a and 2b, a non-standard folding box of 40 feet in length is provided with a top cross member 1 having both the first and second top corner members 5, 6 and the first relief notch 8. When the end stiles 2 are erected, the container can be lifted using 40 foot X8 foot standard spreaders. In addition, when the container is placed in the cabin of the container ship, the pair of avoidance notches I8 arranged on the two end parts of the underframe 3 and the top cross beam 1 can effectively avoid the grille 10 on the cabin wall, and the ultra-wide rack type container and the lifting appliance with the foldable end parts can smoothly fall into the bottom of the cabin. Preferably, when the width of the end-foldable ultra-wide rack type container is set to be 1.5 times the standard container width, 1 container occupies 3 boxes in the width direction in the cabin, as shown in fig. 5.
After the end frame 2 is folded and secured by the end frame securing means 4, the container can be lifted using a 20 foot X8 foot standard spreader.
Example 3
As shown in fig. 3a and 3b, a 40 foot length non-standard folding box is provided with a top cross member 1 having both a first top corner member 5 and a third top corner member 7, and a second relief notch 9. When the end stiles 2 are erected, the container can be lifted using a 38 foot by 8 foot spreader. In addition, when the container is placed into the cabin of the container ship, the pair of avoidance notches II 9 arranged on the two end parts of the underframe 3 and the top cross beam 1 can effectively avoid the grille 10 on the cabin wall, and the ultra-wide rack type container and the lifting appliance with the foldable end parts can smoothly fall into the bottom of the cabin. Preferably, when the width of the end-foldable ultra-wide rack type container is set to 1.5 times the standard container width, it occupies 3 boxes of 2 containers in the width direction in the cabin, as shown in fig. 6.
After the end frame 2 is folded and secured by the end frame securing means 4, the container can be lifted using a 20 foot X8 foot standard spreader.
Example 4
As shown in fig. 4a and 4b, a non-standard folding box with a length of 40 feet is provided with a top cross beam 1 having a first top corner piece 5, a second top corner piece 6, and a third top corner piece 7, and a first relief notch 8 and a second relief notch 9. When the end frame 2 is erected, the container may be lifted using either a 40 foot by 8 foot standard spreader or a 38 foot by 8 foot special spreader. In addition, the container ship has the characteristics of embodiment 2 and embodiment 3 when placed in the cabin of the container ship.
After the end frame 2 is folded and secured by the end frame securing means 4, the container can be lifted using a 20 foot X8 foot standard spreader.
