Description

Anti-private transformer user continuous electricity stealing method
Technical Field
The invention relates to an anti-electricity-stealing method for a power supply part, in particular to a continuous type electricity-stealing method for an anti-special transformer user.
Background
Electricity stealing prevention is always an important task for the power supply sector. The transformer and other equipment of the special transformer user are customer assets, the installation position of the metering device is in the user jurisdiction range, and most of the equipment is provided with occupational electricians with corresponding electrical knowledge, so that the electricity stealing behavior of the special transformer user is more concealed and professional, the traditional and common electricity stealing method of the special transformer user is continuous electricity stealing, the electricity stealing method is characterized in that the electricity stealing is continuously carried out in a longer time period, the electricity stealing user generally adopts the methods of meter changing, adding a short-circuit (shunt) element in a metering loop, changing a CT variable ratio, removing a voltage crossover line, disconnecting a secondary line and the like by professionals to steal electricity, and the electricity stealing means has long-term property and stability. The traditional electricity stealing prevention method generally judges whether a user has electricity stealing behavior according to the field inspection condition of the user, and the electricity stealing concealment of the user is excellent due to the fact that a professional does the work, and the common appearance inspection is difficult to find the electricity stealing user.
In recent years, anti-private transformer user electricity stealing methods have been studied, for example, chinese patent publication No. CN104535813A discloses an electricity stealing prevention system and an electricity stealing judgment method for private transformer users, wherein a high-voltage electric energy integrated device, a micro-power wireless collector, a private transformer user electric energy collection terminal and a low-voltage electric energy metering device are installed to monitor electric energy data of a high-voltage side and a low-voltage side and upload the electric energy data to an electricity consumption information collection system master station, and the electricity consumption information collection system master station performs contrastive analysis of the high-voltage side and low-voltage side metering data on the data uploaded by the private transformer user electric energy collection terminal by using anti-theft point analysis dedicated software to discover and alarm electricity stealing behavior.
In recent years, with the vigorous advance of the construction of smart power grids of national power grid companies, an Open3000 system, a D5000 system (an upgraded version of Open 3000), a power utilization information acquisition system and a marketing system are built and put into operation one after another, real-time and non-real-time information of the power grids are highly integrated, shared and utilized, and comprehensive, complete and fine power business data streams are provided for operation and management personnel of all levels of power grids. The power supply management department can inquire real-time data and historical data of current, voltage, electric quantity and the like of a power supply line through an Open3000 system and/or a D5000 system; the daily loss electric quantity and the line loss rate of the power supply line and the real-time and historical power consumption data information such as the power consumption, the current, the voltage and the like of each power consumer can be conveniently inquired through the power consumption information acquisition system, and the basic information such as the contract capacity, the user position, the identity and the like of the power consumers can be conveniently inquired from the marketing system. How to effectively utilize the system and the information and construct a timely and effective continuous electricity stealing method for the special transformer users is a technical problem which is currently addressed by a power supply department.
