In the existing connector, waterproof sealing at the installation surface is realized between the socket and the installation panel through an O-shaped ring or a rubber ring, such as a YMA square disc socket and a YMG square disc socket shown in fig. 1 and fig. 2; if the square plate needs to be floated, a floating shaft sleeve is arranged on the square plate to realize the mutual movement between the square plate and the mounting panel, and at the moment, water proofing cannot be realized, for example, YMGC16 floating plugs are shown in figures 3 and 4.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to realize the floating of the connector and solve the waterproof sealing problem of the panel where the connector is installed, the invention provides a floating waterproof connector with a novel structure, which realizes the floating through a floating shaft sleeve and the waterproof sealing of the panel through pressing a square disc rubber gasket.
The purpose of the invention and the technical problem to be solved are realized by adopting the following technical scheme. According to the present invention, there is provided a floating waterproof connector comprising: the square disc rubber mat comprises a square disc shell 1, an installation panel 2 and a square disc rubber mat 4, wherein the square disc rubber mat is positioned between the square disc shell 1 and the installation panel 2, and an inner ring of the square disc rubber mat is tightly pressed on the square disc shell 1 through a fastening pressing piece; a gap for floating the square disc shell 1 relative to the installation panel 2 is formed between the fastening and pressing piece and the installation panel 2; the square disc shell 1 is provided with at least 4 mounting holes for the fixing pieces to pass through, and the mounting panel 2 is provided with fixing holes corresponding to the mounting holes and used for fixing the fixing pieces; the floating shaft sleeve 6 which is used for the fixing piece to penetrate through and press the fixing piece and is riveted with the square disc gasket 5 arranged between the square disc shell 1 and the square disc rubber mat 4 through the inward step surface formed by reducing the diameter of the tail end of the fixing piece penetrates through the mounting hole in the square disc shell 1 and has a radial floating distance with the mounting hole.

In the floating waterproof connector, the riveted surface of the square disc gasket 5 and the floating shaft sleeve is a wedge-shaped surface.
In the floating waterproof connector, an O-ring 7 for preventing water from entering the mounting panel from a spline housing gap is arranged between the square disc housing 1 and the connector spline housing 3.

When the connector floats relative to the floating shaft sleeve, water at the panel can only enter between the square disc shell and the square disc rubber mat through a gap of the floating shaft sleeve, and the water can not enter the installation panel; the O-shaped ring arranged between the square disc shell and the spline shell can prevent water from entering the installation panel from the shell gap. In conclusion, waterproof sealing in the floating process of the connector can be realized.
