Abstract
本发明提出了一种盒中袋包装,优选用于包装奶粉,包括或由以下部分组成:可关闭的容器、用于容器的封闭盖和可填充管状袋,其中所述管状袋平坦地连接到容器内部,并且容器的底部向内凹。The present invention proposes a bag-in-box packaging, preferably for packaging milk powder, comprising or consisting of the following parts: a closable container, a closing cover for the container and a fillable tubular bag, wherein the tubular bag is flatly connected to the interior of the container and the bottom of the container is concave inwardly.
Description
Technical Field
The present invention is in the field of packaging and relates to an improved Bag-in-Box (Bag-in-Box) package, in particular for food products in powder form.
Background
Powdered food products, such as milk powder, in particular for feeding young children, are currently provided in so-called "MyPacks" or "bag-in-box" packages. A tubular bag is suspended in a container that can be closed with a lid. However, from a sustainable development point of view, the products on the market need improvement in that the bag is only loosely placed in the container and is difficult to empty completely, also because the container bottom is flat. The materials used are often difficult or impossible to recycle, which means that it is not worth separating them into different materials and the whole package is eventually incinerated.
Prior Art
Bag-in-box packages are known in the art and are mainly larger containers for liquids, for example for wine or juice.
For example, EP 3554964 B1 (WESTROCK) claims a bag-in-box package comprising an outer box, a foldable inner box arranged inside the outer box, and a tap connected to the inner bag. The outer box includes a side wall, a tap access device formed in the side wall, and a removable top wall. The top wall includes first and second overlapping caps. The first top cover is directly connected to the front side of the side wall along a first tear line. The second top cover is directly connected to the rear side of the side wall along a second tear line. The rear portion of the sidewall is disposed opposite the front portion. The upper wall may be separated from the side wall along the first and second tear lines.
Object of the Invention
It is therefore an object of the present invention to provide a package, in particular for food products in powder form, in particular milk powder, which allows easier, i.e. most importantly complete removal. In addition, the package should have features that improve sustainability.
Disclosure of Invention
The first subject of the present invention relates to a bag-in-box package comprising or consisting of:
(i) A sealable container;
(ii) Closure cap for a container, and
(Iii) A tubular bag that can be filled in is provided,
Wherein the method comprises the steps of
(A) The tubular bag is connected with the container interior in a flat manner, and
(B) The bottom of the container is concave inwards.
The present invention simultaneously solves the above-mentioned problems of the prior art by making the removal easier and the packaging not to leave any residue by the concave design of the large area gluing or sealing of the tubular bag to the inside of the container and to the inside of the bottom of the container. By using recyclable materials, particularly cardboard, as the container rather than plastic, material separation and recycling is made easier. Thus, preferred embodiments of the present invention include packages wherein the containers are made of recyclable materials, particularly paperboard.
The closure means ("closure") is usually designed to be placed on the container, however, it is also conceivable that it is connected to the container by means of a flip-top (Lasche). It is preferably made of a recyclable plastic, such as in particular polyethylene or polypropylene. Thus, the closure may be designed to be removable or foldable.
The tubular bag has an opening through which the contents are filled. It is therefore reasonable to place the bag in the container such that the opening is also directed in the direction of the opening of the container. However, it is also possible to close the tubular bag after filling, for example by sealing. These bags are made from thin plastic barrier films approved for the storage of food. The tubular bag is preferably glued to the inside of the container. Bonding can only occur in the upper third of the container, but can also occur over the entire surface. Common-water soluble-hot melt adhesives or adhesive patches are particularly suitable for this purpose.
In another preferred embodiment, the lid and the bag are connected in such a way that the bag is opened when the container is opened, for example by folding, and the bag is folded up again when the container is closed.
The design of the container is not critical, nor is its volume, which can range from about 100ml to about 2L. Oval or circular basic shapes having a diameter of about 10 to about 40 cm and a height of about 10 to about 40 cm are typical. While the inside of the bottom is concave for easier removal until the end, the outside of the bottom is preferably flat so that the container can be placed down. After emptying, the container and bag can be simply disposed of separately.
A preferred embodiment of the invention relates to the production of packages wherein the film is first inserted into a folded box forming a container. Another film was welded/glued on top and the container was then erected again. The first film and the second film together form a pouch. Preferably, the second film is perforated at the opening point, while being easy to open.
The container may further comprise a dose aid, in particular a spoon. The scoop may be secured to the outside of the container with an adhesive film. However, it is preferably arranged reversibly on the underside of the cover, for example by means of a clamping device.
Industrial application
Another subject of the invention relates to a method for producing a packaged food product, comprising or consisting of the following steps:
(i) Providing a bag-in-box package as described above;
(ii) Aseptically filling the food product into packaging tubular bags, and
(Iii) The package is closed by closing the lid.
After filling, the tubular bag may also be closed, for example by sealing it under vacuum, before the sealing cap is installed.
The food product is preferably a powdered product, for example in particular milk powder, such as for infant nutrition.
Another subject of the invention relates to the use of the above-mentioned package for packaging food products in powder form, preferably milk powder.
