5. The masking tape comprising a print layer of claim 4, wherein the adhesive protective layer is a clear PET release film.
6. The masking tape of claim 5 wherein the print layer is a UV curable ink.
7. The masking tape comprising a print layer of claim 6, wherein the print protection layer is a clear PVC protection film.
8. The method for preparing a masking tape containing a print layer according to claim 7, comprising the steps of:
1) Saturated impregnation of the body paper of the textured paper is carried out by using a paper treating agent dissolved by the hydroxy butylbenzene emulsion, and the base paper tape layer is obtained by drying;
2) The printing ink is rolled on one side surface of the base paper tape layer according to the pattern design requirement, and a printing layer is formed after UV curing;
3) Spraying transparent PVC protective liquid on the outer side of the printing layer, and drying to form a transparent PVC protective layer;
4) Coating acrylate pressure-sensitive adhesive on the other side surface of the base paper tape layer to form an adhesive layer;
5) Sticking a transparent PET release film on the outer side of the adhesive layer to obtain a belt material;
6) And rewinding, slitting and punching the obtained belt material to form equally-distributed tearing lines, thereby obtaining the masking tape with the printing layer.
