Background
The mold refers to various molds and tools used for obtaining required products by injection molding, blow molding, extrusion, die casting or forging, smelting, stamping and other methods in industrial production, wherein the mold is generally adopted for producing the box body, and in order to protect the corners of the box body, an outward protruding corner protector is generally arranged at the corners of the box body so as to protect the corners of the box body.

In one embodiment, a base is arranged on one side of the corner protection demolding body, facing the upper mold, a first connecting block is connected to the base, a second connecting block and a third connecting block connected with the upper mold are respectively arranged on two sides of the first connecting block, and the first connecting block, the second connecting block and the third connecting block are respectively connected by connecting rods.

the corner protection demoulding structure 3 comprises corner protection demoulding bodies 31 which are arranged on the upper mould 1 at intervals, a mould cavity is formed among the male mould 11, the female mould 21, the corner protection cavity 22 and the corner protection demoulding bodies 31, the corner protection demoulding bodies 31 are matched with the demoulding grooves 23, and the inner edges of the corner protection demoulding bodies 31 are protruded out of the edges of the corner protection cavity 22.
With the adoption of the structure, in the production process of the box body and the corner protector, as the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 are included, the upper die 1 is provided with the detachable corner protector demoulding structure 3, the upper die 1 is provided with the male die 11, the lower die 2 is provided with the female die 21 corresponding to the male die 11, the four corners of the bottom of the female die 21 are respectively provided with the corner protector cavity 22 which is concave, the positions of the female die 21 corresponding to the upper part of the corner protector cavity 22 are respectively provided with the demoulding groove 23 for accommodating the corner protector demoulding structure 3, and the concave depth of the demoulding groove 23 is larger than the depth of the corner protector cavity 22; the corner protection demoulding structure 3 comprises corner protection demoulding bodies 31 which are arranged on the upper mould 1 at intervals, a mould cavity is formed between the male mould 11, the female mould 21, the corner protection cavity 22 and the corner protection demoulding bodies 31, the corner protection demoulding bodies 31 are matched with the demoulding grooves 23, the inner edges of the corner protection demoulding bodies 31 are protruded out of the edges of the corner protection cavities 22, therefore, plastic materials can be injected into the mould cavity formed among the male mould 11, the female mould 21, the corner protection cavity 22 and the corner protection demoulding bodies 31, a box body is formed among the male mould 11, the female mould 21 and the corner protection cavity 31 by the plastic materials, a corner protection of the box body is formed at the corner protection cavity 22, and in addition, when the corner protection demoulding structure 3 is arranged, after the upper mould 1 and the corner protection demoulding structure 3 are separated from the lower mould 2, the demoulding grooves 23 can be exposed, the formed box body and the corner protection can be demoulded together, so that the box body and the corner protection can be integrally formed, secondary processing of the corner protection on the box body can be avoided, the manufacturing cost of corner protection split is reduced, the corner protection manufacturing is more convenient, and the manufacturing efficiency of the corner protection is improved.
In one embodiment, see fig. 3 and 5. In practical use, the first connecting block 33, the second connecting block 34 and the third connecting block 35 can be connected together through the arrangement of the connecting rod 36, so that the corner protector release body 31 can be mounted on the upper die 1.

The end of the rotating body 41 facing the clamping groove 42 is provided with a handle body 43 protruding outwards away from the lower die 2. In practical use, the handle 43 is provided to facilitate the force applied to the rotating body 41 to rotate the rotating body 41.

In practical application, the guide rod 12 and the guide groove 24 cooperate to guide the moving direction of the upper die 1 and the lower die 2 during die opening and die closing, so that the male die 11 of the upper die 1 can be accurately embedded into the female die 21.
