本发明涉及新能源汽车技术领域,尤其是,本发明涉及一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺。
背景技术
汽车地垫是集吸水、吸尘、去污、隔音、保护主机毯五大主要功能为一体的一种环保汽车内部饰件。汽车地垫属于内部装饰品,保护车内的洁净,起到美观舒适点缀的作用。地垫的质地、图案的美观度会直接影响车内的观赏效果和使用舒适感。中国汽车后消费市场在逐年增加,汽车内部饰件之汽车地垫也随之进入爱车一族。汽车地垫的作用有:安全,一副质量合格的地垫对安全非常重要,因为地垫是专车专用,尺寸恰如其分,所以有助于驾驶员的脚平稳的驾驶汽车;健康,脚的健康对身体影响非常关键,一副好的地垫对脚有保健和保护作用;美观,好马配好鞍,自己的爱车当然需要适合的,够档次的地垫来装饰搭配,才能显得更美观。
汽车本身结构中有相当多的电控系统以及电子电气设备,这些内部的系统与设备易产生很多电磁辐射问题。尤其是近些年快速发展和普及的电动汽车,其内部比传统的内燃机汽车有更多、更大功率的电子电气部件,如动力电池系统、直流/直流(DC/DC)转换器、驱动电机、电机控制系统、电源线等,这些大功率电气部件大部分安装在汽车底部,其工作时将向车内产生电磁辐射。
电磁辐射通过热效应、非热效应、电离效应、累积效应等对人体健康造成直接和间接的伤害,因此对汽车内的电磁辐射进行有效屏蔽是极为迫切的。汽车地垫作为大部分汽车都要安装的内饰品,容易拆装和更换,从地垫上着手对汽车底部进行电磁辐射的屏蔽改进,具有操作简单易行、效果显著等优点。目前市场上的地垫主要采用化纤、PVC、橡胶、皮革等材质制备而成,主要是为了防滑或者使车内保持卫生或者美观而设计的,并不具备屏蔽电磁辐射的功能,不能保护驾乘人员免受电磁辐射的危害。
因此为了解决上述问题,设计一种合理的电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺对我们来说是很有必要的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,使得地垫具备抗辐射能力,采用双层空间的电磁屏蔽结构,有效隔离新能源汽车的电子元件产生的电磁辐射,地垫结构柔软且稳定耐用,电磁屏蔽部分不易损坏,防辐射能力强。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案得以实现的:
一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,方法包括以下步骤:
S1:预处理,在发泡材料上下两侧分别点胶黏合一层电磁屏蔽布料,并在发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料远离发泡材料的一侧点胶黏合一层海绵,得到中间层;
S2:复合,在中间层下方设置一层环氧树脂,在中间层上方设置一层皮革,复合形成地垫初坯;
S3:切割,获取地垫需要规格,对地垫初坯进行裁剪得到半成品;
S4:包边,对半成品边缘设置包边层进行包边处理,得到完整的地垫成品。
作为本发明的优选,执行步骤S1时,具体包括:
S11:在发泡材料上间隔设置若干连通孔,并在连通孔内设置导电介质;
S12:在发泡材料上下两侧分别点胶黏合一层电磁屏蔽布料,使得两层电磁屏蔽布料均与导电介质接触连接;
S13:在发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料远离发泡材料的一侧点胶黏合一层海绵,得到中间层。
作为本发明的优选,执行步骤S11时,若干连通孔设置时,任意相邻两个连通孔的间隔均相同,使得所有连通孔形成若干等边三角形结构。
作为本发明的优选,执行步骤S4时,在包边层处设置C字型导电片,导电片的上端穿过皮革和海绵与发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料接触连接,导电片的下端穿过环氧树脂与发泡材料下侧的电磁屏蔽布料接触连接。
作为本发明的优选,执行步骤S1之后,将中间层进行加热烘干,将胶水进行热熔,使得中间层热合紧固。
作为本发明的优选,执行步骤S3之后,将半成品送入定型机进行固化定型。

本发明一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺有益效果在于:
1、在地垫结构中添加电磁屏蔽布料,使得地垫具备电磁屏蔽抗辐射能力,隔离新能源汽车的电子元件产生的电磁辐射;
2、发泡材料两侧分别设置一层电磁屏蔽布料,形成双层空间的电磁屏蔽结构,且双层电磁屏蔽布料之间通过导电介质进行连通,使得电磁屏蔽效果更好,可以采用更加轻薄的0.2mm厚度的电磁屏蔽布料进行设置,依然可以达到75db的电磁屏蔽效果,减轻地垫重量的同时,还可以有效确保地垫的柔韧可弯曲性能,地垫结构柔软且稳定耐用;
3、发泡材料两侧的电磁屏蔽布料材质不同,可以进一步增大电磁屏蔽的频率区间,进一步增加对新能源汽车的各种电子元件进行电磁辐射防护的能力;
4、在切割之后的地垫包边时采用导电片,进一步连通两层电磁屏蔽布料,加强两层电磁屏蔽结构的防辐射能力的同时,使得地垫边缘结构强度更高,地垫结稳定耐用,且电磁屏蔽部分不易损坏,防辐射能力强。

现在将参照附图来详细描述本发明的各种示例性实施例。应注意到:除非另外具体说明,否则在这些实施例中阐述的模块和结构的相对布置不限制本发明的范围。
以下对至少一个示例性实施例的描述实际上仅仅是说明性的,决不作为对本发明及其应用或使用的任何限制。
对于相关领域普通技术人员已知的技术、方法及系统可能不作详细讨论,但在适当情况下,技术、方法及系统应当被视为授权说明书的一部分。
实施例一:如图1至3所示,仅仅为本发明的其中一个的实施例,一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,方法包括以下步骤:
一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,方法包括以下步骤:
S1:预处理,在发泡材料上下两侧分别点胶黏合一层电磁屏蔽布料,并在发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料远离发泡材料的一侧点胶黏合一层海绵,得到中间层;
在本发明中,预处理之后得到的中间层就是起到防辐射作用的主体部分,其中主要起到防辐射作用的是电磁屏蔽布料,并通过发泡材料和海绵对电磁屏蔽布料进行保护。
在这里,实际上是在发泡材料1的上下两侧分别设置一层电磁屏蔽布料,发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料简称为第一布料2,发泡材料下侧的电磁屏蔽布料简称为第二布料3,再在第一布料2的上侧再设置一层海绵4。
这样中间层的结构从上到下依次为海绵4、第一布料2、发泡材料1以及第二布料3。
第一布料2和第二布料3形成双层空间的电磁屏蔽结构,这两层电磁屏蔽布料都可以选择更轻薄的布料结构,但是组合又形成较厚的电磁屏蔽空间,采用更加轻薄的2层各0.2mm厚度的电磁屏蔽布料,就可以达到50至75db的电磁屏蔽效果,另外,由于电磁屏蔽布料采用的镀金属结构,若是电磁屏蔽布料太厚那么质量较大,且整个地垫难以弯曲设置,一旦弯曲设置容易折损,在本发明中采用两层轻薄的电磁屏蔽布料可以有效降低整个地垫的整体质量,而且具备更好的弯折柔韧性,可以适用不同车辆的地垫位置安装,长时间使用踩踏弯曲也可以稳定使用。
S2:复合,在中间层下方设置一层环氧树脂,在中间层上方设置一层皮革,复合形成地垫初坯;
在这里,在中间层的第二布料3的下方设置环氧树脂5,在中间层的海绵4的上方设置皮革6,复合形成地垫初坯。
这样整个地垫结构从上到下依次为皮革6、海绵4、第一布料2、发泡材料1、第二布料3以及环氧树脂5,如图3所示。
S3:切割,获取地垫需要规格,对地垫初坯进行裁剪得到半成品;
一般地垫初坯面积会很大,在切割时,根据需要安装的车辆的地垫规格需要,对地垫初坯进行裁剪,如图2所示,需要裁剪出一个异形的平面结构,然后进行弯折设置,达到适配车辆地垫位置的地垫结构。
也正是将电磁屏蔽布料分成了两个较薄的布料层,那么在这里进行弯折设置时,电磁屏蔽布料的弯折效果更好。
S4:包边,对半成品边缘设置包边层进行包边处理,得到完整的地垫成品。
在将地垫初坯裁剪后,弯曲成型,得到地垫的半成品之后,需要在半成品的边缘设置包边层7,包边层7的作用有两点,第一点是将弯曲成型的半成品进行成型坚固,第二则是对地垫的边缘增加强度,避免地垫边缘随意弯折造成不适配车辆安装位置的事情发生。
包边层7的结构相当于一个C字型结构,将半成品的边缘进行包覆连接。
这样形成的地垫成品,整体具备电磁屏蔽抗辐射能力,隔离新能源汽车的电子元件产生的电磁辐射;地垫成品的中间部位可弯曲柔韧性强,方便弯折生产以及方便驾乘人员踩踏;但是地垫成品的边缘部位强度高成型度高,使得地垫更适配车辆安装位置,地垫整体不会随意形变造成偏离位置。
实施例二:仍如图1至3所示,仅仅为本发明的其中一个的实施例,在实施例一的基础上,本发明一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺中,在执行步骤S1时,具体包括:
S11:在发泡材料上间隔设置若干连通孔,并在连通孔内设置导电介质;
S12:在发泡材料上下两侧分别点胶黏合一层电磁屏蔽布料,使得两层电磁屏蔽布料均与导电介质接触连接;
S13:在发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料远离发泡材料的一侧点胶黏合一层海绵,得到中间层。
相当于在第一布料2和第二布料3之间通过导电介质9进行连通,使得电磁屏蔽效果更好,在采用2层各0.2mm厚度的电磁屏蔽布料,并采用导电介质9进行连通,可以达到75至80db的电磁屏蔽效果。
在这里,导电介质采用导电丝或者导电溶液进行设置,一般情况下采用导电丝进行设置,但是在较为高档的车辆地垫生产中,需要采用导电溶液进行设置。
在采用导电溶液作为导电介质时,应当先在发泡材料1上开设连通孔,在发泡材料1的下侧安装第二布料3,在连通孔处注入一部分导电溶液,等这一部分导电溶液凝固之后,再在连通孔处注入另一部分导电溶液,将第一布料2安装在发泡材料1上侧,等所有导电溶液进行凝固,最后安装海绵4。
一般来说,连通孔的孔径不大于0.1mm。
而且在本发明中,在执行步骤S11时,若干连通孔设置时,任意相邻两个连通孔的间隔均相同,使得所有连通孔形成若干等边三角形结构,如图2所示,且等边三角形的边长为m。
另外,执行步骤S4时,在包边层7处设置C字型的导电片8,导电片8的上端穿过皮革和海绵与发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料(即第一布料2)接触连接,导电片的下端穿过环氧树脂与发泡材料下侧的电磁屏蔽布料(即第二布料3)接触连接,这样导电片8起到两个作用,第一是导电片8自身材质带来的,导电片8位金属件,可以增加包边层7的整体强度,地垫边缘结构强度更高,地垫结稳定耐用;第二则是导电片8可以补充第一布料2和第二布料3的导电连接,进一步连通两层电磁屏蔽布料,加强两层电磁屏蔽结构的防辐射能力。
需要说明的是,导电片8的设置规律如下:
在地垫半成品成型之后,形成了一个立体上的结构,在地垫半成品的边缘选取一个起始点,然后按照一个方向进行边缘遍历,每一个边缘点均计算该边缘点距离最近的导电介质9的距离,一旦不小于n,那么在该处设置一个导电片8;继续向下遍历,直至回到起始点,那么导电片8设置完成。
当然,相邻两个导电片8之间的距离也应当不小于n。
每一个边缘点与最近的导电介质9距离不小于n,同时距离最近的导电片8距离不小于n,那么在该边缘点设置一个导电片8。
其中n=(m除以根号三)。
理由为:由于所有导电介质9呈等边三角形的结构排布,那么任意相邻两个导电介质9之间的间距为m,经过换算,等边三角形的中心离导电介质9的间距为n,其中n=(m除以根号三),也就是说,整个结构分布中,所有位置距离导电介质9的距离均不大于n;
但是在进行地垫切割时,若是等边三角形的一个点切割去除,但是等边三角形的中心仍在,那么该三角形所在区域仅仅只有两个导电介质9进行第一布料2和第二布料3的连通,该处的地垫边缘位置存在了一个点,距离导电介质9的距离大于n,使得该处的电磁屏蔽效果变差;
于是在边缘点处,该边缘点不小于n时,进行补充一个导电片8,加强该处的电磁屏蔽效果。
作为本发明的其中一个实施例,第一布料2和第二布料3的材质不相同,这样可以进一步增大电磁屏蔽的频率区间,进一步增加对新能源汽车的各种电子元件发出的不同频率的进行电磁辐射防护的能力。
最好是,所述发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料为尼龙纤维丝和镀银纤维混纺而成的纤维布;所述发泡材料下侧的电磁屏蔽布料为尼龙纤维丝和镀镍纤维混纺而成的纤维布;在这里,第一布料2采用镀银设置,镀银纤维为主要的防辐射功能部件,镀银纤维能够防止辐射穿透,形成电磁辐射的隔离;第二布料3采用镀镍设置,降低生产成本的同时,有效防止下侧氧化变质,确保使用寿命长。
以及,所述电磁屏蔽布料表面喷涂有二氧化钛粉末;在二氧化钛的进一步作用下,提升防屏蔽的效能,避免电离辐射产生的影响。
实施例三:仍如图1至3所示,仅仅为本发明的其中一个的实施例,在实施例一的基础上,本发明一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺中,在执行步骤S1之后,将中间层进行加热烘干,将胶水进行热熔,使得中间层热合紧固。
具体的,将黏合后的中间层送入烘干机,烘干机通过加热对胶水进行热熔,使得中间层的电磁屏蔽布料与海绵及发泡材料热合的更加紧固。
还有,执行步骤S3之后,将半成品送入定型机进行固化定型。
最后,执行步骤S4之前,将固定成型的地垫半成品的毛边进行去除。
在本发明中,先制成防辐射地垫初坯,使得初坯具有防辐射能力,再对初坯进行加工,通过复合、切割、定型工艺,使得初坯形成待使用的半成品,最终通过后期结尾工序,制成抗辐射地垫成品。
在本发明中,所述发泡材料包括XPE、EPE和PVC中的至少一种,发泡材料环保性能好,具有舒适性和柔软性。
而且,所述皮革外侧设置有防水涂层,以及在所述皮革表面增加纳米绒层,皮革具有良好的耐磨性能,能够增加地垫表面的实用寿命,通过纳米绒增加作为表层的皮革的舒适度,强化地垫的柔韧度,提升使用感受。
还有,所述海绵采用高密度海绵,高密度海绵具有蓬松的特性,具有隔音的效果。
本发明一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,使得地垫具备抗辐射能力,采用双层空间的电磁屏蔽结构,有效隔离新能源汽车的电子元件产生的电磁辐射,地垫结构柔软且稳定耐用,电磁屏蔽部分不易损坏,防辐射能力强。
本发明不局限于上述具体的实施方式,本发明可以有各种更改和变化。凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施方式所作的任何修改、等同替换、改进等,均应包含在本发明的保护范围。

Claims (6)

1.一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
S1:预处理,在发泡材料上下两侧分别点胶黏合一层电磁屏蔽布料,并在发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料远离发泡材料的一侧点胶黏合一层海绵,得到中间层;
S2:复合,在中间层下方设置一层环氧树脂,在中间层上方设置一层皮革,复合形成地垫初坯;
S3:切割,获取地垫需要规格,对地垫初坯进行裁剪得到半成品;
S4:包边,对半成品边缘设置包边层进行包边处理,得到完整的地垫成品;
执行步骤S1时,具体包括:
S11:在发泡材料上间隔设置若干连通孔,并在连通孔内设置导电介质;
S12:在发泡材料上下两侧分别点胶黏合一层电磁屏蔽布料,使得两层电磁屏蔽布料均与导电介质接触连接;
S13:在发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料远离发泡材料的一侧点胶黏合一层海绵,得到中间层;
所述发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料为尼龙纤维丝和镀银纤维混纺而成的纤维布;
所述发泡材料下侧的电磁屏蔽布料为尼龙纤维丝和镀镍纤维混纺而成的纤维布;
所述发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料为第一布料;
所述发泡材料下侧的电磁屏蔽布料为第二布料;
所述第一布料采用镀银设置,形成电磁辐射的隔离;
所述第二布料采用镀镍设置,防止下侧氧化变质;
所述第一布料和所述第二布料的表面喷涂有二氧化钛粉末;
执行步骤S11时,若干连通孔设置时,任意相邻两个连通孔的间隔均相同,使得所有连通孔形成若干等边三角形结构;
执行步骤S4时,在包边层处设置C字型导电片,导电片的上端穿过皮革和海绵与发泡材料上侧的电磁屏蔽布料接触连接,导电片的下端穿过环氧树脂与发泡材料下侧的电磁屏蔽布料接触连接,其中,在地垫半成品成型之后,形成了一个立体上的结构,在地垫半成品的边缘选取一个起始点,然后按照一个方向进行边缘遍历,每一个边缘点均计算该边缘点距离最近的导电介质的距离,一旦不小于n,那么在该处设置一个导电片;继续向下遍历,直至回到起始点,那么导电片设置完成;相邻两个导电片之间的距离不小于n;每一个边缘点与最近的导电介质距离不小于n,同时距离最近的导电片距离不小于n,那么在该边缘点设置一个导电片;其中n=(m除以根号三),m为任意相邻两个导电介质之间的间距;整个结构分布中,所有位置距离导电介质的距离均不大于n。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,其特征在于:
执行步骤S1之后,将中间层进行加热烘干,将胶水进行热熔,使得中间层热合紧固。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,其特征在于:
执行步骤S3之后,将半成品送入定型机进行固化定型。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,其特征在于:
执行步骤S4之前,将半成品的毛边进行去除。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,其特征在于:所述发泡材料包括XPE、EPE和PVC中的至少一种。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种电动汽车防辐射地垫制备工艺,其特征在于:所述皮革外侧设置有防水涂。
