In an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, the license plate service request includes at least one of the following: license plate application request, license plate change request, license plate sharing request, license plate use request and cancellation request. The license plate service request comprises account identification of a user, a service type and/or service request information corresponding to the service type; in addition, other information needed in license plate service is included. In the specific implementation, the server is communicated with the third party platform, the association relation between the account identification of the user and the delivery identification of the vehicle is established, after the user is authenticated as the vehicle owner, the user information of the vehicle owner is synchronized with the third party platform, and the user can apply for license plate service through the account corresponding to the account identification.
After the user authenticates the identity of the vehicle owner, the license plate service application is carried out by using the account corresponding to the account identifier. In the process of applying for license plate service, submitting a license plate service request to a server, and after acquiring the license plate service request, inquiring a vehicle delivery identifier with an association relation with the account identifier according to the account identifier carried in the license plate service request by the server, wherein the license plate service request further comprises a service type and corresponding service request information; the license plate service application contains different service types, and then contains different service request information.

The target geographic area refers to an overseas area or an area with inconsistent license plate systems.
For example, when a user needs to exit from a traditional Chinese border, a license plate change control is triggered through a user terminal, the user terminal determines a service request of license plate change after detecting that the license plate change control is triggered, displays information acquisition reminding for the user based on information required to be acquired by the license plate change, so that the user enters an overseas region, the user terminal acquires a region identifier of the overseas region which is input by the user, submits the license plate change request to a server based on the region identifier and a change type, and after receiving the license plate change request, the server sends the queried vehicle delivery identifier, the queried change type and the region identifier of the overseas region to a third party platform so that the third party platform determines electronic license plate information corresponding to the overseas region according to a license plate system of the overseas region.
Further, in an optional implementation manner provided in this embodiment, after the electronic license plate information provided by the third party platform is obtained, the electronic license plate information is issued to the user terminal. If the user needs to go out, the user needs to apply for the corresponding electronic license plate information in advance, when going out, a display instruction of the electronic license plate information is submitted through the user terminal, if the display instruction of the target geographic area to the electronic license plate is detected, the position of the user is inquired according to the display instruction, whether the position of the user accords with the display condition of the electronic license plate information or not is judged, namely, whether the position of the user is located in an overseas area or near a boundary line or not is judged, if so, a mapping relation between the electronic license plate information and a vehicle delivery mark is established, the mapping relation is synchronized to a third party, and the electronic license plate information is sent to the target vehicle.
In the third alternative implementation manner provided in this embodiment, in order to reduce the license plate issuing pressure, if two vehicles are available to the user, one license plate may be shared by the two vehicles, in order to further reduce the license plate issuing pressure, the user may share the license plate of the user to other users without using the vehicle, and the server obtains the electronic license plate information corresponding to the obtained license plate sharing request in the following manner:
Inquiring a vehicle delivery identifier of a vehicle to be shared, which has an association relationship with the account identifier to be shared;
releasing the mapping relation between the vehicle delivery identifier and the license plate identifier to be shared;
determining the electronic license plate information based on the type of the vehicle to be shared and the license plate identifier to be shared, and establishing a mapping relation between the vehicle delivery identifier of the vehicle to be shared and the electronic license plate information;
and synchronizing the mapping relation between the vehicle delivery identification of the vehicle to be shared and the electronic license plate information to a third party platform.
Specifically, after a user shares a license plate identifier for a user to be shared, inquiring a vehicle factory identifier of a vehicle to be shared according to an account identifier to be shared carried in a license plate sharing request, which is related to the account identifier to be shared, firstly removing a mapping relation between the license plate identifier to be shared carried in the license plate sharing request and the vehicle factory identifier of the user, determining electronic license plate information based on the type of the vehicle to be shared and the license plate identifier to be shared, establishing a mapping relation between the electronic license plate information and the vehicle factory identifier of the vehicle to be shared, and synchronizing the mapping relation to a third party platform for storage after establishing the mapping relation in order to promote the effectiveness of the third party platform on the management of the electronic license plate information.
For example, a user a shares a license plate identifier as xxxxxx to a user B, a server acquires a license plate identifier submitted by the user a and an account identifier of the user B, firstly, a vehicle factory identifier with an association relationship with the account identifier of the user B is queried according to the account identifier of the user B, and the vehicle type corresponding to the vehicle factory identifier is read to be a small vehicle, then the electronic license plate color of electronic license plate information of the user B is determined to be blue, the electronic license plate identifier is white, then the mapping relationship between the vehicle factory identifier of the user a and the electronic license plate information of the electronic license plate identifier as xxxx is released, the electronic license plate color is then established to be blue, the mapping relationship between the electronic license plate information of the electronic license plate identifier as xxxx and the vehicle factory identifier of the user B is established, and the mapping relationship is synchronized to a license plate management platform.
It should be noted that, in the license plate sharing process, the server may remove the mapping relationship between the license plate identifier to be shared and the vehicle delivery identifier, establish the mapping relationship between the electronic license plate information and the vehicle delivery identifier of the vehicle to be shared, and then synchronize the mapping relationship with the third party platform, or transfer the license plate identifier to be shared, the vehicle delivery identifier and the vehicle delivery identifier of the vehicle to be shared into the third party platform, so that the third party platform performs license plate sharing process, and obtain the electronic license plate information returned by the third party platform and having the mapping relationship with the vehicle delivery identifier of the vehicle to be shared.
Further, after the electronic license plate information is determined, the server sends the electronic license plate information to the user terminal of the user to be shared, and the server sends the electronic license plate information to the user terminal bound with the account identifier to be shared. So that the users to be shared can trigger the display instruction of the electronic license plate information.
In the fourth alternative implementation manner provided in this embodiment, if a plurality of license plate information is stored in the historical license plate list of the user, the user may select corresponding license plate information according to the use scenario in specific use, for example, the user applies for an overseas electronic license plate, uses an intra-environment electronic license plate in the intra-environment, and when the user wants to go out, may submit a use request for the overseas electronic license plate, so as to improve the conversion efficiency of the user to the license plate under the condition of multiple exits. If the submitted license plate service request is a license plate use request server, license plate service processing is carried out in the following mode:
reading target electronic license plate information carried in a license plate use request, and establishing a mapping relation between the vehicle delivery identification and the target electronic license plate information;
under the condition of successful establishment, determining the target electronic license plate information as the electronic license plate information, and synchronizing the mapping relation to a third party platform;
Or,
reading target electronic license plate information carried in a license plate use request, and transmitting the vehicle delivery identifier, the target electronic license plate information and the use identifier into a service interface provided by a third party platform;
acquiring a mapping result returned by the service interface after establishing a mapping relation between the target electronic license plate information and the vehicle factory identifier;
and determining the target electronic license plate information as the electronic license plate information based on the mapping result.
Specifically, the server can convert the electronic license plate mapped by the vehicle delivery identifier, synchronize the conversion result to the third party platform, and also convert the mapping relationship by the third party platform, and then transmit the mapping result back to the server.
The specific processes of license plate service requests of different types in license plate service processing are described above respectively, and it should be noted that, in order to promote the perception degree of a user on license plate service processing, after electronic license plate information is obtained, the electronic license plate information is sent to a user terminal, so that the user perceives the electronic license plate information. In the processes of license plate sharing, license plate changing and license plate using, after electronic license plate information is obtained, the electronic license plate information is sent to a user terminal bound with an account identifier corresponding to a vehicle delivery identifier, namely to a user initiating a license plate service request; in the license plate sharing process, after the electronic license plate information is obtained, the electronic license plate is sent to a user terminal of a user to be shared.
In this embodiment, the description of the service type of the license plate service request is only schematic, and the process of license plate service processing of other service types corresponding to license plate service requests refers to the above description, which is not repeated here.
Step S404, obtaining electronic license plate information issued by the server after license plate service processing.
In specific implementation, after the electronic license plate information issued is obtained, in order to improve the perception degree of a user on the electronic license plate information, in the display process of the electronic license plate, the electronic license plate color in the electronic license plate information can be displayed, and the electronic license plate identification and the electronic identification color respectively display corresponding parameters, for example, a user terminal displays the license plate color: green; license plate identification: xxxx; identification color: black color). In addition, the user terminal can render and display the electronic license plate examples based on the electronic bottom plate colors, the electronic license plate identifications and the electronic identification colors.
Step S406, detecting a display instruction of the user for the electronic license plate information and forwarding the display instruction to the server.
In the implementation, after a display instruction is forwarded to a server, the server sends electronic license plate information to a target vehicle so as to display the electronic license plate information on a license plate display assembly configured on the target vehicle.
In this embodiment, if the server detects a display instruction for the electronic license plate information, the server sends the electronic license plate information to the target vehicle. And displaying the license plate display assembly configured by the target vehicle.
Optionally, the license plate display assembly configured on the target vehicle displays the license plate display assembly, including:
electronic license plate display is carried out through the license plate display assembly configured when the target vehicle leaves the factory;
or,
replacing license plate information displayed by the target vehicle through the configured license plate materials with electronic license plate display through the license plate display assembly;
the license plate display assembly is configured with a vehicle body area corresponding to license plate materials.
In addition, the license plate display assembly can be arranged in other external visual areas of the vehicle body. The target vehicle comprises a vehicle corresponding to a vehicle delivery identifier and a vehicle corresponding to a vehicle delivery identifier of the vehicle to be shared. In practical application, after a user sells or reimburses a vehicle, the user logs out the license plate, discards or destroys the metal license plate to cause a large amount of resource loss, and based on this, the electronic license plate provided by the embodiment can avoid the resource loss.
In specific implementation, corresponding to the license plate service requests of different types, in order to improve the perception degree of the user on the processing result of the license plate service processing, the obtained electronic license plate information is sent to the corresponding user terminal, and when the license plate service request is used, the user terminal receiving the electronic license plate information submits a display instruction of the electronic license plate information, and the display instruction of the electronic license plate information is submitted by the user terminal receiving the electronic license plate information. In this embodiment, in the processes of license plate sharing, license plate changing and license plate using, after electronic license plate information is obtained, the electronic license plate information is sent to a user terminal bound to an account identifier corresponding to a vehicle factory identifier, and based on the electronic license plate information is sent to a vehicle corresponding to the vehicle factory identifier if the user terminal is detected to submit the display instruction. In the license plate sharing process, after electronic license plate information is obtained, the electronic license plate is sent to a user terminal of a user to be shared, and if the user terminal bound with the account identifier to be shared is detected to submit a display instruction aiming at the electronic license plate information, the electronic license plate information is sent to the vehicle to be shared.
After sending the electronic license plate information to the target vehicle, the target vehicle displays the electronic license plate information through the configured license plate display assembly, and because the electronic license plate information is composed of data, and the electronic license plate displays the electronic license plate identification according to the attribute recorded in the electronic license plate, in order to improve the visualization of the electronic license plate and the effectiveness of the displayed electronic license plate, in an alternative implementation provided by the embodiment, the target vehicle displays the electronic license plate in the following manner:
displaying the electronic license plate identification carried in the electronic license plate information according to the color of the electronic license plate carried in the electronic license plate information;
or,
and determining the color of the electronic license plate based on the type of the vehicle, and displaying the electronic license plate identification carried in the electronic license plate information according to the determined color of the electronic license plate.
Specifically, the electronic license plate identification carried in the electronic license plate information can be displayed according to the electronic license plate color and/or the electronic identification color carried in the electronic license plate information, or the electronic license plate color and/or the electronic identification color can be determined according to the vehicle type of the target vehicle, and then the electronic power strip identification carried in the electronic license plate information is displayed according to the determined electronic license plate color and/or the determined electronic identification color.
In practical application, after the user sells or reimburses the vehicle, the user will cancel the license plate, discard or destroy the metal license plate and cause a large amount of resource loss, so the resource loss is avoided through the electronic license plate.
In the specific implementation, the license plate cancellation request aiming at the license plate identification to be cancelled can be submitted, and after the server acquires the license plate cancellation request, license plate cancellation processing is carried out, so that the time and labor consumed by a user in the license plate cancellation process are saved. The server carries out license plate cancellation processing in the following mode:
acquiring a license plate cancellation request submitted by the user terminal;
transmitting the license plate identification to be logged out and carried in the license plate logging-out request and the logging-out identification into a service interface provided by a third party platform;
and acquiring a cancellation result returned after the service interface performs cancellation processing, and transmitting the cancellation result to the user terminal.
In addition, in order to improve the effectiveness of the user on vehicle management, in this embodiment, after the server is opened with the third party platform, the server may further process bill information in the passing process in the following manner: firstly, inquiring a target vehicle delivery identifier with a mapping relation with a target license plate identifier carried in the passing bill information according to the passing bill information synchronized by a third party platform; and then determining a target account identifier with an association relation with the delivery identifier of the target vehicle, and finally sending the toll bill information to a user terminal corresponding to the target account identifier so as to carry out payment processing through the user terminal corresponding to the target account identifier, thereby enabling a user to check the toll bill of the vehicle in time and avoiding charge accumulation caused by the fact that the user does not go to a third party institution in time for payment. After the license plates are shared, the traffic bill information generated by the license plates is sent to an account associated with a vehicle delivery identifier with a mapping relation with the license plates.
The following further describes the electronic license plate processing method provided in this embodiment by taking an application of the electronic license plate processing method provided in this embodiment to a license plate application scenario as an example, and referring to fig. 2, the electronic license plate processing method applied to the license plate application scenario specifically includes the following steps.
Step S202, the vehicle VIN number input by the user is acquired and submitted to the server.
After that, the server establishes an association relationship between the vehicle VIN number and the account identifier submitting the vehicle VIN number; and carrying out identity verification on the user based on the association relation, and sending an association result prompt to the user terminal under the condition that verification passes.
Step S208, under the condition that the license plate application control is detected to be triggered, the application information acquisition prompt is displayed.
The license plate application control is configured on an access page of the license plate service subprogram.
Step S210, acquiring a vehicle type input by a user and applying for a regional identifier of a geographic region.
And step S212, generating a license plate application request based on the vehicle type and the area identifier and submitting the license plate application request to a server.
Then, reading an account identifier carried in a license plate application request, and inquiring a vehicle VIN number with an association relation with the account identifier; transmitting the vehicle VIN number, the vehicle type and the area identifier into a service interface provided by a third party platform, and acquiring electronic license plate information which is returned by the service interface and has a mapping relation with the vehicle VIN number; the electronic license plate information is sent to a user terminal; and sending the electronic license plate information to the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle VIN according to the display instruction of the electronic license plate information submitted by the user terminal so as to display the electronic license plate information through the configured license plate display assembly.
The following further describes the electronic license plate processing method provided in this embodiment by taking the application of the electronic license plate processing method provided in this embodiment to a license plate changing scene as an example, and referring to fig. 3, the electronic license plate processing method applied to a license plate changing scene specifically includes the following steps.
Step S302, when the license plate change control is detected to be triggered, a change information acquisition prompt is displayed.
Step S304, obtaining the area identification of the overseas area entered by the user.
And step S306, generating a license plate change request based on the area identification and submitting the license plate change request to the server.
Then, reading an account identifier carried in the license plate change request; inquiring a vehicle VIN number with an association relation with the account identifier; transmitting the vehicle VIN number and the area identifier into a service interface provided by a third-party platform, and acquiring electronic license plate information corresponding to an out-of-environment area returned by the service interface; generating license plate information of a power generation sub-license plate to a user terminal; according to a display instruction of the electronic license plate information submitted by a user terminal, establishing a mapping relation between the electronic license plate information and the vehicle VIN number; and sending the electronic license plate information to the vehicle corresponding to the vehicle VIN number, displaying the electronic license plate information through the configured license plate display assembly, and synchronizing the mapping relation to a third party platform.
In summary, in the electronic license plate processing method provided by the embodiment, firstly, the service type selected by the user is determined, a license plate service request is submitted to the server based on the service type, then the electronic license plate information issued by the server after license plate service processing is obtained, and finally, the display instruction of the user for the electronic license plate information is detected and forwarded to the server; the license plate display assembly is used for displaying the license plate in the target vehicle configuration according to the electronic license plate information, so that the license plate is displayed in a digital display mode, resource waste caused by the metal license plate is reduced, and the license plate service is performed on line, so that the license plate service processing efficiency is saved.

The controller may be implemented in any suitable manner, for example, the controller may take the form of, for example, a microprocessor or processor and a computer readable medium storing computer readable program code (e.g., software or firmware) executable by the (micro) processor, logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits (Application Specific Integrated Circuit, ASIC), programmable logic controllers, and embedded microcontrollers, examples of which include, but are not limited to, the following microcontrollers: ARC 625D, atmel AT91SAM, microchip PIC18F26K20, and Silicone Labs C8051F320, the memory controller may also be implemented as part of the control logic of the memory. Those skilled in the art will also appreciate that, in addition to implementing the controller in a pure computer readable program code, it is well possible to implement the same functionality by logically programming the method steps such that the controller is in the form of logic gates, switches, application specific integrated circuits, programmable logic controllers, embedded microcontrollers, etc. Such a controller may thus be regarded as a kind of hardware component, and means for performing various functions included therein may also be regarded as structures within the hardware component. Or even means for achieving the various functions may be regarded as either software modules implementing the methods or structures within hardware components.
The system, apparatus, module or unit set forth in the above embodiments may be implemented in particular by a computer chip or entity, or by a product having a certain function. One typical implementation is a computer. In particular, the computer may be, for example, a personal computer, a laptop computer, a cellular telephone, a camera phone, a smart phone, a personal digital assistant, a media player, a navigation device, an email device, a game console, a tablet computer, a wearable device, or a combination of any of these devices.

Claims (25)

1. An electronic license plate processing method, comprising:
acquiring a license plate service request submitted by a user terminal; the license plate service request carries account identification of a user and service request information of a service type corresponding to the service type;
inquiring a vehicle delivery identifier associated with the account identifier;
license plate service processing is carried out based on the vehicle delivery identifier and the service request information corresponding to the service type, and electronic license plate information is determined;
If a display instruction aiming at the electronic license plate information is detected, the electronic license plate information is sent to a target vehicle; and displaying the license plate display assembly configured on the target vehicle.
2. The electronic license plate processing method of claim 1, the license plate display assembly comprising at least one of:
the license plate display assembly is configured when the target vehicle leaves the factory, and the license plate display assembly is configured after license plate materials configured by the target vehicle are replaced;
the license plate display assembly is configured in a vehicle body area corresponding to the license plate materials.
3. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 1, wherein the target vehicle displays the electronic license plate information in the following manner:
displaying the electronic license plate identification carried in the electronic license plate information according to the color of the electronic license plate carried in the electronic license plate information;
or,
and determining the color of the electronic license plate based on the type of the vehicle, and displaying the electronic license plate identification carried in the electronic license plate information according to the determined color of the electronic license plate.
4. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 1, wherein the obtaining the license plate service request submitted by the user terminal includes:
Acquiring a license plate sharing request submitted by the user terminal; the license plate sharing request carries a license plate identifier to be shared and an account identifier to be shared;
correspondingly, the license plate service processing is performed based on the vehicle delivery identifier and the service request information corresponding to the service type, and the determining of the electronic license plate information includes:
inquiring a vehicle delivery identifier of a vehicle to be shared, which has an association relationship with the account identifier to be shared;
releasing the mapping relation between the vehicle delivery identifier and the license plate identifier to be shared;
determining the electronic license plate information based on the type of the vehicle to be shared and the license plate identifier to be shared, and establishing a mapping relation between the vehicle delivery identifier of the vehicle to be shared and the electronic license plate information;
and synchronizing the mapping relation between the vehicle delivery identification of the vehicle to be shared and the electronic license plate information to a third party platform.
5. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 4, wherein after the step of synchronizing the mapping relationship between the vehicle factory identifier of the vehicle to be shared and the electronic license plate information to a third party platform is performed, the method further comprises:
the electronic license plate information is sent to the user terminal bound with the account identifier to be shared;

if the license plate service request is a license plate change request, determining electronic license plate information by adopting the following mode:
and transmitting the delivery identification, the change identification and the target geographic area carried in the license plate change request of the vehicle of the user into the service interface, and acquiring electronic license plate information corresponding to the target geographic area returned by the service interface.

The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 1, wherein if the license plate service request includes a license plate use request, the license plate service processing is performed based on the vehicle delivery identifier and service request information corresponding to the service type, and determining electronic license plate information includes:
reading target electronic license plate information carried in the license plate use request, and establishing a mapping relation between a vehicle delivery identifier of the user and the target electronic license plate information;
under the condition of successful establishment, determining the target electronic license plate information as electronic license plate information, and synchronizing the mapping relation to a third party platform;
or,
reading target electronic license plate information carried in a license plate use request, and transmitting a vehicle delivery identifier of the user, the target electronic license plate information and a use identifier into a service interface provided by a third party platform;
acquiring a mapping result returned by the service interface after establishing a mapping relation between the target electronic license plate information and the vehicle factory identifier;
and determining the target electronic license plate information as electronic license plate information based on the mapping result.
8. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 6 or 7, further comprising:
The determined electronic license plate information is issued to the user terminal;
if the user terminal is detected to submit a display instruction aiming at the determined electronic license plate information, the determined electronic license plate information is sent to a vehicle corresponding to the vehicle delivery identification of the user.
9. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
acquiring a license plate cancellation request submitted by the user terminal;
transmitting the license plate identification to be logged out and carried in the license plate logging-out request and the logging-out identification into a service interface provided by a third party platform;
and acquiring a cancellation result returned after the service interface performs cancellation processing, and transmitting the cancellation result to the user terminal.
10. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 1, wherein before the step of obtaining the license plate service request submitted by the user terminal is performed, the method further comprises:
acquiring a vehicle delivery identifier of a user submitted by the user through the user terminal;
establishing an association relationship between the vehicle delivery identifier of the user and the account identifier;
and verifying the owner identity of the vehicle to be authenticated corresponding to the vehicle delivery identifier of the user aiming at the user based on the association relation, and authenticating the user as the owner of the vehicle to be authenticated under the condition that verification is passed.

The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 10, wherein after the step of verifying the user's owner identity for the vehicle to be authenticated corresponding to the vehicle delivery identifier based on the association relationship and authenticating the user as the owner of the vehicle to be authenticated if the verification passes, the step further comprises:
based on the account identification, reading user information of the user;
transmitting the association relation and the user information to a third party platform; and enabling the third party platform to store the association information and the user information.
12. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 1, further comprising:
inquiring a target vehicle delivery identifier with a mapping relation with a target license plate identifier carried in the passing bill information according to the passing bill information synchronized by a third party platform;
determining a target account identifier with an association relationship with the target vehicle delivery identifier;
and sending the tolling information to the user terminal corresponding to the target account identifier so as to pay through the user terminal corresponding to the target account identifier.
13. An electronic license plate processing method, comprising:
Determining a service type selected by a user, and submitting a license plate service request to a server based on the service type; the license plate service request carries account identification of the user and service request information corresponding to the service type;
acquiring electronic license plate information issued by the server after license plate service processing;
detecting a display instruction of the user aiming at the electronic license plate information and forwarding the display instruction to the server; and displaying the electronic license plate information on a license plate display assembly configured on the target vehicle.
14. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 13, wherein the electronic license plate information is obtained by:
inquiring a vehicle delivery identifier with an association relationship with the account identifier and a vehicle delivery identifier of a vehicle to be shared, which is associated with the account identifier to be shared;
releasing the mapping relation between the vehicle delivery identifier of the user and the license plate identifier to be shared;
and determining electronic license plate information based on the vehicle type of the vehicle to be shared and the license plate identification to be shared.
15. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 13, the license plate service request comprising at least one of:
License plate application request, license plate change request, license plate use request and cancellation request.
16. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 13, wherein the license plate display assembly configured for the target vehicle displays the license plate, comprising:
electronic license plate display is carried out through the license plate display assembly configured when the target vehicle leaves the factory;
or,
replacing license plate information displayed by the target vehicle through the configured license plate materials with electronic license plate display through the license plate display assembly;
the license plate display assembly is configured with a vehicle body area corresponding to license plate materials.

18. The electronic license plate processing method according to claim 13, wherein the determining the service type selected by the user and submitting the license plate service request to the server based on the service type includes:
Collecting the service type, and collecting service request information based on the service type;
and generating the license plate service request according to the service type and the service request information and submitting the license plate service request to the server.
19. An electronic license plate processing method, comprising:
