Detailed Description
For purposes of clarity and implementation of the present application, the following description will make clear and complete descriptions of exemplary implementations of the present application with reference to the accompanying drawings in which exemplary implementations of the present application are illustrated, it being apparent that the exemplary implementations described are only some, but not all, of the examples of the present application.
It should be noted that the brief description of the terms in the present application is only for convenience in understanding the embodiments described below, and is not intended to limit the embodiments of the present application. Unless otherwise indicated, these terms should be construed in their ordinary and customary meaning.
The terms "comprises," "comprising," and "having," and any variations thereof, are intended to cover a non-exclusive inclusion, such that a product or apparatus that comprises a list of elements is not necessarily limited to all elements explicitly listed, but may include other elements not expressly listed or inherent to such product or apparatus.
Submarine cables, also known as submarine cables, are mainly used in long-distance communication networks, often used in places important for long-distance islands, naval facilities and the like. In order to provide a stable power supply to the underwater equipment, a submarine cable needs to be arranged in the ocean in order to supply constant current to the underwater equipment.
The submarine cable can be connected with the underwater equipment through the observation network base station, so that the observation network base station provides stable power supply for the underwater equipment and sends corresponding control instructions. The observation network base station is base station equipment of the underwater observation network, and the network can be transmitted to different underwater equipment through frequency adjustment, so that the communication distance between the observation network base station and the underwater equipment is increased, and signal transmission between the observation network base station and the underwater equipment is realized.
Because the distance between the seabed placed by the observation network base station and the ground is larger, if the length of the submarine cable is shorter, the connection distance between the observation network base station and the underwater equipment is limited by the length, and long-distance communication is difficult to realize. For this purpose. The observation network base station is usually provided with two long sea cables, the length of which can reach 80 meters, so as to connect underwater equipment in the ocean at a long distance.
Before placing the observation network base station and the two long sea cables into the sea floor, the observation network base station and the sea cables need to be transported together to a designated location of the sea by a transport device. However, because the sea cable has larger length, the sea cable has larger volume and weight, and can occupy larger transportation space of transportation equipment in the transportation process, even small-sized transportation equipment can not meet the requirements of a transportation observation network base station and the sea cable, and the transportation difficulty is improved.
It should be noted that, in this embodiment of the present application, the transporting device may be a transporting ship, a transporting vehicle or a transporting boat, and because the observing network device and the sea cable need to be installed in the ocean, the transporting device may include a land transporting device and a sea transporting device, for different geographical transporting conditions, two transporting devices may be used, for example, the transporting vehicle and the transporting ship are used in sequence to transport the observing network and the sea cable to the designated position, or the transporting device that uses the sea and land is used to directly transport the observing network and the sea cable to the designated position.
In order to be convenient for accomodate submarine cable, can set up surplus cable dish on the observation net basic station and stay the frame, two submarine cables can coil the dish cable bollard on surplus cable dish stay the frame and accomodate, however, yu Lan dish stay the dish cable bollard of frame only can coil a submarine cable simultaneously. When the cable winding column winds two sea cables, more turns need to be wound, and a large amount of transportation space still can be occupied, so that the transportation efficiency is affected. Moreover, the two sea cables are wound in disorder, so that the two sea cables wound together need to be unwound before the observation network base station and the sea cables are placed in the ocean, and the installation efficiency of the observation network base station and the sea cables is affected.
In order to solve the above technical problem, some embodiments of the present application provide a submarine cable storage device, which is disposed outside an observation network base station, and in order to facilitate transporting a submarine cable and the observation network base station simultaneously, the device may be disposed on the top of the observation network base station. The output end of the observation network base station is extended with a first submarine cable and a second submarine cable, and the first submarine cable and the second submarine cable are respectively used for being connected with the underwater equipment so as to provide stable power supply for the underwater equipment and transmit control signals to the underwater equipment.
Fig. 1 is a schematic structural diagram of a submarine cable storage device according to an embodiment of the present application. Referring to fig. 1, the submarine cable storage device comprises a first cable structure 1 and a second cable structure 2, wherein, as shown in fig. 2, the first cable structure 1 comprises a first cable base 11, the first cable base 11 is of a plate-shaped structure, the first cable base 11 can be divided into a first cable area and a stacking area according to functions, the first cable area is used for providing space for winding a first submarine cable, the stacking area is used for being attached to the second cable structure 2, so that a stacking structure is formed, the submarine cable is stored in a layered winding mode, and occupied space of the submarine cable is reduced.
A plurality of first cable studs 12 are provided at the first cable section of the first cable foot 11, wherein the first cable studs 12 may form a predetermined angle with the first cable foot 11 to reduce the risk of the first sea cable coming out of the first cable foot 11 in a relaxed state. However, since the first sea cable is wound in the first cable region from outside to inside, the first cable stud 12 may be directed away from the center of the first cable mount 11, and the first cable stud 12 may be vertically disposed on the first cable mount 11 so that a transportation person winds the first sea cable on the first cable mount 11 through the first cable stud 12.
The stacking area of the first cable base 11 is located in the central area of the first cable base 11, so that the first cable base 11 and the second cable structure 2 are convenient to attach and fix. The first bollards 12 may be disposed about the stacking area, wherein a maximum diameter between the first bollards 12 may be used to limit a maximum diameter of the coiled first sea cable. Because the submarine cables of different types have different bending capacities, a plurality of groups of first cable studs 12 can be arranged according to the center distance between the first cable studs 12 and the first cable base 11, and the submarine cables with relatively weak bending capacities can be coiled on the first cable studs 12 far away from the center of the first cable base 11, so that the risk of bending and damaging the submarine cables greatly is reduced. For a sea cable with relatively strong bending capability, the sea cable can be coiled on the first cable stud 12 which is closer to the center of the first cable base 11, so that the space occupied by the sea cable coiling is reduced.
As shown in fig. 4, the second cable structure 2 includes a second cable mount 21, and the first cable mount 11 may be stacked on the second cable mount 21 to form a stacked structure. The second cable tray 21 may be divided into a second cable tray area for providing a space for coiling the second sea cable and a limit connection area according to functions, and a plurality of second cable trays 22 are provided in the second cable tray area, and the second cable trays 22 are used for coiling the second sea cable. In this embodiment, the setting mode and setting angle of the second cable stud 22 are the same as those of the first cable stud 12, and the difference is that the second cable stud 22 is disposed on the second cable mount 21, and the first cable stud 12 is disposed on the first cable mount 11, and the setting mode and setting angle of the second cable stud 22 are not repeated in this embodiment.
In order to fix the first cable structure 1 and the second cable structure 2, a limiting mechanism is arranged in a limiting connection area, and the end surface, away from the first cable column 12, of the first cable structure 1 in a stacking area is clamped and fixed with the limiting mechanism in the limiting connection area, so that a stacking structure is formed. On the stack structure that first cable structure 1 and second cable structure 2 formed, first sea cable coils and accomodates in first cable structure 1, and the second sea cable coils and accomodates in second cable structure 2, forms the layering of two sea cables and accomodates, saves the occupation space of sea cable, improves transport efficiency, saves transportation cost.
It should be noted that, in the embodiment of the present application, there is no specific requirement for the submarine cable coiled by the cable coiling structure, that is, the first cable coiling structure 1 may also coil and store the second submarine cable, the second cable coiling structure 2 may also coil and store the first submarine cable, which is only described as an example, and in practical application, it is only required to ensure that the first cable coiling structure 1 and the second cable coiling structure 2 coil and store one submarine cable respectively.
In some embodiments, when the number of the sea cables connected to the observation network base station is greater than two, the third cable winding structure and the fourth cable winding structure can be sequentially stacked above the first cable winding structure 1, and each cable winding structure can wind and store one sea cable until the number of the stacked cable winding structures is the same as that of the sea cables, so that each cable winding structure winds and stores one sea cable, the occupied space of the sea cable is saved, and the messy winding among the sea cables is reduced. The application only illustrates with accomodating two sea cable, in practical application, can be according to the specific quantity of sea cable and confirm the quantity of dish cable structure.
In some embodiments, as shown in fig. 3 and 5, in order to save the self weight of the first and second cable structures 1 and 2, the first cable base 11 outside the first cable region may be provided as a tray structure, and the second cable base 21 outside the second cable region may be provided as a tray structure, so as to reduce the weight of the submarine cable receiving device and improve the transportation efficiency.
In some embodiments, the spacing mechanism may include a plurality of spacing piles 23, and the spacing piles 23 may be arranged in an array, for example, three spacing piles 23 are arranged in a triangle, or four spacing piles 23 are arranged in a rectangle, so as to improve the stability of the first cable structure 1 stacked on the second cable structure 2.
The limiting pile 23 is provided with the limiting plate at one end far away from the second cable base 21, and the section of the first cable base 11, which is far away from the first cable post 12, is attached to the limiting plate, so that the contact area between the first cable base 11 and the second cable base 21 is enlarged through the limiting plate, and the stacking structure is more stable.
The second cable structure 2 can also provide supporting force for the second submarine cable and the first cable structure 1, when the first cable structure 1 is stacked and placed on the second cable structure 2, the first cable structure 1 and the second submarine cable are simultaneously located on the second cable structure 2, and the second cable structure 2 can provide upward supporting force for the first cable structure 1 and the second submarine cable so as to support the first cable structure 1 and the second submarine cable. Likewise, the first cable structure 1 may also provide an upward supporting force for the first sea cable to support the first sea cable.
In order to improve the stability of stacking, on the spacing stake 23 that array arrangement set up, can also be provided with the fixed slot, the region of stacking of first cable base 11 can set up the bellying in the fixed slot adaptation, when stacking first cable base 11 and install at second cable base 21, can be with bellying joint on the fixed slot that spacing stake 23 formed to accomplish spacing between first cable base 11 and the second cable base 21 and fix, improve sea cable storage device's location accuracy.
Referring to fig. 1, the submarine cable storage device further comprises a tail support mechanism 3, the tail support mechanism 3 is rotatably connected with the second cable base 21, different support angles are formed through rotation, and the submarine cable storage device can be adapted to observation network base stations of different shapes, so that the installation flexibility of the submarine cable storage device is improved.
The tail support mechanism 3 is used for supporting the first cable structure 1 and the second cable structure 2 forming a stacked structure. The tail support mechanism 3 is attached and fixed with one side of the output end of the observation network base station, wherein the first sea cable and the second sea cable extend out from the output end of the observation network base station, and the tail support mechanism 3 supports the first cable structure 1 and the second cable structure 2 based on the observation network base station so as to transport the observation network base station, the sea cable storage device, the first sea cable and the second sea cable simultaneously.
Referring to fig. 6, the tail support mechanism 3 may include a first support frame 31 and a second support frame 32 with the same structure, where, as shown in fig. 7, a plurality of first holding rings 311 may be disposed on the first support frame, and a first sea cable extends from an output end of the observation network base station, passes through the first holding rings 311 on the first support frame 31 to enter the first cable structure 1, in this embodiment, the first holding rings 311 may play a guiding role of the first sea cable, and the first sea cable may accurately enter the first cable structure 1 through the first holding rings 311, so as to coil and store the first sea cable through the first cable structure 1.
As shown in fig. 8, a plurality of second holding rings 321 may be disposed on the second support frame, and the second submarine cable extends from the output end of the observation network base station, passes through the second holding rings 321 on the second support frame 32, and then enters the second submarine cable structure 2, in this embodiment, the second holding rings 321 may play a guiding role of the second submarine cable, and the second submarine cable may accurately enter the second submarine cable structure 2 through the second holding rings 321, so as to coil and store the second submarine cable through the second submarine cable structure 2.
