Abstract

Technical Field

Background
The online signing of the financial business system is realized by a digital and automatic mode, the signing and management of online contracts, online agreements and other legal documents are realized, the traditional paper signing flow is converted into an electronic signing flow, and more efficient, safe and traceable signing service is provided.

The embodiment of the application provides a method for online signing in financial business, which can be applied to electronic equipment comprising an interactive interface. The electronic device may display an online sign-up interactive interface. In response to a preset touch operation of a user on the online signing interactive interface, the electronic equipment can acquire the template identification of the file to be signed through the online interactive interface, complete online signing and acquire an online signing result.

The operator of each approval node may sign online using the provided signing tool. The identity information and signing time of the operator are recorded in the signing process.

1. A method for online subscription in a financial transaction, the method comprising:
displaying a plurality of first objects on an online subscription interactive interface, wherein any one of the plurality of first objects is used for identifying a financial service type which needs to be selected by a user;
receiving a first touch operation of a user on any one of the plurality of first objects;
responding to the first touch operation, and displaying a plurality of second objects on the online signing interactive interface, wherein any one of the plurality of second objects is a template identifier of a file to be signed, which is generated according to the first object;
receiving a second touch operation of a user on the second object;
responding to the second touch operation, and displaying a plurality of third objects on the online signing interactive interface, wherein any one of the third objects is a signing node for identifying a file to be signed;
receiving a third touch operation of a user on any one of the plurality of third objects;
and responding to the third touch operation, sequentially sending the second object to the third object corresponding to each signing node, and obtaining the signing result of the online signing.
2. The method of claim 1, wherein the document template identification to be signed comprises all document templates of various financial transaction types.
3. The method of online signing up for a financial transaction of claim 2, wherein displaying a plurality of second objects at the online signing up interactive interface in response to the first touch operation comprises:
and responding to the first touch operation, and displaying the business type file template in an online subscription interactive interface.
4. The method for online signing in a financial service according to claim 3, wherein the responding to the third touch operation sequentially sends the second object to the third object corresponding to each signing node, and obtains a signing result of online signing, including:
responding to the third touch operation, and generating an approval process of the business type file template;
identifying a field value of a corresponding placeholder of each approval node in the business type file template in the approval process;
sequentially displaying the field value of the placeholder corresponding to each approval node in the online subscription interactive interface;
and sequentially receiving input information of the user at each approval node at the Jin Zaixian signing interactive interface, and replacing the field value of the placeholder of the approval node by the input information to obtain a signing result of online signing.
5. The method for online subscription in a financial service according to claim 3, wherein, in response to the first touch operation, displaying a plurality of second objects on the online subscription interactive interface, where any one of the plurality of second objects is a template identifier of a file to be subscribed generated according to the first object, the method further comprises:
receiving a fourth touch operation of a user on the second object;
and responding to the fourth touch operation, and updating the business type file template selected by the online subscription interactive interface.
6. The method for online signing up in a financial service according to claim 4, wherein the online signing up interactive interface sequentially receives input information of a user at each approval node, and replaces the field value of the placeholder of the approval node with the input information, so as to obtain a signing result of online signing up, and the method further comprises:
acquiring identity information and signing time of each approver of the approving node;
and verifying the identity information, if the identity information passes the verification, recording the identity information and signing time of the approver, and otherwise, sending alarm information.
7. The method for online signing of financial services according to claim 1, wherein in response to the third touch operation, the second object is sequentially sent to the third object corresponding to each signing node, and after obtaining the signing result of online signing, the method further comprises:
and monitoring the signing result, if the signing result meets the preset condition, updating the state of the signing result, and displaying the state in the online signing interactive interface of the financial service system.
8. An apparatus for online subscription in a financial transaction, the apparatus comprising:
the first display module is used for displaying a plurality of first objects on the online subscription interactive interface, and any one of the first objects is used for identifying the financial service type which needs to be selected by the user;
the first receiving module is used for receiving a first touch operation of a user on any one of the plurality of first objects;
the second display module is used for responding to the first touch operation, displaying a plurality of second objects on the online signing interactive interface of the financial service system, wherein any one of the second objects is a template identifier of a file to be signed, which is generated according to the first object;
the second receiving module is used for receiving a second touch operation of a user on the second object;
the third display module is used for responding to the second touch operation and displaying a plurality of third objects on the online signing interactive interface, wherein any one of the third objects is a signing node for identifying files to be signed;
the third receiving module is used for receiving third touch operation of a user on any one of the plurality of third objects;
and the signing module is used for responding to the third touch operation, sequentially sending the second object to the third object corresponding to each signing node and obtaining the signing result of online signing.
9. An apparatus for online signing in a financial service, wherein the apparatus for online signing in a financial service comprises: a memory and at least one processor, the memory having instructions stored therein, the memory and the at least one processor being interconnected by a line;
the at least one processor invoking the instructions in the memory to cause an online contracted device in the financial service to perform the steps of the method of online contracted in a financial service as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
10. A computer readable storage medium having stored thereon a computer program, which when executed by a processor, implements the steps of the method of online sign-up in a financial service as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 7.
