The ultra-low speed die casting die of the impeller of the automobile air conditioner comprises an upper die plate (1) and a lower die plate (2), wherein an upper die core is embedded and installed at the lower side of the upper die plate (1), a lower die core (5) is embedded and installed at the upper side of the lower die plate (2), the ultra-low speed die casting die is characterized in that the upper die core and the lower die core (5) form two molding die cavities (23) which are arranged side by side, a first side of the lower die core (5) which is positioned at the two molding die cavities (23) is provided with a main low speed runner (17), the main low speed runner (17) is communicated with the two molding die cavities (23), a second side of the lower die core (5) which is positioned at the molding die cavity (23) is provided with a sliding groove (10), the sliding groove (10) is slidably provided with a sliding block (8) which is matched with the molding die cavity (23), the sliding block (8) is driven by a sliding block cylinder (4) at one side of the lower die plate (2), the bottom of the sliding block (8) is provided with a plurality of corresponding air exhaust layers (23) which are arranged between the bottom of the sliding block (23) and the sliding block (8) and the upper die cavity (9) which are communicated with the corresponding layers of the molding die cavities (23), the device is characterized in that a quick exhaust block (6) is arranged at the two ends of the lower die plate (2) close to a forming die cavity (23), a quick exhaust groove (29) is formed in the upper side of the quick exhaust block (6), an inner exhaust channel (25) communicated with the quick exhaust groove (29) is transversely formed in the quick exhaust block (6), an outer exhaust channel (27) communicated with the inner exhaust channel (25) is vertically formed in the lower die plate (2), a plugging core pulling core (7) is transversely arranged in the inner exhaust channel (25), the plugging core pulling core (7) moves under the driving of a plugging oil cylinder (3) and cuts off the communication between the quick exhaust groove (29) and the inner exhaust channel (25), a quick exhaust slag ladle groove (12) is formed in the position, located between the forming die cavity (23) and the quick exhaust groove (29), and the quick exhaust slag ladle (12) is communicated with the quick exhaust groove (29) to at least one slag ladle layer (11) on the same side as the quick exhaust ladle and at least one slag ladle (12) on the lower side of the slag ladle layer (9; quick exhaust groove (29) be linked together with interior exhaust passage (25) through first air flue (31) of vertical setting, interior exhaust passage (25) be linked together with outer exhaust passage (27) through second air flue (32) of vertical setting, first air flue (31) be dislocation set with second air flue (32), first air flue (31) correspond with thimble (26) of lower bolster (2) inside, the lower extreme of thimble (26) link to each other with roof (28) that are located lower bolster (2) downside.

The ultra-low speed die casting die for an automotive air conditioner compressor wheel according to claim 1, wherein: the rapid exhaust slag ladle groove (12) is provided with two first guide grooves (13) communicated with the upper exhaust slag ladle (9) side by side towards one side of the molding die cavity (23), and a second guide groove (15) communicated with the lower exhaust slag ladle (11) is arranged between the two first guide grooves (13).
3. The ultra-low speed die casting die for an automotive air conditioner compressor wheel according to claim 2, wherein: the side part of the rapid slag ladle groove (12) is also provided with a step-shaped air discharge groove (14) extending to the edge of the lower die core (5).

The ultra-low speed die casting die for an automotive air conditioner compressor wheel according to claim 1, wherein: the upper air exhausting block (24) is embedded in the position, corresponding to the quick air exhausting block (6), of the lower side of the upper die core, and the upper air exhausting block (24) is in butt joint with the quick air exhausting block (6) to form a quick air exhausting groove (29) during die assembly.
