The tissue clamping device according to claim 7, wherein the tail of the sliding bar (3) is provided with an indication mark (34), the indication mark (34) is a protruding block protruding upwards on the sliding bar (3), a cover plate (25) is arranged above the holding handle (2), the cover plate (25) is provided with a sliding groove (251), and the indication mark (34) slides in the sliding groove (251) along with the front-back movement of the sliding bar (3) to indicate the movement position of the current sliding bar (3).
