In this embodiment, a locking component 11 is disposed on the second net body 4, and the locking component 11 is detachably connected with the second fixing seat 9. When the first net body 3 is located at the first position, the second net body 4 is connected with the second fixing seat 9 through the locking assembly 11, so that the first protection net 2 can be prevented from accidentally toppling over when the cab 1 is inclined or jolted.
In a specific embodiment, a locking hole is formed in the second fixing seat 9, and the locking assembly 11 includes a mounting seat 12, a locking piece 13 and an elastic piece 14, where the mounting seat 12 is disposed at an end of the second net body 4 away from the first net body 3, as shown in fig. 5 and 6. The mounting seat 12 is provided with a through hole, the locking piece 13 passes through the through hole and is in sliding connection with the mounting seat 12, the sliding direction is consistent with the axial direction of the locking hole, and the locking piece 13 can enter and exit the locking hole when sliding relative to the mounting seat 12. The elastic member 14 is disposed between the mounting base 12 and the locking member 13, and the elastic member 14 can cause the locking member 13 to have a tendency to approach the locking hole. The resilient member 14 may be, but is not limited to, a compression spring. The stopper 13 is provided with a stopper 15, and the stopper 15 can act on the mount 12 to limit the movement of the stopper 13 relative to the mount 12, thereby preventing the stopper 13 from falling off the mount 12.
A handle 16 is also provided at the end of the locking member 13 remote from the locking aperture to facilitate the application of force to the locking member 13 when the locking assembly 11 is operated.
When emergency escape is needed, the locking piece 13 is separated from the locking hole through the handle 16, and thrust is applied to any net body of the first protective net 2, so that the first net body 3 can rotate to the second position.
In this embodiment, the protection net device includes a second protection net 19, where the second protection net 19 is disposed above the top plate of the cab 1, and is used for protecting the top plate of the cab 1.
The edge of the second protection net 19 near one end of the first protection net 2 may be used as the second fixing seat 9, and at this time, the locking hole may be disposed on the second protection net 19.
The fixing frame further comprises a pair of vertical supporting pieces 17, the pair of vertical supporting pieces 17 are arranged between the first fixing seat 8 and the second fixing seat 9, and two ends of the vertical supporting pieces 17 are respectively connected with the first fixing seat 8 and the second fixing seat 9. The vertical support 17 is provided with a mounting bracket 18, and the mounting bracket 18 on the vertical support 17 and the cab 1 can be fixedly connected together by bolts.
The mounting brackets 18 are provided on the vertical support 17 in at least two, and the respective mounting brackets 18 are spaced apart along the axis direction of the vertical support 17.
When the cab 1 is transferred to the first net body 3, the vertical support piece 17 can be used as a handrail, and the first fixing seat 8 can be used as a pedal, so that the escape of a driver is facilitated.
The second protection net 19 is also provided with a plurality of mounting brackets 18, and the mounting brackets 18 of the second protection net 19 are fixedly connected with the top plate of the cab 1 by bolts.
In this embodiment, the cross section of the sliding rod 5 is circular, and the cross section of the supporting rod 6 is rectangular. At this time, the cross section of the connecting rod 10 is rectangular, and the end of the slide rod 5 is in line contact with the connecting rod 10, so that the connection strength between the slide rod 5 and the connecting rod 10 can be increased when the connecting rod is fixed by welding.
On the other hand, the embodiment of the invention also provides a cab, which comprises the protective net device provided by any embodiment. The protection net device in the embodiment can protect the escape window of the cab 1, can also enable a driver in the cab to escape in a sliding manner during emergency escape, is high in efficiency, and can ensure safety. Therefore, the cab in the embodiment has the advantages of safe use and convenience for emergency escape. The development process of the beneficial effects of the cab in the embodiment of the invention is substantially similar to that of the protection net device, so that the description thereof is omitted herein.
In still another aspect, an embodiment of the present invention further provides a working machine, including the protection net device or the cab provided in any one of the embodiments above. All advantages of the protection net device or the cab are provided and are not described herein. The development process of the beneficial effects of the working machine in the embodiment of the present invention is substantially similar to the development process of the beneficial effects of the protection net device or the cab described above, and therefore, the description thereof will not be repeated here.
In the embodiment of the present invention, the type of the working machine is not limited, and for example, the working machine may be an excavator, a rotary drilling machine, a crane, or the like. In other words, as long as the work machine can use the protection net device in the embodiment of the present invention.

Claims (10)
1. The protection net device is characterized by comprising a first protection net and a fixing frame used for being connected with a cab, wherein the fixing frame is provided with an escape opening opposite to an escape window of the cab, one end of the first protection net is rotatably connected with a first end of the fixing frame, and the other end of the first protection net is detachably connected with a second end of the fixing frame;
the first protection net can rotate between a first position and a second position, the first protection net is used for sealing the escape opening, the first protection net is detachably connected with the second end of the fixing frame, and the second protection net is obliquely arranged relative to the bearing surface and the ground of the cab, so that the first protection net forms a sliding surface capable of being used for sliding.

The protection net device according to claim 1, wherein the first protection net comprises at least two net bodies parallel to each other, two adjacent net bodies can slide relatively along the distribution direction, the net bodies located at two ends of each net body along the distribution direction are respectively a first net body and a second net body, and the first net body is rotatably connected with the first end of the fixing frame.

The protective screen device according to claim 2, wherein the screen body comprises a frame and sliding bars fixed relative to the frame, the frame has a pair of supporting bars, the sliding bars are provided with at least two, the axis of each sliding bar is parallel to the axis of the supporting bar, and each sliding bar is arranged between the pair of supporting bars;
in the adjacent net bodies, the support rod of one of the net bodies extends into the support rod of the other net body along the axis direction of the support rod and can slide back and forth, and the slide rod of one net body extends into the slide rod of the other net body along the axis direction of the support rod and can slide back and forth.
4. The protective screening apparatus of claim 3 wherein each of said slide bars is disposed along an arc between a pair of said support bars, said first screening body having a center of curvature on a side of said screening body adjacent said cab when in said first position;
and/or a limiting structure is arranged between the support rods of the adjacent net bodies, and/or a limiting structure is arranged between the slide rods of the adjacent net bodies, and the limiting structure is arranged to limit the sliding positions of the adjacent net bodies.
5. The protective screen device according to claim 3, wherein the first screen body further comprises reinforcing rods, the axes of the reinforcing rods are perpendicular to the axes of the sliding rods, at least two reinforcing rods are arranged, the reinforcing rods are distributed at intervals along the axial direction of the sliding rods, and the reinforcing rods are located on one side, away from the cab, of each sliding rod when the first screen body is in the first position.
6. The protection net device according to claim 3, wherein the fixing frame comprises a first fixing base connected with the bottom end of the cab and a second fixing base connected with the top end of the cab;
the frame of the first net body is also provided with a connecting rod, the axis of the connecting rod is perpendicular to the axis of the supporting rods, two ends of the connecting rod are respectively connected with a pair of supporting rods of the first net body, the first fixing seat is provided with a connecting hole for the connecting rod to pass through, and the connecting rod is in clearance fit with the connecting hole;
the second net body is provided with a locking component, and the locking component is detachably connected with the second fixing seat.

The protective screen apparatus of claim 6, wherein a stop assembly is disposed between the first screen body and the first mount, the stop assembly configured to limit rotation of the first screen body in a direction away from the first position when the first screen body is rotated to the second position.
8. The protective mesh device of any one of claims 1-7, further comprising a second protective mesh for placement over a roof of the cab.
9. A cab comprising the protection net device according to any one of claims 1 to 8.
10. A working machine comprising the protection net device according to any one of claims 1 to 8, or comprising the cab according to claim 9.
