Abstract
本发明涉及一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源,包括底座、中间箱和顶箱,多个中间箱自下至上依次堆叠于底座上,顶箱堆叠于最上方的中间箱上,所述中间箱和顶箱内设有多个电池模组,所述中间箱和顶箱的内侧壁对应电池模组设有安装台阶,所述电池模组包括电芯、钢带、端板和转接板,所述电芯卧式设置,多个电芯及两侧端板由钢带捆扎在一起,转接板设置在端板外,所述转接板呈簸箕型,所述转接板搁置在安装台阶上。本发明上下层通过浮动连接器电连接,电芯采用卧式设置,相邻电芯的连接部件及采样板设置在电芯的侧面,从而降低了中间箱及顶箱的高度,大大提高了空间利用率,簸箕型的转接板与安装台阶相配合,实现了电池模组的快速安装定位。

技术领域
本发明涉及电力储能系统技术领域,具体涉及一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源。
背景技术
随着电池技术的不断发展,储能电源在生活中的应用越来越广泛,相应的,对储能电源的使用要求也越来越高,现有的电池模组中的电芯立式设置,即极柱设置在电芯上方,这样相邻电芯的连接件必然设置在电芯上方,导致电芯模组的高度偏高,在不充裕的常规安装空间以无法实现最大化增加储能电源系统容量以满足使用需求的目的。另外,常规储能电池通过线束采集电压信息,线束排布杂乱,安装复杂,不利于组装。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服上述不足,提供了一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源,电池模组的电芯采用卧式设置,相邻电芯的连接部件及采样板设置在电芯的侧面,降低了电池模组的高度,从而降低了中间箱及顶箱的高度,有效利用不充裕的安装空间以实现最大化增加储能电源系统容量以满足使用需求,大大提高了空间利用率。
本发明的目的是这样实现的:
一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源,包括底座、中间箱和顶箱,多个中间箱自下至上依次堆叠于底座上,顶箱堆叠于最上方的中间箱上,所述中间箱和顶箱内设有多个电池模组,所述中间箱和顶箱的内侧壁对应电池模组设有安装台阶,所述电池模组包括电芯、钢带、端板和转接板,所述电芯卧式设置,多个电芯及两侧端板由钢带捆扎在一起,所述转接板呈簸箕型,所述转接板搁置在安装台阶上;
所述电芯模组侧面还设有采样板,所述采样板上设有采样镍片,所述采样镍片与各电芯一一对应相连。
优选的,所述转接板的底面通过螺栓与端板连接,侧围套设在安装台阶上,且侧围与安装台阶之间通过螺栓连接。
优选的,相邻中间箱之间、最上方的中间箱与顶箱之间均设有浮动连接器,所述浮动连接器包括浮动连接器公头和浮动连接器母头,所述顶箱和中间箱下端面设有浮动连接器母头,所述中间箱的箱盖对应浮动连接器母头设有浮动连接器公头,底座的上端面对应浮动连接器母头设有避让孔。
优选的,在顶箱和中间箱的下端面向内凹陷设有容纳槽,在底座的上端面和中间箱的箱盖均向外凸出设有限位台阶,所述容纳槽与限位台阶相配合。
优选的,在电池模组上方还盖设有PC防火片,PC防火片将各电芯及采样板罩住。
优选的,所述顶箱设有电量显示屏及用于连接外接设备的插口。
本发明的有益效果是:
内置电池模组的中间箱及顶箱之间通过浮动连接器电连接,无需外接电线,不易短路,安全系数高,组装便捷;
电池模组的电芯采用卧式设置,相邻电芯的连接部件及采样板设置在电芯的侧面,降低了电池模组的高度,从而降低了中间箱及顶箱的高度,有效利用不充裕的安装空间以实现最大化增加储能电源系统容量以满足使用需求,大大提高了空间利用率;
簸箕型的转接板与安装台阶相配合,实现了电池模组的快速安装定位,且在搬运过程中避免电池模组的位移,装配精度高;
通过采样板采集各电芯的电压信息,避免采集线束排布杂乱,便于安装且安全性好。

实施方式
参见图1-6,本发明涉及一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源,包括底座1、中间箱2和顶箱3,多个中间箱2自下至上依次堆叠于底座1上,顶箱3堆叠于最上方的中间箱2上,相邻中间箱2之间、最上方的中间箱2与顶箱3之间均设有浮动连接器,所述中间箱2及顶箱3通过浮动连接器电连接。
在顶箱3和中间箱2的下端面向内凹陷设有容纳槽4,在底座1的上端面和中间箱2的箱盖均向外凸出设有限位台阶5,所述容纳槽4与限位台阶5相配合,方便堆叠。
所述浮动连接器包括浮动连接器公头6和浮动连接器母头7,所述顶箱3和中间箱2下端面设有浮动连接器母头7,所述中间箱2的箱盖对应浮动连接器母头7设有浮动连接器公头6,底座1的上端面对应浮动连接器母头7设有避让孔1.1。
所述中间箱2和顶箱3内设有多个电池模组8,所述中间箱2和顶箱3的内侧壁对应电池模组8设有安装台阶9,所述电池模组8包括电芯8.1、钢带8.2、端板8.3和转接板8.4,所述电芯8.1卧式设置,即电芯8.1的接线柱设置在侧面,多个电芯8.1设置在两个端板8.3之间,多个电芯8.1及端板8.3由钢带8.2捆扎在一起,每侧端板8.3外设有转接板8.4,所述转接板8.4呈簸箕型,所述转接板8.4的底面通过螺栓与端板8.3连接,侧围套设在安装台阶9上,且侧围与安装台阶9之间通过螺栓连接,实现电池模组的位置固定。所述转接板8.4上设有吊装孔,方便电池模组的搬运及安装。
相邻电芯8.1之间通过汇流片8.5连接,所述电芯模组8侧面还设有采样板8.6,所述采样板8.6上设有采样镍片8.7,所述采样镍片8.7与各电芯一一对应相连,以采集各电芯的电压信息。
各中间箱2和顶箱3内均配有电池控制器10,位于采样板8.6两端的连接器8.8将电芯信息传输至电池控制器10,电池控制器用于监控各电池模组的电量、电压和电流。
所述采样板8.6对应各电芯8.1设有设有通孔,所述通孔能有效散热,同时避让电芯的防爆孔。
在电池模组8上方还盖设有PC防火片8.9,PC防火片8.9将各电芯8.1及采样板8.6罩住,对电芯及采样板进行保护。
所述顶箱3设有电量显示屏3.1,电量显示屏3.1显示储能电源的总电量。
所述顶箱3还设有用于连接外接设备的插口3.2。
所述底座1四角设有万向轮,方便储能电源的移动。

1.一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源,其特征在于:包括底座、中间箱和顶箱,多个中间箱自下至上依次堆叠于底座上,顶箱堆叠于最上方的中间箱上,所述中间箱和顶箱内设有多个电池模组,所述中间箱和顶箱的内侧壁对应电池模组设有安装台阶,所述电池模组包括电芯、钢带、端板和转接板,所述电芯卧式设置,多个电芯及两侧端板由钢带捆扎在一起,转接板设置在端板外,所述转接板呈簸箕型,所述转接板搁置在安装台阶上;
所述电芯模组侧面还设有采样板,所述采样板上设有采样镍片,所述采样镍片与各电芯一一对应相连。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源,其特征在于:所述转接板的底面通过螺栓与端板连接,侧围套设在安装台阶上,且侧围与安装台阶之间通过螺栓连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源,其特征在于:相邻中间箱之间、最上方的中间箱与顶箱之间均设有浮动连接器,所述浮动连接器包括浮动连接器公头和浮动连接器母头,所述顶箱和中间箱下端面设有浮动连接器母头,所述中间箱的箱盖对应浮动连接器母头设有浮动连接器公头,底座的上端面对应浮动连接器母头设有避让孔。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源,其特征在于:在顶箱和中间箱的下端面向内凹陷设有容纳槽,在底座的上端面和中间箱的箱盖均向外凸出设有限位台阶,所述容纳槽与限位台阶相配合。
5.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源,其特征在于:在电池模组上方还盖设有PC防火片,PC防火片将各电芯及采样板罩住。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种可自由组合堆叠式户用储能电源,其特征在于:所述顶箱设有电量显示屏及用于连接外接设备的插口。
