Description

用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架
发明领域
本发明涉及一种用于医疗装置上的一个部件,尤其是涉及高能聚焦超声波(HIFU)治疗机治疗盆腔等部位病变时安装于下置式波源上的一个部件。
背景技术
目前,体外高能聚焦超声波治疗装置一般由下述几个部分构成:用以产生高能聚焦超声波的高能聚焦超声波源及驱动电路;用于寻找治疗目标并将其移至超声换能器焦点处的定位系统,包括一个医用影象系统(多为B超机),一个承载患者的装置(例如床面),及将这个装置与波源间作空间相对位移的位移系统;高能超声波传导结构及传导介质处理系统,由于高能聚焦超声波适用的超声波必须通过特殊传导介质(多用经脱气处理的水)传入患者体内,故在高能聚焦超声波源发射面的前方必须有一个容纳传导介质的结构(如水槽等)以及加入、排出传导介质及对介质进行处理的装置。
高能聚焦超声波治疗使用的高能超声波不能通过骨骼或空气等物质。现有的体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机均用床面作为承载患者的装置,患者取俯卧位进行治疗。而直肠、前列腺和宫颈等部位由于受到骨盆的影响,超声波很难从前方或后方到达需要治疗的部位,因此不能治疗上述部位的病变。
发明概述
本发明的目的是克服上述缺陷,提供一种用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,其使患者在治疗时能够采取坐式,从而可使高能聚焦超声波的适应症明显扩大。
为了实现上述目的,本发明提供了用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,该超声波治疗机包括:用以产生高能聚焦超声波的高能聚焦超声波源;一个用于承载患者的患者承载装置以及使所述患者承载装置与波源间作空间相对位移的位移系统;在高能聚焦超声波波源的发射面前方有一个容纳传导介质的结构,所述的容纳传导介质的结构是一个开放式水槽,其特征在于,所述坐位架包括一个可浸没在所述开放式水槽中的坐垫,该坐垫中间设有一个可以通过功率超声波的结构,所述的可以通过功率超声波的结构是一中心孔,所述坐位架还具有一个用于将坐垫支撑在所述患者承载装置上的坐垫支撑结构,所述坐垫支撑结构包括支架,所述坐垫由所述支架支承,所述支架可放置在所述患者承载装置上,从而将坐垫支撑在所述患者承载装置上。
本发明还可进一步包括以下技术特征:所述中心孔覆盖有一乳胶膜;所述坐垫可由较柔软且有弹性的材料如泡沫塑料制成。
所述坐垫置于一个由刚性材料制成的坐垫底板上,所述坐垫底板的形状与所述坐垫的形状相对应,并且,所述坐垫底板设有一个与所述坐垫的可以通过功率超声波的结构相对应的孔,所述坐垫支撑结构还包括分别设置在所述坐垫两侧的拉板,所述拉板的一端与所述坐垫底板相连接,另一端与所述支架相连接,从而将所述坐垫支承在所述坐垫支撑结构上。其中,所述拉板的一端可通过紧固件而与所述坐垫底板相连接;所述拉板的另一端也可通过紧固件而与所述支架相连接。
所述坐垫支撑结构还可包括靠背和扶手,所述靠背和扶手与所述支架相连接。
使用时,将此坐位架安装到下置式高能聚焦超声波波源上方的开放式水槽上方,水槽中脱气水加满时水位应能超过坐位架的坐垫,即,使坐垫浸没在水槽中。治疗时患者坐在坐位架上,采取坐姿进行治疗,并使会阴部皮肤与脱气水充分接触,超声波从坐垫中间的所述的可以通过功率超声波的结构而向上经患者会阴部进入体内,便可到达直肠、前列腺和宫颈等部位,从而实现从体外对盆腔病变的高能聚焦超声波治疗。这样,可在治疗时采取坐姿,对直肠原位癌、直肠癌Mile’s术后局部复发、前列腺癌、宫颈癌、阴道癌及前列腺肥大等进行高能聚焦超声波治疗,使高能聚焦超声波的适应症明显扩大。

如图1所示,用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架8,该超声波治疗机包括:用以产生高能聚焦超声波的高能聚焦超声波源6;一个用于承载患者的患者承载装置7以及使所述患者承载装置7与波源6间作空间相对位移的位移系统(未示出);在高能聚焦超声波波源6的发射面前方有一个容纳传导介质的结构,其在本实施例中是一开放式水槽5,其中,所述坐位架包括一个可浸没在所述开放式水槽5中的坐垫3,该坐垫3中间设有可以通过功率超声波的结构,所述坐位架还具有一个用于将坐垫3支撑在所述患者承载装置7上的坐垫支撑结构18。
在本实施例中,所述的可以通过功率超声波的结构是一中心孔4,但其也可是乳胶膜等任何可以通过功率超声波的结构,中心孔4上可由一乳胶膜覆盖。
所述坐垫3可由较柔软且有弹性的材料如泡沫塑料制成。
如图1-4所示,在本实施例中,所述坐垫支撑结构18包括支架10,所述坐垫3置于一个由刚性材料制成的坐垫底板12上,所述坐垫底板12的形状与所述坐垫3的形状相对应,并且,所述坐垫底板12设有一个与所述坐垫3的可以通过功率超声波的结构(在本实施例中是中心孔4)相对应的孔13,所述坐垫支撑结构18还包括分别设置在所述坐垫3两侧的拉板11,所述拉板11的一端与所述坐垫底板12相连接,另一端与所述支架10相连接,从而将所述坐垫3支承在所述坐垫支撑结构18上。
其中,所述拉板11的一端可通过紧固件而与所述坐垫底板12相连接,也可通过焊接而与所述坐垫底板12相连接,或者也可将拉板11与坐垫底板12制成一体。所述拉板11的另一端可通过紧固件而与所述支架10相连接,也可与所述支架10焊接在一起。
另外,所述坐垫支撑结构18还可包括一个用于支承所述坐位架整个结构的底座9,所述支架10与所述底座9固定连接,其中所述底座9可为一刚性环形圈。
坐垫支撑结构18还可包括靠背1和扶手2,所述靠背1和扶手2与所述支架10相连接。
所述坐位架8和所述患者承载装置7可共用一套位移系统。
使用时,将此坐位架8安装到下置式高能聚焦超声波波源6上方的开放式水槽5上方,坐位架8的坐垫支撑结构18置于患者承载装置7上,将坐垫3支撑在所述患者承载装置上,从而可与患者承载装置7共用一套位移系统,以便能与波源6之间进行相对运动,从而可调节至适当的治疗方位,如图3所示。水槽5中脱气水加满时水位应能超过坐位架8的坐垫3,即,坐垫3可浸没在开放式水槽5中。治疗时,患者坐在坐垫3上,采取坐姿进行治疗,并使会阴部皮肤与脱气水充分接触,超声波从坐垫3中间的孔4向上经患者会阴部进入体内,便可到达直肠、前列腺和宫颈等部位,从而实现从体外对盆腔病变的高能聚焦超声波治疗。这样,可在治疗时采取坐姿,对直肠原位癌、直肠癌Mile’s术后局部复发、前列腺癌、宫颈癌、阴道癌及前列腺肥大等进行高能聚焦超声波治疗,使高能聚焦超声波的适应症明显扩大。
该坐位架8安装在治疗机上的情况如图3所示。
具体地说,在采用上置波源和下置波源的床面承载式体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的基础上,可将患者承载装置制成可拆卸的。需要进行坐位治疗时,将患者承载装置的中间部分拆下,露出下置波源6的水槽5,装上本发明的坐位架8。该坐位架8和患者承载装置7共用一套位移系统,两种体位治疗互换十分方便。
另外,对于采用下置波源6和开放式水槽5的体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机,需要进行坐位治疗时,只需将该坐位架直接安置于患者承载装置7上,其坐垫3置于水槽5中即可。
综上所述,使用此坐位架,可对直肠原位癌、直肠癌Mile’s术后局部复发、前列腺癌、宫颈癌、阴道癌及前列腺肥大等进行高能聚焦超声波治疗,使高能聚焦超声波的适应症明显扩大。

Claims (9)

1.用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,该超声波治疗机包括:用以产生高能聚焦超声波的高能聚焦超声波源;一个用于承载患者的患者承载装置以及使所述患者承载装置与波源间作空间相对位移的位移系统;在高能聚焦超声波波源的发射面前方有一个容纳传导介质的结构,所述的容纳传导介质的结构是一个开放式水槽,其特征在于,所述坐位架包括一个可浸没在所述开放式水槽中的坐垫(3),该坐垫(3)中间设有一个可以通过功率超声波的结构,所述的可以通过功率超声波的结构是一中心孔(4),所述坐位架还具有一个用于将坐垫(3)支撑在所述患者承载装置上的坐垫支撑结构(18),所述坐垫支撑结构(18)包括支架(10),所述坐垫(3)由所述支架(10)支承,所述支架(10)可放置在所述患者承载装置上,从而将坐垫(3)支撑在所述患者承载装置上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,其特征在于,所述中心孔(4)上覆盖有一乳胶膜。
3.根据权利要求1所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,其特征在于,所述坐垫(3)由较柔软且有弹性的材料制成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,其特征在于,所述坐垫(3)由泡沫塑料制成。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任何一项所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,其特征在于,所述坐垫(3)置于一个由刚性材料制成的坐垫底板(12)上,所述坐垫底板(12)的形状与所述坐垫(3)的形状相对应,并且,所述坐垫底板(12)设有一个与所述坐垫(3)的可以通过功率超声波的结构相对应的孔(13),所述坐垫支撑结构(18)还包括分别设置在所述坐垫(3)两侧的拉板(11),所述拉板(11)的一端与所述坐垫底板(12)相连接,另一端与所述支架(10)相连接,从而将所述坐垫(3)支承在所述坐垫支撑结构(18)上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,其特征在于,所述拉板(11)的一端通过紧固件而与所述坐垫底板(12)相连接;所述拉板(11)的另一端通过紧固件而与所述支架(10)相连接。
7.根据权利要求5所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,其特征在于,所述坐垫支撑结构(18)还包括一个用于支承所述坐位架整个结构的底座(9),所述支架(10)与所述底座(9)固定连接。
8.根据权利要求7所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,其特征在于,所述底座(9)为一刚性环形圈。
9.根据权利要求5所述的用于体外高能聚焦超声波治疗机的坐位架,其特征在于,所述坐垫支撑结构(18)还包括靠背(1)和扶手(2),所述靠背(1)和扶手(2)与所述支架(10)相连接。
