CN113116782B discloses an anti-allergic repair composition, a preparation method and application thereof. The anti-allergy repair composition comprises the following components in parts by mass: 0.31-0.49 parts of skin conditioner; 0.27-0.39 parts of antioxidant; 0.04-0.06 parts of omega 6 ceramide; biological sugar gum-1.04-0.06 parts; the antioxidant comprises at least Olibanum extract; the preparation method comprises the following steps: adding skin conditioner, antioxidant, omega 6 ceramide and biological glycon-1 into a container, and stirring to obtain the antiallergic repairing composition. This example is substantially identical to the allergy-relieving and repairing composition of example 1 in that the total saponin extract of ginseng stem and leaf is used for preparing protopanaxatriol saponin in example 1, and the total saponin extract of ginseng root is used for preparing protopanaxatriol saponin in this example.

The present example is substantially the same as the allergy-relieving and repairing composition of example 1, except that the protopanaxatriol saponin is prepared by using the total saponin extract of the stems and leaves of American ginseng in this example.

Antiallergic efficacy detection
Taking RBL-2H3 cells in a logarithmic growth phase, inoculating the RBL-2H3 cells into a 24-well plate, growing for 48 hours, discarding a cell culture solution, adding a culture medium containing the comfort maintenance composition in the example or the comparative example, setting the culture medium as a treatment group, adding a PBS solution as a blank pair, culturing for 12 hours, adding C48/80, continuously incubating for 1 hour, stopping the reaction in an ice bath for 10 minutes, staining placental blue, and calculating the degranulation rate of the cells.

The cell degranulation rates of comparative examples 1-4 are all improved compared with those of examples 1-7, and the anti-allergic effects of examples 1-7 are stronger than those of comparative examples 1-4, which shows that the combination of protopanaxatriol saponin, dipotassium glycyrrhizinate, panthenol and xylitol-based glucoside (AQUAXYL) has a synergistic effect in anti-allergic aspect, and the composition lacking any active ingredient can reduce the anti-allergic capability of the composition.
Application examples and application comparative examples
Since examples 1 to 7 were superior in anti-sensitization, example 1 was selected for comparison of application effects with comparative examples 1 to 4. The preparation method of the allergy-relieving repair essence emulsion comprises the following steps:
(1) Adding carbomer U21, butanediol, EDTA disodium and water into a stirring pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃, and continuously stirring to completely and uniformly mix the materials;
(2) Adding oliem 1000, shea butter, caprylic/capric triglyceride and squalane into an oil pot, stirring and heating to 80-85 ℃ to ensure that the oil phase is completely and uniformly mixed;
