Example 1
Referring to fig. 1, fig. 1 is a schematic diagram of steps of a self-service purchasing method for a 24-hour inquiry platform according to an embodiment of the present application, which is as follows:
step S100, the patient registers an account on a 24-hour inquiry platform to provide personal information and medical history, and the registration process ensures the safety of the patient information and accords with related data protection regulations;
in some embodiments, further comprising encrypting all data submitted by the patient during registration using industry standard encryption methods, the 24-hour interrogation platform uses a secure server to store patient information, enforcing access control to prevent unauthorized access. All data submitted by a patient in the registration process are converted into binary codes consisting of 1 and 0 which can be read by a computer, and then an encryption algorithm acquires the binary data and performs mathematical operations on the binary data to create a ciphertext of the character string. And according to the inverse mathematical operation, decrypting the ciphertext through a decryption algorithm and recovering the original data by a decryption key corresponding to the encryption key used in the encryption process.
In some embodiments, the data is encrypted: all data submitted by the patient during registration is encrypted using industry standard encryption methods. This ensures that the information is secure from interception or access by unauthorized parties. The security server: the platform uses a secure server to store patient information. These servers are protected by firewalls, intrusion detection systems, and other security measures to prevent unauthorized access. Access control: the platform enforces access controls to ensure that only authorized personnel can access patient information. These controls may include password protection, multi-factor authentication, and other security measures. Compliance with data protection regulations: the platform complies with related data protection regulations, such as the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and the health insurance circulation and liability act (HIPAA). These regulations provide guidelines and requirements for the collection, storage and processing of personal data, including health related information. Data minimization: the platform collects and stores only the minimum amount of data required to provide the services requested by the patient. This ensures that the patient's information is not unnecessarily exposed or at risk of leakage. In general, patients pass through a 24-hour interrogation platform to register account procedures aimed at ensuring patient information is secure, compliant with relevant regulations, and protected from unauthorized access or disclosure. The platform uses a series of techniques and organizational measures to achieve this goal, to allow patients to be confident and to ensure that their information is handled safely and with responsibility.
In some embodiments, the encryption process may include the data first being converted to a digital format when the patient submits their personal and medical information through a registry on the online platform. The platform then encrypts the digital data into a code using an encryption algorithm that cannot be read by anyone without an appropriate decryption key. The encrypted data is then transmitted from the patient's device to the platform's server via a secure encrypted connection (e.g., HTTPS secure hypertext transfer protocol).
Step S110, a patient initiates a consultation through a 24-hour consultation platform, wherein the consultation process comprises the steps of collecting gender information, age information, symptom information and medical history information of the patient by questions and prompts;
in some embodiments, further comprising analyzing the symptoms provided by the patient, analyzing the symptoms reported by the patient, and identifying potential diagnosis of the disorder based on medical knowledge and algorithms, the analysis combining the received gender information, age information, symptom information, and medical history information factors of the patient; the patient's medical history is analyzed, including past diagnosis, medication, allergies, and identification of potential drug interactions or contraindications.
Step S120, providing prescriptions of required medicines according to inquiry consultation, wherein the prescription comprises dosage information, medicine frequency information, dosage information, side effect information and contraindications information by a 24-hour inquiry platform;
in some embodiments, the method further comprises the steps of giving out patient treatment data according to the medical history, the reported symptoms and the evaluation result of the patient, analyzing the patient treatment data, and generating a medication prescription which meets the actual requirements of the patient, wherein the prescription comprises dosage information, medication frequency information, dosage information, side effect information and contraindication information.
In some embodiments, symptom analysis: the symptoms reported by the patient are analyzed and possible diagnoses are identified based on medical knowledge and algorithms, taking into account the patient's medical history and other factors that may be related to the symptoms. Medical history analysis: the patient's medical history, including past diagnosis, medication, allergies, and other related factors, is analyzed. This information helps the system identify potential drug interactions or contraindications. Risk assessment: the risk of prescribing a drug to a patient is assessed based on the patient's medical history, reported symptoms, and other factors. This helps to ensure that the drug prescription is safe and appropriate for the patient. Prescription generation: the platform generates a medication order that meets the personalized needs of the patient based on an analysis of the patient's visit data. The prescription may include a dosage description, a duration of treatment, and any other relevant information. Physician review: in accordance with the platform's policy rules, a medical practitioner may review the prescription before it is given to a patient. Such additional scrutiny helps to ensure the accuracy and safety of the prescription. In general, advanced data analysis techniques are utilized to provide accurate and safe medication prescriptions for patients. The system of the platform analyzes the patient's symptoms, medical history, and other relevant information to generate a personalized medicine prescription that suits the individual needs of the patient.
In step S130, the patient pays the fee by the 24-hour inquiry platform, and after receiving the fee, the 24-hour inquiry platform updates the transportation data in real time until the medicine is delivered to the address designated by the patient.
In some embodiments, the method further comprises the step of protecting the link between the patient and the payment gateway through SSL/TLS encryption, so that data exchanged between the port where the patient is located and the payment gateway is prevented from eavesdropping or tampering, and the 24-hour inquiry platform adopts fraud prevention measures combining transaction monitoring and risk assessment to prevent fraudulent transactions.
In some embodiments, various security measures are utilized to secure the payment process and to protect sensitive financial information of the patient. The following are some ways for the platform to secure payments: payment gateway: the platform processes payments using a secure payment gateway. The payment gateway encrypts the financial information of the patient during transmission, ensuring that it is not intercepted by unauthorized parties. SSL/TLS encryption: the platform uses SSL/TLS encryption to protect the connection between the patient device and the payment gateway. Such encryption may ensure that data exchanged between the patient device and the payment gateway is protected from eavesdropping or tampering. PCI-DSS compliance: the platform complies with the payment card industry data security standard (PCI-DSS), which sets security requirements for organizations handling credit card payments. Such compliance ensures that the payment processing system of the platform meets industry safety standards. Fraud prevention measures: the platform adopts various fraud prevention measures such as transaction monitoring, risk assessment and the like to discover and prevent fraudulent transactions. This helps to protect the patient's financial information from unauthorized purchase. In terms of encryption algorithms, the platform may use industry standard algorithms, such as Advanced Encryption Standard (AES), RSA, or Elliptic Curve Cryptography (ECC), to ensure the security of patient financial information during transmission and storage. These algorithms are widely regarded as secure and provide a high level of protection against unauthorized access.
In general, various measures are taken to secure the payment process. The platform uses secure payment gateway, SSL/TLS encryption, PCI-DSS compliance and fraud prevention measures to protect the patient's financial information and to prevent unauthorized transactions.
