In order to increase the contact area between the mandrel body 4 and the sealing excitation sleeve 7, the mandrel body 4 is provided with a convex ring, and the sealing excitation sleeve 7 is provided with a stepped hole matched with the convex ring; the axial cross section of locking ring excitation sleeve 8 is T shape, and the great one end of diameter of locking ring excitation sleeve 8 stretches into in the first push ring 12, through setting up locking ring excitation sleeve 8 and be T shape, can increase the area of contact of locking ring excitation sleeve 8 and dabber body 4 equally, and then when improving the drive source drive, sealed excitation sleeve 7 and locking ring excitation sleeve 8's area of stress to reduce setting pressure, reduce the energy consumption, improve operating efficiency.
Further, the driving source comprises an external pressure medium source, a first driving channel 14 and a second driving channel 15, wherein the external pressure medium source is communicated with a space surrounded by the convex ring of the mandrel body 4 and the sealing excitation sleeve 7 by utilizing the first driving channel 14, and the external pressure medium source is communicated with a space surrounded by the sealing excitation sleeve 7 and the locking ring excitation sleeve 8 by utilizing the second driving channel 15; the first driving channel 14 is arranged on the mandrel body 4, and the second driving channel 15 is arranged on the sealing excitation sleeve 7; the driving source utilizes the first driving channel 14 to convey pressure medium to the gap between the sealing excitation sleeve 7 and the mandrel body 4, so that the purpose of driving the sealing excitation sleeve 7 to move can be achieved, and likewise, the driving source utilizes the second driving channel 15 to convey pressure medium to the gap between the locking ring excitation sleeve 8 and the sealing excitation sleeve 7, so that the purpose of driving the locking ring excitation sleeve 8 to move is achieved, the stress areas of the sealing excitation sleeve 7 and the locking ring excitation sealing sleeve are increased, the setting pressure of the annular sealing assembly 17 is reduced, and the energy consumption is reduced. It should be explained here that the pressure medium may be liquid or gas, and may be selected according to the actual working conditions, so as to improve flexibility and adaptability of the device.
In order to avoid pressure medium leakage, sealing elements 16 are arranged between the sealing excitation sleeve 7 and the mandrel body 4, between the locking ring excitation sleeve 8 and the mandrel body 4 and between the sealing excitation sleeve 7 and the locking ring excitation sleeve 8, wherein the sealing elements 16 can be O-shaped rings, and the sealing grooves can be dovetail grooves; an O-ring is also fitted over the connection liner body 1 to effect a sealed connection of the connection liner body 1 to the casing hanger 18.
The invention relates to an underwater wellhead annular sealing assembly running device, which specifically comprises the following working processes:
the running-in device hangs up the annular sealing assembly 17 by means of the hanging pin 3 and is fed into the wellhead.
Under the condition of aligning the center, the running-in device and the annular space sealing assembly 17 are slowly lowered, and when the lower end face of the threaded section of the connecting bushing body 1 of the running-in device touches the upper end face of the threaded section of the casing hanger 18, the annular space sealing assembly 17 is lowered into place, as shown in detail in fig. 4.
After the annulus seal assembly 17 is lowered into place, the running device is secured to the casing hanger 18. The mandrel body 4 is rotated, the mandrel body 4 drives the connecting bushing body 1 to rotate, the threads of the connecting bushing body 1 are screwed with the threads of the casing hanger 18, the mandrel body 4 is rotated for a preset number of turns, and the connecting bushing body and the casing hanger 18 are connected in place through the threads, so that the running device and the casing hanger 18 are fixed together, and the details are shown in fig. 5.
After the running-in device is fixed, pressing is carried out from the inside of the running-in device, the pressure enters a space formed by the mandrel body 4 and the sealing excitation sleeve 7, and as the pressure increases, the sealing excitation sleeve 7 drives the locking ring excitation sleeve 8 and the excitation sleeve 9 to move downwards, so that the suspension pin 3 of the suspension annular sealing assembly 17 is sheared; simultaneously, the seal excitation sleeve 7 pushes the outer locking ring and the upper body of the annular space seal assembly 17 to move downwards, so that the annular space seal assembly 17 is excited; at this point the inner and outer locking rings of the annular seal assembly 17 have also been pushed into place awaiting activation, see in detail fig. 6.
After the annular sealing assembly 17 is lowered into place, the annular space between the running device and the wellhead is sealed, at the moment, pressure is pressed from the annular space, the pressure enters a space formed by the sealing excitation sleeve 7 and the locking ring excitation sleeve 8, the sealing excitation sleeve 7 is pushed back to the original position along with the increase of the pressure to be contacted with the mandrel body 4, the locking ring excitation sleeve 8 and the excitation sleeve 9 move downwards together, the excitation sleeve 9 is contacted with the locking ring excitation ring of the annular sealing assembly 17, the locking ring excitation ring is pushed to move downwards, and then the inner locking ring and the outer locking ring are excited, so that the annular sealing assembly 17 is fixed on the wellhead and the casing hanger 18, and the annular sealing assembly 17 is lowered.
The device of the invention has simple structure, convenient use, safety and reliability, and is provided with a hanging unit 100 and a setting unit 200. The suspension unit 100 adopts the suspension pin 3 with a prismatic structure, can be quickly suspended and unhooked, can ensure the stability of the annular sealing assembly 17 suspended on the running device, solves the problem that the annular sealing assembly 17 is difficult to align with the center of a wellhead in the running process, and enables the annular sealing assembly 17 to be conveniently and quickly put in place; the setting unit 200 can fully set the annular sealing assembly 17 with 1700psi pressure, greatly improving the working efficiency and reducing the energy consumption.
The principles and embodiments of the present invention have been described in detail with reference to specific examples, which are provided to facilitate understanding of the method and core ideas of the present invention; also, it is within the scope of the present invention to be modified by those of ordinary skill in the art in light of the present teachings. In view of the foregoing, this description should not be construed as limiting the invention.
Claims (5)
1. An underwater wellhead annular seal assembly running-in device, comprising:
the suspension unit comprises a connecting bushing body, a split ring body and a suspension pin, wherein the connecting bushing body can be connected with a casing hanger, the split ring body is rotatably sleeved outside the connecting bushing body, the suspension pin is slidably arranged on the split ring body, and the suspension pin can extend into the annular sealing assembly and is matched with the annular sealing assembly so that the suspension unit can drive the annular sealing assembly to move, and under the action of external force, the suspension pin can be separated from the annular sealing assembly;
the setting unit comprises a mandrel body, an excitation assembly and a driving source, wherein the excitation assembly is connected with the driving source, and the driving source can drive the excitation assembly to slide back and forth relative to the mandrel body so as to push and excite the annular sealing assembly; the connecting bushing body is connected with the mandrel body, and the excitation assembly is positioned above the connecting bushing body;
the connecting bushing body is in threaded connection with the mandrel body, and a set screw is arranged between the connecting bushing body and the mandrel body; the connection liner body is further capable of being threadably connected to the casing hanger;
the excitation assembly comprises a sealing excitation sleeve, a locking ring excitation sleeve and an excitation bushing, wherein the sealing excitation sleeve and the locking ring excitation sleeve are sleeved outside the mandrel body, a first shear pin is arranged between the sealing excitation sleeve and the mandrel body, and under the action of the driving source, the first shear pin is broken, so that the sealing excitation sleeve can slide relative to the mandrel body; the locking ring excitation sleeve is connected with the excitation sleeve, a second shear pin is arranged between the excitation sleeve and the sealing excitation sleeve, and the second shear pin is damaged under the action of the driving source so that the sealing excitation sleeve, the locking ring excitation sleeve and the excitation sleeve can slide relative to the mandrel body; the sealing excitation sleeve is provided with a first pushing ring at one end close to the setting unit, the excitation sleeve is provided with a second pushing ring at one end close to the setting unit, and the first pushing ring and the second pushing ring can be propped against the annular sealing assembly; the mandrel body is provided with a convex ring, and the sealing excitation sleeve is provided with a stepped hole matched with the convex ring; the axial section of the locking ring excitation sleeve is T-shaped, and one end of the locking ring excitation sleeve with the larger diameter extends into the first pushing ring; the driving source comprises an external pressure medium source, a first driving channel and a second driving channel, the external pressure medium source is communicated with a space surrounded by the convex ring and the sealing excitation sleeve by utilizing the first driving channel, and the external pressure medium source is communicated with a space surrounded by the sealing excitation sleeve and the locking ring excitation sleeve by utilizing the second driving channel; the first driving channel is arranged on the mandrel body, and the second driving channel is arranged on the sealing excitation sleeve; sealing elements are arranged between the sealing excitation sleeve and the mandrel body, between the locking ring excitation sleeve and the mandrel body and between the sealing excitation sleeve and the locking ring excitation sleeve.
2. The subsea wellhead annular seal assembly running in apparatus of claim 1, wherein: the suspension pin comprises a sliding section and a working section which are connected, the split ring body is provided with a pin hole, the sliding section can slidably extend into the pin hole, and the working section can extend into the suspension hole of the annular sealing assembly; an elastic piece is further arranged in the pin hole, and in a natural state, the elastic piece ejects the working section out of the pin hole.

The subsea wellhead annular seal assembly running in apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the working section is of a trapezoid columnar structure, the upper end face of the working section is a plane perpendicular to the axis of the annular sealing assembly, and the upper end face of the working section can prop against the annular sealing assembly; the lower end face of the working section is an inclined face which gradually inclines upwards along the direction away from the axis of the split ring body.

The subsea wellhead annular seal assembly running in apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the sliding section is of a prismatic structure, the sliding section is provided with a limiting hole, one end of the elastic piece is positioned in the limiting hole, and the other end of the elastic piece is propped against the bottom wall of the pin hole;
the pin hole is provided with a pressing plate, the pressing plate is provided with a through hole allowing the working section to pass through, the pressing plate is detachably connected with the split ring body, and the pressing plate can limit the limit position of the hanging pin.
5. The subsea wellhead annular seal assembly running in apparatus of claim 2, wherein: the number of the hanging pins is multiple, and the hanging pins are uniformly distributed circumferentially around the axis of the split ring body;
the outer wall of the connecting bushing body is provided with a mounting ring groove matched with the split ring body, the split ring body is rotatably arranged in the mounting ring groove and in clearance fit with the mounting ring groove, and the split ring body is of a split type structure.
