Detailed Description
Embodiments of the present application are described below with reference to the accompanying drawings in the embodiments of the present application. The terminology used in the description of the embodiments of the application is for the purpose of describing particular embodiments of the application only and is not intended to be limiting of the application.
At present, as the types of electronic devices are increasing, the operation of the electronic devices by users is becoming increasingly complex, and especially for users who are not good at operating the electronic devices, how to simply and conveniently operate the electronic devices is a difficult problem.
For the above-described problem, an operation interface of a certain electronic device may be displayed on the terminal device so that a user can perform an operation on the operation interface. Then, the terminal device transmits the operation of the user to the electronic device for execution to generate operation guidance information.
For example, terminal device B (assisted) may request terminal device a (assisted) to assist terminal device B in guiding operations of certain programs or settings in terminal device B through an affinity care Application (APP). Specifically, after the terminal device B establishes communication connection with the terminal device a through the affinity care APP, the terminal device B may send an operation assistance request to the terminal device a through the APP, and after the terminal device a agrees to the operation assistance request of the terminal device B, the terminal device B sends an operation interface image of the terminal device B to the terminal device a. The user operates on the terminal equipment A according to the operation interface image, and then the terminal equipment A sends the operation information of the user aiming at the operation interface image to the terminal equipment B. And then the terminal equipment B can execute corresponding operation according to the operation information implemented by the user at the terminal equipment A, so that the terminal equipment A can assist the terminal equipment B in realizing the operation of the program or the setting in the terminal equipment B.
However, the precondition of the above scheme is: and establishing a real-time synchronous communication connection between the terminal equipment A and the terminal equipment B. However, if the terminal device a and the terminal device B cannot establish a communication connection (for example, if the terminal device B is not in an operating state, the terminal device a and the terminal device B cannot establish a communication connection), the terminal device a cannot generate operation guidance information of some programs or settings in the terminal device B according to the above-described scheme. In addition, since the operation interface image of the terminal device B is sent to the terminal device a, and the operation interface image may include privacy information of the user of the terminal device B, there may be a risk of disclosure of the privacy of the user, and transmission of the operation interface image has a high requirement on network connection quality.
Based on the above problems, in the embodiments of the present application, the terminal device simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the electronic device. The terminal device then receives operation information based on the operation interface and/or physical hardware, and acquires operation element information generated from the operation information. For example, touch operations acting on different applications (e.g., photographing, audio playing, etc.) may correspond to different vibration feedback effects. The motor 191 may also correspond to different vibration feedback effects by touching different areas of the display screen 194. Different application scenarios (such as time reminding, receiving information, alarm clock, game, etc.) can also correspond to different vibration feedback effects. The touch vibration feedback effect may also support customization.
The indicator 192 may be an indicator light, may be used to indicate a state of charge, a change in charge, a message indicating a missed call, a notification, etc.
The SIM card interface 195 is used to connect a SIM card. The SIM card may be contacted and separated from the terminal apparatus 100 by being inserted into the SIM card interface 195 or by being withdrawn from the SIM card interface 195. The terminal device 100 may support 1 or N SIM card interfaces, N being a positive integer greater than 1. The SIM card interface 195 may support Nano SIM cards, micro SIM cards, and the like. The same SIM card interface 195 may be used to insert multiple cards simultaneously. The types of the plurality of cards may be the same or different. The SIM card interface 195 may also be compatible with different types of SIM cards. The SIM card interface 195 may also be compatible with external memory cards. The terminal device 100 interacts with the network through the SIM card to realize functions such as call and data communication. In some embodiments, the terminal device 100 employs esims, namely: an embedded SIM card. The eSIM card can be embedded in the terminal device 100 and cannot be separated from the terminal device 100.

In some embodiments, the Android system is divided into four layers, from top to bottom, an application layer, an application framework layer, an Zhuoyun row (Android run) and system libraries, and a kernel layer, respectively.
The application layer may include a series of application packages.
As shown in fig. 4, the application package may include applications for cameras, gallery, calendar, phone calls, maps, navigation, WLAN, bluetooth, music, video, short messages, etc.
The application framework layer provides an application programming interface (application programming interface, API) and programming framework for application programs of the application layer. The application framework layer includes a number of predefined functions.
As shown in fig. 4, the application framework layer may include a window manager, a content provider, a view system, a telephony manager, a resource manager, a notification manager, and the like.
The window manager is used for managing window programs. The window manager can acquire the size of the display screen, judge whether a status bar exists, lock the screen, intercept the screen and the like.
The content provider is used to store and retrieve data and make such data accessible to applications. The data may include video, images, audio, calls made and received, browsing history and bookmarks, phonebooks, etc.
The view system includes visual controls, such as controls to display text, controls to display pictures, and the like. The view system may be used to build applications. The display interface may be composed of one or more views. For example, a display interface including a text message notification icon may include a view displaying text and a view displaying a picture.
The telephony manager is used to provide the communication functions of the terminal device 100. Such as the management of call status (including on, hung-up, etc.).
The resource manager provides various resources for the application program, such as localization strings, icons, pictures, layout files, video files, and the like.
The notification manager allows the application to display notification information in a status bar, can be used to communicate notification type messages, can automatically disappear after a short dwell, and does not require user interaction. Such as notification manager is used to inform that the download is complete, message alerts, etc. The notification manager may also be a notification in the form of a chart or scroll bar text that appears on the system top status bar, such as a notification of a background running application, or a notification that appears on the screen in the form of a dialog window. For example, a text message is prompted in a status bar, a prompt tone is emitted, the electronic device vibrates, and an indicator light blinks, etc.
Android run time includes a core library and virtual machines. Android run time is responsible for scheduling and management of the Android system.
The core library consists of two parts: one part is a function which needs to be called by java language, and the other part is a core library of android.
The application layer and the application framework layer run in a virtual machine. The virtual machine executes java files of the application program layer and the application program framework layer as binary files. The virtual machine is used for executing the functions of object life cycle management, stack management, thread management, security and exception management, garbage collection and the like.
The system library may include a plurality of functional modules. For example: surface manager (surface manager), media Libraries (Media Libraries), three-dimensional graphics processing Libraries (e.g., openGL ES), 2D graphics engines (e.g., SGL), etc.
The surface manager is used to manage the display subsystem and provides a fusion of 2D and 3D layers for multiple applications.
Media libraries support a variety of commonly used audio, video format playback and recording, still image files, and the like. The media library may support a variety of audio and video encoding formats, such as MPEG4, h.264, MP3, AAC, AMR, JPG, PNG, etc.
The three-dimensional graphic processing library is used for realizing three-dimensional graphic drawing, image rendering, synthesis, layer processing and the like.
The 2D graphics engine is a drawing engine for 2D drawing.
The kernel layer is a layer between hardware and software. The inner core layer at least comprises a display driver, a camera driver, an audio driver and a sensor driver.
The workflow of the terminal device 100 software and hardware is illustrated below in connection with capturing a photo scene.
When touch sensor 180K receives a touch operation, a corresponding hardware interrupt is issued to the kernel layer. The kernel layer processes the touch operation into the original input event (including information such as touch coordinates, time stamp of touch operation, etc.). The original input event is stored at the kernel layer. The application framework layer acquires an original input event from the kernel layer, and identifies a control corresponding to the input event. Taking the touch operation as a touch click operation, taking a control corresponding to the click operation as an example of a control of a camera application icon, the camera application calls an interface of an application framework layer, starts the camera application, further starts a camera driver by calling a kernel layer, and captures a still image or video by the camera 193.

The following describes an electronic device operation guiding method provided in the embodiment of the present application.
Referring to fig. 6, fig. 6 is a flowchart of a recording method of operation guide information of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
in step S101, the first terminal device responds to the received electronic device type identifier, and simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the first electronic device corresponding to the electronic device type identifier.
The first terminal device may be, for example, a terminal device a as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2. For example, the first electronic device may be the electronic device a in fig. 1 or fig. 2. The physical hardware of the first electronic device may refer to physical hardware inherent to the first electronic device, such as a switch button of a sound box, a button of sound volume+, volume down, and the like, a routed antenna, and a button of a switch, and the like.
The number of the electronic device type identifiers may be one or more.
It should be understood that, in the embodiment of the present application, before step S101, the method provided in the embodiment of the present application further includes: the first terminal device obtains one or more electronic device type identifiers.
In a possible implementation manner, in the embodiment of the present application, the first terminal device obtains one or more electronic device type identifiers by the following manner: the first terminal device receives one or more electronic device type identifications from a second terminal device (e.g., terminal device B shown in fig. 1 or 2). For example, terminal device B may send a request message to terminal device a via the associated application. The request message is used for requesting the terminal equipment a to record operation guide information. The operation guiding information is used for guiding the user of the terminal equipment B how to operate the one or more electronic equipment, and the request can carry the type identification of the one or more electronic equipment.
In another possible implementation manner, the first terminal device in the embodiment of the present application may obtain one or more electronic device type identifiers by: the first terminal device receives a first operation of a user input, the first operation being for determining the one or more electronic device type identifications.
Referring to fig. 7 (a), the first terminal device displays at least the operation guidance APP200 shown in fig. 7 (a) through a display interface. After the first terminal device detects that the user clicks the operation guidance APP200 shown in (a) of fig. 7, the first terminal device opens the operation guidance APP200 and displays an interface shown in (b) of fig. 7 or an interface shown in (d) of fig. 7. As shown in fig. 7 (b), the first terminal device displays information of one or more electronic devices for selection by the user. As shown in fig. 7 (c), the user may click on a control corresponding to a part of or all of the one or more electronic devices in the display interface of the first terminal device. When the first terminal device detects that the user clicks the "confirm" control shown in (c) in fig. 7, and the first terminal device determines that the "confirm" control is triggered, the first terminal device may determine, as one or more electronic device type identifiers selected by the user, a "personal computer", "a" sound box "," a television "," a route "," a refrigerator ", and the like, as selected in (c) in fig. 7. Thereafter, the first terminal device simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the electronic device selected by the user, as shown in (f) of fig. 7, and the first terminal device may simulate the operation interface and/or physical hardware of the one or more electronic devices selected by the user clicking in the first operation interface region 201 of the first terminal device.
As shown in (d) of fig. 7, the first terminal device identifies the type of the one or more electronic devices carried in the request sent by the second terminal device. The first terminal device displays controls of the electronic devices corresponding to the type identifiers of the one or more electronic devices. As shown in fig. 7 (e), after confirming that the second terminal device requests assistance in booting the electronic device, the user clicks the "confirm" control. The first terminal device, in response to the one or more electronic devices confirmed by the user, simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the one or more electronic devices, as shown in (f) of fig. 7, and the first terminal device may simulate the operation interface and/or physical hardware of the one or more electronic devices confirmed by the user in the first operation interface area 201 of the first terminal device.
For example, taking the first electronic device as a personal computer, as shown in (a) of fig. 8, the first terminal device displays an operation interface 201 of the personal computer simulated by the first terminal device. The user may perform a clicking operation on each control in the simulated personal computer's operation interface 201, for example, the user performs a clicking operation on a "control panel" control. After the first terminal device responds to the clicking operation for the control panel control, the operation interface of the personal computer shown in (b) in fig. 8 is simulated. The user may perform a clicking operation on each control in the operation interface of the personal computer as shown in (b) of fig. 8, for example, the user performs a clicking operation on the "program and function" control. The first terminal device simulates an operation interface of the personal computer shown in (c) of fig. 8 after responding to clicking operations on the "program and function" controls, and the user can perform clicking operations on the respective controls in the operation interface of the personal computer shown in (c) of fig. 8. For example, a user clicks on a "Foxmail" control. The first terminal device simulates an operation interface of the personal computer shown in (d) of fig. 8 in response to a clicking operation on the "Foxmail" control, and the user can perform a clicking operation on the "uninstall" control in the operation interface of the personal computer shown in (d) of fig. 8.
For example, taking the first electronic device as a router, as shown in fig. 9, the first terminal device displays physical hardware of the router simulated by the first terminal device, and the user may operate on the physical hardware of the simulated router or some physical hardware of the router, for example, the user may adjust an angle of an antenna of the router simulated by the first terminal device.
Step S102, the first terminal equipment receives operation information based on an operation interface and/or physical hardware.
After the first terminal device simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the electronic device, a user can operate on the operation interface and/or physical hardware. For example, the user performs operations such as clicking and sliding on the operation interface, performs operations such as adjustment and rotation on the physical hardware, and the corresponding operation information may include operation content, position information, and the like.
For example, taking the first electronic device as a sound box as an example, the physical hardware of the first electronic device may be a switch button, a volume+, a volume down button, and the like of the sound box. Taking the first electronic device as a router as an example, the physical hardware of the first electronic device may be physical hardware such as an antenna, a switch button, a network cable interface, and the like of the router, the button or the antenna may be adjusted by the operation of the physical hardware simulated in the first terminal device by the user, and the first terminal device may obtain the operation information corresponding to the physical hardware by detecting the operation of the user on the simulated operation interface and/or the physical hardware.
Step S103, the first terminal device acquires the operation element information generated according to the operation information.
In an application scenario, for the operation interface simulated in the first operation interface area 201 of the first terminal device, the first terminal device receives operation information input based on the operation interface, and obtains operation element information generated according to the operation information. For example, the operation may be a touch operation of an application program or a touch operation of a setting on an operation interface, and the operation element information may include interface operation element information for the operation interface and/or hardware operation element information for physical hardware of the electronic device, where the interface operation element information may include an operation interface layout and operation element information corresponding to a state change of the operation interface.
For example, the operation page layout may include an application name, a page name, a button name, a position, etc., and the state change of the operation interface may include button click, input frame content change, focus change, etc., and corresponding operation element information may be acquired based on the state change. For example, the first terminal device may obtain the operation element information through a view service of a User Interface (UI), and specifically for the first terminal device of the android platform, the first terminal device may obtain the interface operation element information through a local message monitoring function of an auxiliary service (accessibility service).
In an application scenario, for the physical hardware simulated in the first operation interface area 201 of the first terminal device, the first terminal device receives operation information input based on the physical hardware, and acquires operation element information corresponding to the operation information in a system message generated by monitoring the operation. The physical hardware may be physical hardware such as a button of a sound box, a routed antenna, etc., and the operation of the physical hardware simulated by the user on the first terminal device may adjust the button or the antenna, so that the first terminal device may monitor a system message generated by the operation, and obtain the hardware operation element information corresponding to the physical hardware from the system message.
For example, the first terminal device may simulate an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the first electronic device in an AR (Augmented Reality) manner/VR (Virtual Reality) manner, receive operation information input based on the operation interface and/or physical hardware in combination with a human motion recognition technology, and acquire operation element information generated according to the operation information.
Step S104, the first terminal equipment records the operation element information to generate operation guide information, wherein the operation guide information comprises an electronic equipment type identifier.
The first terminal device may record the operation element information corresponding to the electronic device type identifier, and generate operation guiding information corresponding to the electronic device type identifier, where the operation guiding information includes the corresponding electronic device type identifier. When the electronic equipment type identifiers are multiple, the first terminal equipment records the operation element information corresponding to each electronic equipment type identifier, and generates operation guide information corresponding to each electronic equipment type identifier.
According to the electronic equipment operation guide information recording method, the first terminal equipment simulates the operation interface and/or the physical hardware of the first electronic equipment, and the function and the attribute of the operation interface and/or the physical hardware simulated by the first terminal equipment are the same as those of the operation interface and/or the physical hardware of the first electronic equipment, so that the operation information obtained by the first terminal equipment and generated based on the operation information on the operation interface and/or the physical hardware is the same as the operation information generated by the first electronic equipment, and the operation element information generated by the first terminal equipment and generated based on the operation information is the same as the operation element information generated by the first electronic equipment when the first electronic equipment executes the operation information, so that the first terminal equipment can obtain the operation element information of the first electronic equipment without the first electronic equipment. In addition, in the embodiment of the application, the first electronic device does not need to share the own operation interface to the terminal device, so that the risk of revealing the privacy of the user of the first electronic device is avoided.
For example, the electronic device type identifier may be one or more, and for example, the electronic device type identifier may include one or more of an electronic device type identifier corresponding to a PC, an electronic device type identifier corresponding to a TV, an electronic device type identifier corresponding to an intelligent refrigerator, an electronic device type identifier corresponding to a sound box, and an electronic device type identifier corresponding to a route.
For the case of multiple electronic device type identifiers, the first terminal device simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the first electronic device corresponding to the electronic device type identifier, which may specifically be:
the first terminal equipment sequentially simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the first electronic equipment corresponding to each electronic equipment type identifier according to a preset sequence, so that corresponding operation element information can be obtained based on the operation information corresponding to each first electronic equipment, and finally the operation element information corresponding to each first electronic equipment is recorded to generate operation guide information corresponding to each first electronic equipment.
For example, each piece of operation element information may correspond to a generation time and an electronic device type identifier, the generation time may be based on the time of the first terminal device, and based on the generation time and the electronic device type identifier corresponding to the operation element information, the first terminal device may determine operation element information corresponding to each first electronic device; the first terminal equipment packages the operation element information corresponding to each electronic equipment and generates operation guide information corresponding to each electronic equipment.
In the embodiment of the application, the terminal equipment is through an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the analog electronic equipment. The terminal device then receives operation information based on the operation interface and/or physical hardware, and acquires operation element information generated from the operation information. And then, the terminal equipment records the operation element information to generate operation guide information. In the embodiment of the invention, the terminal equipment firstly simulates the operation interface and/or physical hardware of the electronic equipment, and the function and attribute of the operation interface and/or physical hardware simulated by the terminal equipment are the same as those of the operation interface and/or physical hardware of the electronic equipment, so that the operation information acquired by the terminal equipment and generated by the same operation information executed by the electronic equipment on the basis of the operation interface and/or physical hardware is the same as the operation information generated by the electronic equipment, and the operation element information generated by the terminal equipment and generated by the operation information executed by the electronic equipment are the same, so that the terminal equipment can acquire the operation element information of the electronic equipment without the electronic equipment. In addition, the electronic equipment in the embodiment of the application does not need to share the own operation interface to the terminal equipment, so that the risk of revealing the privacy of the user of the electronic equipment is avoided
Referring to fig. 10, fig. 10 is a flowchart of a recording method of operation guide information of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
step S201, the first terminal device requests to establish a communication connection with a first electronic device corresponding to the electronic device type identifier.
The first terminal device may establish communication connection with the first electronic device through a near field communication (e.g., WIFI (Wireless-Fidelity), bluetooth, NFC (Near Field Communication, near field Wireless communication technology), a local area network, a distributed device network, etc. in various manners.
Step S202, the first terminal device simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the first electronic device under the condition that the first terminal device does not successfully establish communication connection with the first electronic device.
Step S201 and step S202 are one possible implementation manner of step S101.
For the case of a plurality of first electronic devices, for example, taking electronic devices such as a PC, a TV, and a sound box as an example, the operation sequence for the first electronic devices is as follows: the process of simulating the operation interfaces and/or physical hardware of the three electronic devices by the first terminal device is as follows: the first terminal equipment simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the PC, and receives operation information input by a user on the simulated operation interface and/or physical hardware of the PC. After the first terminal equipment completes the simulation of the operation interface and/or the physical hardware of the PC, the first terminal equipment simulates the operation interface and/or the physical hardware of the TV again, receives the operation information input by the user at the simulated operation interface and/or the physical hardware of the TV, and completes the simulation of the operation interface and/or the physical hardware of the TV. The first terminal equipment simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the sound box and receives operation information input by a user based on the simulated operation interface and/or physical hardware of the sound box.
It should be noted that, the first terminal device may sequentially simulate the operation interfaces and/or physical hardware of the PC, the TV, and the speaker, and then sequentially receive the operation information input by the user at the operation interfaces and/or physical hardware of the simulated different electronic devices, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application.
As a possible implementation manner, the first terminal device in the embodiment of the present application simulates the operation interface and/or physical hardware of the first electronic device may be implemented by the following manner: the first terminal device may invoke a virtual device model of the first electronic device. Then, the first terminal device simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the first electronic device through the virtual device model.
The virtual device model of the first electronic device may be stored in the first terminal device or may be stored in the cloud server, so that the first terminal device may obtain the virtual device model of the first electronic device from the cloud server, and of course, the virtual device model of the first terminal device may also be stored in the first electronic device, so that the first terminal device may also obtain the virtual device model of the first electronic device from the first electronic device.
For example, the virtual device model may include physical features, software features, operational component features of the first electronic device, and 3D/2D device appearance/operational interface simulation models for presentation, operation, etc. in the virtual environment.
For example, the virtual device model may contain information as shown in table 1:
table 1 information contained in virtual device model
Referring to table 1, the virtual device model may contain a device Identity (ID), a device type, a connection type, operations that may be recorded, hardware information, software information, 2D/3D model data, and the like. Wherein the device ID is an identification of the virtual device model. The device type is the device type of the first electronic device corresponding to the virtual device model. The connection type is a communication connection mode of the virtual equipment model, such as WIFI, bluetooth, NFC, local area network, distributed equipment network and the like; the operation that can be recorded is used for limiting the operation that can be recorded in the operation of the virtual equipment model, and can be used for preventing the leakage of the privacy information; the hardware information represents the physical characteristics of the first electronic equipment corresponding to the virtual equipment model; the software information characterizes software features of an application that may be run in the virtual device model. The 2D/3D model data is an appearance/operation interface simulation model of the first electronic device corresponding to the virtual device model, and the like.
The first terminal equipment calls a virtual equipment model of the first electronic equipment, so that an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the first electronic equipment, namely physical characteristics, software characteristics, operation assembly characteristics, a 3D/2D equipment appearance/operation interface simulation model and the like of the first electronic equipment can be simulated in the first terminal equipment and converted into the first terminal equipment to operate, and operation element information generated by the first terminal equipment based on the operation information is the same as operation element information generated by the first electronic equipment when the first electronic equipment executes the operation information, so that the first terminal equipment can acquire the operation element information of the first electronic equipment without the first electronic equipment.
Step S203 to step 205 refer to step S102 to step 104, and are not described herein.
Step S203 may be implemented by: the first terminal equipment receives operation information input by a user and based on the operation interface and/or physical hardware.
Referring to fig. 11, fig. 11 is a flowchart of a recording method of operation guide information of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method may include:
step S301, refer to step S201, which is not described herein.
Step S302, when the first terminal device successfully establishes a communication connection with the first electronic device, the first terminal device sends a time synchronization request to the first electronic device.
The electronic device type identifiers can be multiple, each electronic device type identifier corresponds to a first electronic device, each first electronic device corresponds to multiple sets of operation element information, and each set of operation element information corresponds to generation time and an electronic device type identifier.
The time synchronization request is used for requesting the first electronic device to adjust the time of the first electronic device to be consistent with the time of the first terminal device. Each first electronic device responds to the time synchronization request and adjusts the time of the first electronic device to be consistent with the time of the first terminal device.
In an application scenario, the number of the electronic device type identifiers may be multiple, each electronic device type identifier corresponds to one first electronic device, and the generation time of the operation element information of each first electronic device is determined based on the time of the corresponding first electronic device, so that there may be different reference times of the operation element information of each first electronic device, the first electronic device is required to send the operation element information corresponding to each operation element information to the first terminal device in real time, and the first terminal device packages and groups each group of operation element information according to the time of receiving the operation element information and the electronic device type identifier corresponding to the operation element, so as to generate the operation guide information corresponding to each first electronic device, which may result in low data transmission efficiency.
Based on this problem, the time of each first electronic device is adjusted to be consistent in step S302, so that each first electronic device may not need to send the operation element information to the first terminal device in real time, thereby improving the data transmission efficiency.
Step S303, the first terminal device sends an operation element information acquisition request to the first electronic device.
The operation element information acquisition request is used for requesting the first electronic device to acquire operation element information generated by the first electronic device in response to the received operation information, and sending the operation element information to the first terminal device.
For example, in the case that the first terminal device successfully establishes a communication connection with first electronic devices such as a PC, a TV, a smart refrigerator, a sound box, a route, and the like, the first terminal device sends an operation element information acquisition request to each of the first electronic devices, respectively. The user can perform preset operation on the first electronic devices, each first electronic device responds to the operation element information acquisition request, receives operation information input by the user and acquires operation element information generated by the first electronic device according to the operation information, and the first electronic device sends the operation element information to the first terminal device.
Illustratively, the operation element information may be recorded in the format shown in table 2:
table 2 operational element information recording format
Header | Node ID | Node Type | Operation ID | Time Stamp | Data | Tail |
Data packet head | Node ID | Node type | Operation ID | Time stamp | Operational data | Data packet tail |
Referring to table 2, the operation element information specific format may include a packet header, a node ID, a node type, an operation ID, a time stamp, an operation data, and a packet tail. The node ID characterizes the electronic device corresponding to the operation element information, which may be set by the first terminal device in a process of performing communication connection with each first electronic device, and may correspond to the device ID in table 1; the node type characterizes the device type of the electronic device and can be synchronous with the device type in table 1, for example, when the device type in table 1 is a PC, the node type in the operation element information generated by the PC device is the same as the device type in table 1; the operation ID is an operation identifier of the electronic equipment or the virtual equipment model, wherein a data structure corresponding to the operation ID can be extracted from the electronic equipment or the virtual equipment model according to the combination of the node type and the operation ID, and the combination can distinguish possible differences of the definition of the same type of operation by the electronic equipment with different operation interface sizes; the time stamp is used to define the time at which the operation is performed and may be used to operate the recording of the guide information.
For user privacy information related to interface operation elements, such as authentication information of an account number, a password, a fingerprint, a face and the like, the electronic device can perform matching identification through a pre-established high-risk operation blacklist, a process related to the privacy information related to the process is converted into a pre-set operation ID, for example, for information of the account number, the password and the like, a process of inputting the account number and the password is converted into the pre-set operation ID, so that the user privacy information is prevented from being revealed.
Step S304, the first terminal equipment acquires the operation element information sent by the first electronic equipment.
Step S305, refer to step S104, which is not described herein.
In a possible embodiment, corresponding to performing time synchronization processing on time of the electronic device, the first terminal device records the operation element information, and generates operation guiding information, which may specifically include: the first terminal equipment determines the operation element information corresponding to each first electronic equipment according to the generation time and the electronic equipment type identifier corresponding to each group of operation element information; and the first terminal equipment packages the operation element information corresponding to each first electronic equipment to generate operation guide information corresponding to each first electronic equipment.
After the time of the first electronic device is consistent with the time adjustment of the first terminal device, the first terminal device can determine the operation element information corresponding to each first electronic device according to the electronic device type identifier corresponding to the operation element information, and the first terminal device packages the operation element information corresponding to each first electronic device according to the sequence of the generation time of the operation element information to generate the operation guide information corresponding to each first electronic device, so that the data transmission efficiency can be improved.
Further, after the first electronic device adjusts the time of the first electronic device to be consistent with the time of the first terminal device, the first electronic device can aggregate the operation element information in the first electronic device and then send the operation element information to the first terminal device, and the first terminal device packages the operation element information sent by each first electronic device to generate operation guiding information corresponding to each first electronic device. In an application scenario, during the operation of the electronic device by the user on the first electronic device, the operation information may be simultaneously described in a supplementary manner by voice, so that the operation guiding information sent by the first electronic device to the first terminal device may further include text information, where the text information is: the first electronic equipment converts the acquired audio information for carrying out operation guidance together with the operation information into text information in a time range corresponding to the operation information.
In an application scenario, when a user performs an operation on the first terminal device based on the simulated operation interface and/or physical hardware of the first electronic device, the operation information may be simultaneously and additionally described in a voice manner, and for this, the method may further include:
in a time range corresponding to the operation information acquired by the first terminal equipment, the first terminal equipment acquires audio information for carrying out operation guidance together with the operation information;
the first terminal device records the audio information in the operation guide information.
In order to avoid the risk of revealing the voiceprint information of the user, the first terminal device may convert the audio information into Text information through NLP (Natural Language Processing ) technology and record the Text information in the operation guiding information, and the second terminal device may convert the Text information into audio information through TTS (Text to Speech) technology and play the Text information.
The text information may include an electronic device type identifier and time information, where the electronic device type identifier is used to characterize an electronic device corresponding to the text information, and the time information is used to characterize a time when the terminal device obtains the text information.
For example, after the first terminal device obtains the audio information of the user's "please adjust the routing antenna to XX angle", the audio information is converted into text information by NLP technology, and the text information includes: electronic device type identification (routing for XX model), time information (time for obtaining audio information) and "please adjust routing antenna to XX angle". When the second terminal equipment plays back the operation guiding information of the XX-type route, the second terminal equipment can convert the 'Invitation adjustment route antenna to the XX angle' into audio information through a TTS technology, play the audio information at the time corresponding to the time information, and combine other operation guiding information to realize operation guiding of the route.
In an application scenario, after the first terminal device obtains the operation guiding information of the electronic device, the first terminal device may display the operation guiding information, so that a user of the first terminal device intuitively knows the electronic device and the application program corresponding to the operation guiding information.
For example, each piece of operation element information may correspond to a generation time, an electronic device type identifier and an application identifier, the first terminal device obtains the electronic device type identifier and the application identifier corresponding to the operation element information, establishes a link relationship between the operation element information and the corresponding electronic device type identifier and application identifier, and displays the electronic device type identifier and the application identifier in the first terminal device.
The first terminal device may divide the operation element information according to the electronic device type identifier and the application program identifier, divide the operation element information corresponding to a certain electronic device type identifier according to the application program identifier, and establish a link relationship between the operation element information and the electronic device type identifier and the application program identifier, and display the electronic device type identifier and the application program identifier in a list or chart or other manners, so that a user may intuitively understand the electronic device and the application program corresponding to the operation guiding information. Meanwhile, after receiving the operation information of clicking the electronic equipment type identifier and/or the application program identifier, the first terminal equipment can retrieve corresponding operation element information based on the link relation and play back the operation element information through a corresponding virtual equipment model so as to enable a user of the first terminal equipment to check whether the recorded operation guide information is complete or not.
After receiving the input inspection completion information, the first terminal device can package the operation element information and issue the operation element information to the cloud for security inspection. The cloud end can conduct security inspection on the operation element information related to the appointed APP in the operation element information, and insert security prompts into the operation element information which is used for changing the sensitive setting of the system.
It should be noted that, after the first terminal device records the operation element information and generates the operation guiding information, the first terminal device may upload the operation guiding information to the cloud or send the operation guiding information to the second terminal device.
Referring to fig. 12, fig. 12 is a flowchart of a recording method of operation guide information of an electronic device according to an embodiment of the present application, where the method includes:
in step S401, the second terminal device obtains operation guiding information for guiding the operation of the second electronic device, where the operation guiding information includes an electronic device type identifier and operation element information.
The number of the electronic device type identifiers may be one or more.
The second terminal device may be, for example, a terminal device B as shown in fig. 1 or fig. 2. The second electronic device in this step and the first electronic device may be electronic devices with one-to-one correspondence, and detailed descriptions thereof are omitted herein, referring to related content in fig. 1 or fig. 2.
In one possible implementation, step S401 may be implemented by: and the second terminal equipment acquires the operation guide information from the cloud.
In another possible implementation manner, the step S401 may be implemented by: the second terminal device obtains operation guidance information from the first terminal device.
Step S402, the second terminal device simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the second electronic device corresponding to the electronic device type identifier.
In step S403, the second terminal device generates, based on the operation interface and/or the physical hardware, the prompt information for performing operation guidance on the second electronic device in response to the operation element information in the operation guidance information.
The second terminal device can extract and analyze the operation element information one by one from the electronic devices according to the execution sequence of the operation element information in the operation guide information, and respond the analyzed operation element information based on the operation interface and/or the physical hardware simulated by the second terminal device.
Referring to fig. 13 (a), the second terminal device displays at least the operation guidance APP300 shown in fig. 13 (a) through a display interface.
After the second terminal device detects that the user clicks the operation guidance APP300 shown in (a) of fig. 13, the second terminal device opens the operation guidance APP300 and displays an interface shown in (b) of fig. 13.
As shown in (b) of fig. 13, the second terminal device, in response to the electronic device type identifier in the operation guidance information, displays controls of one or more electronic devices corresponding to the electronic device type identifier for the user to click. As shown in fig. 13 (c), the user may click on a control of one or more electronic devices in the display interface of the second terminal device, and then click on a "confirm" control, so as to implement selection of the clicked one or more electronic devices. The second terminal device may simulate the operation interface and/or physical hardware of the one or more electronic devices selected by the user click in the second operation interface area 301 of the second terminal device, as shown in (d) of fig. 13, in response to the one or more electronic devices selected by the user click, so as to display operation guide information of the electronic devices.
For example, taking the second electronic device as a personal computer, as shown in fig. 14 (a), the second terminal device displays the simulated operation interface 301 of the personal computer and the prompt information of "please click" on the control panel "", after a certain time (for example, 5 seconds) has elapsed, the second terminal device displays the operation interface of the personal computer shown in fig. 14 (b) and the prompt information of "please click" on the program and function "", after a certain time (for example, 5 seconds) has elapsed, the second terminal device displays the operation interface of the personal computer shown in fig. 14 (c) and the prompt information of "please click" on the Foxmail "", and after a certain time (for example, 5 seconds) has elapsed, the second terminal device displays the operation interface of the personal computer shown in fig. 14 (d) and the prompt information of "please click" off "". The user can uninstall the Foxmail program in the personal computer according to the prompt information.
For example, taking the second electronic device as a router, as shown in fig. 15, the second terminal device displays physical hardware of the simulated router and a prompt message "please adjust the angle of the antenna in XX direction", and the user can adjust the angle of the antenna of the router according to the prompt message.
The second terminal device may draw a highlight border at the key edge to be operated, and attach a related operation prompt, such as text or arrow pointing, or a sliding animation identifier, where the operation guide may be a pre-recorded animation. And guiding the user to operate the physical keys through the guide mark displayed on the screen interface. If an application corresponding to the operation element information is not detected in the electronic device, the electronic device may download the application over the network and install the application.
According to the method for acquiring the operation guide information of the electronic equipment, after the second terminal equipment acquires the operation guide information for carrying out operation guide on the second electronic equipment, the operation interface and/or physical hardware of the second electronic equipment corresponding to the type identification of the electronic equipment are simulated, the operation guide information is responded on the basis of the operation interface and/or the physical hardware, the second terminal equipment simulates the functions and the attributes of the operation interface and/or the physical hardware of the second electronic equipment, and the result of the second terminal equipment and the second electronic equipment executing the same operation information is the same, so that the operation guide effect of the second terminal equipment responding to the operation guide information through the simulated operation interface and/or the operation guide effect of the second electronic equipment is the same as the operation guide effect of the second electronic equipment responding to the operation guide information, and the second terminal equipment can respond to the operation guide information without the second electronic equipment, and therefore the user can operate the second electronic equipment.
As a possible embodiment, the step S402 may specifically include:
in the case that the second electronic device is an electronic device without an operation guide information response unit, the second terminal device simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the second electronic device; the operation guide information response unit comprises a display unit and/or an audio playing unit.
The second terminal device may determine, based on the electronic device type identifier, whether the second electronic device corresponding to the electronic device type identifier has an operation guidance information response unit. For convenience of description, an electronic device having an operation guidance information response unit will be referred to as a third electronic device, and an electronic device not having an operation guidance information response unit will be referred to as a fourth electronic device.
Taking a second electronic device such as a PC, a TV, a smart refrigerator, a sound box and a route as an example, wherein a third electronic device such as the PC, the TV, the smart refrigerator and the sound box is provided with a display unit and/or an audio playing unit in an operation guiding information response unit, and a fourth electronic device such as the route is not provided with an operation guiding information response unit, so that for operation guiding information corresponding to the fourth electronic device, the second terminal device simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the fourth electronic device, and responds to the operation guiding information corresponding to the fourth electronic device based on the operation interface and/or the physical hardware.
For example, the second terminal device may invoke a virtual device model of the second electronic device and simulate an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the second electronic device through the virtual device model. The virtual device model of the second electronic device may be stored in the terminal device or may be stored in the cloud server, which is not limited in the embodiment of the present application. The virtual device model may include physical features, software features, operational component features of the electronic device, and 3D/2D device appearance/operation interface simulation models for presentation, operation in the virtual environment, etc., and for detailed description of the virtual device model, reference may be made to table 1 and related content.
In some embodiments, the operation guiding information may be operation guiding information corresponding to a plurality of second electronic devices, so the electronic device type identifier may be a plurality of electronic device type identifiers, each electronic device type identifier corresponds to a second electronic device, each second electronic device corresponds to operation guiding information, each operation guiding information includes a plurality of sets of operation element information, and each set of operation element information corresponds to a generation time.
Correspondingly, the responding operation guiding information based on the operation interface and/or the physical hardware in the step S403 may specifically include: the second terminal equipment sequentially analyzes the operation guide information corresponding to each second electronic equipment to obtain a plurality of groups of operation element information corresponding to each second electronic equipment; and the second terminal equipment responds to the operation element information of each group sequentially through an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the second electronic equipment corresponding to each group of operation element information according to the sequence of the generation time corresponding to each group of operation element information.
Taking an example of electronic devices such as a PC, a TV, a sound box and the like, where the sequence of the generating time of the operation element information of the electronic devices is sequentially the operation element information corresponding to the PC, the operation element information corresponding to the TV, and the operation element information corresponding to the sound box, then the second terminal device simulates an operation interface of the PC first, responds to the operation element information corresponding to the PC through the simulated operation interface of the PC to display corresponding prompt information, then simulates an operation interface of the TV, responds to the operation element information corresponding to the TV through the simulated operation interface of the TV to display corresponding prompt information, and finally simulates physical hardware of the sound box, and responds to the operation element information corresponding to the sound box through the simulated physical hardware of the sound box to display corresponding prompt information.
In some embodiments, the second terminal device responds to the operation guidance information based on the operation interface and/or the physical hardware, which may specifically be: the second terminal device may determine a position of the operation element information in the operation interface according to the layout of the operation interface in the operation element information, and display the prompt information drawn based on the operation element information at the position.
For example, when a display interface to be operated exists in the operation element information corresponding to a certain operation guiding step in the operation guiding information, the second terminal device may extract key element information in the corresponding operation element information and determine a position of the key element information in the operation interface, and display, according to the position, prompt information drawn based on the operation element information in a simulated operation interface, for example, in a form of a highlighted frame or arrow guidance in the simulated operation interface; in the case of text information, the second terminal device may use TTS to convert the text information into audio information for playback.
The second terminal device may detect, through the system service, an element of the UI interface of the second electronic device operation interface simulated by the second terminal device, and locate, according to operation element information (for example, information such as a package name, a relative position of an operation point, an order of operation in a list, and the like), a position in a related application program, a virtual key operation, a screen sliding, a mobile phone gesture adjustment, an entity key, and the like, so that an visual prompt can be given to a user. In addition, for the operation guide information corresponding to the third electronic device, the second terminal device may send the operation guide information to the corresponding third electronic device, and the fourth electronic device may respond to the operation guide information, or the second terminal device may also simulate an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the third electronic device, and respond to the operation guide information corresponding to the third electronic device based on the operation interface and/or physical hardware. Based on this, the above method may include: in the case where the second electronic device is an electronic device having an operation guidance information response unit, the second terminal device transmits the operation guidance information to the second electronic device.
In some embodiments, the operation guidance information may include interface operation element information for an operation interface of the second electronic device, hardware operation element information for physical hardware of the second electronic device, and text information converted from audio information for performing operation guidance.
The interface operation element information is used for indicating a display unit of the second electronic device to display the interface operation element information, the hardware operation element information is used for indicating an audio playing unit of the second electronic device to play the hardware operation element information, and the text information is used for indicating the audio playing unit of the second electronic device to convert the text information into audio information for playing. For example, for a scenario in which a user operates a sound box to perform volume adjustment, the sound box may generate a hardware operation guide element of "adjust volume adjustment key of XX type sound box", for which the sound box may play audio information "please adjust volume adjustment key" through an audio play unit.
In some embodiments, for a second electronic device having an operation guidance information response unit, if the second terminal device cannot establish a communication connection with the second electronic device, the second terminal device simulates an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the electronic device, and responds to the operation guidance information based on the operation interface and/or physical hardware.
Further, the method may further include: the second terminal equipment responds to the received operation instruction and sends the operation instruction to the corresponding second electronic equipment so that the second electronic equipment executes the operation instruction; the operation instruction may be an operation instruction based on the operation guide information received by the second terminal device after the second terminal device responds to the operation guide information based on the operation interface and/or the physical hardware.
It can be understood that after the second terminal device responds to the operation guide information based on the operation interface and/or the physical hardware, the user may input an operation instruction for operating the second electronic device on the operation interface and/or the physical hardware simulated by the second terminal device, and the second terminal device sends the operation instruction to the corresponding second electronic device, so that the second electronic device can be operated by the second terminal device, without the need for the user to perform the operation on the second electronic device.
It should be noted that, for GUI (Graphic User interaction, user graphical interaction) operation, the second terminal device may respond to the operation element information, and the user may operate on the simulated operation interface and/or physical hardware, where the second terminal device converts the operation information of the user into an operation instruction and sends the operation instruction to the corresponding second electronic device, and the second electronic device executes the operation instruction; for physical hardware operations, such as operations that must be performed by operating physical hardware, for example, a key, a slider, a knob, gesture adjustment, antenna adjustment, etc., the second terminal device may generate a prompt message to remind the user to perform a manual operation.
The second terminal device may simulate the operation interface and/or physical hardware of the second electronic device in an AR/VR manner, and then, in combination with technologies such as human motion recognition, obtain an operation instruction and send the operation instruction to the corresponding second electronic device, so that the second electronic device executes the operation instruction.
In an application scenario, after the second terminal device obtains the operation guiding information, signature verification may be performed on the operation guiding information and integrity of the operation guiding information may be checked. After signature verification and integrity check of the operation guide information are passed, the second terminal device searches for a second electronic device corresponding to the electronic device type identifier, and displays the searched second electronic device in a device list or a device icon and other modes for user to click.
If the number and types of the second electronic devices searched by the second terminal device are different from the number and types of the electronic device type identifiers in the operation guide information, the second terminal device can generate reminding information for reminding a user to check the corresponding working state of the second electronic device or call a virtual device model of the second electronic device which is not searched, and the operation guide information of the second electronic device is played back through the virtual device model. In addition, the second terminal device may store the operation guide information in a local or cloud space, so that the user may query the operation guide information through relevant parsing software or an intelligent assistant or the like to execute the operation guide information again.
The embodiment of the application also provides a method for recording the operation guide information of the electronic equipment, which can be applied to one side of the first electronic equipment and comprises the following steps:
the method comprises the steps that a first electronic device receives an operation element information acquisition request sent by a first terminal device;
the first electronic equipment responds to an operation element information acquisition request, receives input operation information and acquires operation element information generated based on the operation information;

After receiving the request for obtaining the operation element information, the first electronic device may receive operation information generated by performing an operation on an operation interface and/or physical hardware of the first electronic device by a user. In some embodiments, the method may further comprise: the first electronic equipment receives a time synchronization request sent by the first terminal equipment, and adjusts the time of the first electronic equipment to be consistent with the time of the first terminal equipment based on the time synchronization request;
correspondingly, the first electronic device sends the operation element information to the first terminal device, which may specifically include: the first electronic equipment aggregates the operation element information generated by the first electronic equipment and sends the operation element information to the first terminal equipment.
The embodiment of the application also provides a method for responding to the operation guide information of the electronic equipment, which can be applied to one side of the second electronic equipment, and comprises the following steps:

In some embodiments, the operational element information includes interface operational element information for an operational interface of the second electronic device, and/or hardware operational element information for physical hardware of the second electronic device; the interface operation element information includes an operation interface layout and operation element information corresponding to a state change of the operation interface. The second electronic device displays the interface operation element information through a display unit, plays the hardware operation element information through an audio playing unit, and converts the text information into audio information through the audio playing unit for playing.
The second electronic device responding to the operation guiding information may specifically be: and the second electronic equipment determines the position of the operation element information in the operation interface according to the operation interface layout in the operation element information, and displays the prompt information drawn based on the operation element information at the position.
For example, when a display interface to be operated exists in the operation element information corresponding to a certain operation guiding step in the operation guiding information, the second electronic device may extract key element information in the corresponding operation element information and determine a position of the key element information in the operation interface, and display, according to the position, prompt information drawn based on the operation element information in a simulated operation interface, for example, display in the operation interface in a form of a highlighted frame or arrow guidance; for the case where text information is present, the second electronic device may use TTS to convert the text information to audio information for playback.
