Claims (15)

1. A projection device (22) for rendering an image representation, the projection device comprising: a light emitting unit (32) for emitting light (34); and deflection means (38) for deflecting said light rays (34), characterized in that,
the projection device (22) has at least two projection areas (30, 40, 42), wherein the at least two projection areas (30, 40, 42) are arranged spatially separated from one another; furthermore, the light rays (34) emitted by the light-emitting unit (32) can be selectively deflected by means of the deflection device (38) in the direction of one of the at least two projection areas (30, 40, 42).
2. Projection device (22) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the at least two projection areas (30, 40, 42) are arranged on at least two panes (33, 36, 44) in a vehicle (20).
3. Projection device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the deflection device (38) is arrangeable in at least two positions and the light rays (34) are deflectable by means of the at least two positions of the deflection device (38) in the direction of one of the at least two projection areas (30, 40, 42).
4. Projection device (22) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the deflection device (38) is arrangeable in a first position and in a second position; the light rays (34) can be deflected in the direction of the first projection area (30) by means of a deflection device (38) arranged in the first position; furthermore, the light rays (34) can be deflected in the direction of a second projection area (40) by means of a deflection device (38) arranged in the second position.
5. Projection device (22) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the deflection device (38) is rotatably arranged such that the deflection device (38) can be rotated into at least two positions.
6. Projection device (22) according to any of the preceding claims, characterized in that the deflection device (38) is movably arranged such that the deflection device (38) can be moved to at least two positions.
7. Projection device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the deflection means (38) have at least two different optical surfaces (46, 52, 56) for deflecting the light rays (34) in the direction of one of the at least two projection areas (30, 40, 42).
8. Projection device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the deflection device (38) has a first optical surface (46), wherein the light rays (34) can be deflected by means of the first optical surface (46) in the direction of the first projection area (30); the deflection device (38) has a second optical surface (52), wherein the light rays (34) can be deflected by means of the second optical surface (52) in the direction of the second projection region (40).
9. Projection device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the deflection device (38) has a first optical surface (46), wherein the light rays (34) can be deflected by means of the first optical surface (46) in the direction of the first projection zone (30) if the deflection device (38) is arranged in the first position; and the deflection means (38) have a second optical surface (52), wherein the light rays (34) can be deflected by means of the second optical surface (52) in the direction of the second projection area (40) if the deflection means (38) are arranged in the second position.
10. Projection device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the deflection device (38) has at least two different optical surfaces (46, 52, 56) configured as mirrors for deflecting the light rays (34) in the direction of the at least two projection areas (30, 40, 42).
11. Projection device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, characterized in that the image representation is presentable on one of the at least two projection areas (30, 40, 42).
12. The projection device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, wherein the projection device (22) has at least three projection areas (30, 40, 42), wherein the at least three projection areas (30, 40, 42) are spatially arranged apart from each other; and the light (34) emitted by the light-emitting unit (32) can be selectively deflected by means of the deflection device (38) in the direction of one of the at least three projection areas (30, 40, 42).
13. A method for presenting an image representation by means of a projection device (22) according to any one of the preceding claims, the method having the steps of:
-emitting light rays (34) by means of the light emitting unit (32) in the direction of the deflection means (38);
the light rays (34) emitted by the light emitting unit (32) are selectively deflected (38) by means of the deflection device (38) in the direction of one of the at least two projection areas (30, 40, 42).
14. The method of claim 13, having the steps of: the image representation is presented on a first projection area (30) and/or on a second projection area (40) spatially separated from the first projection area.
15. The method according to any of the preceding claims 13 to 14, having the steps of: -changing the position of the deflection means (38) for selectively deflecting the light rays (34) emitted by the light emitting unit (32) towards one of the at least two projection areas (30, 40, 42).
