Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of battery production equipment, and particularly relates to a battery core combining and packaging machine.
Background
Referring to fig. 1 to 7, a battery cell 10 refers to an electrochemical cell including a positive electrode and a negative electrode, and in a specific square aluminum-shell lithium battery, the battery cell 10 includes a rectangular parallelepiped battery cell body 11 formed by stacking a negative electrode plate, a positive electrode plate and a separator, and a rectangular parallelepiped top cover 12 with positive and negative electrode posts for external electrical connection, which is flexibly connected through a cathode tab and a positive electrode tab. The bare cell 10 cannot be directly put into the aluminum shell of the battery generally, and the exposed surface of the body of the cell 10 is generally required to be coated with an insulating film 13 and an insulating adhesive, so that the cell 10 becomes a tight package, a pole piece and a diaphragm are not wound and damaged by the shell edge when the cell is subsequently put into the shell, and the creepage distance between any point of the insulating film 13 and the insulating adhesive on the surface of the cell 10 and the cell body 11 is equal to or greater than 4mm, even if the cell 10 has insulating performance on the aluminum shell.
The battery core with the film after the soft connection welding comprises two battery core bodies 11 and a top cover 12, wherein each cathode lug 11a and each anode lug 11b of the two battery core bodies 11 are welded on a cathode column and an anode column of the top cover 12. An insulating film 13 is respectively clamped between one large surface of each of the two cell bodies 11 and the top cover 12, the two cell bodies 11 are separated and spread on two sides of the top cover 12, one large surface of each of the two cell bodies 11 is respectively pressed on one insulating film 13, the two insulating films 13 are retracted to the round angle position of the cell body 11 in the width direction of the cell body 11, the two insulating films 13 are higher than the height of the cell body 11 by about 3mm in the height direction of the cell body 11, the thickness of one cell body 11 is increased by 3mm, and each of the two insulating films 13 is pre-pressed with a transverse through bending line 13a which is easy to bend at the alignment position of the bottom surfaces of the two cell bodies 11. After welding, the two battery cell bodies and the insulating film 13 are turned around the top cover 12 relatively and overlapped by core combination, and the battery cells after core combination are shown in fig. 3. The carrying and core closing requirements of the battery cell 10 with the film are as follows: the relative positions and the bonding relationship of the two cell bodies 11 and the insulating film 13 cannot be changed, and the cathode tab 11a, the anode tab 11b, and the insulating film 13 cannot be twisted and pushed.
After the battery core is combined, packaging operation is needed, wherein the packaging operation comprises film folding, base adhesive sticking, side adhesive sticking and rubber coating.
The folding film is formed by folding the insulating films 13 extending out of the two sides of the battery cell 10 along the bending line 13a to the bottom surface of the battery cell to overlap, and the battery cell after folding is shown in fig. 4.
The insulating film is not provided with glue, and in order to prevent the insulating films on both sides of the bottom surface of the battery cell from loosening, the lap seam 13b of the insulating film needs to be stuck by the base tape strip 14, which is called as base glue sticking, and the battery cell after the base glue sticking is shown in fig. 5.
Since the insulating film is not wrapped on the two sides of the battery cell, after the primer is attached, two side adhesive tapes 15 are attached to the two sides of the battery cell, which is called as side adhesive, and the battery cell after the side adhesive 15 is attached is shown in fig. 6.
After the side glue is attached, two side tape strips 15 extending out of the bottom surface on two large surfaces and two side surfaces of the battery cell are required to be pushed down and lapped on an insulating film on the bottom surface of the battery cell, so that the battery cell is called as a glue coating, and the battery cell after the glue coating is shown in fig. 7.
After encapsulation, the quality of the cell core, the folding film, the base adhesive, the side adhesive and the encapsulation needs to be checked, and appearance detection is needed to be carried out on the packaged cell core, so that the cell core with unqualified appearance of the packaged cell core is removed.
After appearance detection, insulation property of the battery cell package needs to be ensured, and then the insulation resistance value of the packaged battery cell needs to be measured, and the battery cells with unqualified insulation resistance values in the packaged battery cells which are qualified after appearance detection are removed.
In order to realize high-efficiency automatic packaging operation of the battery cells, it is necessary to develop an automatic battery cell combination and packaging machine.

Referring to fig. 8, a battery core assembling and packaging machine provided in this embodiment includes a machine table, a feeding and conveying device 100, a core assembling device 200, a film folding and cutting device 300, a primer preparation device 400, a primer pasting device 500, a transferring device 600, a turning and transferring device 700, a side glue propping device 800, a side glue pasting device 900, a side glue transferring and packaging device 1000, a packaging and transferring device 1100, a packaging device 1200, a packaging appearance detecting device 1300, a packaging and insulation resistance detecting and blanking conveying device 1400 and an insulation resistance detecting device 1500.
Referring to fig. 9, the feeding and conveying device 100 includes a conveying rack 110, a film-carrying core conveying mechanism 120 and a core-closing core conveying mechanism 130, wherein the film-carrying core conveying mechanism 120 is used for conveying the film-carrying core 10 after the soft connection welding to the core-closing device 200, and the core-closing core conveying mechanism 130 is used for conveying the core 10 after the core closing to the film folding and transferring device 300.
The carrying mechanism 120 for the battery cell with film comprises a translation module 121 for the battery cell with film, a lifting module 122 for the battery cell with film and a manipulator 123 for the battery cell with film. The film-carrying cell translation module 121 is horizontally fixed on the carrying support 110, the film-carrying cell lifting module 122 is vertically fixed at the output end of the film-carrying cell translation module 121, and the film-carrying cell manipulator 123 is vertically fixed at the output end of the film-carrying cell lifting module 122.
Referring to fig. 10 and 11, the film-covered battery cell manipulator 123 includes a film-covered battery cell manipulator mounting plate 1231, a jaw carriage 1232, a jaw-adjustable mounting plate 1233, a jaw drive 1234, a jaw slide group 1235, and two grasping units 1236. Wherein, the clamping jaw sliding frame 1232 is provided with a first mounting hole 12321, and the clamping jaw adjustable mounting plate 1233 is provided with a second mounting hole 12331.
Further, each grabbing unit 1236 includes two grabbing clamping jaws 12361, a cell chuck driving member 12362, a cell chuck 12363, an insulating film chuck support 12364, an insulating film chuck 12365, and a material sensor 1236c, which are disposed at intervals.
The front and rear power output ends of the clamping jaw driving member 1234 are fixedly connected with the front and rear clamping jaws 12361 respectively, and the clamping jaw driving member 1234 can drive the two clamping jaws 12361 to move in opposite directions so as to clamp the two battery cell bodies 11. The cell sucker 12363 is fixed at the output end of the cell sucker driving piece 12362, and the cell sucker driving piece 12362 can drive the cell sucker 12363 to descend to suck the large surface of the cell body 11; the insulating film sucking disc 12365 is arranged at the side edge of the electric core sucking disc 12363 and is used for sucking the insulating film 13 extending out of the bottom surface of the electric core body 11; the top of insulating film sucking disc support 12364 is fixed on taking membrane electric core manipulator mounting panel 1231, and insulating film sucking disc 12365 is fixed in the bottom of insulating film sucking disc support 12364, and material sensor 1236c is fixed on the lateral surface of electric core sucking disc 12363 for detect and snatch clamping jaw 12361 and press from both sides and get electric core body 11.
The film-equipped cell manipulator 123 further includes an elastic buffer member 12366, a buffer slide group 12367, a buffer stroke sensing piece 12368, a buffer stroke switch 12369, a lower limit movable stop 1236a, a lower limit fixed stop 1236b, a longitudinal scale 1236d, a transverse scale 1236e, a jaw closing stopper 1236f, and a jaw closing stopper 1236g.
The lower limit movable stopper 1236a is fixed on the jaw-adjustable mounting plate 1233, the lower limit fixed stopper 1236b is fixed on the jaw carriage 1232, and the lower limit movable stopper 1236a and the lower limit fixed stopper 1236b cooperate together for restricting the lowest position of the sliding range of the jaw-adjustable mounting plate 1233.
The length direction of the longitudinal scale 1236d is parallel to the length direction of the sliding rail of the clamping jaw sliding group 1235, a plurality of groups of first mounting holes 12321 are formed in the clamping jaw sliding frame 1232 and are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the longitudinal scale 1236d, and the clamping jaw sliding frame 1232 can adjust the width of the clamping cell body through the first mounting holes. The length direction of the transverse scale 1236e is perpendicular to the length direction of the sliding rail of the clamping jaw sliding group 1235, and a plurality of groups of second mounting holes 12331 are formed in the clamping jaw adjustable mounting plate 1233 and are distributed at intervals along the length direction of the transverse scale; the two grabbing clamping jaws 12361 can adjust the distance between the two clampable cell bodies, which is determined by the height of the cell bodies, through the second mounting holes 12331. The jaw closing stop 1236f and the jaw closing stop bar 1236g cooperate to define a minimum spacing of the front and rear grasping jaws 12361 to prevent pinching of the cell 10.
The upper and lower both ends of elastic buffer 12366 respectively with clamping jaw carriage 1232, clamping jaw adjustable mounting plate 1233 fixed connection, the slide rail of buffering smooth group 12367 is fixed on clamping jaw carriage 1232 vertically. The slider of buffering sliding group 12367 and clamping jaw adjustable mounting plate 1233 fixed connection, buffering stroke response piece 12368 are fixed on clamping jaw adjustable mounting plate 1233, buffering travel switch 12369 is fixed on clamping jaw carriage 1232, normally snatchs or normally carries in-process, buffering stroke response piece 12368 breaks away from with buffering travel switch 12369, gets into buffering travel switch 12369 when buffering stroke response piece 12368 and triggers buffering travel switch 12369, and the explanation has met ascending resistance in membranous cell manipulator 123 lower part, can feedback signal for external control system stop snatching or carrying to protection electric core and manipulator.
The combined core electric core carrying mechanism 130 comprises a combined core electric core translation module 131, a combined core electric core lifting module 132 and a combined core electric core manipulator 133, wherein the combined core electric core translation module 131 is horizontally fixed on the carrying support 110, the combined core electric core lifting module 132 is vertically fixed at the output end of the combined core electric core translation module 131, and the combined core electric core manipulator 133 is vertically fixed at the output end of the combined core electric core lifting module 132.
The working principle of the loading and carrying device 100 of this embodiment is as follows: the clamping jaw driving piece 1234 of the film-carrying cell carrying mechanical arm 123 of the film-carrying cell carrying mechanism 120 can drive the two grabbing clamping jaws 12361 to extend below the cell body 11 to clamp the cell body 11, and the cell sucker driving piece 12362 can drive the cell sucker 12363 to descend to suck the large surface of the cell body 11; the insulating film suction cup 12365 can suck the insulating film 13 protruding out of the bottom surface of the cell body 11. The original relative positions and the bonding relation of the two battery cell bodies 11, the top cover 12 and the insulating film 13 are not changed by the grabbing clamping jaw 12361, and the cathode lug 11a, the anode lug 11b and the insulating film 13 are not twisted and pushed and pulled, so that the battery cell 10 with the film can be grabbed in a nondestructive way, and the battery cell 10 with the film after the soft connection and welding can be transported to the core combining device 100 from an external pull line; after the core is assembled, the core-assembling cell manipulator 133 of the core-assembling cell conveying mechanism 130 conveys the core-assembled cell 10 onto the film folding and transferring device 300 safely.
The core assembly device 200 is used for oppositely overturning and superposing the two cell bodies 10 and the two insulating films 13 around the top cover 12. Referring to fig. 12 and 13, the core assembly device 200 includes a core assembly bracket 210, a core assembly translation mechanism 220, two core assembly turnover mechanisms 230, two pairs of four insulating film clamping mechanisms 240, two core body clamping mechanisms 250, a top cover clamping mechanism 260 and two tab holding mechanisms 270.
Referring to fig. 14, the core frame 210 includes a core frame base 211, a core frame column 212, and a core frame panel 213, and the core frame base 211 is mounted on an external machine. The bottom end of the core closing support column 212 is fixed on the core closing support bottom plate 211, the core closing support panel 213 is fixed on the top end of the core closing support column 212, a first opening 2131 is formed in the center of the core closing support panel 213 and used for installing the top cover clamping mechanism 260 and the lug supporting mechanism 270, and core closing translation travel switches 2282 are further installed on two opposite side edges of the core closing support panel 213.
The core-closing translation mechanism 220 is used for translating the core-closing turnover mechanism 230, and the core-closing translation mechanism 220 is disposed at the top of the core-closing bracket 210. Referring to fig. 15, the core closing translation mechanism 220 includes a left core closing translation driving module 221, a front core closing translation sliding plate 222 with a second opening 2221, two core closing translation driving module mounting plates 223, two core closing translation driving cams 224, four core closing translation driving cam pairs 225, two core closing translation sliding groups 226, four core closing overturning limiting pieces 227 and four core closing translation sensing pieces 2281. The two core-closing translation driving modules 221 can drive the two core-closing translation sliding plates 222 to move linearly back and forth horizontally. Two slide rails of two core closing translation driving module mounting plates 223 and two core closing translation sliding groups 221 are fixed on the core closing support 210, two core closing translation driving modules 221 are fixed on the two core closing translation driving module mounting plates 223, two core closing translation driving cams 224 are fixed at the output ends of the two core closing translation driving modules 221, two core closing translation driving cam pairs 225 are matched with the two core closing translation driving cams 224 respectively, and two core closing translation sliding plates 222 are fixed on the slide blocks of the two core closing translation sliding groups 226. Each two core closing overturning limiting pieces 227 are fixed on the two core closing translation sliding plates 222 and are used for limiting the lowest overturning position of the core closing overturning frame 232. Four core closing translation sensing pieces 2281 are fixed on four outer corners of the two core closing translation sliding plates 222, and cooperate with the core closing translation travel switch 2282 to limit the sliding range of the core closing translation sliding plates 222.
The two core closing turnover mechanisms 230 are respectively fixed on the front side and the rear side of the two core closing translation sliding plates 222 opposite to each other in a U-turn 180-degree posture and are used for turning over the two battery cell bodies 11 to be combined together. Referring to fig. 16 and 17, each core-closing turning mechanism 230 includes a core-closing turning driving module 231, a core-closing turning frame 232, a core-closing turning driving module bracket 233, a core-closing turning driving system 234, two core-closing turning support plates 235, and a core-closing turning angle switch unit 236. The core closing overturning driving module support 233 and the core closing overturning supporting plates 235 are fixed on one outer corner of the core closing translation sliding plate 222, two core closing overturning supporting plates 235 are fixed on the other two outer corners of the core closing translation sliding plate 222 and are arranged at two ends, the core closing overturning driving module 231 is fixed on the core closing overturning driving module support 233, the core closing overturning driving system 234 is in transmission connection with the output end of the core closing overturning driving module 231, and the core closing overturning frame 232 is erected on the two core closing overturning supporting plates 235 and is fixedly connected with the output end of the core closing overturning driving system 234. The sensing pieces and switches of the core-closing turning angle switch group 236 are respectively installed on the core-closing turning support plate 235 and the core-closing turning frame 232 for sensing and controlling the turning angle of the core-closing turning frame 232.
Further, referring to fig. 18, the core roll-over stand 232 includes a core roll-over stand bottom plate 2321, two core roll-over stand support plates 2322, and two core roll-over stand rotating shafts 2323, where the two core roll-over stand support plates 2322 are fixed at two ends of the core roll-over stand bottom plate 2321. Two core-closing roll-over stand rotating shafts 2323 are respectively fixed on the tops of the two core-closing roll-over stand support plates 2322 and are used for being erected on the two core-closing roll-over support plates 235, and one core-closing roll-over stand rotating shaft is also used for being connected with the output end of the core-closing roll-over transmission system 234.
A pair of two insulating film holding mechanisms 240 are externally fixed to the core-closing roll-over stand 232 for holding two corners of the insulating film 13 located outside extending out of the bottom surface of the cell body 11. The insulating film holding mechanism 240 includes an insulating film holding and translating mounting plate 241, an insulating film holding and translating bracket 242, an insulating film holding and translating driver 243, an insulating film holding and translating slide group 244, an insulating film holding driver 245, and two insulating film clamps 246. The insulating film clamping and translating mounting plate 241 is fixed on the outer side edge of the core closing and overturning frame bottom plate 2321, the insulating film clamping and translating driving piece 243 is fixed under the core closing and overturning frame bottom plate 2321, the sliding rail of the insulating film clamping and translating sliding group 244 is fixed on the insulating film clamping and translating mounting plate 241, the length direction of the sliding rail is perpendicular to the length direction of the core closing and overturning frame bottom plate 2321, the insulating film clamping and translating bracket 242 is fixed on the movable end of the insulating film clamping and translating driving piece 243 and the sliding block of the insulating film clamping and translating group 244, the insulating film clamping and translating driving piece 245 is fixed on the insulating film clamping and translating bracket 242, the insulating film clamp 246 is fixed on the output end of the insulating film clamping and driving piece 245, the insulating film clamping and driving piece 245 can drive the two insulating film clamps 246 to be closed so as to clamp the insulating film 13, and the insulating film clamping and translating driving piece 243 can drive the insulating film clamping and translating bracket 242 to move along the insulating film clamping and driving piece 245 along the direction perpendicular to the length direction of the core closing and overturning frame bottom plate 2321.
Referring to fig. 19, the cell body clamping mechanism 250 is centrally fixed on the core folding turnover frame 232 for placing the cell body 11 together with the insulating film 13 and clamping the cell body 11. The battery cell body clamping mechanism 250 comprises a battery cell body clamping driving piece 251, two battery cell body clamping brackets 252, two battery cell body clamping translation sliding groups 253, two battery cell body clamps 254 and two battery cell brackets 255; each cell carrier 255 in turn includes a plurality of cell carrier bearing surfaces 2551 and a plurality of cell carrier jaw indentations 2552. The battery core body clamping driving piece 251 is fixed on the bottom plate 2321 of the core closing roll-over frame, the battery core body clamping bracket 2322 is L-shaped and is provided with a horizontal connecting end and a vertical connecting end, the two horizontal connecting ends are fixedly connected with two power output ends of the battery core body clamping driving piece 251, the two vertical connecting ends are fixedly connected with sliding blocks of the two battery core body clamping translation sliding groups 253, two sliding rails of the two battery core brackets 255 and the two battery core body clamping translation sliding groups 253 are fixed on the bottom plate 2321 of the core closing roll-over frame, the two battery core body clamps 254 are fixed on the two sliding blocks of the two battery core body clamping translation sliding groups 253, the plurality of battery core bracket bearing surfaces 2551 are used for bearing the battery core body 11, the plurality of battery core bracket clamping jaw notches 2522 are concavely arranged on the battery core bracket bearing surfaces 2551 and are used for avoiding clamping jaws of the battery core 10 when the battery core body 11 is arranged, and the battery core body clamping driving piece 251 can drive the two battery core body clamps 254 to be closed so as to clamp the battery core body 11 placed on the battery core bracket.
The top cover holding mechanism 260 is used to hold the top cover 12 and to sink the top cover 12. Referring to fig. 20, the top cover clamping mechanism 260 includes a top cover clamping mechanism mounting member 261, a top cover clamping lifting driving module 262, a top cover clamping lifting frame 263, a top cover clamping driving member 264, two top cover clamping slide sets 265, two top cover clamping brackets 266, two top cover clamps 267, two top cover support plate struts 268, and a top cover support plate 269. The top cap fixture mounting piece 261 is fixed in the first opening 2131 of the core closing support panel 213 and is centered, the top cap clamping lifting driving module 262 is fixed on the top cap fixture mounting piece 261, the top cap clamping lifting frame 263 is fixed at the output end of the top cap clamping lifting driving module 262, the top cap clamping driving piece 264, two sliding rails of the two top cap clamping sliding groups 265 and the bottom ends of the two top cap supporting plate struts 268 are all fixed at the top of the top cap clamping lifting frame 263, the two top cap clamping supports 266 are fixed on the power output end of the top cap clamping driving piece 264 and the two sliding blocks of the two top cap clamping sliding groups 265, the two top cap clamps 267 are fixed on the two top cap clamping supports 266, the top cap supporting plate 269 is fixed at the top ends of the two top cap supporting plate struts 268, and the top cap clamping driving piece 264 can drive the two top cap clamping supports 266 to be closed with the two top cap clamps 267 so as to clamp the top cap 12 placed on the top cap supporting plate 269.
The two tab holding mechanisms 270 are provided to extend from both ends of the top cover 12 to hold the cathode tab 11a and the anode tab 11b, respectively. Referring to fig. 21, the tab holding mechanism 270 includes a tab holding mechanism bracket 271, a tab holding mechanism mounting plate 272, a tab holding translational slide group 273, a tab holding translational drive member 274, a tab holding translational slide plate 275, a tab holding opening and closing drive member 276, two tab holding arms 277, and two tab holding fingers 278. The left and right tab holding mechanisms 270 are also fixed at two ends of the top cover clamping mechanism 260 in the first opening 2131 of the core closing bracket panel 213, the tab holding mechanism bracket 271 is fixed below the core closing bracket panel 213, the tab holding mechanism mounting plate 272 is fixed on the tab holding mechanism bracket 271, the sliding rails of the tab holding translation driving piece 274 and the tab holding translation sliding group 273 are both fixed on the tab holding mechanism mounting plate 271, the tab holding translation sliding plate 275 is fixed on the sliding blocks of the tab holding translation driving piece 274 and the tab holding translation sliding group 273, the tab holding opening and closing driving piece 276 is fixed on the tab holding translation sliding plate 275, the bottom ends of the two tab holding arms 277 are fixed at the output ends of the tab holding opening and closing driving piece 276, the two tab holding fingers 277 are respectively fixed at the top ends of the two tab holding arms 277, the tab holding driving piece 276 can drive the two tab holding opening and closing arms 277 to bring the two tab holding fingers 278 to carry the two tab holding bodies, the tab holding translation sliding plate 275 can hold the tab 11b to move along with the anode holding 11b or the cathode holding 11b to move along with the anode holding 11b.
One top cover clamping mechanism 260 and two tab holding mechanisms 270 are both fixed under the core closing bracket 210, both are located between the two second openings 2221 and the top cover clamping mechanism 260 is centered, and the two tab holding mechanisms 270 are located on the left and right sides of the top cover clamping mechanism 260.
The working principle of the core assembly device 200 of the present embodiment is as follows: the left and right core closing translation driving modules 221 drive the front and rear core closing translation sliding plates 222 to move relatively back and forth on the horizontal plane to approach, the top cover 12 is clamped by the top cover clamping mechanism 260 and is sunk, and the two core closing overturning driving modules 231 simultaneously drive the front and rear core closing overturning frames 232 together with the respective one cell body clamping mechanism 250 and the respective pair of two insulating film clamping mechanisms 240 to oppositely overturn the two cell bodies 11 with the film cells 10 together with the insulating films 13 around the top cover 12 from the horizontal spreading state to the vertical overlapping state under the cooperation that the top cover 12 is respectively supported by the two pole ear supporting mechanisms 270, and the cell bodies 11 and the insulating films 13 on two sides are continuously approaching the top cover 12 in the overturning process, so that the core closing operation of the cell 10 is completed.
The film folding and transferring device 300 is used for receiving the core-assembled battery cell 10 from the core-assembled battery cell carrying mechanism, pushing the insulating films 13 extending out of the bottom surfaces on the front and rear large surfaces of the battery cell 10 to overlap the bottom surface of the battery cell 10, and then moving the battery cell 10 to the primer pasting device for primer pasting. Referring to fig. 22, the film folding and transferring device 300 includes a film folding translation driving module 310 and a film folding device 320, the film folding translation driving module 310 is fixed on a machine, the film folding device 320 is fixed at an output end of the film folding translation driving module 310, and the film folding translation driving module 310 can drive the film folding device 320 to pass through the primer sticking device 500 from the feeding and conveying mechanism to reach the transferring device 600.
Referring to fig. 23, the film folding device 320 includes a film folding frame 20, a battery cell carrier 30, a battery cell carrier lifting mechanism 40, and opposite clamping mechanisms 50, a right film folding mechanism 60 and a left film rolling mechanism 70 distributed on two sides of the battery cell carrier 30. The film folding frame 20 is fixed at the output end of the film folding translation driving module 910; the electric core carrier lifting mechanism 40 is fixed on the film folding frame 20, the electric core carrier 30 is fixed on the electric core carrier lifting mechanism 40, and the electric core carrier lifting mechanism 40 can drive the electric core carrier 30 to vertically lift in a preset range on the film folding frame 20.
The film folding frame 20 comprises a film folding frame bottom plate 21, a film folding frame vertical plate 22 and a film folding frame panel 23; the bottom end of the film folding frame vertical plate 22 is fixed on the film folding frame bottom plate 21, and the film folding frame panel 23 is fixed at the top end of the film folding frame vertical plate 22. The battery cell carrier lifting mechanism 40, the clamping mechanism 50 and one part of the film rolling mechanism 70 are all fixed on the film folding frame panel 23, the film folding mechanism 60 is fixed on the right half side of the clamping mechanism 50, and the other part of the film rolling mechanism 70 is fixed on the left half side of the clamping mechanism 50.
The clamping mechanism 50 includes a clamping drive 51, a clamp carriage slide group 52, two clamp carriages 53, two clamps 54 and a clamp carriage travel switch group 55, wherein the clamp carriage 53 includes a clamp carriage bottom plate 531, a clamp carriage riser 532 and a clamp carriage top plate 533, the bottom end of the clamp carriage riser 532 is fixed on the clamp carriage bottom plate 531, and the clamp carriage top plate 533 is fixed on the top end of the clamp carriage riser 532.
The clamping driving piece 51 and the sliding rails of the clamp sliding frame sliding group 52 are fixed on the film folding frame panel 23, the left clamp sliding frame bottom plate 531 and the right clamp sliding frame bottom plate 531 are fixed on the left output end and the right output end of the clamping driving piece 51 and the sliding blocks of the clamp sliding frame sliding group 52, the left clamp 54 and the right clamp 54 are respectively fixed on the left clamp sliding frame bracket 532 and the right clamp sliding frame bracket 532, the sensing piece of the clamp sliding frame travel switch group 55 is fixed on the clamp sliding frame bottom plate 531, the travel switch of the clamp sliding frame travel switch group 55 is fixed on the film folding frame bottom plate 21, and the clamp driving piece 51 can drive the clamp 54 to clamp the electric core 10 and the insulating film 13 on the two large surfaces thereof in a preset range and a preset direction.
The cell stage lifting mechanism 40 includes a cell stage lifting drive 41, a cell stage guide post 42, a cell stage guide sleeve 43, and a cell stage lifting travel switch group 44. The cell carrier lifting driving piece 41 and the cell carrier guide sleeve 43 are fixed on the film folding frame panel 23, the cell carrier 30 is fixed at the output end of the cell carrier lifting driving piece 41, and the cell carrier guide post 42 is vertically fixed on the cell carrier 30 and is in movable fit with the cell carrier guide sleeve 43; the induction piece in the battery cell carrying table lifting travel switch group 44 is fixed on the outer side surface of the battery cell carrying table 30, and the travel switch in the battery cell carrying table lifting travel switch group 44 is fixed on the membrane folding frame panel 23; the cell carrier lifting driving member 41 can drive the cell carrier 30 to vertically lift up and down on the film folding frame 20 within a preset range.
The film folding mechanism 60 comprises a film folding driving piece 61, a film folding sliding plate 62, a film folding sliding group 63, a film folding knife bracket 64, a film folding knife elastic pressing piece 65, a film folding knife 66 and a film folding sliding plate limiting piece 67. The film folding driving piece 61, the sliding rail of the film folding sliding group 63 and the film folding sliding plate limiting piece 67 are all fixed on a clamp sliding frame top plate 533 of the clamp sliding frame 53 on the right, the film folding sliding plate 62 is fixed on the output end of the film folding driving piece 61 and the sliding block of the film folding sliding group 63, the film folding knife bracket 64 is fixed on one end of the film folding sliding plate 62, which is close to the cell carrier 30, the film folding knife 66 is rotatably arranged on the film folding knife bracket 64, the film folding knife elastic pressing piece 65 is arranged between the film folding knife bracket 64 and the film folding knife 66, and downward elastic pressure is applied to the film folding knife 66. The film folding driving member 61 can drive the film folding knife 66 to move along the sliding rail of the film folding sliding group 63 within a predetermined range, so as to elastically push over the insulating film 13 extending out of the bottom surface of the battery cell 10 on one large surface of the battery cell 10 to the bottom surface of the battery cell 10 and press the insulating film 13.
The film rolling mechanism 70 comprises a film rolling driving piece 71, a film rolling sliding group 72, a film rolling sliding frame 73, a film rolling press roller hinge frame 74, a film rolling press roller hinge frame elastic pressing piece 75, a film rolling press roller 76 and a film rolling sliding frame limiting piece 77; the film rolling carriage 73 comprises a film rolling carriage bracket 731 and a film rolling carriage sliding plate 732, and the film rolling carriage sliding plate 732 is fixed at the top end of the film rolling carriage bracket 731. The film rolling driving member 71 is fixed on the film folding frame panel 23 of the film folding frame 20, the slide rail of the film rolling sliding group 72 and the film rolling carriage limiting member 77 are fixed on the clamp carriage top plate 533 of the clamp carriage 53 on the left, the film rolling carriage bracket 731 is fixed on the output end of the film rolling driving member 71, the film rolling carriage sliding plate 732 is fixed on the slide block of the film rolling sliding group 72, the film rolling roller hinge frame 74 is fixed on one side of the film rolling carriage sliding plate 732 near the cell carrier 30, the film rolling roller 76 is rotatably mounted on the film rolling roller hinge frame 74, the film rolling roller hinge frame elastic pressing member 75 is mounted inside the film rolling roller hinge frame 74, an elastic downward pressure is applied to the film rolling roller 76, and the film rolling driving member 71 can drive the film rolling roller 76 to move in a predetermined range to elastically push the insulating film 13 extending from the bottom surface of the cell 10 to the bottom surface of the cell 10 and press the insulating film 13.
The primer preparation device 400 is located beside the film folding and transferring device 300 and is used for dividing and cutting the primer strip into the primer strips 14. Referring to fig. 24 to 26, the primer preparing apparatus 400 includes a primer preparing bracket 410, a primer mounting shaft 420 for placing a primer, a primer guide roller set 430, a primer tensioning mechanism 440, a primer pressing mechanism 450, a primer gluing mechanism 460, a primer cutting mechanism 470 and a primer pulling mechanism 480.
The base tape mounting shaft 420 is fixed to the base tape holder 410 for mounting the base tape roll.
The primer guide roller set 430 is disposed at an outer side of the primer mounting shaft 420, and a plurality of guide rollers of the primer guide roller set 430 are rotatably mounted on the primer holder 410.
The primer tensioning mechanism 440 is fixed to the primer holder 410 and is capable of telescoping but maintaining the primer between the two primer guide rollers in the set of raised primer guide rollers 430 for tensioning the primer.
The bottom tape pressing mechanism 450 comprises a bottom tape pressing driving piece 451, a bottom tape pressing block 452 and a bearing shaft 453, wherein the bottom tape pressing block 452 is fixed at the output end of the bottom tape pressing driving piece 451, the bottom tape pressing driving piece 451 can drive the bottom tape pressing block 452 to lift, and when the bottom tape pressing block 452 descends to the lowest position, the bottom tape pressing block 452 presses the bottom tape to cut off the tape.
The base tape gluing mechanism 460 includes an adhesion platform 461, an adhesion platform drive 462, and an adhesion platform buffer 463. The top surface of the adhesion platform 461 is provided with a plurality of salient points 4611 for adhering the adhesive surface of the adhesive tape, the adhesion platform driving piece 462 is fixed on the adhesive tape preparing bracket 410, the adhesion platform buffer piece 463 is fixed at the output end of the adhesion platform driving piece 462, the adhesion platform 461 is fixed on the adhesion platform buffer piece 463, and the adhesion platform driving piece 462 can drive the adhesion platform 461 to lift so as to enable the adhesion platform 461 to adhere to the adhesive tape.
The base tape cutting mechanism 470 is located between the base tape pressing mechanism 450 and the base tape gluing mechanism 460, the base tape cutting mechanism 470 includes a cutter 471 and a cutting driving member 472, the cutter 471 is fixed at the output end of the cutting driving member 472, and the cutting driving member 472 can drive the cutter 471 to cut off the base tape.
The bottom tape pulling mechanism 480 is used for clamping the bottom tape head and pulling the bottom tape out of the position of the bottom tape pressing mechanism 450 onto the bottom tape gluing mechanism 460. Referring to fig. 27, the base tape pulling mechanism 480 includes a base tape clamp 481, a base tape clamp drive 482, a base tape strip take-off clamp drive 483, a base tape pull tape drive 484, a base tape strip take-off clamp slide 485, a base tape strip take-off clamp slide group 486, a base tape pull tape slide 487, a base tape pull tape slide group 488, a base tape pull tape support 489, a base tape pull tape support stop 48a, a base tape pull tape slide back stop 48b, and a base tape pull tape slide forward stop 48c.
The base tape strip stripper driver 483 is secured to the output of the base tape pull driver 484, the base tape clamp driver 482 is secured to the output of the base tape strip stripper driver 483, the base tape clamp 481 is secured to the output of the base tape clamp driver 482, the base tape clamp driver 482 is capable of driving the base tape clamp 481 to clamp the base tape, the base tape strip stripper driver 483 is capable of driving the base tape clamp 481 to move away from directly above the base tape strip 14, and the base tape pull driver 484 is capable of driving the base tape clamp 481 to pull the base tape from the base tape press 450 onto the base tape adhesive 460.
The base tape pull frame 489 is secured to the backup frame 410, the base tape pull drive 484 and the slide blocks of the base tape pull slide block 488 are secured to the base tape pull frame 489, the base tape strip take-off clamp drive 483 is secured to the output end of the base tape pull drive 484 and the base tape pull slide plate 487, the base tape pull slide plate 487 is secured to the slide rails of the base tape pull slide block 488, the slide rails of the base tape take-off clamp slide block 486 are secured to the base tape pull slide plate 487, the base tape take-off clamp slide plate 485 is secured to the output end of the base tape take-off clamp drive 483 and the slide blocks of the base tape take-off clamp slide block 486, and the base tape clamp drive 482 is secured to the base tape take-off clamp slide plate 485.
The bottom tape glue pulling support stop block 48a is fixed on the bottom tape glue pulling support 489, the bottom tape glue pulling slide plate retreating limiting piece 48b is fixed on the bottom tape glue pulling slide plate 487, which is close to the outer side edge of the bottom tape glue pulling support stop block 48a, and the bottom tape glue pulling slide plate advancing limiting piece 48c is fixed on the slide rail of the bottom tape glue pulling slide group 488, and protrudes out of the slide rail of the bottom tape glue pulling slide group 488, which is close to the outer side edge of the bottom tape glue pulling support stop block 48 a; the backing tape pulling slide plate retreating limiting piece 48b and the backing tape pulling rear end limiting piece 48c are respectively used for limiting the forward and backward sliding range of the backing tape pulling slide plate 487 pulling the adhesive so as to determine the preset length of the pulled adhesive tape strip 14.
The primer attaching device 500 is located on the film folding and transferring device 300, and is used for sucking the primer strips 14 cut by the primer preparing device 400, and attaching the primer strips 14 to the lap seams 132 of the insulating film 13 on the bottom surface of the battery cell 10. Specifically, please refer to fig. 28, the primer attaching device 500 includes a primer attaching bracket 510, a primer attaching manipulator translation module 520, a primer attaching manipulator lifting module 530, and a primer attaching manipulator 540, wherein the primer attaching manipulator translation module 520 is horizontally fixed on the top of the primer attaching bracket 510, and the primer attaching manipulator lifting module 530 is vertically fixed at the output end of the primer attaching manipulator translation module 520.
Referring to fig. 29, the primer attaching robot 540 includes a robot mounting frame 541, a robot swing driving member 542, a swing frame 543, and a suction cup assembly 544.
The manipulator mounting frame 541 is fixed at the output end of the primer-sticking manipulator lifting module 530; the manipulator rotation driving piece 542 is fixed on the manipulator mounting frame 541, and the rotation bracket 543 is fixed at the output end of the manipulator rotation driving piece 542; the suction cup assembly 544 is secured to the swivel mount 543.
The suction cup assembly 544 comprises a base tape strip holder 5441, a holder lift driver 5442, two base tape strip press rolls 5443 and two base tape strip press roll holders 5444, a holder lift slide block 5445 and base tape strip press roll holder tensioning members 5446, a holder lift driver 5442 centered and two base tape strip press roll holders 5444 fixed to the bottom of the swivel bracket 543 on both sides of the holder lift driver 5442, the base tape strip holder 5441 fixed to the output end of the holder lift driver 5442, the holder lift driver 5442 capable of driving the base tape strip holder 5441 to lift; two base tape strip pressure rollers 5443 are rotatably mounted to the bottom of two base tape strip pressure roller brackets 5444 adjacent to opposite sides of the base tape strip holder 5441, respectively.
The bottom of the base tape strip holder 5441 is provided with a first suction cup 54411 for sucking the base tape strip 14; two opposite sides of the two bottoms of the two base tape strip pressing roller brackets 5444 are provided with second suction cups 54441 for sucking the base tape strips 14.
The sliding rails in the holder lifting slide group 5445 are vertically fixed in the swivel bracket 543, and the base tape strip holder 5441 is fixed on the sliding blocks of the holder lifting slide group 5445.
A base tape strip press roll holder tensioning member 5446 is secured between the top ends of the two base tape strip press roll holders 5444 for providing opposing elastic tension to the two base tape strip press roll holders 5444.
The transfer device 600 is located between the film folding and transferring device 300 and the turning and transferring device 700, and is used for conveying the battery cell 10 from the film folding and transferring device 300 to the turning and transferring device 700. Referring to fig. 30, the transfer device 600 includes a transfer device support 610, a transfer translation driving module 620, a transfer translation carriage 630, a transfer lifting driving member 640 and a first electric core manipulator 650, the transfer translation driving module 620 is fixed on the transfer device support 610, the transfer translation carriage 630 is fixed at an output end of the transfer translation driving module 620, the transfer lifting driving member 640 is fixed on the transfer translation carriage 630, the first electric core manipulator 650 is fixed at an output end of the transfer lifting driving member 640, the transfer lifting driving member 640 can drive the first electric core manipulator 650 to lift so as to take out the electric core 10, the transfer translation driving module 620 can drive the transfer translation carriage 630 to move with the transfer lifting driving member 640 and the first electric core manipulator 650, and the electric core 10 is carried from the film folding and transferring device 300 to the turning and transferring device 700.
The overturning and transferring device 700 is used for transferring the battery cell 10 after the primer is attached to the side glue attaching device 900, and overturning the battery cell 10 from a large-surface vertical posture to a large-surface horizontal posture. Referring to fig. 31 and 32, the turning and transferring device 700 is partially located under the glue applying device 900 and includes a turning mechanism 710 and a turning mechanism translation module 720, and referring to fig. 33, the turning mechanism 710 includes a turning carriage 711, a turning driving member 712, a turning driving system 713, a turning shaft 714 and a glue applying clamp 715.
The turnover carriage 711 is fixed at the output end of the turnover mechanism translation module 720, the turnover driving piece 712 is fixed on the turnover carriage 711, the turnover shaft 714 is in transmission connection with the output end of the turnover driving piece 712 through the turnover transmission system 713, the adhesive clamp 715 is fixed on the turnover shaft 714, the turnover driving piece 712 can drive the adhesive clamp 715 to turn from the vertical posture of the battery core 10 to the horizontal posture of the battery core 10, and the turnover mechanism translation module 720 can drive the turnover mechanism 710 to take the adhesive clamp 715 to receive the battery core 10 from the middle turnover device 600 and then turn and transfer the battery core 10 to the adhesive of the adhesive device 900.
The adhesive clamp 715 includes an adhesive clamp base plate 7151, an adhesive clamp drive 7152, an adhesive clamp carrier plate 7153, and two adhesive clamp clamps 7154. The side glue clamp bottom plate 7151 is fixedly connected with the turning shaft 714, the side glue clamp 7154 driving piece and the side glue clamp carrier plate 7153 are fixed on the side glue clamp bottom plate 7151, the two side glue clamp clamps 7154 are fixed at the output end of the side glue clamp driving piece 7152, and the side glue clamp driving piece 7152 can drive the two side glue clamp clamps 7154 to be close to the side glue clamp carrier plate 7153, so that the electric core 10 is clamped.
The adhesive-sticking device 800 is used for sticking the bottom surface of the battery cell 10, and assisting the adhesive-sticking clamp to clamp and position the battery cell 10. Referring to fig. 34, the adhesive applying device 800 includes an adhesive applying bracket 810 and an adhesive applying hand 820, wherein the adhesive applying hand 820 is fixed on the top of the adhesive applying bracket 810 for applying adhesive to the bottom surface of the battery cell 10.
The side adhesive attaching device 900 is used for attaching two side adhesive tapes 15 to two sides of the battery cell 10, and simultaneously folding and attaching the two side adhesive tapes to the insulating films 13 on two large sides of the battery cell 10. Referring to fig. 35 and 36, the adhesive device 900 includes an adhesive driving mechanism 910 and two adhesive mechanisms 920 disposed symmetrically, where the adhesive driving mechanism 910 includes an adhesive frame 911, two adhesive translation modules 912 and two adhesive lifting modules 913, the two adhesive translation modules 912 are respectively fixed horizontally on two ends of a beam of the adhesive frame 911, and the two adhesive lifting modules 913 are respectively fixed vertically at output ends of the two adhesive translation modules 912.
Referring to fig. 37, each of the taping mechanisms 920 includes a taping tape carriage 921, a taping tape roll supporting assembly 922, a taping tape supporting roller set 923, a taping tape tensioning assembly 924, a taping tape clamping assembly 925, a taping tape suction plate 926, a taping roller set 927, a taping tape cutter 928, and a taping tape driving member 929.
The side adhesive tape carriage 921 is fixed at the output end of the side adhesive tape lifting module 913, and the side adhesive tape roll supporting assembly 922 is fixed on the side adhesive tape carriage 921 for placing the side adhesive tape roll 15a; the side adhesive tape supporting roller set 923 includes a plurality of side adhesive tape supporting rollers mounted on the side adhesive tape attaching carriage 921 for winding the side adhesive tape, one tensioning roller with a fixed power output end of the side adhesive tape tensioning assembly 924 picks up the side adhesive tape 15 between the two side adhesive tape supporting rollers in the side adhesive tape supporting roller set 923, and the side adhesive tape tensioning assembly 924 can drive the tensioning rollers to lift.
The side tape clamping assembly 925, the side tape suction plate 926, the side adhesive roller set 927 and the side tape cutting drive 929 are all mounted on the side adhesive tape carriage 921; a side tape cutter 928 is fixed to the output end of the side tape cutting driver 929; the adhesive side roller set 927 includes an upper adhesive side roller and a lower adhesive side roller that are disposed opposite to each other.
When the side adhesive is adhered, the side adhesive tape suction plate 926 of the side adhesive mechanism 920 sucks the side adhesive tape to expose a section of the side adhesive tape head with a predetermined length, the side adhesive tape lifting module 913 of the side adhesive tape driving mechanism 910 drives the side adhesive tape lifting module to descend and move close to the battery core 10, stop at a predetermined position below the battery core 10, then move to a predetermined position below the battery core 10 and stop again under the driving of the side adhesive tape translation module 912, the side adhesive tape driving mechanism 910 lifts the side adhesive tape mechanism 920 again, lifts the side adhesive tape suction plate 926, and the side adhesive tape head is adhered to the insulating film 13 on the large surface below the battery core 10 for overlapping the predetermined length. Then, the side adhesive translation module 912 of the side adhesive driving mechanism 910 translates and withdraws to roll the side adhesive tape head under the large lower surface of the electric core 10, when the upper side adhesive roll withdraws to the lower corner of the side surface of the electric core 10, the side adhesive driving mechanism 910 drives the side adhesive mechanism 920 to ascend to drive the side adhesive tape to be fed, the side adhesive tape is rolled by the upper side adhesive roll and the lower side adhesive roll and then is attached to the side surface of the electric core 10, when the lower side adhesive roll arrives at the upper corner of the side surface of the electric core 10, the side adhesive driving mechanism 910 drives the side adhesive mechanism 920 to translate and drive the side adhesive tape to be fed continuously, the side adhesive tape is rolled by the lower side adhesive roll and attached to the large upper surface of the electric core 10 to a preset position, then the side adhesive tape clamping component 925 clamps the side adhesive tape at the incoming end, the side adhesive tape cutter cuts off the side adhesive tape, and the side adhesive tape driving mechanism 910 continues to drive the side adhesive mechanism 920 to move forward to press the tail of the side adhesive tape to be attached to the insulating film 13 on the large upper surface of the electric core 10 by a preset length. The operation of the adhesive on the other side of the battery cell 10 is simultaneously and synchronously completed by the adhesive driving mechanism 910 and the adhesive mechanism 920 which are symmetrically arranged in the mirror direction.
Referring to fig. 38, the adhesive transfer and package transporting device 1000 is used for transporting the battery cells 10 after the adhesive transfer from the adhesive clamp 715 of the turning and transferring device 700 to the encapsulation clamp 1150 of the encapsulation transferring device 1100.

The encapsulation transfer apparatus 1100 is used for transferring the battery cells 10 after the side glue is applied to a position close to the encapsulation apparatus 1200. Specifically, referring to fig. 39, the encapsulating transfer apparatus 1100 includes an encapsulating transfer driving member 1110, an encapsulating transfer driving train 1120, an encapsulating transfer sliding plate 1130, an encapsulating transfer sliding group 1140, and an encapsulating jig 1150; the input end of the encapsulation transfer drive system 1120 is in transmission connection with the output end of the encapsulation transfer drive member 1110, the encapsulation transfer slide 1130 is fixed on the output end of the encapsulation transfer drive system 1120 and the slide blocks of the encapsulation transfer slide set 1140, and the encapsulation clamp 1150 is fixed on the encapsulation transfer slide 1130; the encapsulation transfer drive 1110 may move the encapsulation transfer slide 1130 along the slide rails of the encapsulation transfer slide set 1140 with the encapsulation clamp 1150 via the encapsulation transfer drive train 1120.
Referring to fig. 40 and 41, the encapsulation fixture 1150 includes an encapsulation fixture bracket 1151, an encapsulation fixture movable clamp 1152, an encapsulation fixture movable clamp translational drive 1153, an encapsulation fixture movable clamp slide 1154, an encapsulation fixture fixed clamp 1155, an encapsulation fixture movable clamp 1156, an encapsulation fixture movable clamp plate elevating drive 1157, an encapsulation fixture movable clamp plate elevating slide 1158, an encapsulation fixture cell carrier 1159, and an encapsulation fixture movable clamp carriage 115a.
The encapsulation fixture support 1151 is fixed on the encapsulation moving and cutting slide 1130, and the encapsulation fixture cell carrier 1159 is fixed on the encapsulation fixture support 1151.

The output end of the movable pressing plate lifting driving member 1157 of the encapsulation jig and the sliding rail of the movable pressing plate lifting sliding group 1158 of the encapsulation jig are fixed on the movable clamp sliding frame 115a of the encapsulation jig, the movable pressing plate 1156 of the encapsulation jig is fixed under the movable pressing plate lifting driving member 1157 of the encapsulation jig and on the sliding block of the movable pressing plate lifting sliding group 1158 of the encapsulation jig, and the movable pressing plate lifting driving member 1157 of the encapsulation jig can drive the movable pressing plate 1156 of the encapsulation jig to lower the upper surface of the battery cell 10.
The encapsulation device 1200 is used to push down the side tape strips 15 extending from the bottom surface on the two large sides and the two side surfaces of the battery cell 10, and overlap the insulating film 13 on the bottom surface of the battery cell 10. Referring to fig. 42 to 44, the encapsulation apparatus 1200 includes an encapsulation advancing and retreating mechanism 1210, a left roller assembly 1220, a right roller assembly 1230, an upper roller assembly 1240, and a lower roller assembly 1250.
The encapsulated advance and retreat mechanism 1210 includes an advance and retreat carriage 1211, an advance and retreat carriage translation drive 1212, a base 1213, an advance and retreat carriage left and right slide group 1214, and an advance and retreat carriage translation limit assembly 1215. The advance and retreat carriage 1211 is fixed to the output end of the advance and retreat carriage translation driving piece 1212 and the slider of the advance and retreat carriage left and right slide group 1214, and the advance and retreat carriage translation driving piece 1212 can drive the advance and retreat carriage 1211 to advance and retreat reciprocally. The left roller front-back elastic support 1227 is clamped between the left roller left-right carriage 1224 and the left roller bracket 1222, so that the left roller 1221 can elastically push the side adhesive tape strip 15 extending out of the bottom surface of the battery cell on the left side surface of the battery cell 10.
The right roller assembly 1230 includes a right roller 1231, a right roller bracket 1232, a right roller bracket translational drive 1233, a right roller left and right carriage 1234, a right roller left and right slide group 1235, a right roller front and rear slide group 1236, and a right roller front and rear elastic support 1237.
The right roller 1231 is rotatably mounted on a right roller support 1232, and the right roller support 1232 is fixed to the output end of the right roller support translational drive 1233; the right roller support translation driving member 1233 is fixed on the advance and retreat carriage 1211, the right roller support translation driving member 1233 can drive the right roller 1231 to push over and roll the side adhesive tape strip 15 extending out of the bottom surface on the right side surface of the battery cell 10, so that the side adhesive tape strip 15 is adhered to the insulating film 13 on the bottom surface of the battery cell 10, the right roller left and right carriage 1234 is fixed on the output end of the right roller support translation driving member 1233 and the sliding block of the right roller left and right sliding group 1235 to fix the right roller support 1232, the sliding rail of the right roller left and right sliding group 1235 is transversely fixed on the advance and retreat carriage 1211, the sliding block of the right roller front and rear sliding group 1236 is fixed on the right roller left and right sliding frame 1234, and the right roller support 1232 is fixed on the sliding rail of the right roller front and rear sliding group 1236. The front-back elastic support 1237 of the right roller is clamped between the left and right sliding frames 1234 of the right roller and the right roller support 1232, so that the right roller 1231 can elastically push the side adhesive tape 15 extending out of the bottom surface of the battery cell on the right side surface of the battery cell 10.
The upper roller assembly includes an upper roller 1241, an upper roller bracket 1242, an upper roller bracket lift drive 1243, an upper roller lift carriage 1244, an upper roller lift slide set 1245, an upper roller front-rear slide set 1246, an upper roller front-rear elastic support 1247, an upper roller front-rear carriage 1248, an upper roller left-right adjustment slide set 1249, and an upper roller left-right elastic support 124a.
The upper roller 1241 is rotatably mounted on an upper roller bracket 1242, and the upper roller bracket 1242 is fixed at an output end of an upper roller bracket lift driving member 1243; the upper roller bracket translation driving member 1243 is fixed on the advance and retreat carriage 1211, and the upper roller bracket lifting driving member 1243 can drive the upper roller 1241 to push over and roll the side adhesive tape strip 15 with the bottom surface extending out of the upper surface of the battery cell 10, so that the side adhesive tape strip 15 is adhered to the insulating film 13 on the bottom surface of the battery cell 10.
The upper roller lifting carriage 1244 is fixed on the output end of the upper roller bracket lifting driving member 1243 and the slide block of the upper roller lifting slide group 1245 to fix the upper roller front and rear carriage 1248; the sliding rail of the upper roller lifting sliding group 1245 is vertically fixed on the advance and retreat sliding frame 1211; the sliders of the upper roller front-rear sliding group 1246 are fixed on the upper roller lifting carriage 1244, and the upper roller front-rear carriage 1248 is fixed on the slide rails of the upper roller front-rear sliding group 1246 to fix the upper roller bracket 1242. The upper roller front-rear elastic support 1247 is clamped between the upper roller lifting carriage 1244 and the upper roller front-rear carriage 1248, so that the upper roller 1241 can elastically push the side adhesive tape strip 15 extending out of the bottom surface of the battery cell on the large surface of the battery cell 10. The sliding rails of the upper roller left-right adjusting sliding group 1249 are fixed on the upper roller front-rear sliding frame 1248, two upper roller brackets 1242 which are distributed at intervals are respectively fixed on two sliding blocks of the upper roller left-right adjusting sliding group 1249, and an upper roller left-right elastic support 124a is clamped between the two upper roller brackets 1242, so that the left upper roller 1241 and the right upper roller 1241 can elastically push two sides of the left side adhesive tape strip 15 and the right side adhesive tape strip 15 which extend out of the bottom surface of the battery cell on the large surface of the battery cell 10.
The lower roller assembly includes a lower roller 1251, a lower roller bracket 1252, a lower roller bracket elevating drive 1253, a lower roller elevating carriage 1254, a lower roller elevating slide set 1255, a lower roller front-rear slide set 1256, a lower roller front-rear elastic support 1257, a lower roller front-rear carriage 1258, a lower roller left-right adjustment slide set 1259, and a lower roller left-right elastic support 125a.
The lower roller 1251 is rotatably mounted on a lower roller bracket 1252, and the lower roller bracket 1251 is fixed at an output end of a lower roller bracket lifting driving member 1253; the lower roller bracket lifting driving piece 1253 can drive the lower roller 1251 to push down and roll the side adhesive tape strip 15 extending out of the bottom surface on the large lower surface of the battery cell 10, so that the side adhesive tape strip 15 is adhered to the insulating film 13 on the bottom surface of the battery cell 10. The lower roller elevating carriage 1254 is fixed to the output end of the lower roller bracket elevating driving member 1253 and the slider of the lower roller elevating slide set 1255 to fix the lower roller front and rear carriage 612, and the slide rail of the lower roller elevating slide set 1255 is vertically fixed to the advance and retreat carriage 1211. The slide blocks of the lower roller front-rear slide block 1256 are fixed on the lower roller lifting slide block 1254, and the lower roller front-rear slide block 1258 is fixed on the slide rails of the lower roller front-rear slide block 1256 to fix the lower roller bracket 1252, and the lower roller front-rear elastic support 1257 is sandwiched between the lower roller lifting slide block 1254 and the lower roller front-rear slide block 1258.
The slide rails of the lower roller left-right adjustment slide group 1259 are fixed on the lower roller front-rear carriage 1258, and two lower roller brackets 1252 spaced apart are fixed on the slide blocks of the lower roller left-right adjustment slide group 1259. The left and right elastic supports 125a of the lower roller are clamped between the two lower roller brackets 1252, so that the left and right lower rollers 1251 can elastically push the side adhesive tape strips 15 extending out of the bottom surface of the battery cell on the lower large surface of the battery cell 10.
Referring to fig. 45, the encapsulated appearance detecting device 1300 includes a left color sensor 1310, a middle color sensor 1320, and a right color sensor 1330, wherein the left color sensor 1310, the middle color sensor 1320, and the right color sensor 1330 are respectively fixed under a beam of a bracket of the side-to-side glue transferring and packaging transporting device 1000 in a delta shape, and the encapsulated transferring device 1100 removes the encapsulated battery cells 10 under the encapsulated appearance detecting device 1300. The left color sense 1310, the middle color sense 1320 and the right color sense 1330 are all large on the positive core 10, wherein the left color sense 1310 scans and photographs the left side glue, the middle color sense 1320 scans and photographs the bottom glue, the right color sense 1330 scans and photographs the right side glue, records a photo, judges whether the size and the shape of the attached adhesive tape are qualified, and feeds information back to the encapsulation-to-insulation resistance detection and blanking conveying device 1400 for conveying the battery core.
Referring to fig. 46, the encapsulated insulation resistance detection and discharging and conveying device 1400 includes a rotatable and variable-pitch dual-jaw manipulator 1410, and the packaged battery cells 10 are grabbed from the packaging device 1200 onto the insulation resistance detection device 1500 by the rotatable and variable-pitch dual-jaw manipulator 1410, and the battery cells 10 after resistance detection are discharged.
The insulation resistance detection device 1500 is used for detecting the insulation performance of the surface of the encapsulated battery cell 10. Referring to fig. 47, the insulation resistance detection apparatus 1500 includes a resistance measurement bracket 1510, a resistance measurement translation mechanism 1520, a resistance measurement carriage 1530, a resistance measurement carrier plate 1540, a resistance measurement clamping mechanism 1550, a resistance measurement platen lifting drive mechanism 1560, a resistance measurement platen 1570, a resistance measurement probe 1580, and a resistance measurement instrument 1590.
The resistance measurement translation mechanism 1520 is fixed at the lower part of the resistance measurement bracket 1510, the resistance measurement carriage 1530 is fixed at the output end of the resistance measurement translation mechanism 1520, the resistance measurement carrier plate 1540 and the resistance measurement clamping mechanism 1550 are fixed on the resistance measurement carriage 1530, the resistance measurement pressure plate lifting driving mechanism 1560 is fixed at the upper part of the resistance measurement bracket 1510, the resistance measurement pressure plate 1570 and the resistance measurement probe 1580 are fixed at the output end of the resistance measurement pressure plate lifting driving mechanism 1560, and the resistance measurement instrument 1590 is fixed on top of the resistance measurement bracket 1510.
The resistance measurement translation mechanism 1520 drives the resistance measurement carriage 1530 to go under the encapsulation-to-insulation resistance detection and blanking conveying device 1400, the battery cell 10 is placed on the resistance measurement carrier plate 1540 in a large-surface downward direction, the resistance measurement clamping mechanism 1550 clamps the battery cell 10, the resistance measurement pressing plate lifting driving mechanism 1560 can drive the resistance measurement pressing plate 1570 to press the battery cell 10, the resistance measurement probe presses one lug of the battery cell 10, and the resistance measurement instrument performs insulation resistance measurement on the battery cell 10.
In summary, the battery core and the packaging machine of the embodiment realize automation of battery core feeding, core closing, film folding, base adhesive sticking, side adhesive sticking, rubber coating appearance detection, battery core insulating property detection and discharging, and each process has high continuity and high core closing and packaging efficiency.
