The cable peeling and cutting device according to claim 1, further comprising limiting cylinders (29), wherein two groups of limiting cylinders (29) are symmetrically and fixedly arranged at the top end of the top plate (3), the two groups of limiting cylinders (29) respectively correspond to the two groups of limiting pins (28), and the output end of the limiting cylinders (29) is fixedly connected with the top ends of the limiting pins (28).
