Detailed Description
In order that the above objects, features and advantages of the present disclosure may be more clearly understood, a further description of aspects of the present disclosure will be provided below. It should be noted that, without conflict, the embodiments of the present disclosure and features in the embodiments may be combined with each other.
In the following description, numerous specific details are set forth in order to provide a thorough understanding of the present disclosure, but the present disclosure may be practiced otherwise than as described herein; it will be apparent that the embodiments in the specification are only some, but not all, embodiments of the disclosure.
Fig. 1 is a flowchart of an information display method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. The information display method may include, but is not limited to, the steps of:
s110, responding to the received message containing the URL in the first service scene in the collaborative office system, analyzing the URL, and presenting the URL in the first service scene in an analyzed mode.
The collaborative office system is a computer application system which allows two or more individuals and organizations to participate and can realize content sharing, multi-user communication and collaborative office. Illustratively, the collaborative office system includes, but is not limited to, enterprise social network platform software.
The plurality of business scenarios in the collaborative office system include one or more of the following: single chat sessions, general groups, topic groups, corporate circles, personal homepages, signatures, tasks, calendar cloud documents, video conferences, and the like.
The URL in this step may be at least one or more of the following: links to text classes, URLs to video classes, URLs to documents classes, URLs to pictures classes, URLs to electronic commerce classes, URLs to audio classes, and URLs to tools classes. The link of the text class refers to a link with a link object being mainly text. The URL of a video class refers to a link whose link object is video-based. The URL of a document class refers to a link whose link object is a document-based link. The URL of the picture class refers to a link whose link object is a picture-based link. The URL of the e-commerce class refers to a link in which the link object is a product or service that can be sold. The URL of an audio class refers to a link whose link object is audio. The URL of the tool class refers to a link that links objects to a freely available gadget (e.g., exchange rate calculator).
The "parse URL" may specifically be: acquiring related information of a link object of the URL; based on the related information of the link object, information extraction, recombination and rendering are carried out to form a pattern (or URL analysis data) after URL analysis, so that the pattern after URL analysis can reflect the main content of the URL link object.
In practice, the URL may be of various types, and illustratively, the parsed style is a text hyperlink, where the text hyperlink includes at least one of the following: the icon is a mark pattern of a page corresponding to the URL; the hyperlink is constructed based on the text content extracted from the page corresponding to the URL or the text content defined by the service server of the page, and the hyperlink opens a browser after being triggered and jumps to the page corresponding to the URL; and the tag is used for identifying the type of the page corresponding to the URL. For example, if the web page corresponding to the link is a text document, the icon is a logo pattern of the text document, the hyperlink is a theme of the text document, and the tag is an identification of the text document.
In some embodiments, the hyperlinks may be constructed from topics or summaries extracted in the link correspondence page, or may be constructed from text of the business-side custom hyperlinks. It can be seen that the hyperlinks seen by the user are text hyperlinks, so that the content summary of the web page corresponding to the hyperlinks is easier to understand.
Further, the URL parsed style may be further configured to include one or more of a title of the link object, a portion of content of the link object, and a preview card, in addition to the text hyperlink.
Optionally, the text hyperlink, the title of the link object and part of the content of the link object corresponding to the same URL are concentrated in one preview card to be displayed. The title of the link object and the partial content of the link object help the user to further understand what the link object relates to. The preview card is favorable for attracting the attention of a user, attracting the user to trigger a text hyperlink and improving the exposure of a link object.
Optionally, the specific implementation method of the step includes: the URL center station analyzes the URL in response to receiving a URL analysis request sent by a server side of a first service scene in the collaborative office system, and returns URL analysis data to the server side of the first service scene; the server side of the first service scene sends URL analysis data to the client side of the first service scene so as to present the URL for the user according to the analyzed style in the first service scene.
And S120, when a message containing the URL is received in a second service scene of the collaborative office system, the URL is presented in the second service scene according to the same parsed style.
Optionally, the specific implementation method of the step includes: the URL center station responds to a URL analysis request about the URL sent by a server side of a second service scene in the collaborative office system, and returns the same URL analysis data to the server side of the second service scene; the server side of the second service scene sends URL analysis data to the client side of the second service scene to present the URL for the user in the second service scene according to the same analyzed pattern
The essence of this step is that if the URL in the message received in the second service scenario of the collaborative office system is consistent with the URL in the message received in the first service scenario, since the URL has been resolved once, the URL is not resolved this time, but the last resolution result will be presented directly in the second service scenario. The configuration can ensure that the analyzed URL patterns presented under different service scenes are consistent for the same URL, thereby being beneficial to improving the user's comfort to the collaborative office system and being beneficial to the popularization of the collaborative office system.
On the basis of the technical scheme, optionally, before the server side of the first service scene sends the URL analysis request, the server side of the first service scene registers the domain name corresponding to the URL center; before the server of the second service scene sends a URL analysis request about the URL, the server of the second service scene registers a domain name corresponding to the URL center. The purpose of registration is to indicate to the URL middle station whether to analyze the URL if the message received in the service scenario includes the URL; if resolved, how the resolved rule is used, etc.
On the basis of the technical scheme, optionally, the method further comprises: responding to a first operation of triggering the text hyperlink, selecting the text hyperlink, and popping up an operation bar, wherein the operation bar comprises a copy link control and/or a copy control; or, in response to triggering a second operation of the message card, popping up a message menu, the message menu including a copy link control and/or a copy control. The method comprises the steps of responding to a first operation for triggering the text hyperlink, selecting the text hyperlink and popping up an operation column, wherein the method is suitable for the situation that a user operates the text hyperlink through an application program of a PC (personal computer) terminal. Typically, the first operation is a mouse-over to text hyperlink and clicking the right key. The pop-up message menu is applicable to the case that the user operates the text hyperlink through the application program of the mobile terminal in response to the second operation of the trigger message card. Typically, the second operation is a long press text hyperlink.
Further, the method further comprises: responsive to triggering an operation of copying the link control, copying the URL corresponding to the text hyperlink; and/or, in response to the operation of triggering the copy control, copying the text information corresponding to the text hyperlink.
Further, the method further comprises: copying the URL corresponding to the text hyperlink in response to a first frame selection operation, wherein the first frame selection operation is used for selecting the text hyperlink in a frame manner; and/or, in response to the second box selection operation, copying text information selected by the second box selection operation, wherein the second box selection operation is used for selecting part of text information corresponding to the text hyperlink.
Further, when the first service scenario is any one scenario among a single chat session, a common group, a topic group and a company circle, after presenting the URL in the first service scenario in the parsed style, the method further includes: and putting the first service scene at the top in a conversation list (feed), and displaying text information corresponding to the hyperlink in a message preview area of the first service scene. The setting of the top is convenient for attracting the attention of the user, and the text information corresponding to the hyperlink is displayed in the message preview area of the first service scene, so that the user can conveniently and quickly know the related content of the hyperlink object, and the exposure of the link content is improved.
Fig. 2 is a flowchart of another information display method according to an embodiment of the present disclosure. Fig. 2 is a specific example of fig. 1. Referring to fig. 2, the information display method is performed by a collaborative office system. The collaborative office system comprises a plurality of business scenes, and different business scenes have different clients and servers. The collaboration office system also includes a URL middle station. The URL middle station can be understood as a service middle station in the collaborative office system that handles URL related matters. The URL center station obtains the input of the user through the cooperative office system service scene client, and displays the processing result of the URL to the client through the cooperative office system client. The URL middle station may also be divided into a plurality of functional modules: the system comprises an analysis module, a monitoring module, a management module and a response module. The system also comprises a URL analysis server in FIG. 3, which is used for analyzing the URL. In fig. 3, the URL resolution server and the service scene server need to register domain names in the developer background first, so as to access the management module of the URL middle station.
Referring to fig. 3, the flow of the information display method is described as follows:
and the user sends a message containing the URL to the first business scene server in the first business scene. After the monitoring module monitors the message containing the URL, the URL in the message is sent to the analysis module. The parsing module determines whether the URL has been parsed. If the URL is not analyzed, the monitoring module queries the management module for an analysis server for processing the URL. And the management module returns the queried URL analysis server information. The monitoring module requests the queried URL analysis server to analyze the URL. After analyzing the URL, the URL analysis server side sends analysis data of the URL to the response module. The response module further sends the parsing data of the URL to the parsing module. The parsing module further sends the parsed data of the URL to the first service context server. The first service scene server sends the URL analysis data to a client of the first service scene to present the URL for a user according to the analyzed style (such as text hyperlink) in the first service scene.
And the user sends a message containing the URL to the second service scene server in the second service scene, wherein the URL is the same as the URL contained in the message sent to the first service scene server in the first service scene by the user. After the monitoring module monitors the message containing the URL, the URL in the message is sent to the analysis module. The parsing module determines whether the URL has been parsed. Since the URL has been previously parsed, the parsing module transmits the parsed data of the URL to the second service scenario server. And the second service scene server sends the URL analysis data to a client of the second service scene so as to present the URL for the user according to the analyzed style (such as text hyperlink) in the second service scene.
The technical scheme is beneficial to realizing the consistency of the analyzed results of the same URL under different service scenes, the consistency of the presented analyzed patterns and the popularization of the collaborative office system.
It should be noted that, for simplicity of description, the foregoing method embodiments are all described as a series of acts, but it should be understood by those skilled in the art that the present invention is not limited by the order of acts described, as some steps may be performed in other orders or concurrently in accordance with the present invention.
