Description
The present application is a divisional application of the invention patent application named "storage box", international application date of 2018, 03, 14, international application number of PCT/JP2018/009867, and national application number of 201880017451.2.
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a storage box, and more particularly, to a storage box capable of switching between an open state and a closed state.
Background
Conventionally, there is a storage box including a container-shaped main body portion that is opened upward and a lid-shaped lid portion that is connected to one end edge of the main body portion and is opened downward, wherein the storage box is configured such that the lid portion rotates about the one end edge, and is capable of switching between an open state in which the lid portion is opened and a closed state in which the lid portion is closed.
For example, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2013-63785 discloses a packaging container of a rectangular parallelepiped shape in a closed state, which has a folding piece connected to a side plate and an engaging projection connected to the folding piece, the engaging projection being provided at a top-view center position of the side plate, and engaging with an engaging portion provided on an inner side of a lid body (lid portion) when the lid body is closed. The engaging portion is formed by a plate thickness by overlapping a side cover plate and an auxiliary side cover plate inside the cover body when the cover body is closed. Thus, the cover has a locking force in the closed state.
In addition, japanese patent application laid-open No. 2015-199507 discloses a sheet packaging box in which the front panel side of the side panel is made lower in height than the back panel side, and the upper edge of the side panel is inclined. Thus, when the lid (lid portion) is closed, the hanging plate is strongly pressed against the front panel, and the front end of the cutting blade attached to the inner side of the front edge of the hanging plate can be strongly pressed against the pulled-out sheet.

Patent document 2: japanese patent application laid-open No. 2015-199507
However, in the conventional storage case disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2013-63785, since the engagement portion is only a stepped portion due to the plate thickness, the engagement force by the engagement of the engagement protrusion with the engagement portion is weak, and there is a possibility that the lid is unintentionally opened.
Further, since the width in the up-down direction of the engaging portion in the closed state is designed to have a margin with respect to the thickness of the engaging protrusion, the engaging protrusion and thus the lid portion of the housing box in which the engaging protrusion is formed may have a wide up-down movable range, and even in the closed state, the lid may be in a slightly opened state.
When the storage container is stored with the cover opened, dust, foreign matter, and the like may be mixed, and the storage container may be defective depending on the type of the storage container.
In addition, when the storage is a roll body such as a preservative film for food packaging or an aluminum foil as disclosed in the above-mentioned japanese patent application laid-open publication No. 2013-63785 and japanese patent application laid-open publication No. 2015-199507, the size of the storage box is often determined based on the size thereof. In this case, it is particularly desirable to provide a housing box in which the locking force is improved without changing the basic overall structure.
The present invention has been made to solve the above-described problems, and an object of the present invention is to provide a storage case in which the locking force of a lid portion in a closed state is improved.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to achieve the above object, a storage box according to a first aspect of the present invention is a storage box including a container-shaped main body portion that is opened upward, and a lid-shaped lid portion that is connected to an upper edge of a back surface portion of the main body portion and is opened downward, the storage box being switchable between an open state in which the lid portion is opened and a closed state in which the lid portion is closed so that a side surface portion of the lid portion covers at least a part of a side surface portion of the main body portion, the storage box including: a locking part which is connected with a part of the upper edge of one side surface part of the main body part and protrudes outwards; and a locked portion formed on one side surface portion of the cover portion for locking the locking portion in a closed state, wherein the locking portion is located forward of a top center of an upper edge of the one side surface portion of the main body portion.
With this configuration, the force required to release the locked state when the storage box transitions from the closed state to the open state is greater than when the locked portion is located at the center in plan view.
A second aspect of the present invention provides a storage box including a container-shaped main body portion that is opened upward, and a lid-shaped lid portion that is connected to an upper edge of a back surface portion of the main body portion and is opened downward, the storage box being configured to be switchable between an open state in which the lid portion is opened and a closed state in which the lid portion is closed so that a side surface portion of the lid portion covers at least a part of the side surface portion of the main body portion, by rotation of the lid portion about the upper edge of the back surface portion of the main body portion, the storage box comprising: a locking part which is connected with a part of the upper edge of one side surface part of the main body part and protrudes outwards; and a locked portion formed on one side surface portion of the cover portion, the locked portion being locked in a closed state, an upper edge of the one side surface portion of the main body portion being inclined downward from a rear surface portion side toward a front surface portion side of the main body portion.
With this configuration, the force required to release the locked state when the storage box transitions from the closed state to the open state is greater than when the upper edge of the one side surface portion is parallel to the lower edge thereof.
A storage box according to a third aspect of the present invention is a storage box formed by bending a sheet body developed into a predetermined shape into a rectangular parallelepiped shape composed of a front surface portion, a back surface portion, a plane surface portion, a bottom surface portion, a side surface portion, and another side surface portion, wherein the storage box includes: a front sheet covering the front surface portion; a first rear folded sheet of one side surface, which is connected to one side edge of the front sheet in a freely folding manner and covers at least a part of one side surface portion; a bottom sheet which is connected to the lower edge of the front sheet in a freely bendable manner and covers the bottom surface portion; a side-face upward-folded sheet which is connected to one side edge of the bottom sheet so as to be freely folded and fixed to at least an outer surface of the side-face first rearward-folded sheet; a back sheet which is connected to the back edge of the back sheet in a freely bendable manner and covers the back surface portion; a side surface front folded sheet which is connected to one side edge of the back sheet in a freely folded manner and is fixed to at least an inner surface of the side surface upper folded sheet; a planar sheet which is connected to the upper edge of the back sheet in a freely bendable manner and covers the planar portion; a side-down folded sheet connected to one side edge of the planar sheet in a freely folded manner and covering at least an upper portion of an outer surface of the side-up folded sheet; and a front side lower bending sheet which is connected to the front edge of the planar sheet in a bendable manner and covers at least a part of the front sheet, wherein the housing box is formed with a locking portion which is connected to a part of the upper edge or upper bending line of the one side upper bending sheet and protrudes outward, and the one side lower bending sheet is formed with a locked portion which is locked by the locking portion in a state where the front side lower bending sheet is closed so as to cover the front sheet, and the locking portion is located forward of the top center of the upper edge or upper bending line of the one side upper bending sheet.
With this configuration, the force required to release the locked state when the storage box transitions from the closed state to the open state is greater than when the locked portion is located at the center in plan view.
A fourth aspect of the present invention provides a storage box formed by bending a sheet body developed into a predetermined shape into a rectangular parallelepiped shape, the rectangular parallelepiped shape being formed of a front surface portion, a back surface portion, a planar surface portion, a bottom surface portion, a side surface portion, and another side surface portion, wherein the storage box includes: a front sheet covering the front surface portion; a first rear folded sheet of one side surface, which is connected to one side edge of the front sheet in a freely folding manner and covers at least a part of one side surface portion; a bottom sheet which is connected to the lower edge of the front sheet in a freely bendable manner and covers the bottom surface portion; a side-face upward-folded sheet which is connected to one side edge of the bottom sheet so as to be freely folded and fixed to at least an outer surface of the side-face first rearward-folded sheet; a back sheet which is connected to the back edge of the back sheet in a freely bendable manner and covers the back surface portion; a side surface front folded sheet which is connected to one side edge of the back sheet in a freely folded manner and is fixed to at least an inner surface of the side surface upper folded sheet; a planar sheet which is connected to the upper edge of the back sheet in a freely bendable manner and covers the planar portion; a side-down folded sheet connected to one side edge of the planar sheet in a freely folded manner and covering at least an upper portion of an outer surface of the side-up folded sheet; and a front side lower bending sheet which is connected to the front edge of the planar sheet in a bendable manner and covers at least a part of the front sheet, wherein the housing box is formed with a locking portion which is connected to a part of an upper edge or an upper bending line of the one side upper bending sheet and protrudes outward, and the one side lower bending sheet is formed with a locked portion which is locked by the locking portion in a state where the front side lower bending sheet is closed so as to cover the front sheet, and the upper edge or the upper bending line of the one side upper bending sheet is inclined downward from the back side toward the front side.
With this configuration, the force required to release the locked state when the storage box transitions from the closed state to the open state is greater than when the upper edge of the sheet is folded over one side surface parallel to the lower edge.
In the fifth aspect of the invention, in the fourth aspect of the invention, the locking portion is located forward of the upper edge of the folded sheet or the upper folding line above the one side surface.
With this configuration, the force required to release the locked state when the storage box transitions from the closed state to the open state is greater than when the locked portion is at the center in plan view or when the upper edge of the sheet is bent over one side surface parallel to the lower edge.
A storage box according to a sixth aspect of the present invention is the structure of any one of the third to fifth aspects, wherein the front side lower bent sheet has a side second rear bent sheet which is connected to one side edge of the front side lower bent sheet so as to be bendable, covers a part of an outer surface of the one side upper bent sheet, is fixed to an inner surface of the one side lower bent sheet, and the engaged portion is a portion surrounded by one side edge of the planar sheet and an upper edge of the one side second rear bent sheet on the inner surface of the one side lower bent sheet, and extends so as to taper from the back side toward the front side front end.
With this configuration, the vertical movable range of the lid portion in the closed state in which the locking portion is formed becomes narrower as the locking portion is located at the front position.
As described above, the housing box according to the first aspect of the present invention increases the force required to release the locked state when the housing box transitions from the closed state to the open state, as compared with the case where the locked position is located at the center in plan view.
In the case of the second aspect of the present invention, the force required to release the locked state when the case transitions from the closed state to the open state is greater than in the case where the upper edge of the side surface portion is parallel to the lower edge thereof, so that the stability of the locked state is improved.
In the third aspect of the present invention, the force required to release the locked state is increased when the storage box transitions from the closed state to the open state, as compared with the case where the locked state is located at the center in plan view.
In the fourth aspect of the present invention, the force required to release the locked state when the storage box is transitioned from the closed state to the open state is increased, as compared with the case where the upper edge of the sheet is bent over the one side surface parallel to the lower edge thereof.
In the fifth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the fourth aspect of the present invention, the holding box has a larger force required to release the locked state when the holding box transitions from the closed state to the open state, as compared with the case where the locked state is located at the center in plan view or the case where the upper edge of the sheet is bent over one side surface parallel to the lower edge.
In the storage case according to the sixth aspect of the present invention, in addition to the effects of the invention according to any one of the third to fifth aspects, the vertical movable range in the closed state of the lid portion in which the locking portion is formed is narrowed with the position of the locking portion in front, so that the stability in the closed state of the storage case can be controlled.

Detailed Description
Fig. 1 is a schematic perspective view showing an external shape of a storage box according to a first embodiment of the present invention in a closed state, before a cut-out portion is removed, fig. 2 is a schematic perspective view showing an external shape of the storage box shown in fig. 1 in an open state, after a cut-out portion is removed, and fig. 3 is an expanded view showing a structure of a sheet body obtained by expanding the storage box shown in fig. 1.
Referring to these drawings, the housing box 1 mainly includes a container-shaped main body 8 and a lid-shaped lid 9, wherein the main body 8 is opened upward and has an opening, and the lid 9 is connected to an upper edge 22 of a back sheet 19 of the main body 8 and is opened downward. The storage box 1 is formed by bending an expanded sheet material body, which is formed by punching a base paper into a predetermined shape shown in fig. 3, into a rectangular parallelepiped shape including a front surface portion 2, a rear surface portion 3, a planar portion 4, a bottom surface portion 5, a right side surface portion 6 (one side surface portion), and a left side surface portion 7 (the other side surface portion), as shown in fig. 1.
In the present specification, the front or rear direction refers to the front (direction from the rear side to the front side) or the rear (direction from the front side to the rear side) with reference to the housing box in the closed state shown in fig. 1. In the same manner, the upper or lower direction refers to the upper (direction from the bottom surface portion side to the plane surface portion side) or lower (direction from the plane surface portion side to the bottom surface portion side) direction with respect to the housing case in the closed state shown in fig. 1. The right or left direction refers to a direction from one side surface to the other side surface or a direction opposite thereto with respect to the storage box in the closed state shown in fig. 1, and one side may be either right or left, and the other side corresponds to the opposite direction. The inner side means a direction from the outside of the storage box to the inside, and the outer side is opposite to the inner side.
The storage box 1 is mainly composed of: a front sheet 11 covering the front portion 2; a right side surface first rear folded sheet 13 (a side surface first rear folded sheet) which is connected to the right side edge 12 (a side edge) of the front sheet 11 so as to be bendable and covers a part of the right side surface portion 6; a bottom sheet 15 which is connected to the lower edge 14 of the front sheet 11 so as to be bendable and covers the bottom surface 5; a right side upper folded sheet 17 (a side upper folded sheet) which is connected to the right side edge 16 (a side edge) of the bottom sheet 15 so as to be foldable and fixed to the outer surface of the right side first rear folded sheet 13; a back sheet 19 which is connected to the rear edge 18 of the back sheet 15 so as to be bendable and covers the back surface 3; a right side front folded sheet 21 (one side front folded sheet) which is connected to the right side edge 20 (one side edge) of the back sheet 19 so as to be foldable and fixed to the inner surface of the right side upper folded sheet 17; a planar sheet 23 which is connected to the upper edge 22 of the back sheet 19 so as to be bendable and covers the planar portion 4; a right side lower folded sheet 25 (a side lower folded sheet) which is connected to the right side edge 24 (a side edge) of the planar sheet 23 so as to be foldable and covers the upper portion of the outer surface of the right side upper folded sheet 17; and a front lower folded sheet 27 that is folded and connected to the front edge 26 of the planar sheet 23 and covers a part of the front sheet 11.
Further, the right side upper folded sheet 17 is formed with an engagement portion 37 protruding outward, and the engagement portion 37 is connected to a part of an upper edge (upper folded line formed by a seam line) 36 of the right side upper folded sheet 17 via a baffle 38 described later. An upper bending line formed by a seam line is formed at a portion other than a portion to be the locking portion 37, and the locking portion 37 protruding outward is formed in the housing box 1 by bending the portion other than the locking portion 37 along the upper bending line. The locking portion 37 is located forward of the top edge 36 of the folded sheet 17 above the right side surface in the plane view. The top center is the center position of the shortest distance from the side edge of the back surface portion 3 of the sheet 17 to the side edge of the front surface portion 2 parallel thereto, which is folded from above the right side surface in a top view.
The right side surface upward folded sheet 17 is formed with a baffle 38, and the baffle 38 is connected to the upper edge 36 of the right side surface upward folded sheet 17 so as to be bendable, and is formed in a shape eccentric rearward in a semicircular shape in a plan view so as to cover a part of the opening of the main body 8. More specifically, the baffle 38 has the following shape: the end 34 of the upper edge (upper bending line) 36 of the sheet 17 on the front surface 2 side is bent from the upper right surface side, and the width from the front surface 2 side toward the rear surface 3 side is wider to a certain section rearward of the center in plan view, and the width is sharply narrowed and converged at the end 35 of the upper edge 36 of the sheet 17 on the rear surface 3 side on the upper right surface side, compared with the case of the width of the certain section, until the certain section is exceeded and the rear surface 3 side is bent.
The effects of the engagement portion 37 and the shutter 38 will be described later.
The front lower folded sheet 27 is divided into an upper residual portion 28 and a removed portion 29 by a freely cut seam line 31 formed substantially parallel to the front edge 26 of the planar sheet 23. The front side lower folded sheet 27 has a right side second rear folded sheet 32 (a side second rear folded sheet), and the right side second rear folded sheet 32 is connected to a right side edge 30 (a side edge) of a residual portion 28 of the front side lower folded sheet 27 so as to be foldable, covers a part of an outer surface of the right side upper folded sheet 17, and is fixed to an inner surface of the right side lower folded sheet 25.
The right-side first rear folded sheet 13, the right-side upper folded sheet 17, the locking portion 37, the shutter 38, the right-side front folded sheet 21, the right-side lower folded sheet 25, and the right-side second rear folded sheet 32 are also provided in the left side surface portion 7 (the other side surface portion) of the storage box 1.
The inner surface of the removal portion 29 is fixed to the outer surface of the front sheet 11 with a plurality of adhesive portions 40 as adhesive surfaces, and the plurality of adhesive portions 40 are formed at regular intervals in the left-right direction of the outer surface of the front sheet 11.
As described above, in the closed state shown in fig. 1, in the housing box 1, the specific sheet body is fixed so as to cover the right side surface portion 6 and the left side surface portion 7, and the removed portion 29 is fixed to the front sheet 11. In the circulation stage, the storage box 1 is mainly treated in a closed state, that is, in a state in which the removed portion 29 is not cut.
When the storage box 1 is first used, the removed portion 29 is cut along the seam line 31, whereby the fixed state of the front surface portion 2 can be released and the storage box can be transitioned to the open state shown in fig. 2. That is, the housing box 1 is constituted by a container-shaped main body portion 8 and a lid-shaped lid portion 9, the main body portion 8 is mainly constituted by the front sheet 11, the bottom sheet 15, the right side upper folded sheet 17, the left side upper folded sheet 42, and the back sheet 19, the lid portion 9 is opened upward and formed with an opening, the lid portion 9 is connected to the upper edge 22 of the back sheet 19 of the main body portion 8, is mainly constituted by the flat sheet 23, the right side lower folded sheet 25, the left side lower folded sheet 43, and the front lower folded sheet 27 (the residual portion 28), and is opened downward, and the housing box 1 is rotatable about the upper edge 22 of the back sheet 19 by the lid portion 9, and is switchable between an open state (fig. 2) in which the lid portion 9 is opened and a closed state (fig. 1) in which the lid portion 9 is closed.
Even in the storage box 1 from which the removed portion 29 is cut, in the closed state (that is, in a state in which the front-lower folded sheet 27 is closed so as to cover the front sheet 11), the above-described locking portion 37 is locked to a to-be-locked portion described later, whereby the lid portion 9 exerts a locking force with respect to the main body portion 8, and is prevented from being opened unintentionally in the closed state. The locking state of the locking portion and the locked portion will be described below.
Fig. 4 is an enlarged schematic cross-sectional view of the IV-IV line shown in fig. 1.
Referring to fig. 2 and 4, the engaged portion 45 is a portion surrounded by a connecting portion 49 between the right edge 24 of the planar sheet 23 and the upper edge 48 of the right-side downward bent sheet 25, and the upper edge 33 of the right-side second rearward bent sheet 32 on the inner surface of the right-side downward bent sheet 25.
As described above, the locking portion 37 is locked to the locked portion 45 in the closed state, and the locking portion 37 is connected to a part of the upper edge 36 of the folded sheet 17 above the right side surface and protrudes outward. Therefore, when the cover 9 is to be turned upward when the housing box 1 is shifted from the closed state to the open state, the locking portion 37 contacts the upper edge 33 of the right-side second rear folded sheet 32, and the right-side second rear folded sheet 32 is fixed to the inner surface of the right-side lower folded sheet 25 by an adhesive or the like, so that the cover 9 is prevented from being turned upward. The locking portion 37 maintains the locked state of the locked portion 45 (the upper edge 33 of the right-side second rear folded sheet 32), and when the force for rotating the lid 9 upward is further applied until the force for rotating the lid 9 upward reaches the predetermined amount, the right-side second rear folded sheet 32 and the locking portion 37 are deformed due to the fact that the right-side second rear folded sheet 32 is mainly made of paper and finally the locked state is released after the right-side second rear folded sheet 32 passes over the locking portion 37. In this way, when the cover 9 is turned upward at the transition from the closed state to the open state, the force for bending the sheet 32 in the right side surface second rear direction beyond the locking portion 37 becomes the locking force that is the force required for releasing the locked state.
In addition, by rotating the cover 9 downward and applying a force to push the right-side second backward folded sheet 32 over the locking portion 37, the storage box 1 can be moved from the open state to the closed state in opposition to the movement of the cover 9.
Here, as described above, the locking portion 37 is located forward (the center of gravity is located on the front surface 2 side) of the top edge 36 of the right side upper folded sheet 17. The effects of this configuration will be described below.
Fig. 5 is a schematic view showing a state of locking of a locking portion of a conventional storage case as seen from the right side, and fig. 6 is a schematic view showing a state of locking of a locking portion of a storage case as seen from the right side according to the first embodiment of the present invention.
Further, since these drawings are drawings for showing the locking force in the locked state, the thicknesses of the respective sheet bodies except the locking portions are omitted and schematically drawn.
First, referring to fig. 5, in the conventional storage box 91 disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2013-63785, the locking portion 97 is horizontally located at the center in a plan view. The basic structure is the same as that of the storage box 1 described above, except for the locking portion 97 and a shutter not shown attached thereto.
In order to transition from the closed state to the open state shown in the drawing, when the upper edge 102 of the sheet 101 is folded under the front surface of the holding cover 99 and rotated upward about the upper edge 95 of the back sheet 94, the locking portion 97 contacts the right-side second rear folded sheet 92 to be moved upward.
If the force applied upward to the cover 99 to release the locked state is set to W 1 Further, the distance from the upper edge 102 of the folded sheet 101 to the upper edge 95 of the back sheet 94 from the front side lower side is L, and the moment of the upward turning force is M 1 The following equation holds.
M 1 =W 1 ·L
Further, if the force applied downward to the locking portion 97 to maintain the locked state is F, the horizontal distance from the center of gravity of the locking portion 97 to the back sheet 94 is L 1 When the moment of the force rotating upward while maintaining the locked state and the moment of the force acting to suppress downward rotation are balanced, the following formula is adopted<1>This is true.
M 1 =W 1 ·L=F·L 1 …<1>
In other words, when W 1 ·L>F·L 1 When the locking state is released, the lid 99 is opened.
Next, referring to fig. 6, in the storage box 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, similarly to the storage box 91, if the force applied upward to the lid 9 to release the locked state is set to W 2 The distance from the upper edge 39 of the front-side lower folded sheet 27 to the upper edge 22 of the back sheet 19 is also L, and the moment of the upward turning force is M 2 The following equation holds.
M 2 =W 2 ·L
If the force applied downward to the locking portion 37 to maintain the locked state is also set to F, the horizontal distance from the center of gravity of the locking portion 37 to the back sheet 19 is set to L 2 When the moment of the upward rotation force and the moment of the downward rotation force are balanced while maintaining the locking state, the following formula is given<2>This is true.
M 2 =W 2 ·L=F·L 2 …<2>
Here, since the locking portion 37 is located forward of the center in plan view, the distance from the center of gravity of the locking portion to the back sheet is longer than in the conventional case, and is L 2 >L 1 。
Namely due to F.L 2 >F·L 1 When passing through<1>A kind of electronic device with high-pressure air-conditioning<2>When comparing the force required for maintaining the locked state, W is obtained 2 ·L>W 1 ·L。
Therefore, the upper limit of the force required for maintaining the locked state (i.e., the force required for releasing the locked state) becomes W 2 >W 1 。
That is, in the storage box 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, when the lid is to be turned upward at the time of transition from the closed state to the open state, the force (W 2 ) Force (W 1 ) Large. Therefore, the stability of the locked state is improved.
Next, a storage box according to a second embodiment of the present invention will be described.
Fig. 7 is a schematic view showing a locked state of the locking portion of the storage box according to the second embodiment of the present invention when viewed from the right side.
The basic structure of the storage box 51 is the same as that of the storage box 1 according to the first embodiment of the present invention, and therefore, the description will be focused on differences.
Referring to fig. 7, an upper edge 65 of the folded sheet 64 above the right side surface of the housing box 51 is inclined downward from the back surface portion side toward the front surface portion side. Accordingly, the locking portion 57 is similarly inclined downward from the back surface portion side toward the front surface portion side, and the locking portion 57 is connected to a part of the upper edge 65 of the right side upward folded sheet 64 and protrudes outward. The horizontal distance from the center of gravity of the locking portion 57 to the back sheet 54 is L, as in the case of the conventional storage case 91 1 . In addition, in the same manner as the second rear folded sheet 52 on the right side surface which contacts the locking portion 57 when the sheet is shifted to the open state, the upper edge 53 thereof is inclined downward from the rear surface portion side toward the front surface portion side. In other words, the upper edge 53 and the locking portion 57 of the right-side second rear folded sheet 52 are inclined forward.
In the storage box 51, as in the case of the storage box 91, the force applied upward to the lid 59 to release the locked state is set to W 3 The distance from the upper edge 62 of the folded sheet 61 to the upper edge 55 of the back sheet 54 from the front lower side is also L, and the moment of the upward turning force is M 3 The following equation holds.
M 3 =W 3 ·L
Further, if the force applied to the locking portion 57 in the vertical direction and downward direction with respect to the forward inclination of the locking portion 57 in order to maintain the locked state is similarly set to F, the distance from the center of gravity of the locking portion 57 to the back sheet 54 corresponding to the inclination of the locking portion 57 is set to L 3 When the moment of the upward rotation force and the moment of the downward rotation force are balanced while maintaining the locking state, the following formula is given<3>This is true.
M 3 =W 3 ·L=F·L 3 …<3>
Here, the engaging portion 57 tilts forward, so that the L 1 In contrast to this, L of the present embodiment is a horizontal distance from the center of gravity of the locking portion to the back sheet 3 An inclined distance from the center of gravity of the locking portion to the upper edge of the back sheet is L 3 >L 1 。
Namely due to F.L 3 >F·L 1 When passing through<1>A kind of electronic device with high-pressure air-conditioning<3>When comparing the force required for maintaining the locked state, W is obtained 3 ·L>W 1 ·L。
Therefore, the upper limit of the force required for maintaining the locked state (i.e., the force required for releasing the locked state) becomes W 3 >W 1 。
That is, in the storage box 51 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, when the lid is to be turned upward at the transition from the closed state to the open state, the force (W 3 ) Force (W) greater than force when the locking portion is positioned horizontally at the center in plan view 1 ) Large. Therefore, the stability of the locked state is improved.
Next, a storage box according to a third embodiment of the present invention will be described.
Fig. 8 is a schematic view showing a locked state of the locking portion of the housing box according to the third embodiment of the present invention when viewed from the right side.
The basic structure of the storage box 71 is the same as that of the storage box 51 according to the second embodiment of the present invention, and therefore, the description will be focused on differences.
In the storage box 71, the right-side second rear folded sheet 72 is configured such that the upper edge 73 thereof is inclined downward (i.e., backward inclined) from the front surface side toward the rear surface side.
Since the housing box 71 is similar to the housing box 51 of the second embodiment in that the locking portion 77 is tilted forward, the positional relationship of the respective components in the locked state of the locking portion 77 is almost the same, and only the contact portion between the locking portion 77 and the right-side second rear folded sheet 72 is slightly changed forward. Therefore, the locking portion 5 is located from the center of gravity of the locking portion 77 to the back sheet 747 inclination corresponding distance L 4 And L in the second embodiment 3 Identical (or slightly longer). Accordingly, a force W is applied upward to the cover 79 to release the locked state 4 And W in the second embodiment 3 The same (or slightly larger).
That is, in the storage box 71 according to the third embodiment of the present invention, similarly to the storage box 51 according to the second embodiment, when the lid is to be turned upward at the time of transition from the closed state to the open state, the force (W 4 ) Force (W) greater than force when the locking portion is positioned horizontally at the center in plan view 1 ) Large. Therefore, the stability of the locked state is improved.
In the storage box 71, as shown by a portion surrounded by a two-dot chain line in the figure, the engaged portion 85 is a portion surrounded by the right edge 84 of the planar sheet 83 and the upper edge 73 of the right second rear folded sheet 72 on the inner surface of the folded sheet (not shown) below the right side surface, and extends from the rear surface portion side toward the front surface portion side so as to be thinner at the front end.
With this configuration, the vertical movable range of the lid portion in which the locking portion is formed is narrowed in the closed state as the locking portion is positioned forward. For example, the vertical movable range of the locking portion 77 in the closed state of the lid portion 79 when the locking portion is positioned at the center position in plan view is D in the figure 1 The upper and lower movable ranges of the locking portion 77 in the front position from the center in plan view are the ranges corresponding to the lengths of (D) in the figure 2 The ratio of the length of (C) to the length of (D) 1 The corresponding range of the length of (2) is narrow. Here, when the vertical movable range of the lid 79 in the closed state is relatively narrow, the lid 79 is less likely to be slightly opened in the closed state of the storage box 71. In contrast, when the locking portion 77 is located rearward of the top-down center and the vertical movable range is relatively wide, the distance (angle) required to press the lid 79 downward to transition the storage case 71 from the open state to the closed state can be reduced, and the fixing of the lid 79, which is mainly made of paper, in a state where the shape of the lid 79 is broken (at the upper edge 75 of the back sheet 74 Crease lines are formed on the surface of the plastic film), and the shape retention can be improved. That is, by adjusting the position of the locking portion 77 in the front-rear direction with respect to the housing case 71, the vertical movable range of the lid portion 79 of the housing case 71 can be set to a desired range, and the stability in the closed state of the housing case 71 can be controlled.
As described above, the storage case of the present invention successfully improves the locking force without changing the basic overall structure as compared with the conventional storage case based on the new concept of adjusting the moment of the locking state of the locking portion.
Here, a baffle plate included in the storage box of the present invention will be described with reference to the storage box 1 of the first embodiment.
Referring back to fig. 2 and 3, as described above, the right side upper folded sheet 17 is formed with the baffle 38, and the baffle 38 is connected to the upper edge 36 of the right side upper folded sheet 17 so as to be bendable, and has a semicircular shape that is eccentric rearward (back surface portion 3 side) in a plan view so as to cover a part of the planar portion 4. As a basic function of the baffle 38, for example, when a roll body made of a film body is used as a storage object not shown and the film body is pulled out of the storage box 1, the roll body is prevented from being pulled out of the storage box 1 as a whole. That is, the floating of the accommodated material is suppressed.
Here, as disclosed in japanese patent application laid-open No. 2013-63785, a conventional baffle is formed as follows: a baffle plate (folded-in piece) having a substantially rectangular shape in plan view also extends inward in the plan view center position and covers a part of the planar portion, in correspondence with the locking portion (locking protrusion) formed in the plan view center position. However, as in the case of the storage box 1 of the first embodiment, when the locking portion 37 is located forward of the top-view center and the baffle plate having a substantially rectangular shape in top-view is located forward of the top-view center in correspondence with the locking portion 37, if the storage object is the roll body having a size corresponding to the storage box, the film body pulled out in the open state of the storage box may be caught on the baffle plate and prevent smooth pulling out.
In contrast, in the baffle 38 of the storage box 1 of the present invention, since the baffle 38 is formed in a shape that is eccentric rearward in a semicircular shape in a plan view, the baffle 38 does not contact the front sheet 11 at the front portion 2, and the possibility of preventing the smooth pulling-out of the film body is reduced. Further, on the back surface portion 3 side, the degree of inward protrusion of the baffle 38 also increases, and thus, the floating of the stored material can be further suppressed.
In the above embodiments, the storage box and each sheet constituting the storage box have a specific shape, but may have other shapes. That is, the overall shape of the storage box may be changed according to the application or the shape of the storage object, and for example, a cube shape, a shape with a curved edge, a shape with a notch formed, and the like are also included in the storage box of the present invention. The shape of each sheet covering a part of the specific surface or being fixed to a part of the specific surface is not limited to this, and may be configured to cover all of the specific surface or be repeatedly fixed to other surfaces, for example.
The developed view shown in fig. 3 is an example of the developed view of the storage box of the present invention, and any storage box formed of a sheet material having a shape that can be developed in this manner may be included in the storage box of the present invention. For example, in each of the above embodiments, the right side upper folded sheet is connected to the right edge of the bottom sheet so as to be bendable, but the right side upper folded sheet may be separated from the right edge of the bottom sheet so as to be bendable to the lower edge of the right side first rear folded sheet.
In the above embodiments, the storage box is mainly made of paper, but a resin layer, a printed layer, a metal layer such as aluminum, or the like may be formed on the surface of paper, or a material other than paper may be used.
In the above embodiments, the front end of the sheet (the remaining portion) may be bent below the front surface of the storage box, and the blade may be provided so that the blade edge is exposed by cutting the removed portion at the time of initial use. In this way, when the container is a roll body such as a preservative film for food packaging or an aluminum foil, the container can be cut to a desired size by the blade.
In the above embodiments, the locking portion is an outer protruding piece of a specific shape, but may be a member that protrudes locally and can be locked with the locked portion to generate a locked state in the closed state of the storage box, for example, a protrusion-like or plate-like member, a protruding portion formed by the concavity and convexity of a specific edge or surface, a member that is connected to a specific edge or surface by an adhesive or the like and protrudes to the outside, or the like.
In the above embodiments, the portion to be locked is a specific portion, but may be a portion of another form as long as it can be locked with the locking portion. For example, the through hole may be formed at a position and a shape corresponding to the locking portion in the closed state of the folded sheet below the right side surface.
In the above embodiments, the baffle is formed and the locking portion is connected to a part of the upper bending line which is a seam line of the right side upper bending sheet, but the baffle may not be formed, and in the case where the baffle is not present, the locking portion may be connected to a part of the upper edge of the right side upper bending sheet.
In the second embodiment, the locking portion is located at the top center of the upper edge of the folded sheet above the right side surface, but may be located forward of the top center of the upper edge (upper folding line) of the folded sheet above the right side surface, as in the first embodiment. With this configuration, the force required to release the locked state when the storage box transitions from the closed state to the open state is greater than when the locked state is at the center in plan view or when the upper edge of the sheet is bent over the right side surface parallel to the lower edge thereof, and therefore the stability of the locked state is further improved.
In the second embodiment, the locking portion is located at the center of the upper edge of the folded sheet above the right side surface in a plan view, but is located at a position rearward of the center, so long as it is L 3 >L 1 The positional relationship of (3) is sufficient.
In the second or third embodiment, the upper edge of the right side lower folded sheet is horizontal (parallel to the lower edge thereof), but the upper edge of the right side lower folded sheet may be inclined downward (forward) from the back surface side toward the front surface side in accordance with the forward-inclined shape of the upper edge of the right side upper folded sheet. In this case, since the locking portion and the right side surface second rear bent sheet are inclined forward in the same manner as in the second or third embodiment, the amount of force required to release the locked state is larger than that in the case of the locking portion in the horizontal position. Therefore, the stability of the locked state is improved. In addition, when the film body as the storage is pulled out and cut by the knife edge to be used, the knife edge is more closely adhered to the film body by the above-mentioned constitution, and the convenience of use is improved.
In the above embodiments, the right-side second rear folded sheet is provided, but the right-side second rear folded sheet may not be provided.
Industrial applicability
As described above, the storage case of the present invention is suitable for storing a wound product formed by winding a sheet material such as aluminum foil.
