In this embodiment, the length of the wrapping paper 9 is greater than the width of the brick stack 8, so that both ends of the wrapping paper 9 extend beyond the left and right ends of the brick stack 8.
Referring to fig. 8, the transporting assembly 2 further includes a lifting mechanism 26, where the lifting mechanism 26 is disposed below the first conveying mechanism 21, the lifting mechanism 26 includes a lifting driving member 261, a lifting seat 262, a lifting plate 263 and a guide rod 264, the lifting driving member 261 is fixed on the fixed supporting frame 11, the lifting plate 263 is fixed on a movable end of the lifting driving member 261, the lifting driving member 261 can drive the lifting plate 263 to lift, the lifting plate 263 can abut against a bottom of the brick pile 8, so that the brick pile 8 is lifted, and a bottom surface of the brick pile 8 is separated from a surface of the first conveying mechanism 21. In order to ensure the lifting stability, one end of the guide rod 264 is connected with the bottom of the lifting plate 263, the other end of the guide rod 264 passes through the lifting seat 262 to form sliding connection, and the guide rod 264 is matched with the lifting seat 262, so that the phenomenon that the lifting plate 263 is unstable due to the influence of the weight of the brick pile 8 in the lifting process can be avoided. Before wrapping the stack 8, the jacking mechanism 26 jacks up the stack 8 to separate the bottom of the stack 8 from the surface of the first conveying mechanism 21, so that the wrapping paper 9 forms a second crease. After the lateral folding driving member 514 drives the folding plate 521 to press the packing paper 9 against the bottom of the brick pillar 8, the packing paper 9 forms a second crease, then the lateral folding driving member 514 drives the folding plate 521 away from the brick pillar 8, and then the jacking mechanism 26 descends, so that the brick pillar 8 falls onto the first conveying mechanism 21, and the packing paper 9 located on the bottom of the brick pillar 8 is pressed against the first conveying mechanism 21, so as to form preliminary fixing of the packing paper 9.
Referring to fig. 6 and 7, in order to pack the wrapped stack 8, the stack packing apparatus further includes a bundling assembly 7, the bundling assembly 7 is disposed between the first conveying mechanism 21 and the second conveying mechanism 22, after the stack 8 wraps the rear end portion, the first conveying mechanism 21 conveys the stack 8 toward the second conveying mechanism 22, and before entering the second conveying mechanism 22, the bundling assembly 7 bundles the stack 8 and the wrapping paper 9 wrapped at the end portion of the stack 8, so as to form final fixation of the wrapping paper 9 and the stack 8. Specifically, the bundling assembly 7 includes a bundling installation frame 71, a bundling lifting frame 72, a bundling lifting mechanism 73 and a bundling mechanism 74, the bundling installation frame 71 is fixed on the fixed support frame 11, the bundling lifting frame 72 is movably connected in the bundling installation frame 71, a movable end of the bundling lifting mechanism 73 is connected with the bundling lifting frame 72, so that the bundling lifting mechanism 73 can drive the bundling lifting frame 72 to lift in the bundling installation frame 71, the bundling mechanism 74 is fixed in the bundling lifting mechanism 73, and the bundling mechanism 74 can bundle the brick pile 8. When the bricks are required to be bundled, the brick pillar 8 is moved between the first conveying mechanism 21 and the second conveying mechanism 22, the bundling lifting mechanism 73 drives the bundling lifting frame 72 to descend, the bundling mechanism 74 is close to the top of the brick pillar 8, and then the bundling mechanism 74 bundles the bricks of the brick pillar 8. After the bundling is completed, the bundling lifting mechanism 73 drives the bundling lifting frame 72 to lift, and the brick pillar 8 continues to move into the second conveying mechanism 22.
In addition, in the present embodiment, the transporting assembly 2 further includes a third transporting mechanism 23, the third transporting mechanism 23 is disposed on a side of the second transporting mechanism 22 away from the first transporting mechanism 21, a gap is disposed between the third transporting mechanism 23 and the second transporting mechanism 22, and the bundling assembly 7 may also be disposed between the third transporting mechanism 23 and the second transporting mechanism 22. The number of the bundling assemblies 7 is 2, the bundling assemblies 7 are respectively arranged between the first conveying mechanism 21 and the second conveying mechanism 22 and between the third conveying mechanism 23 and the second conveying mechanism 22, the bundling assemblies 7 can bundle bricks piles 8 twice, and when the first bundling assembly 7 breaks down, the second bundling assembly 7 can be used for bundling, so that the fault tolerance of production is improved.

In this embodiment, the number of the paper storing assemblies 3, the paper taking assemblies 4 and the paper folding assemblies 5 is 2 and are respectively arranged at two ends of the first conveying mechanism 21, more specifically, the paper storing assemblies 3, the paper taking assemblies 4 and the paper folding assemblies 5 are arranged at front and rear ends of the brick pile 8, so that the paper taking assemblies 4 can obtain the wrapping paper 9 at the front and rear ends of the brick pile 8 and place the wrapping paper 9 at the front and rear ends of the brick pile 8, and the paper folding assemblies 5 can wrap the front and rear ends of the brick pile 8, thereby completing the procedure of protective packaging.

Claims (10)
1. The brick pile packaging equipment is used for packaging bricks and is characterized by comprising a fixing frame assembly, and a transportation assembly, a paper storage assembly, a paper taking assembly and a paper folding assembly which are arranged on the fixing frame assembly, wherein the fixing frame assembly comprises a fixed supporting frame, and the transportation assembly comprises a first conveying mechanism arranged along the fixed supporting frame;
the paper taking assembly is arranged above the end part of the brick pile, the paper taking assembly can be close to the paper storage assembly and can obtain the wrapping paper, and the paper taking assembly can place the wrapping paper on the end part of the brick pile;
the paper folding assembly is arranged above the brick pile, and can wrap the wrapping paper at the end part of the brick pile.

The stacking and packaging device as claimed in claim 1, wherein the paper folding assembly further comprises a paper folding driving mechanism and a paper folding mechanism, the paper folding driving mechanism comprises a transverse folding driving member and a longitudinal folding driving member which are connected with each other, the transverse folding driving member is horizontally arranged, the longitudinal folding driving member is vertically arranged, a folded plate is arranged on the paper folding mechanism and is fixed on the movable end of the transverse folding driving member or the longitudinal folding driving member, and the paper folding driving mechanism can drive the folded plate to wrap the packaging paper on the end portion of the stacking.

The stack packaging apparatus of claim 2 wherein the flap comprises a connecting portion and a paper pressing portion that are perpendicular to each other, the connecting portion being secured to the movable end of the lateral folding drive member or the longitudinal folding drive member, the paper pressing portion being secured to the bottom of the connecting portion and extending outwardly, the paper folding drive mechanism being capable of driving the flap to the bottom of the stack and into engagement with the bottom edge of the stack.
4. A stacking and wrapping apparatus as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein said paper storage assembly includes a paper storage compartment which is inclined and provided with a paper outlet in one side of the bottom of said paper storage compartment, said paper storage compartment including first and second opposed trays, said paper outlet being provided at the bottoms of said first and second trays and at an end adjacent said paper take-out assembly, said wrapping paper spanning between said first and second trays.
5. The brick pillar packaging equipment according to claim 4, wherein the paper storage assembly further comprises an adjusting plate and a paper blocking plate, the adjusting plate is respectively arranged at one end side parts of the first supporting plate and the second supporting plate, an adjusting hole is formed in the adjusting plate, an adjusting groove is formed in the paper blocking plate, the adjusting groove is movably fixed in the adjusting hole, a paper blocking part is arranged at one end of the paper blocking plate, and the paper blocking part can be blocked at the upper part of the paper outlet.
6. A pack of bricks or bricks comprising a pack of bricks or bricks according to any one of claims 1 to 3, wherein the pack further comprises a paper pick-up mechanism and a paper pick-up drive mechanism, the paper pick-up drive mechanism comprising a rotary drive member, a paper pick-up lift drive member, the paper pick-up lift drive member being secured to the movable end of the rotary drive member, the paper pick-up mechanism being secured to the movable end of the paper pick-up lift drive member.

The apparatus according to claim 6, wherein the paper-taking mechanism comprises a connecting plate and a suction cup, the suction cup is disposed on the connecting plate, the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the movable end of the paper-taking lifting driving member, the rotation driving member is rotated upwards to drive the suction cup to align with the paper outlet, and the rotation driving member is rotated downwards to drive the suction cup to align with the end of the brick pile.

A stacking and packing device as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a positioning assembly, wherein the positioning assembly comprises a positioning frame, a positioning driving member and positioning rollers, the positioning frame is arranged on two sides of the first conveying mechanism, the positioning driving member is fixed on the positioning frame, the positioning rollers are fixed on movable ends of the positioning driving member, and the movable ends of the positioning driving member face toward the edge junction of the stacking.

A pack packing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3 wherein the transport assembly further comprises a jacking mechanism located below the first conveying mechanism, the jacking mechanism comprising a jacking drive member, a jacking seat, a jacking plate and a guide rod, the jacking drive member being fixed to the fixed support frame, the jacking plate being fixed to a movable end of the jacking drive member, one end of the guide rod being connected to a bottom of the jacking plate, and the other end passing through the jacking seat to form a sliding connection.
10. A stacking and packing apparatus according to any one of claims 1 to 3, further comprising a bundling assembly, said transport assembly further comprising a second conveyor mechanism, said bundling assembly being disposed between said first conveyor mechanism and said second conveyor mechanism, said bundling assembly comprising a bundling frame, a bundling lifting mechanism, and a bundling mechanism, said bundling frame being secured to said fixed support frame, said bundling lifting mechanism being movably secured to said bundling frame, a movable end of said bundling lifting mechanism being connected to said bundling lifting mechanism, said bundling lifting mechanism being capable of driving said bundling lifting frame to rise and fall within said bundling frame, said bundling mechanism being secured within said bundling lifting mechanism, said bundling mechanism being capable of bundling said stack of bricks.
