Description

Central venous catheter
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to a central venous catheter.
Background
The central venous catheter (CVC, central Venous Catheter) is a catheter which is arranged to the central vein through the internal jugular vein, subclavian vein or femoral vein, is used for providing short-term vein treatment for patients, can greatly reduce the pain brought to the patients by frequent venipuncture, avoids the influence and damage of the stimulatory drugs on the veins, has long retention time and low complication occurrence rate.
Currently, CVC catheters can be divided into two types, one type is a silicone central venous catheter manufactured by integrally forming a silicone material through a heating and curing process; the other type is a polyurethane central venous catheter which is manufactured by integrally forming polyurethane materials after hot melting and cooling.
The central venous catheter is commonly used in various operations and intensive care, monitors central venous pressure of patients, infuses medicines and nutrition and the like, and is an intravascular catheter with mature technology and wide application. Intensive care patients sometimes experience hyperthermia or hypothermia due to surgical, traumatic, infectious, etc. factors. Complications caused by hypothermia have been demonstrated, including increased incidence of post-operative wound infection and cardiac adverse events, perioperative coagulation dysfunction, chills, and the like. Hyperthermia is less frequently compared to hypothermia, but is often associated with some malignant events, such as malignant hyperthermia or sepsis. The body temperature is accurately and continuously monitored, so that the body temperature change of a patient can be known at the first time, and a basis is provided for rapid judgment of the state of an illness and timely diagnosis and treatment. However, the current central venous catheter does not have a temperature measurement function, and the central venous catheter capable of detecting the body temperature in real time while infusing the liquid is urgently needed to be developed in the market.

The catheter body 10 is provided with a temperature measuring channel 10a and at least one infusion channel 10b. The temperature measuring assembly 20 comprises a temperature probe 21 and a wire connected with the temperature probe 21, wherein the temperature probe 21 is arranged in the temperature measuring channel 10a and is close to the first end of the catheter body 10, and the wire is led out through the temperature measuring channel 10 a. Wherein, a liquid outlet side hole 10c communicated with the infusion channel 10b is arranged on the outer wall of the catheter body 10, and the distance between the liquid outlet side hole 10c and the first end of the catheter body 10 is larger than the distance between the temperature probe 21 and the first end of the catheter body 10. The infusion tubes 30 are the same in number as the infusion channels 10b, and one end of the infusion tube 30 is fixed to the second end of the catheter body 10 and communicates one-to-one with the infusion channels 10b.
The temperature measuring channel 10a and the infusion channel 10b may be circular, square, or the like, and are not limited herein. To facilitate the procedure, in this embodiment, the first end of the catheter body 10 is conically shaped. It should be noted that the first end of the catheter body 10 mentioned above and below is a tip (distal end), and the second end of the catheter body 10 is a tail (proximal end).
In this embodiment, the catheter body 10 may be made of silica gel, and the infusion tube 30 may be made of thermoplastic, but is not limited thereto.
In this embodiment, the temperature probe 21 may be a thermistor type temperature probe, which may be adhered and fixed in the temperature measuring channel 10a by glue, and the type and the fixing manner of the temperature probe 21 are not limited.
It should be noted that, as shown in fig. 2 and 4, the infusion channel 10b in the central venous catheter may include a main infusion channel, and one, two or more side infusion channels may be further provided, which is not limited herein.
According to the invention, the catheter body 10 is provided with the temperature measuring channel 10a and at least one infusion channel 10b, the temperature measuring component 20 comprises the temperature probe 21 and wires, the temperature probe 21 is arranged in the temperature measuring channel 10a and is arranged close to the first end of the catheter body 10, the wires of the temperature probe 21 are led out through the temperature measuring channel 10a, the outer wall of the catheter body 10 is provided with the liquid outlet side hole 10c communicated with the infusion channel 10b, the distance between the liquid outlet side hole 10c and the first end of the catheter body 10 is larger than the distance between the temperature probe 21 and the first end of the catheter body 10, the number of the infusion tubes 30 and the number of the infusion channels 10b are the same, and one end of each infusion tube 30 is fixed on the second end of the catheter body 10 and is communicated with one to one with each infusion channel 10b, so that liquid infusion is realized, and meanwhile, the body temperature can be accurately monitored in real time.
It can be understood that, since the outer wall of the catheter body 10 is provided with the liquid outlet side hole 10c communicated with the infusion channel 10b, and the distance between the liquid outlet side hole 10c and the first end of the catheter body 10 is greater than the distance between the temperature probe 21 and the first end of the catheter body 10, the infusion liquid can flow out through the liquid outlet side hole 10c, thereby avoiding the influence on temperature monitoring caused by the flowing of the liquid medicine through the temperature probe 21, and greatly improving the accuracy of the temperature monitoring.
To further enhance the ease of administration, referring to fig. 1 and 3, in this embodiment, the center of the end face of the first end of the catheter body 10 is provided with an opening communicating with an infusion channel 10b for the passage of a guidewire.
When the normal temperature liquid medicine enters the blood vessel through the infusion channel 10b, the liquid medicine preferentially enters the blood vessel through the liquid outlet side hole 10c, and does not enter the blood vessel from the tip opening, so that the temperature measured by the temperature probe 21 is not affected by the normal temperature liquid in the infusion channel 10b to reduce the temperature, when the normal temperature liquid enters the blood vessel from the liquid outlet side hole 10c, the human body has a regulating function because the flow speed of the normal temperature liquid is slower, the normal temperature liquid entering the blood vessel does not affect the blood temperature in the blood vessel, and the blood temperature in the blood vessel does not fluctuate, so that the normal temperature liquid flowing out from the liquid outlet side hole 10c does not affect the measurement temperature of the temperature probe 21.
When the catheter body 10 has a plurality of infusion channels 10b, the liquid outlet side hole 10c should be arranged in front of the bonding position of the temperature probe 21 to prevent the temperature of the temperature probe 21 from being affected by the normal temperature liquid flowing through the side cavity.
To protect the wires of the temperature probe 21 to increase the service life of the central venous catheter, referring to fig. 1 and 3, in some embodiments, the temperature measurement assembly 20 further includes a wire tube 22, one end of the wire tube 22 being secured to the second end of the catheter body 10 and communicating with the temperature measurement channel 10a to encase the wires.
In this embodiment, the wiring tube 22 may be made of transparent or non-transparent soft plastic material, which is not limited herein. The outer diameter of the catheter body 10 may be larger than the outer diameters of the infusion tube 30 and the wire tube 22, and the tube diameter of the wire tube 22 may be designed according to the thickness of the connection wire of the temperature probe 21, which is not limited herein.
Referring to fig. 1 and 3, in an embodiment, the number of the liquid outlet side holes 10c is the same as that of the infusion channels 10b, and the liquid outlet side holes 10c are arranged in one-to-one correspondence with the infusion channels 10b. Thus, the production, processing and manufacturing can be facilitated.
Of course, in other embodiments, two or more side holes 10c may be provided for each infusion channel 10b to allow the infused liquid medicine to flow out in a dispersed manner.
In addition, in some embodiments, as shown in fig. 1 and 3, the central venous catheter may further include a first connector 301 and a second connector 201, wherein the first connector 301 is fixed to an end of the infusion tube 30 away from the catheter body 10 and is used for externally connecting a liquid supply device or an infusion bag, and the second connector 201 is fixed to an end of the running tube 22 away from the catheter body 10 and is used for externally connecting a monitoring device. Therefore, the liquid supply device or the infusion bag can be conveniently connected, the temperature monitoring equipment and the like can be conveniently connected, and the convenience of operation is effectively improved.
Wherein, the first connector 301 may be a luer connector, and the second connector 201 may be a wire connector, which is not limited herein.
The foregoing description is only of the optional embodiments of the present invention, and is not intended to limit the scope of the invention, and all the equivalent structural changes made by the description of the present invention and the accompanying drawings or the direct/indirect application in other related technical fields are included in the scope of the invention.
