The crude oil in China mostly belongs to low-sulfur paraffin base, and in general, the crude oil is difficult to produce high-quality A-grade road asphalt, so that the quality and quantity of the road asphalt in China cannot meet the market demand for a long time, and along with the import of a large quantity of crude oil, particularly middle east crude oil (suitable for serving as asphalt raw materials), the proportion of high-quality asphalt with high penetration is obviously improved (such as No. 90A-grade asphalt, no. 70A-grade asphalt and the like).
At present, the road surface of China is faced with the problems of heavy load, overload, more vehicles, high speed, large traffic flow and the like, the road surface is easy to generate ruts, running safety is seriously threatened, and the 50A-grade road asphalt can effectively solve the rutting problem of the asphalt road surface. However, oil refining enterprises process middle east imported crude oil by using an atmospheric and vacuum distillation technology, and the direct production of No. 50A grade road asphalt has the problems of few types of crude oil selection, great difficulty in production operation control, product quality blocking (especially 10 ℃ ductility index) phenomenon and the like, so that the market supply of No. 50A grade asphalt is limited, and the contradiction between the demand and the supply of No. 50A grade road asphalt is increasingly outstanding.
