Abstract
The invention discloses an ultrasonic scalpel transducer which comprises a variable amplitude rod and a piezoelectric component, wherein one end of the variable amplitude rod is connected with the piezoelectric component; the amplitude transformer comprises a transition section, a straight section and a connecting section, wherein two ends of the straight section are respectively connected with the transition section and the connecting section; the piezoelectric component comprises a smooth section, a fixed flange and a piezoelectric piece, wherein the smooth section is connected with the piezoelectric piece, the fixed flange is arranged on the peripheral side of the piezoelectric piece, and the smooth section is connected with the transition section; wherein the transition section is arranged in any one of an exponential shape or a catenary shape. The transition section is arranged in any one of an exponential shape or a catenary shape, so that the whole length of the ultrasonic scalpel transducer can be shortened, the whole volume of the ultrasonic scalpel transducer is reduced, the inner space of the handle is occupied, and the handle can reduce the volume of the handle. Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of medical instruments, in particular to an ultrasonic surgical knife transducer and an ultrasonic knife.
Background
Currently, most ultrasonic surgical systems operate in a longitudinal (or axial) vibration state, i.e., when an ultrasonic surgical tool bit is in operation, an ultrasonic transducer vibrates longitudinally, and a distal tool tip reciprocates in the axial direction with an amplitude of 0 microns. Such longitudinal vibration modes of operation tend to be inefficient in certain applications, such as cutting of relatively hard body tissue, bone, stones, cataracts, and the like.
At present, an ultrasonic transducer is directly connected with a cable, and is inserted into a handle for assembly and use when the ultrasonic transducer is used, so that the ultrasonic transducer occupies a larger space in the handle, the internal space distribution of the handle is affected, and the handle is larger in size.
Disclosure of Invention
The technical problem to be solved by the embodiment of the invention is that the ultrasonic transducer is directly connected with a cable, and is inserted into a handle for assembly and use when in use, the ultrasonic transducer occupies a larger space in the handle, and the distribution of the inner space of the handle is affected, so that the handle is larger in size.
In order to solve the problems, the invention provides an ultrasonic scalpel transducer and an ultrasonic scalpel.
In a first aspect, the invention discloses an ultrasonic surgical blade transducer comprising a horn and a piezoelectric assembly, the horn being connected to the piezoelectric assembly;
the amplitude transformer comprises a transition section, a straight section and a connecting section, wherein two ends of the straight section are respectively connected with the transition section and the connecting section;
the piezoelectric assembly comprises a smooth section, a fixed flange and a piezoelectric piece, wherein the smooth section is connected with the piezoelectric piece, the fixed flange is arranged on the peripheral side of the piezoelectric piece, and the smooth section is connected with the transition section;
wherein the transition section is arranged in any one of an exponential type or a catenary type.
Preferably, the piezoelectric element further comprises a sound wave generating member connected to the piezoelectric element.
Preferably, the piezoelectric element is any one of a piezoelectric crystal stack and a piezoelectric ceramic.
Preferably, the smooth section profile is provided in either an exponential shape or a catenary shape.
Preferably, the piezoelectric assembly includes a conductive member electrically connected to the piezoelectric member.
Preferably, the horn includes a connector fixedly connected to the transition section.
Preferably, the center of the connecting piece is hollow and provided with a rotating groove;
the surface of the conducting piece and the surface of the rotating groove are provided with a thread structure, and the rotating groove is connected with the conducting piece through the thread structure.
Preferably, the connection section is connected with the straight section, and the abutting piece is arranged at the position where the connection section is connected with the straight section, and the radius of the cross section of the outer circumference side of the abutting piece is larger than that of the cross section of the straight section.

Compared with the prior art, the technical effects achieved by the embodiment of the invention include:
1. the transition section is arranged in any one of an exponential shape or a catenary shape, so that the whole length of the ultrasonic scalpel transducer can be shortened, the whole volume of the ultrasonic scalpel transducer is reduced, the inner space of the handle is occupied, and the handle can reduce the volume of the handle.
2. The ultrasonic scalpel transducer is of a half-wavelength structure, the whole volume is reduced, the mass is lightened, and the energy collecting effect can be improved due to the arrangement of the transition section, so that the ultrasonic energy transmission effect is better.
3. Example 1
Referring to fig. 1-2, an ultrasonic surgical blade transducer 1 is provided that includes a horn 11 and a piezoelectric assembly 12, the horn 11 being coupled to the piezoelectric assembly 12. The piezoelectric assembly 12 converts electrical energy into acoustic energy for output, and the horn 11 transmits acoustic energy to a corresponding tool bit.
Wherein the overall length of the transducer is 54.2mm and the radius of the piezoelectric element 123 is 8mm.
The amplitude transformer 11 comprises a transition section 111, a straight section 112 and a connecting section 113, wherein two ends of the straight section 112 are respectively connected with the transition section 111 and the connecting section 113, and the transition section 111 is in any one of an exponential shape and a catenary shape.
In particular, the transition section 111 is provided in an exponential or catenary configuration to better focus energy while providing more stable acoustic energy transfer.
In particular, the radius of the straight section 112 is 2mm.
The piezoelectric assembly 12 includes a smooth section 121, a fixing flange 122 and a piezoelectric member 123, the smooth section 121 is connected with the piezoelectric member 123, the fixing flange 122 is disposed on the outer peripheral side of the piezoelectric member 123, the smooth section 121 is configured in an exponential shape or a catenary shape, and the smooth section 121 is connected with the transition section 111, so that the ultrasonic scalpel transducer 1 forms a coherent shape.

The piezoelectric element 123 is any one of piezoelectric ceramic or piezoelectric crystal stack, and can convert electric energy into acoustic energy, and the piezoelectric element 123 transmits the acoustic energy to the smoothing section 121, and then sequentially transmits the acoustic energy to the cutter bar 2 through the transition section 111, the flat section 112 and the connecting section 113, thereby achieving the effect of ultrasonic energy cutting.
Alternatively, the fixing flange 122 and the piezoelectric element 123 are integrally formed, so that the piezoelectric element 123 and the fixing flange 122 can be fixed in position, and the fixing flange 122 and the piezoelectric element 123 are prevented from moving relatively.
The fixing flange 122 is provided with a plurality of fixing positions for fixing the ultrasonic scalpel transducer 1 inside the scalpel.
The ultrasonic surgical blade includes a sound wave generating member disposed at one end of the piezoelectric member 123 remote from the smoothing section 121, the sound wave generating member being capable of transmitting an electrical signal to the piezoelectric member 123, thereby causing the piezoelectric member 123 to generate acoustic energy.
The piezoelectric assembly 12 comprises a conducting piece 124, the conducting piece 124 is arranged at one end of the piezoelectric piece 123, a thread structure is arranged on the outer surface of the conducting piece 124, the amplitude transformer 11 comprises a connecting piece 114, the connecting piece 114 is connected with the transition section 111, the center of the connecting piece 114 is hollow, a rotating groove 115 is formed in the connecting piece, the size of the rotating groove 115 is matched with that of the conducting piece 124, the thread structure is arranged on the surface of the rotating groove 115, and the rotating groove 115 is rotationally connected with the connecting piece 114 through the thread structure, so that the two components are assembled.
The connecting piece 114 is in a nut shape, so that the piezoelectric component 12 and the amplitude transformer 11 can be detached, and the piezoelectric component and the amplitude transformer can be detached by a tool, thereby being convenient for maintenance.
The connecting section 113 is provided with the abutting piece 1131 at the connecting position of the straight section 112, the radius of the cross section of the outer peripheral side of the abutting piece 1131 is larger than that of the cross section of the straight section 112, the radius of the cross section of the abutting piece 1131 is equal to that of the cross section of the connected cutter bar 2, the connecting section 113 is used for connecting the cutter bar 2 to transmit ultrasonic energy to a cutter head on the cutter bar 2, the radius of the abutting piece 1131 is equal to that of the cutter bar 2, the acoustic energy transmission efficiency can be higher, and the energy transmission efficiency is prevented from being reduced.
In addition, the connection section 113 includes an insert 1132, the insert 1132 extending from the abutment 1131 to a location remote from the piezoelectric assembly 12, the insert 1132 being insertable onto the tool bar 2 to facilitate installation of the transducer.
Example two
Referring to fig. 3, the embodiment of the invention further discloses an ultrasonic knife 100, which comprises a knife bar 2, a holding handle 3 and an ultrasonic surgical knife transducer 1 of any one of the above, wherein the holding handle 3 is respectively connected with the knife bar 2 and the ultrasonic surgical knife transducer 1, and the knife bar 2 is connected with the ultrasonic surgical knife transducer 1.
It can be understood that the ultrasonic scalpel transducer 1 is arranged in the ultrasonic scalpel 100, so that the space occupied in the ultrasonic scalpel 100 can be reduced, the whole volume of the ultrasonic scalpel 100 is reduced, the ultrasonic scalpel is more convenient to hold by an operator, the ultrasonic scalpel can be suitable for the operator with smaller hand, and the convenience of use is improved.

the piezoelectric assembly comprises a smooth section, a fixed flange and a piezoelectric piece, wherein the smooth section is connected with the piezoelectric piece, the fixed flange is arranged on the peripheral side of the piezoelectric piece, and the smooth section is connected with the transition section;
wherein the transition section is arranged in any one of an exponential type or a catenary type.
2. The ultrasonic surgical blade transducer of claim 1, further comprising an acoustic wave generating member coupled to the piezoelectric member.
3. The ultrasonic surgical blade transducer of claim 1, wherein the piezoelectric element is any one of a piezoelectric crystal stack or a piezoelectric ceramic.
4. The ultrasonic surgical blade transducer of claim 1, wherein the smooth section profile is configured as either an exponential or catenary configuration.
5. The ultrasonic surgical blade transducer of claim 1, wherein the piezoelectric assembly comprises a conductive member electrically connected to the piezoelectric member.
6. The ultrasonic surgical blade transducer of claim 5, wherein the horn comprises a connector fixedly connected to the transition section.
7. The ultrasonic surgical blade transducer of claim 6, wherein the connector is hollow in the center and has a rotation slot;
the surface of the conducting piece and the surface of the rotating groove are provided with a thread structure, and the rotating groove is connected with the conducting piece through the thread structure.
8. The ultrasonic surgical blade transducer of claim 1, wherein the connection section is connected to the straight section by a holding member having a peripheral side cross-sectional radius greater than the straight section cross-sectional radius.
9. The ultrasonic surgical blade transducer of claim 1, wherein the connecting section is provided with an insert.
10. The ultrasonic surgical blade transducer of claim 1, wherein the transducer has an overall length of 54.2mm, the piezoelectric element has a radius of 8mm, and the straight section has a radius of 2mm.

An ultrasonic surgical blade comprising a blade bar, a grip handle, and an ultrasonic surgical blade transducer according to any one of claims 1-10, the grip handle being connected to the blade bar and the ultrasonic surgical blade transducer, respectively, the blade bar being connected to the ultrasonic surgical blade transducer.
