Background
The folding wing patrol aircraft is an unmanned aircraft with various wing surfaces capable of being folded and stored, is usually launched and taken off by a ground launching tube, and can also be carried on platforms such as a conveyor, a large unmanned aerial vehicle and the like for aerial remote throwing. After the folded wing patrol vehicle is launched from the launching tube or put in from the carrying and putting platform, each wing surface is unfolded and locked to perform normal flight, a reconnaissance nacelle is usually carried for remote target reconnaissance, when the damage load such as a warhead is carried, real-time suicide attack can be performed on the discovered target, and various loads such as an interference device, a bait, a magnetic detector and the like can also be carried according to task requirements.
When the folding wing aircraft patrol is put in through the mounting of platforms such as a conveyor and a large unmanned aerial vehicle, each airfoil surface needs to be folded and stored before being put in, after being put in, the aircraft patrol needs to be safely separated from the carrying and transporting platform, and after the safe separation, the aircraft patrol airfoil surface constraint needs to be released, and the aircraft patrol airfoil surface unfolding and locking are completed.

The mounting and throwing device has no initiating explosive device and drogue, has simple, safe and reliable mechanism and low cost, can be repeatedly used for a plurality of times, and provides the working process. Therefore, a device and a method for loading and unloading the folded-wing cruise ship are needed to be developed to solve the problems.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention aims to solve the problems and designs a mounting and throwing device and a throwing method for a folding wing patrol aircraft.
The invention realizes the above purpose through the following technical scheme:

1. the safe separation distance between the patrol aircraft and the carrying platform can be controlled by controlling the setting of the traction rope and the fixing rope, and the constraint of the separation ring on the missile wing is released when the safe separation distance is reached, so that the pneumatic interference between the patrol aircraft and the carrying platform during throwing is reduced, and the throwing safety is improved.
2. The throwing cylinder adopts the cabin door to control the steering engine to unlock the cabin door, so that the reliable locking and unlocking synchronicity of the cabin door is ensured; and the elastic force is provided by the plurality of groups of torsion spring hinges, so that the cabin door can be opened quickly and reliably after being unlocked.
3. The bearing frame in the throwing cylinder not only can bear the main gravity of the aircraft, but also can transversely and longitudinally limit the folded wing aircraft, and the buffer pads arranged at the head and the tail of the throwing cylinder can axially limit and buffer the folded wing aircraft.
4. The guide frame is arranged in the throwing barrel, plays a guide role when the patrol device is separated, and prevents the wing from rotating left and right, so that the throwing separation process is interfered.
5. After the throwing and separating of the patrol device is finished, the separating ring is recovered, so that the aerodynamic resistance of the carrying platform is reduced, the safety is improved, and the mounting throwing device can be reused for a plurality of times.
6. The whole mounting and throwing device has no initiating explosive device and drogue, and the mechanism is simple, safe and reliable and has low cost.

In the embodiment, the separating ring 5 locks the folding wings of the patrol aircraft, and the left half ring 51 and the right half ring 51 automatically spring out to unlock the folding wings and separate the folding wings after the separating ring 5 is unlocked, so that the structure is simple and reliable.
As shown in fig. 1-3, the mounting and throwing device of the folding wing cruise ship 2 further comprises a hanging frame 12, four hanging points 4 are arranged on the upper end face of the barrel body, the lower end of the hanging frame 12 is connected with the four hanging points 4, and the upper end of the hanging frame 12 is connected with the carrying platform.
