Abstract
The invention discloses an anti-wrinkle firming composition containing adenosine and application thereof, wherein the adenosine can increase the production of dermal fibroblast protein, reduce skin relaxation and improve color tone, and the anti-wrinkle effect can be enhanced by compounding thiotaurine; the glucosaminoglycans have a certain inhibiting effect on the activity of collagenase, so that the skin tightening effect is achieved, the instant effect is better when the glucosaminoglycans are used alone, but the anti-wrinkle effect is better when the glucosaminoglycans are compounded with the thiotaurine and the adenosine. When the three components are combined to form the anti-wrinkle and firming composition, the anti-wrinkle and firming composition has a very remarkable anti-wrinkle and firming effect on skin, is mild and non-irritant, can be used as an active ingredient for resisting wrinkle and firming, and is applied to cosmetics.
Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the field of cosmetics, in particular to an anti-wrinkle firming composition containing adenosine, thiotaurine and glucosamino and application thereof in anti-wrinkle firming.
Background
The formation of wrinkles in the skin is often manifested by a decrease in skin elasticity, an increase in skin roughness, a decrease in moisturizing intensity, and the like. The anti-wrinkle effect substances in the market mainly comprise A alcohol, peptides and the like, have certain irritation and are low in cost performance. The anti-wrinkle firming composition has obvious effects of firming skin, fading wrinkles and resisting oxidation. Among them, adenosine, an endogenous nucleoside distributed throughout human cells, is composed of ribose (ribofuranose) and a part of adenine, plays an important role in biochemistry, and can increase the production of dermal fibroblast protein, reduce skin relaxation and improve color tone. The thiotaurine has a certain oxidation resistance, and the glucosaminoglycans have a certain inhibition effect on the activities of collagenase and CO adenosine-2, so that the effects of resisting wrinkles and reducing wrinkles are achieved.
Disclosure of Invention
Aiming at the defects of the prior art, the anti-wrinkle firming composition has obvious effects of firming skin, smoothing wrinkles and resisting oxidation. Among them, adenosine, an endogenous nucleoside distributed throughout human cells, is composed of ribose (ribofuranose) and a part of adenine, plays an important role in biochemistry, and can increase the production of dermal fibroblast protein, reduce skin relaxation and improve color tone. The thiotaurine has a certain oxidation resistance, the glucosaminoglycan has a certain inhibition effect on activities of collagenase and CO adenosine-2, so that the anti-wrinkle effect is achieved, and the anti-wrinkle effect is remarkable when the anti-wrinkle firming composition aqueous solution prepared by combining the thiotaurine, the glucosaminoglycan and the glucosaminoglycan is used in cosmetics.
Specifically, the invention provides an anti-wrinkle firming composition containing adenosine, thiotaurine and glucosamino and application thereof in anti-wrinkle firming.
Preferably, the adenosine is from a commercial raw material producer and can be used as long as the structural and functional purity is substantially consistent. It can promote the generation of collagen protein and reduce skin wrinkles.
The invention also provides a preparation method of the anti-wrinkle firming composition containing adenosine, thiotaurine and glucosamino, which comprises the following steps:
step S1, providing adenosine, thiotaurine and glucosaminodextran;
and S2, mixing the adenosine, the thiotaurine and the glucosaminoglucan to obtain the anti-wrinkle and anti-tightening composition.
Preferably, the anti-wrinkle firming cosmetic comprises 1-15% of a firming, anti-wrinkle firming composition.
Preferably, the tightening anti-wrinkle cosmetic comprises 2-12% of a tightening anti-wrinkle tightening composition.
Preferably, the anti-wrinkle firming cosmetic is an anti-wrinkle firming mask and an anti-wrinkle firming cream.
The invention also provides application of the anti-wrinkle firming composition containing adenosine, thiotaurine and glucosamino in preparing cosmetics for resisting wrinkles and firming.
Preferably, the anti-wrinkle and tightening composition is mild and non-irritant, can be used as an anti-wrinkle and tightening active component, and can be applied to various cosmetics.

20 cleaned face test subjects were randomly selected, and after resting for 15 minutes at a fixed position, eye wrinkle values were measured with a skin tester and recorded. The anti-wrinkle milks of example six were applied to the left eye and the anti-wrinkle milks of example seven were applied to the right eye of each test person for one month. After cleaning the face and eyes, the wrinkle values of the eyes were measured with a skin tester and the condition was recorded.
Referring to fig. 2-3, the right eye wrinkle reduction value of trial example seven is significantly greater than the left eye wrinkle reduction value of trial example six. This shows that the monotherapy using thiotaurine has no obvious anti-wrinkle effect, and the monotherapy using adenosine has certain anti-wrinkle effect.
20 cleaned face testers were randomly selected, and after resting for 15 minutes in a fixed position, eye wrinkle values were measured with a skin tester and recorded. The anti-wrinkle cream of example seven was applied to the left eye and the anti-wrinkle cream of example eight was applied to the right eye of each test person for one month. After cleaning the face and eyes, the wrinkle values of the eyes were measured with a skin tester and the condition was recorded.
Referring to fig. 4-5, the right eye wrinkle reduction value of trial example eight is significantly greater than the left eye wrinkle reduction value of trial example seven. The result shows that the thiotaurine is compounded with the adenosine, and the anti-wrinkle effect of the adenosine is more obvious due to the thiotaurine.
20 cleaned face test subjects were randomly selected, and after resting for 15 minutes at a fixed position, eye wrinkle values were measured with a skin tester and recorded. The immediate effect was photographed ten minutes after each test person's left eye was applied with the anti-wrinkle cream of example nine, and the right eye was applied with the anti-wrinkle cream of example nine for a month. After cleaning the face and eyes, the wrinkle values of the eyes were measured with a skin tester and the condition was recorded.
Referring to fig. 6 to 7, the right-eye wrinkle reduction value of trial example eight is not much different from the left-eye wrinkle reduction value of trial example seven. This indicates that the anti-wrinkle effect of glycosaminoglycans is immediate and does not add up over a long period of use.
20 cleaned face testers were randomly selected, and after resting for 15 minutes in a fixed position, eye wrinkle values were measured with a skin tester and recorded. The anti-wrinkle cream of example nine was applied to the left eye and the anti-wrinkle cream of example ten was applied to the right eye of each test person for one month. After cleaning the face and eyes, the wrinkle values of the eyes were measured with a skin tester and the condition was recorded.
Referring to fig. 8-9, the right eye wrinkle reduction value of trial example ten is significantly greater than the left eye wrinkle reduction value of trial example nine. This indicates that the anti-wrinkle effect is significantly increased when thiotaurine, adenosine and glycosaminoglycans are used in combination.
