A clamping groove is formed between the clamping plate 12 and the rib inserting plate 1. The outer wall of each dowel sleeve 5 is provided with a sliding plate 13, and two sides of each sliding plate 13 are respectively arranged in the two clamping grooves on two sides of the sliding groove 3 and can slide.
